The range of cooking/baking products and the selection within a product category is impressive. It is a tools/hardware store, not an ingredients store.

They have a great selection of items and very reasonable prices plus it is always fun to browse they wharehouse and see what new otems they have. There staff is very friendly and knowledge. They are open to the public and is great place to purchase those hard to find items.

HRS is a service and supply gem with passion in the Rochester market. They provide great production and paper options for retail, restaurant, baking and confectionery professions and home amateurs, at the most competitive pricing in this region. Ownership and service are all run locally and organically.
Henrietta Restaurant Supply is a new company, Not the old Innovative Supply. Peter and Paul the new owner were past employees of Innovative. They have created the customer service and stock items that made Innovative famous in the bakery and restaurant community in Rochester. They are in the same building except down a suite. Across from Loris Natural Foods. Stop or call them you will be glad you did!

They dont always have what i am looking for. Prices are not the best and I find the woman who runs the place to be rude. She acts as though I am bothering her when I ask a question or pay for my things!

2022-07-05Open to the public! I bake large scale for family and friends. This is my go to for boxes, cake boards and various other items. I love to just walk around! They have a nice selection of equipment too.

2021-02-09Shopping here is always a pleasant and calm experience. The choices are many though not overwhelming. The prices are fair and consistent. The employees are friendly and helpful though not pushy. The employees also offer and assist in bringing my purchases to my car. When my little went behind the counter after spying a chocolate there, the employee gently told him to go back to Mommy then offered (with my permission) and gave him a chocolate! Headed back to HRS today for my favorite cake fillings!

2021-02-13Love this place! Always good to talk to for advice, and lots of useful kitchen tools for either cooking or baking. Its worth at least one visit to browse and see what they have in stock! I find myself coming back every few months for that one specific thing I know I want.

2019-01-31I love this store! Amazing customer service and great selection. The prices are very competitive too! I bake custom decorated cookies and I don’t always have the cutter I need, but Peter always makes sure he takes my order info and calls me when it’s in!

2020-11-27I have been coming to HRS for years (since they were originally out front before BHS). Their selection of bakery packaging and cake supplies has always been fantastic, but since moving back to the front of the building the cake supply inventory has increased dramatically! They even have boxes for tall cakes up to 5 (I would love to see 6 to 8 tall boxes) and an increase in Chefmaster colors (which happen to be vegan), as well as a ton of sprinkles (not vegan), fondant extruders, and cookie cutters. I typically visit at lease once a week and overall I love this store!
