I been visiting the Flushing Hebe Location since 2020. My skincare specialist Li Wei is the best! She’s really good at what she’s doing, she’s also really good at taking care of acne, they can be stubborn sometimes. She will carefully remove all the acne I have, and there’s no scars afterwards.
I set up a consultation for my girlfriend and she liked the attentiveness of the staff and how well they responded to her skin concerns. From her feedback, this might just be her go-to spot for her skin care. I also liked the assistance I received when I called to set-up the appointment. Very professional
Amazing place! I received a 24k gold facial, and my skin was glowing and felt so good afterwards! The customer service is amazing; they really have made the place a soothing environment where you can relax and take care of yourself.
The service here was great. This was my first time here and I was really confused about what to do. But Liwei helped me set up a plan that is suitable for my skin condition. After my treatment my skin got brighter and it feels a lot smoother than before.
I set up an appointment for my girlfriend here and they were very helpful and friendly when I called to make arrangements. And they sure did a great job as my girlfriend came back beaming. Said she was well attended to by Winnie whom she found to be gentle and really professional.
From the staff at the front desk, the esthetician and the communication during the course of my facial treatment were all excellent. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to receive the care my skin needed. The entire process was a blissful experience!
My girlfriend had been talking about trying a the Korean style skin care for the longest time but never took the plunge so I surprised her with an appointment at Hebe. She totally liked the experience and raves about the place to all her friends. She does have a sensitive skin but did not experience any bad reactions which says alot about the products used.
Possibly the best facial Ive received.The location was easy to find, very clean, quiet and relaxing. I was helped by Iris and the facial was not rushed, definitely worth every penny. 10/10, would recommend.

I stopped by to try micro needling for the first time by Potenza by Cynosure. The staff was so considerate, very good at explaining each step of the procedure, and how to care for my skin afterwards. A few days later, the results for amazing. Definitely will be back for more micro needling and other services they offer!
I liked the customer care at HEBE Skincare Center. The products they used were high quality and the staff were friendly and yet professional. Plus they had a clean environment that looks well maintained.

I experienced myself last week. This is greatest NY skincare shop. I feel extremely comfortable when they are servicing the facial. The best thing is, the beautician wont give any pressure to me to do this and that. So, it worth to go back to join the member. Also, they are doing a lot of promotions on different products now. Its good opportunity to become their member now.
Coco helped me with my eyelash extension today! She did an amazing job making my lashes look natural and long. The process was so simple and relaxing. Very calming and nice atmosphere! Definitely would be back again!
I personally have very oily skin and have acne for 10 years. So acne to me is the biggest problem. After coming here my acne has dramatically reduced so much. Even when my period comes, my hormonal acne is a lot calmer than before. I came here for 1 year already and I bought their 10 facial package and it is completely worth it. They are so detailed in taking care of my face and helps my face get a glow on afterwards. They spend their time making sure that I am comfortable throughout the facial which is something I think is really important during a skincare procedure. I also bought their packages for their other procedures like using their Fotona. After using Fotona, I have a lot less pimples and my face is a lot less oiler in the end of the day.

Trying this place for the first time, overall a great facial experience. The place is very clean. The staffs were very attentive, personable and explained each step as we moved forward. My esthetician, Julie, was very gentle handed and made the whole session really relaxing and smoothing. Milkys also really sweet and professional providing me with some really helpful after care instructions. Its a very enjoyable experience.

I asked for Coco to do my eyelashes extension. The extended lashes are very natural looking, they look like my own hair. And my friend told me they also last very long, if you lose a lot in a week, Coco can fill in the ones that come off for free. Definitely loved it and come a again.

One of the most professional places that I have ever been to! Highly recommend Liwei who is from their Flushing store. I have acne prone skin but she is the best at treating them. She is very detailed and thorough with his treatments so I didnt need to worry at all. It is really peaceful and the treatment is relaxing so sometimes I just fall asleep. Overall, definitely recommend Hebe and Liwei!

I have super sensitive skin. Hebe has the perfect solution for my skin. After a consultation with Tingting, I decided to try the basic clean and moisturize session(with Korean bubble clean). Tingting did a great job explaining each steps. My skin is clean and radiant, without any redness(it happened a lot with other facial places I tried before) I’m super satisfied with the results! Highly recommend!
A friend recommended me this place a year ago. After several visits, I have my own Vip card now! Sooooo glad to have Tingting taking care of my all facial treatment. The carbon facial cleansing and radio lifting are perfect for my skin condition. I normally got there once a month, I wish I can do it every 2 weeks but they have very limited appointments... So I have to make my reservation at least a month early!
Qianqian has been my beautician for the last three years. She is always patient and gentle, did a great job on treating my acne prone skin. My face is a lot better than before.

