We made a spur-of-the-moment decision to stop here for a quick bite for dinner- and I am so glad we did! Very casual & basic grilled food restaurant- hot dogs, burgers, fries, some salads, chicken fingers, steak subs, etc., as well as the Rochester speciality of The Plate. They have counter service, indoor seating, and food is served in take-out containers while beverages are bottles from the cooler. I had a white hot dog (another of Rochesters regional cuisine options) with curly fries, while my dining companion was in heaven with his JV Plate- home fries, macaroni salad, a hamburger, meat sauce, onions, mustard, and pickles. We split a perfectly cooked order of mozzarella sticks too. The food was ready quickly, even though there was a steady stream of customers for both dine-in & take out. Everything was fresh & delicious & piping hot. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Definitely a kid-friendly place. I would eat here again, and have already recommend it to others!
This is one of the best places in town to get a plate. The food is delicious but the seating isnt the most comfortable. Ordering ahead is not a bad idea as meat is cooked to order. I order the same thing every single time and its always consistent and they always get my order right.
I’ve always wanted to try this place but then I walked in and I saw everybody putting their feet up and sitting on the counters/tables where everybody food is going and I just turned around and left. That was just the friendly reminder I needed to not eat at certain restaurants.
I would give a zero if I could!! My wife just picked me up a godfather plate and she got a jv plate and after one bite they went in the trash can!!!!! It tasted like a pound of garlic salt I guess this is what they do when there Mac salad is spoiled!! YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED!!! 30.00$ in trash. I was a long time customer never again!!
Never a bad decision when deciding to come to Henrietta Hots. The staff is always friendly and respectful. Ive never been disappointed with my meals from here. I chose the cheeseburger plate with mac and home fries. It took about 15 minutes to get my meal on a Saturday night which isnt that bad.
I got two garbage plates here, the grilled cheese plate and the hot dog plateIt wasnt particularly good, nor was it particularly bad. Average at best.Their mac salad is quite bland and their fries do not hold up well to a plate. The meat sauce was dry. Dogtowns is significantly better.
Five stars for flavor on what I was able eat. 0Stars customer service. My friend went in and ordered food because phone lines going to voice mail. Which is strange because she sat and waited for my food and said that the phone did not ring the entire time she was there which is unlikely for 12 pm which they weren’t even busy inside anyways… For what seems like not a big deal to some she asked for no onion on one of the plates , and it was absolutely covered . I realize people make mistakes - it’s whatever but it would be nice to have it remade or corrected.. but alas phones still go right to voicemail. So no way to have it corrected . It would be nice to have a refund or something . I know people will say pick off the onion but it’s not exactly something you can pick off and not still taste it. When someone is paying for a service it should be corrected in some form. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and talk to someone and try to straighten something out before writing a review but they don’t have a method of contact 🤷🏻♀️ Phones go right to voicemail.
No-frills eatery in Henrietta, south of Rochester. Their badaboom plates are one of the many Rochester Garbage Plate style meals, you know what youre in for if you come here. You can get up to four burgers, red hots or white hots. Plates can be customized. Surprisingly, they also offer vegetarian-friendly food. Meal costs are low if you are used to downstate prices. Has a Tekken 3 cab - welcome to 1997! Overall, Henrietta Hots offers a good version of the Rochester signature meal, and it is easily accessible if youre driving by on the boring Thruway. Certainly worth a stop in if you are driving by Rochester.
Stopped in for lunch, food was awesome. Im in a wheelchair so getting into the place was a little bit difficult because they have the interior exterior doors three or four feet apart however there was somebody nice enough to hold the door for me on my way in. My suggestion to wheelchair user would be to bring a friend.
Unreal. Ive been going there for years. I ordered a steak and cheese plate with EVERYTHING EXTRA ONION. its always great. I paid $13 today and got NO meat hot sauce. I got a heaping pile of cheese with barely any steak under it. The girl who answered didnt even understand my order. Its fine, probably new. So I made sure I repeated my order 3 times anticipating it was going to screwed up....and it was....and it sucked. $13 for a meal that was awful. Im done....
