I used them to replace my heater last year. Also They’ve shrunk wrapped my furniture for the last 3 years. Always been professional. Patrick is a hard worker. You’re lucky if you get him as one of the workers
They opened my pool and the guys left their trash on my pool deck (gatorade bottle, etc.). They didnt attach my diving board or ladder. And they didnt even put tablets in my chlorinator (I had a full bucket of tablets that they just ignored I guess). They also left my loop lock cover on the pool deck instead of putting it in the pool shed. Normally, I go with True Blue Pools, but I got a tip that Henny would be a good alternative. I couldnt have been more wrong. Safe to say that I wont be using Henny again.
BEWARE of any company under the Henny’s Pools, Henny’s furniture wrap umbrella of companies. I would NEVER recommend them or use them ever again. They are a fraud and will not stand behind any of their work. I had my furniture shrink wrapped in the fall and when I opened it in the spring it was covered in black mold. Henny’s has done nothing to help repair or replace this health issue that ruined my entire set of furniture. It needs to be completely replaced and they just do not care about anything that happened after they got paid the fee to do the work. The customer service department and Dan the owner initially promised a replacement and now do not have the decency to pick up the phone or email me back. They ruined my summer patio season and ran for the hills with the fee I paid in the fall for the work they performed. DO NOT USE HENNY’S under any circumstance.

The service is excellent starting with the office personnel. Setting appointments and the workers coming when they say they will and opening my pool and getting it clean in short order. I also recommend the weekly service. Pool is crystal clear and I don’t lift a finger. 👍👍👍👍👍
The office is efficient with communication especially having hours late in the day when most companies are closed. And the guys left my pool looking perfect. Always. Everytime. And they are so professional

2021-10-22After years of working with Hennys I had a very bad experience today. When I called to find out a time frame, and did not hear back for over two hours, naturally, I became frustrated. I called back again, and was screamed at by Joe, and hung up on. He actually said to me I am getting sick of you and other various comments that were completely inappropriate for a business owner to say to a long time customer. I kept my cool until the end of call when I screamed back Now, I am screaming... do you like this?!?! Horrible customer service! Needless to say, we cancelled and will be taking our business elsewhere this year, and going forward. I guess when you have over 6,000 customers losing one is not really a big deal. 2018-06-16I had my pool done by Henny Henden Pools. The owner’s name is Danny. The company did an amazing job! The owner was on the job site throughout the construction process, and was very kind and knowledgeable ensuring that my husband and I were pleased with every step of the process. If I could rate more than five stars I would. I really can’t say enough good things about Henny Henden Pools.Positive experience! Exemplary service! And now my family and I have a beautiful new pool and we couldn’t be happier !

2018-09-22DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND READ BEFORE GOING INTO CONTRACT This company resurfaced my pool 3 years ago and suggested I add a gray color to the marble dust, which I did. The pool was gorgeous when done. Within the second year, the resurfacing began to wear off. This year, even more so. it now looks like a big dirt spot. Also, the original floor is now showing up throughout the pool. Clearly not enough product was used. The floor and walls are rough. I called to schedule an estimate for repair. I was told Denny would be here at noon. He was a no show without even a courtesy call. I have had my pool resurfaced 3 times over its lifetime and each time the job looked good for 10 years. This job looks awful after 2 years! Any good reviews must come from friends and family. Be careful in making your choice. I will continue to post reviews on social media and on the better business bureau. No one should have their investment wasted or their time they put aside for a scheduled appointment Dishonored. All of this could have been avoided if he honored his appointment. He must have known there was sub standard work involved because his staff had me on hold for several minutes while he looked at the account. After which they said he would be here at noon and abruptly hung up. My demeanor was friendly and non accusatory throughout the call .I simply wanted to know what needs to be done to make this right. They are very unprofessional. STAY AWAY.

2018-06-15Excellent service from the technicians, Jose and Josue are my favorite. Also, great office communication especially when it’s after hours and the phone is always answered or I am called right back. Very satisfied with my pool maintenance this season. Coming from a very unreliable pool company to Hennys was a breath of fresh air. Everyday I have a clean pool all issues resolved within a day. Great job to the Henny Staff!!! You have a customer for life here!!!!

2017-06-10I have used this company for a few years to open and close my pool. never really had problems until now. Also use them for furniture wrapping. This year it is the worst. They came so late to open pool. They left without putting new filter on, that they were supposed to show us how it works. When they installed new pump they said when we opened the pool they would show us how it works. Never did. My husband figured out the next day how to run filter. The annual cleaning this was delayed. They showed up, but said pool was too dirty to clean so it needed more time for filter to run. Scheduled it with the office for Thursday afternoon. Office said could not schedule a certain time, but could put in for after 4. They sent someone in Wednesday when we werent home. Then no one showed on Thursday. We called and we were told they would be here on Friday. They called on Friday to say they would come Saturday. So far no one had come and it is 4:30. My pool was set to run right and it is so green.I am really not happy and beginning to think if finding another company.

2018-06-15I recommend Henny Henden Pools to everyone, if you want a job well done then this is the company to use. The entire staff is pleasant, efficient, and professional. All of my experiences with their staff have been exceptional and they are very knowledgeable, so I knew I was in great hands. I am always very pleased with the pool service, power washing, and shrink wrapping especially (my furniture looks amazing when its unwrapped come spring time)!!

2018-03-22The office at times is overwhelmed and depending on who you talk to, can come across as a novice. They do need to work on their scheduling and informing places when they propose to be on site.If you are to have your pool maintained by this company I strongly suggest you ask for Joe.If it werent for Joe and his service, I doubt I would recommend this agency.

2018-06-14Henny henden has been maintaining/ repairing my pool for 5 years. The crew is always professional and courteous snd always show up when expected.They are knowledgeable and take the time to explain what has been done, my pool has never looked better, and I now have more time to enjoy it instead of struggling to maintain it myself.Best move I ever made. From the time I called them for a estimate to having them change the liner and converting over to salt, the all transaction could not have gone smoother. Did exactly what they said they would do on time and a very fair price. I will continue to use this old school company in the future!!

2017-06-03DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Is there a way to give zero stars! Recently had them come over to power wash the house I just purchased. It was a five hour job at 125 dollars an hour. I maybe watched for 2 minutes as a guy who clearly didnt know what he was doing stood lazily on my garage roof instead of getting a proper ladder. He proceeded to power wash my siding spraying up and against the grain of the siding! Im no expert but this cant be how its done.. my house looked like it was in a weather channel hurricane live report. Siding going up and down like an accordion and clearly being damaged. I asked the worker about it and he said dont worry its fine well it wasnt fine as I wound up with a leak in my ceiling in that exact spot. Had to cut a hole in my master bedroom just to drain it. Ok so accidents happen and people make mistakes. I can handle that. However the owner would not take my calls or even acknowledge my existence. After a worker promised me by phone to email pictures and a description and the owner would call me back and come look. They then blocked all further calls and I have no way to even get in contact. I am reporting them to better business bureau and consumer affairs and will flood the internet the way they flooded my new house!
