Hellars. JUST DONT!! Likes to promise customers prices, that they wont honor. IF you choose to go to hellars, make sure you have patients to sit on the phone as its a call center located out of P.A . ALOT OF THE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FAKE PROFILES that the salesmen, and friends post to gain customers. Make sure your calling your providers to check fees that you may or may not be paying. Hazmat and delivery fees.. theyll get ya. IF you choose HELLARS... GOODLUCK!!!!!!!!
Was looking to switch my business account to them. I called and the call center told me there was no one to take my call and my questions could not be answered because he was in Pennsylvania. He was extremely rude. So I’m I will just stick with my old company. Thanks for wasting my time. You lost a good chance to take over multiple accounts.

Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone at this place. I called to try and see about possibly becoming a customer and some answering service answered i asked to speak to the Watertown office and the girl tells me that all these calls go to a call center there is nobody in the stores that talk to the customer and she can help me. I ask where is it I’m calling she said Burwick? Which I never even heard before but then ask about becoming a customer but she can’t help me she has to get someone else because she can’t talk about pricing then proceeds to keep me on hold for 11 minutes. Look I buy local and if you cannot even have someone at a branch or answer simple questions then I don’t want to be a customer!

2022-08-09I had a brand new, purged 20lbs tank for my grill. Glad I called them. Service was great and the cost was 40% cheaper than the national brand place.

2022-08-16The absolute worst customer service. Lies and the run around right from the get go. Rude and arrogant and super immature for being grown men trying to run a business. I would pay double the price to not have to deal with these guys again.

2021-12-17We switched to Hellers gas last year or so and couldnt be happier with their service. I typically dont do reviews but today 2 employees came by to switch out covers on our tank. When they arrived I did not recognize the vehicle, as it was his private truck I am assuming, so I walked outside. The man that got out of the truck was wearing a Hellers Gas Jacket (both employees were which is very nice to help identify them quickly) & he immediately identified himself. They were both so pleasant and professional and let me know exactly what they were doing.I called the office to let the company know how pleased I was with their employees and the woman that answered was just as nice . Its so refreshing to have such great in person customer service and over the phone. Kudos Hellers and thank you for being such a great customer orientated company!

2021-11-18Fantastic customer service through out the company; Jeff L. and his crew did an amazing job setting us up with a 500 gal tank at our new home. The woman in inside sales was very helpful getting us set-up as a new account and going over the invoice. Highly recommend Hellers Gas for your fuel needs.

2021-10-29Great price lock in and when I had troubling lighting one of my fireplaces this fall, service came out within 48 hours as it was NOT an emergency. Repair techs came in time frame they promised and fixed problem on first try! VERY PLEASED!!!!