Customer service was great!! Went on 3/30 so they ladies and cook that was working know whom Im speaking of... atmosphere was relatively quiet. Staff followed all covid-19 protocols. Food was amazing I had the pulled pork garbage plate and they pulled pork was cooked to perfection even the sauce that was on it was good sweet yet not too sweet and tangy. A must try if you are visiting and want to try something new and thier menu also had options and thingy for the kiddos too!
Great food, and phenomenal service... When theyre actually open. Arrived for a delivery nearby, early, just to get some food... To find locked doors, and empty vending machines inside. Not sure if theyre completely out of business, or may have just closed early. Either way it was super disappointing. I genuinely hope they havent closed shop, theyve got the best food this side of the Mississippi.
Couldnt review on grub hub for some reason. I gave this 1 star because the food smelled and tasted like it was wiped down with a dirty dish rag. You know that weird dirty restaurant smell where it smells like the whole place was wiped down with a rag that soaked overnight in a dumpster filled with rain water... Really really hard to get grilled cheese wrong, Henrietta Hots succeeded though... 20 dollars later. YUCK.Do go to Webster Hots instead BEST grilled cheese ever. They just dont deliver to my work, sadly.
I try to go every week, get take out, help small business. I always call first. With the Covid crisis, I think its a good idea to call first, especially at night. I love the food and the workers. Yes, they have many varieties of plates. Really good with beans and Mac.
We ordered 2 hot dogs and 1order of fries. It took 20 minutes to prepare that simple meal. The cooks were busy socializing with each other oblivious to the needs of the customers. We were 2 of only 6 people in there at this time. What must it be like when its busy?!! Will not return.
They make a great plate here! I heard about their pulled pork plate and I had to try it out. It did not disappoint. Very flavorful and worth checking out. The Mac salad is pretty good, which locals know is a key to a good plate. They whip up the orders fast and their quality is consistent. Check out their pulled pork plate if you havent
Henrietta Hots has, in my humble opinion, the single best plate in Rochester, NY.They have no special thing or X Factor, except for maybe offering fried eggs on top of your plate (which I strongly recommend!)The reason they have the best plate is that everything is made fresh for you when you order it. The meat sauce is savory, flavorful, and not too spicy at all. The home fries are perfectly golden brown, and the mac salad is fine even on its own.Ive been here three times in total over a 1 and a half year period, and the plate has been excellent every single time!
What’s really interesting regarding my experience at Henrietta hots is when the staff would not maintain NYS proper hygiene, I was asked to leave. I was promised that they would not refund my money. “You ordered food and it is being prepared.” On this public forum is the first that I heard that I was banned. Additionally, I called Monroe County Sheriff to please come and mitigate a refund for my payment that Henrietta Hots refused to give me. So, they can label my comments as “creative” or they can admit to the fact they they were not wearing their masks proper when I first asked them to do so, went outside to wait for my food and immediately noted their staff with masks down again. It’s too bad that I was so intimidated to stand up for myself and the hygiene expected that defensive was the only way that I could respond as I requested a refund that I had to fight for. So as you judge a business, place less weight on their mistakes, and more weight on how they respond to them.
The establishment was in okay conditions. Needs a great deal of cleaning and I am pretty positive that nobody was going around and wiping down tables after customers were in. The food was alright, it did not seem like something I would get again in the future. Overall, the experience was just okay.
Two days in a row (and many times before) Ive called to make an order over the phone and a woman puts me on hold and ignores the call. Ive seen in person when they do this to other people too. If you go in person, the service is incredibly slow. The plates are decent themselves but I only go there at all because its nearby. Ive given up on this place. Allow orders online if you wont take phone calls or get another staff member.
Everytime I come home to NY, I stop in at Henrietta hots and get a garbage plate. The food here is absolutely awesome and I cannot pass it up. I love introducing new people to garbage plates, they always start our skeptical and end up loving it. This place has the best garbage plates IMO. My opinion doesnt really matter, however, I did work as a city EMT for years and that means I know where the good food is at.
