So Heighterned Security had the nerve to call me after postn lookn for a job I work but also live in Ny very expensive living and only want to offer me a experience person $15 for standn Lol please offer that to a young man or 1st time trainee
Very disrespectful. No hospitality skills. Rude. Intrusive & Verbally combative, when questioned. The WORST
Guards are poorly trained. I got physically shoved by a woman in a building where Heightened Security is servicing, and the guards response to the incident was that I should have physically defended myself and hit her back. Yes, that was the response. Id be really nervous about hiring this company for your security needs, or working for them.
I have the feeling that, Heightened Security is a great place to work, eventhough I have not work ther before.The reception, brief interviewed was good and professional.I would like to work with the Company.
This company is B.S. they have application papers as big as a text book so get ready to write for an hour over. They dont seem engage to really hire anybody I seen when I was there, the supervisor there was more concern with conversations with the female workers who laughed at the most basic jokes which told me a lot about the business. After waiting 3 hours which was the longest Ive ever waited one of the female workers going to tell me I need a copy of fingerprints??? Now I gave her my Security ID so why do I need to give you that? I proceeded to call Indentogo they told me they do not keep records I told them what Indentogo said and the Supervior told me to get them over again why would I waste another 99$ just for a reciept??? Just tell me you not hiring dont lie this company stay away from and Workforce 1 needs to stay away from them as well!
The security that works at 9 metrotech is very unprofessional with a nasty attitude talking to people like they are children…she is a short heavyset lady….the company should put some thought into the people they hire

Dont get fooled by this company you may go to the interview and you may feel like youre about to get the job but dont think that his guys are just a Liars there have you waiting and waiting and then the girl that answers the phone in the morning she wont give you the phone number to the guy you had an interview with shell give you the same phone number you just called on like a moron.
Great place people are sooo nice short application BUT! Be warned standing posts only! If you wanta chill don’t go here

All of the managers are diligent in their field of work and they do their best to make sure operations are always running smoothly. The best part of working for Heightened Security is the comfortability my colleagues give me whenever I come across something I am not accustomed to. I never feel uncomfortable asking for help. 2022-06-30Heightened Security is my go to for security for my clients and events. They provide wonderful service that my client’s appreciate. They offer white glove service that is second to none.I have been to Brooklyn locations where I am surprised to see uniform guards that also bear the name of Heightened. I am immediately relaxed knowing they are on the premises.Security can be subjective. Heightened makes it clear they know the job and execute the assignment.

2022-09-10Working for Heightened Security has been an awesome learning experience. I personally have learned so many new things in regards to security and how important guards truly are. There’s always a new assignment to tackle while working in Administration. Management is also really caring and passionate about the company and the employees.

2022-08-10Ive worked for heightened security for a few years. The pay is decent hours are good the supervisors are good and easy to work with. I would recommend the company to any one who wants to get in to security

Id like to share with you how I came to work for Heightened Security and progress with the company. If you are looking for a good job with growth opportunities, come aboard, become a part of the family, and grow with us! It all started when I did an event for Cinco de Mayo in Staten Island in 2010. I was looking for a steady job. I met Drew Campbell at the event and went on to apply for a Security Guard job with the company. When I went for the interview, I was asked, “Why do you want to work for Heightened Security? Well, while working at Cinco de Mayo I had noticed that Mr. Campbell was a considerate and compassionate man towards his employees, this had piqued my interest in the company and so I answered, “Because I want to work for a company that truly cares for its employees.” I was later hired and assigned to an account which was Cipriani-Wall Street, where I met Mr. Nathaniel Robinson, who like Mr. Campbell also had great job dedication, a strong work ethic and care for Heightened Securitys employees. I learned to incorporate these ideals for myself, and I went on to become a Security Supervisor at Wall Street and Banquets. Overall, I find Heightened Security to be a fair, considerate, and wonderful place for growth and in which to work. And that is why I am still here.

2022-06-30The interview was good and bad was me I was so nervous but I search the company is good for a good recommmended it by friend father people judge talk and say think to all company I just want say Iif you have. Bad experience do not blame the company blame yourself we all complain about lil of everything my thoughts if you aint ready or aint like do security guard job do something else this person that hight recommend it to me he have 28 years of security 3 years a security guard trained 5 years of fire safety retired 1 years ago tells if aint ready to do a good the best thing try something else stip complain and blame think lime ajob doesnt require you to talk shyyt about a company remember a comment can destroy or get into you never find the good job just say you have a incombination with it try to fix it instead talk trash trust md company analiza you more u talk less opportunity you get in life I been the field 3 years I feel like 2 but I love this field later Im thinking do something else to have more time spend with my parents now they getting old trust a job is a job you complain you do not gain God bless you american I thank this country for opportunities my dont get me I love it learn yhe culture everything even about the history blame yourself for keep complain it love the fields of security gonna do it for few years I got my other kick job I in my watch just do not complain

2022-05-18The Guards in front at FDNY HQ are TERRRRRIBLE - WORST Customer service and they DO NOT work for FDNY but tell people they do and give WRONG info on FDNY CBT Exams.Also stated to several people they could not wait in front or near the property at all for any reason ever and employers can’t meet their staff .

2021-03-09I am judging by the interview not the company. One this company do not do Shelter Security which is fine. But the Problem is the interviewer he interview you as a NUMBER but not as a person.Even when he walk to the entry door he didnt even say good morning and when he ask you to come in He cant even look you in your eyes.When ask about the pay I told him what I wanted but also to be fair that we could work this out again he just wanted rush me and get to the point.Very unprofessional and the reception also lie when I ask her few question before the interview She was the one that stated there have shelters work.The interview wasnt even 5 minutes it was fast this was a waste of my time this could have been done over the phone or at least online like Zoom for example.Only I told him interested in the morning tours and non retal work.