I started to come for my monthly facial spa with Zoey in 2019. After almost two years of treatment with her, I have to say that she is a detailed and patient skin counselor Ive ever met. She always provides you the best solution to your skin condition. I highly recommend her to the people who would like to visit them there. Zoey also attended a lot of worldwide competitions with the First Prize accomplishment! You guys can check these when you stop by the store.

Have been coming here for facial for a while, the product they suggest are good fits for me, and if you can find the right beautician this place can put magic into your skin. Jenna is my go to person for acne treatment, she can find every little acne head and dig them right out. Definitely a pro and would recommend her to any first timer!

They started with skin consultation first and recommend the treatment that suit for my skin needs. During treatment, the skin care therapist often checking if am ok with the face massage and treatment. She was sweet and kind to gave me advise to take care my skin. One treatment around 2 hours, it was such nice relax facial spa. After few treatments, i did see my skin condition improved a lot. Totally worth my trip from Brooklyn to Manhattan! Oh, last thing to mention, the overall environment in the store were quiet and cozy. Best thing to do in the weekend. :)

From the skin care, environment, and staff, it is truly always an amazing experience. I go mainly go for whiteheads/blackheads and they offer one package in particular that specifically targets this.In the year and half, I have had the pleasure of working with almost everyone there. And it is astounding how friendly, professional and skilled they are. A big shoutout to Zoey who I’ve worked with most. She is down to earth and never a dull conversation. Her technique for ridding blackheads is painless which is surprising since when I do it myself, it hurts so much. So if you ever work with Zoey, you are definitely in great hands!

Jenna is really professional in giving advice based on how my skin looks on a particular day , she is always really gentle with my skin, cleans my acnes very thoroughly and chats with me to keep me not bored.Before coming to hebe, I went to two other beauty shops on the Isle of Man. The quality of the facial steps and the acne-removing mask was much better, so hebe is the best one in my opinion. The first time Jenna did it after making my face, she was super gentle and careful, and she can also suggest items suitable for you according to your skin condition.

2022-03-20My sister introduced me to this location for a two hour facial today and it was an amazing experience! I would definitely recommend Winnie, where she was extremely nice throughout the entire process. During the two hour procedure, she gave brief descriptions of every step before proceeding and gave me tips on how to improve my skin in my day to day life. Winnie was really gentle during the blackhead extractions and gave an extremely comfortable facial/neck massage. After the two hour treatment, my skin felt extremely hydrated and supple. I would definitely come back to this location more often if only it was not a 3 hour round trip to get here. The experience I received from Winnie was definitely worth the trip here though!

2022-04-27I took my girlfriend to do her facial here and it was amazing. The staff were professional. Despite her being shy she was comfortable here. They also helped her with the eyelash extension and it was nice. The facial products are of high quality and they advice you on how to take care of your face (the daily routine). I recommend you to visit the place.

2021-08-07I have been doing 2-hour facial here for over three years. They are professional and very attentive. Milky and Qianqian took care of my acne issues two years ago by doing deep cleaning and applying the right skin care beauty products on my face on a monthly bases. Recently I started to go there for eyelash extensions with Coco. She uses prime materials and her skills are excellent. I can comfortably take a 20-30 mins nap without feeling too much and get my eye lashes magically done by her! I love it! Their price is fair and if you get membership you can enjoy discounts. I also like to buy their facial masks and just use them at home to take care of myself. I’ve recommended 4-5 friends to come to Hebe and so far everyone continue coming back to this place. I guess that says a lot about their products and services.

2021-11-01Im a customer here since 2019, and Im very impressed with their high-quality facial service. My skin gets lots much better, and the facial experience makes me relaxed every time I go there. Theyre very professional in solving any facial issues and they have really good facial machines, such as Fotona, Potenza and so on. Five star recommended!

I highly recommend Liwei who I feel is the best at treating acne prone skin. She is very professional and meticulous in what she does!

I liked the products they used and Winnie was so detailed and even walked me through the process with a few tips on how I could better care for my skin at home. Good experience all through.

2021-09-06This become my favorite facial shop in NYC! Relax and chill environment, even fall asleep during the facial time. Don’t worry if you are not sure what kind of facial you should get, the staff here will give you professional advice when they look at your skin condition. Nice and professional services that you won’t get it anywhere besides Hebe! They have 2 locations, I went to Flushing and Liwei is my favorite aesthetician. My skin gets better and better. Highly recommend.