I got 2 cheeseburger garbage plates here for me and my hubby and they were terrible! The meat was seriously overcooked and had those hard little balls all through them. The macaroni salad was bland, unseasoned and way undercooked and the home fries were soggy and totally unseasoned. The hot sauce was just cinnamon with meat in it and the meat was the same gross meat as the cheeseburgers we got. Yuck. We wont be going back. If you want a good garbage plate go to Bill Greys.
Website said they were open till 4:30am, I arrived at 1:20. Sign on the door had the same hours as online with no posted changes. Lights on people in the back, knocked and they looked up, saw me and went back to what they were doing. Knocked again and again and again and called several times and they could clearly hear me but ignored me. Three cars pulled into and out of the lot during the five minutes I was there. Went to TacoBell across the street where the line went around the whole building. If you go, expect to be treated like trash.Whoever owns this place must hate their customers.
Always count on the food and service to be consistently great. Clean, plenty of seating if you choose to dine in. Prices are reasonable. Awesome staff. Open early and close late. I no longer live in the Henrietta area and although i live less than 5 minutes from another Hots place, Id much rather take the drive to Henrietta Hots.
Had my first garbage plate, I gotta say Ill be eating this again. The food is all the foods we love and shouldnt eat that often all in one dish. Potatoes, cold mac salad, burger patties, meat sauce topped with onions and mustard. I planned to eat half and three quarters in I decided Im gonna finish it and did.The environment is clean and simple and the staff were very nice.
Out of burgers, kitchen team was loud and rude very disappointed and discouraging as they screamed what us thaaaaaat. Saving grace was the lady upfront whom threw out my food when I went to the bathroom but was nice enough to re-make my order for me. Not the best Ive had in my garbage plate experience but was pretty food. Honestly it hard to mess up a garbage plate. The 4th star goes to the lady at the counter. Big guy that works there .... STOP TOUCHING YOUR NOSE AND FACE BEFORE YOU MAKE FOOD.
Closed at 4pm on a Monday, hours clearly indicate that they should have been open. After reading some of the other recent review, appears that this is becoming a common practice with the new staff. Real shame, plates were decent here a few months back, but if you have a staff that cant manage to even show up to work, can you really trust them to properly handle your food.On the plus side, Schallers up the street was open and ended up having a great plate, plus nothing but 4/5 star review in the past 6 months.
We have had plates from here several times and always enjoyed the food. However when trying to phone in an order it would be nice to not have the phone off the hook. Tried for over 20 mins to call in with no luck.If your business hours indicate you are open and there are people there when go in person... you might make more money to pay those employees if you ANSWER the phone. Losing the opportunity to take my money anyhow...
One of the better, if not the original, hots joints in the Rochester area. Stop in and say hi to Sue, a staple behind the counter. Order a cheeseburger plate with everything and enjoy the tasty meat sauce that makes this one of my favorite spots. Or grab yourself a steak and cheese plate, with the meat sauce of course. Delicious!
Food was good but don’t go during lunch. You will wait a long time. Also when they take orders they just toss the foam trays into a pile on the back counter. So someone could order after you and get the same thing and and will get there food before you. No rime or reason. A little disorganized. I waited 35 mins for a garbage plate.
Used to be excellent, better than Tahoes in fact. Im pretty sure it has switched ownership and is now not as good. The employees appear to be lazy and are borderline rude. The mac salad doesnt taste like anything anymore. The only plus is the meat hot sauce is still good.
This is arguably the best place in the Rochester area to get a garbage plate. They are not something you would necessarily want to eat every day, but if you are really hungry and not to worried that your meal be healthful or fancy, H. Hots can give you something fast and good-tasting.Additionally, they also have a big tub of free pickles, which is one of my favorite things.
They are getting 2*s because their food is good, but its disrespectful and a joke to your consumers for you to advertise on Google and on you door that you close on a certain time, but actually close whenever the hell you feel like it. I came all the way from down town to pick up a plate, since I havent had one since my RIT days, and when I get there at 3:20am of a Saturday night, that if they follow their advertised schedule, they are actually supposed to close at 4:30am, all the doors are closed, all the chairs are flipped, and there are 3 employees inside cleaning, and not even coming up to the door to apologize to me for closing early, or even to shut off their OPEN LED signs on their windows. Just horrible customer service from their part. I advise you call them 1st before heading over there. I doubt Ill come back.
Came to visit for a conference for work .someone suggested this for a garbage plate. Place looked like an abandoned pizza place with the tiles falling off the counter and flies EVERYWHERE. Even if it wasnt a sit down restaurant, the tables should be clean which they were so far from. Crumbs and napkins on almost every table. Never even got greeted by the older woman. She just looked up and waited. So I greeted her. Dont know if Im in a low income area where people arent nice or what?! But the 2 Cooks were on their phone. Now the garbage plate. 2 hard as rock hamburger patties on top of store bought macaroni salad and cold home fries. THIS is NOT food. For the name? Thats what it is... A garbage plate. Garbage on a damn plate.
Yulk.. Pricey food for mediocre taste. The burgers are ball park style and thin the mac salad, noodles and mayo flavorless.. They were out of everything. You can tell this is an after the bar kinda place. Food took forever for basic griddle cooking hot dog, frozen burgers, and chicken fingers.Best part was probably the free pickles, curly fries and loganberry. Other wise sub par.
The food wasnt that bad but the people working here and absolutely disgusting and have no sense of hospitality. 6 of us came in and 5 ordered food, they made our friend leave because they didnt order food which is ridiculous, I would understand if only 1 of the 6 ordered food or if they had a full house but that wasnt the case. They had a nasty attitude when we grabbed a chair from another table so we could sit together. Reconsider how you treat your customers. Never coming here again, plenty of other great garbage plate locations like dogtown and nick Tahous.
Henrietta Hots has some high quality garbage plates, the menu is not very extensive but lets be honest your coming her for the garbage plate. Prices are fair since the portions are large and they have more variety to add sauces/toppings alot of other places lack. Most impressive is the speed they can produce. All around great stuff in a pretty small basic facility.
My husband and I stopped by Henrietta Hots for lunch the other day. We both love an occasional chili dog and these did not disappoint us. The chili was delicious and thick enough to put on a hot dog. The red hots were large and the buns perfect. We shared an order of fries which were hot and crispy on the outside and soft and mealy on the inside. One order was quite large and just right for the two of us. The place was bright and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely have lunch here again.
I have never felt so compelled to write a bad review as I do tonight. Working in customer service myself I know these reviews can be biased and cruel. My bf wanted a plate, I didnt so I ordered a hamburger with grilled onions and french fries. The fries were still partially frozen and I could have gotten a better burger and bun from McDonalds and the grilled onions were burnt to black all around the edges. When we called we were told they were made per the standards they follow and maybe we should have ordered a plate. I didnt even get the persons name I was talking to. Needless to say they have lost our business and recommendations.
After years of being a loyal customer, I will no longer visit Henrietta Hots. Today I stopped and ordered their garbage plate which I have always enjoyed. I had taken a few bites when I found a long hair stuck to a piece of macaroni. I promptly went to the counter and showed the older woman what I had found. She immediately became defensive and a bit surly . She refused to refund my money. She did offer another plate but who wants another plate after losing their appetite. The men preparing the food did not have hair nets on and neither did the woman serving the food. One of the cooks had a Nike hat on to be fair. That $8 refund I hope will cost them much more after the Health Dept.gets through with them.
I am a regular customer of this establishment and Sarah Grab couldn’t be further from the truth. First off, Henrietta IS NOT a low income area so to make that assumption based off your mood is very narrow minded. Secondly, I’ve ordered various items off the menu and I have never received my food as described. I am always greeted when I walk in, especially by the older woman (who is always kind and helpful). I usually don’t write reviews, I just rate the restaurant, however Sarah’s libel had to be corrected. Eat at Henny hots!
The JV plate is HUGE! And in their fountain drinks they carry a variety of SoBe Lifewater that tastes absolutely delicious, it was so nice to have something other than pop from a machine I was thrilled. Thank you Henrietta Hots, keep the SoBe and well keep coming back! PS their hot sauce was great, right spice, right sweet, perfection. Great work! We loved it.
I wont go back to Henrietta Hots until that old woman and her crew leave. They have no business running that place. Theyve turned a once hot-spot, go to, greasy spoon into an intolerable cest pool of failing mediocrity. They never answer the phone. The line cooks look like they want to hurt each other and often fight with each other in front of customers. Furthermore, the place is plain dirty. Condiments are usually empty. Half of the soda lines are empty. Inexcusably long wait times. The ownership must go. They are hemorrhaging business.
Longest wait ever for 8pm. Got here at 810pm. Did not get food until after 840pm. Its a garbage plate people! Also the woman taking the order was extremely slow and would not stop touching her hair and then food. That does not include handling money and other cards... real sanitary...... wont be coming back anytime soon considering all of the great plate places around the ROC...
Went late at night and the place was packed. Would definitely not recommend because workers behind the counter were too focused talking to each other instead of focusing on taking orders and handing out ready food. Two members behind the counter were also vaping and making smoke clouds. Unacceptable at any time of the day
Edit from my original review due to weird experiences with the business:I believe the staff has sex behind the counter at night. I stopped in and the guys wouldnt move or talk. A female voice from behind the counter said they were closed. All lights on, empty restaurant, and unlocked doors tell me otherwise. Their supposed closing time was not for several hours. Something is happening and the owner is getting screwed big time. I have also pulled into the place and they shut the lights off. When I left , the lights came back on.This USED to be a good place to eat.
Food is moderate but its garbage plates so like what do you expectThey are fast and one sloppy godfather plate generally feeds me and my two kids happilyIt is what it is and performs that job well, if you go in expecting a good greasy spoon then youre at the right place
I have been going here for years. But for the last year or so, this place has gone downhill. They never have any bacon. Then finally tonight, I got my food and the box itself was way lighter than usual and there were barely any French fries and had small strips of chicken fingers. It was pathetic looking. Im not sure whats going on, but I wont be back for a while or at all. If I could post a pic of it, I would.
Good food but the customer service here is the worst. I called 5 times before someone answered the phone. Finally got ahold of someone. The girl was very snotty on the phone. Went in to pick up my order and the girl sat there on her phone and then finally noticed me. She didnt say a word to me except for telling my my total. There was a tip bin which doesnt make since? Why would I tip anyone one for being so rude. I said thank you as she handed me my food and she just stared at me and said nothing. You should probably get better employees for the sake of your business.
The only reason I am giving one star is because their plates are good. I just called and whoever I spoke with was extremely rude. I didnt even get a chance to ask anything else before she hung up on me. I ate here about 8 months ago and they sold me a steak sub. The steak was way undercooked. I went to the counter and let her know. She got nasty to me about it and huffed and puffed about making me another one. It took about 20 minutes for another one. The last time I ate here which was months ago they sold me a sub that had moldy bread. When I called to let them know they got extremely rude and defensive with me. I refused to try them again until tonight. I called (I work overnights its 1:30 am) I wanted to order over the phone because I am on limited time. She said we dont take phone orders after 12. Then I said okay. That was not the reason I am upset though. Just as I was about to ask something she hung up on me. That and her tone is what made me upset. Screw this place. I will never eat here again. She had such an attitude with me I am amazed this place has any customers left speaking to people that way. I also seen in Google reviews that speaking and acting that way towards customers is a regular thing for them. Unbelievable. Very upset and dissatisfied. Would not and will not recommend to anyone.
22 minutes to make a chicken wrap.No line when i walked in. About 15 minutes in they asked my name and what I ordered. They forgot.7 minutes later I have a Buffalo chicken wrap that is1) mostly breading2) the sauce is some light mayo, ZERO BUFFALO SPICE.absolute garbage, never going back
Summary - 4 years ago i gave them a 5 star. Now they get a 1. Closed at random. Dirty kitchen, poor food quality.Working in the area for 15 years, Ive had plates from just about everyplace in henrietta. H-Hots was the place to go from 2005 to 2014. When they remodeled and grew everyone was excited! In the last two years this place lost its passion. Workers operate uncleanly, without gloves, and unprofessionally, smoking cigarettes at the back door so the air vents suck the smoke back in the building. The food has gone sloppy and unflavored, their meat sauce used to be clean and spicy. Now it is clear they get cheap 70/30 beef and it is drenched in liquid fat, which soaks into the fries and makes them unpalatable. They have also decided to close whenever they want. The last three times i have drove by were Friday@Noon, Monday@8:30, and Sunday@9:30. All three times they were closed when the door said they should be open. Sadly there is not a great Plate place near RIT or UofR anymore because I no longer recommend this place.
All the tables were dirty and the floors had food on it. I ordered the junior plate which is 3 burgers and ur choice of two other things I got potato and mac salad. I went to eat a burger and it didnt taste like it should even be for human consumption and it smelled terrible all three of my burgers were like that. I lifted up a burger and found a hair because they dont wear hair nets and the soda machine most were coming out with just water and the pop was flat. I will not be visiting this place again.
Worked in the restaurant business for 11 years, and have never witnessed such terrible customer service! The night manager was rude, snobby, and had an all around negative attitude. Arrived fairly late, but it was clearly an hour and a half before closing time, and we were informed we had to take our meals togo because the main diner was closed. When questioned about the advertised closing time, the only real excuse the then-manager could give was that she was tired and ready to go home. Ridiculous. This could be the last place to eat on earth, and I would rather starve than be treated so poorly again! Hopefully they can get some new night staff that understands working until close is part of the job! Very disappointed, and I will certainly make sure to spread the word.
Just a quick word- I was told by the concierge at our hotel to try a Garbage Plate. Having no idea what this was I went to Henrietta Hots and bought one. This thing could feed a small African village for a few days like dammnnn. The restaurant wasnt the cleanest place on earth but it had a family vibe to it. Man that was heavy. Thanks guys!
I was so satisfied with the service! I moved to Florida and came back to see family, but while I was in town I stopped by and grabbed a plate at Henny hots with my daughter, was so pleased with Ashleys politeness and good convo good bless her! Make sure she gets paid well!!!
The door says open until 3:30am on Thursday. The Internet says open until 3:00am. Pull up at 2:50am (understandably close to closing time) and the female that was working walked away from the counter, turned the lights off, and said they were closed. I work in the industry and that is complete, total, 100%, bull. You should educate your employees that 1.) Closing early costs money. 2.) Turning away customers costs money. 3.) Bad reviews lose money. 4.) You dont get paid if theres no customers. We brought our $40 in business (in garbage playes, lets be serious here) to Stevie Ts. A lesser product, that doesnt turn customers away. Thanks for nothing.
Horrible experience. My bread had mold on it which I did not discover until half way through my meal. I was so grossed out that I could not finish the rest of my meal. The girl working the front counter huffed and puffed her way to the back and I could hear her call me an expletive to the other employees. At that point I never received a refund and I threw my half eaten meal out. What a waste of money!
Usually Im very pleased with Henrietta Hots. But this was the 2nd time Ive tried to stop after midnight and it has been closed when their online hours say they are open till 3am (...as I am OnCall and driving around for mobile xray and hungry). I started for Taco Bell since they were closer at the time but the drive thru had about 12 cars lined up. So I went out of the way just to find out Henrietta Hots was closed. There was also another car leaving as I turned in.Please at least update the hours online via Google.
They used to have great plates. Lately not so much.. don’t trust their hours either. Multiple occasions they have closed early .. like we’re talking closed at 2:15 am on a Friday night. Better places to go that actually answers their phones and don’t lock up early on weekends
If you say you are open. Then be open.My friend ordered food and sense he didnt pay for me APPARENTLY i didnt want to order? If you arent open past 3. Then post that to your website and close your doors at 3.Dont lie and say you are open until 4 and not make my food.I brought my money back home with me because the girl you had working the counter didnt like her job, and didnt like me. She made that known. You lost a long time customer. I did like your establishment, but I cant say I will ever go to your place of business again. If you are new in town. Dont go here. Obviously they dont care about the customer.
Don’t waste your time, go to Schallers!!! Called in an order last week to be told “we can’t take call-ins because we’re under staffed”. Went here a second time at 8PM on a Friday to be told they can’t add extra hot sauce on a garbage plate because they’re running low. I’ve got to the point that I don’t even eat try to order food from here anymore.
I frequent the business often. Typically get a buffalo chicken wrap with xtra chicken and some mozz sticks. Today i got there for my usual and brought it back to work. Not only was there chicken on one side of my wrap but no buffalo sauce. Called them up to letm know and the girl at the front counter gave me attitude . I literally had one half of my wrap with no chicken. I took a picture of it and will be talking to the BBB. Clearly people dont care about the business or customers. So sad ill never go to them again.
Horrible service I asked if I could add chicken fingers to my plate and was told we dont do that I have never heard of that so I couldnt pay extra for chicken to go on MY food... asked for my bread and was told we dont give bread out.... then I was charged for green pepppers and bananas peppers and onion which I did not get on my plate I love 20mins away from there and was told there us nothing they could do about it.... horrible customer service they will not be recieving my money again
They put meat on a vegetarians sandwich, then wouldnt refund the card. They would only give me a cash refund or new sandwich if I came back in person. I told them it would need to be more than that if I had to leave work and drive back, and they refused. Wont be going back.

2022-03-08Been here many times when it was at the old place and last-night was the first time I was greeted with such kindness and happy smiles! The manager was super nice when I had a million questions, she walked me through each menu item one by one and was very patient with me when I didn’t understand something! Lindsay had smiles on her face through the whole time I was there and you could truly see she loves meeting new people and enjoys her place of work! Each customer that came in she greeted with kindness and a smile. Which nowadays can turn someone’s whole day around in such a positive way! Lindsay you were truly a blessing to be around and made everyone smile! Henrietta Hots is doing big congratulations.🙂🙂🙂

2022-05-07Great place, food is always fresh and cokes out fast. Ive ordered garbage plates, garbage plate wraps and chicken tender meals. They also are located a little down the road from the previous location just past 7-eleven across the street. Price is the mid range but worth it.

2022-06-16While in Rochester, I had to try a garbage plate and this one was great! I had a cheeseburger plate with macaroni salad and home fries. I was a little skeptical of how it would all be combined, but it was honestly delicous. Next time Im back in town, I will definitely return! My husband got the chicken fingers and he also said they were really good. 10/10 :)

2022-04-27I like how they have vegetarian options. Their plates are exactly what you need for a hungover brunch. Id go there if Im super hungry and dont care about calories and want to feed my emotions too.

2022-05-01They made my cheeseburger plate without meat sauce even though I requested it. I ordered through Uber eats. Also, no mustard or even ketchup was on there everything looked rushed. Fairport hots next time for the hubby and I.

2021-02-05Great service and very fast on the orders. The staff are just as equally nice as before. Downside is that the prices went up with a bit less portion size. With everything COVID, they have ramped up accessibility and safety. Keep up the great work and continue to do well as a re-opening!Relocated Henrietta Hots to where McKennas diner used to be located. Menu pictures are posted as there are new and old menu items alike.

2021-04-30Henrietta Hots was a disappointment.I ordered a Redhot Chilly Dog and a soda to go.I ended up with a whitehot chili dog on some kind of little hoagie roll.the chili was watery which caused the bottom side of the hoagie roll to be completely soggy to the point it could be picked upIn all, overly priced, Cheap quality hoagie roll insteadof hotdogs roll, watery chili, cheap quality hotdog. However with that said. I feel obligated to end in a positive note. The staff was friendly and courteous when taking my order. They have plenty other items on their menu but with my experience I could not recommend them.
