The company keeps thorough records and can provide information on your doors history and maintenance prior to your ownership as they service a large area. The company provides fast, professional and accurate service.
I will only use Henry Allen for my garage doors. When we had to replace our doors and openers they did a great job. A few weeks ago we were hit by lightning and had to replace one of the motors. Again, they came to my rescue. I highly recommend this company.
I recently had two custom garage doors installed by Henry Allen. They were responsive, professional, provided excellent advice and weren’t too pushy. They removed my old doors and installed the new ones quickly and flawlessly. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and the product. Highly recommended.
We had several issues with our garage door, and service tech Chad from Henry Allen showed up on time and prepared to deal with all the issues the day after we put a call in for service. He replaced the old springs that lift the door (a safety issue), and oiled the rollers, hinges, pulleys, and rails. Now our door opens and closes smoothly and quietly—a big improvement!
Henry Allen GCC is first rate! Making the appointment was easy -- super friendly. The technician showed up on time, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to assess the issues , make a recommendation that was cost effective, and perform the work ably. I would definitely use them again when we decide to upgrade our garage doors.

Henry Allen installed my 16 ft garage door in 1985, and replaced the motor etc in 1999. I have done the minor maintenance myself until recently,replacing cables, roller wheels, etc, and occasional lube. At age 33 it came to be time for the wooden door to be refinished, which I had done by a local contractor, Angelos Painting, who made it look new ! While they were at their project, the lifter gear box failed, so I called Henry Allen. The mechanic was extremely competent, replaced the gears, as well as some of the cable pulleys, whose bearings were tired. Since the motor seems fine, I did not have to change remotes or anything else. And for about $400 I am set for another 10-15 years, in good shape, and compliant with the current safety code. Overall, a very satisfying situation. Service with a capital C !
Henry Allen sent someone with 20 minutes to deal with my emergency. I stupidly left my hatch open on the car and raised the garage door!!! Popped the door off of its tracks! While there screws were tightened and my problem with not always opening from key pad was fixed while tech was there.Really appreciate the quick and thorough service. Highly recommend them!

If you were told by your garage door service company that you need new garage doors, please PLEASE please call Morgan of Henry Allen for a second opinion . When we got our house, we always call Precision Garage Doors. We backed into our garage door while its going up so hit the last 2 panel. We were told that we need 2 new panels and of course this means we have no working garage for weeks or months. I looked for a second opinion and found Henry Allen with great reviews. It ended up that we only need new hinges and the reason the door looked warped , because the hinges were loose. Chad from Henry Allen saved us thousands of dollars and fixed our garage doors in less than half an hour.

2022-01-26I cant say enough great things about Henry Allen Garage Door Co. and their technician, Chad. One of my garage doors had been knocked off its tracks and dented along the center. I was convinced it would need to be replaced. But Chad did an amazing job repairing the door and it looks like it wasnt even damaged. I was concerned that I could not get anyone to come immediately but Chad was at my house by 9:30 the same morning. He assured me that he sees this kind of thing all the time and now because of his skill and experience I will not have to replace the door!

When finished it looked great and everything was cleaned up with no evidence of the old door or hardware. We highly recommend. Dont skimp on the WIFI controlled opener, its a game changer.

2021-09-15I am extremely satisfied with the work Henry Allen Garage door has done. First we put a brand new opener on an older door and that job was done quickly. We then decided to upgrade to a higher R rated door and the job was done quickly at a very fair price. Morgan is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend them.

2021-12-06Took a very long time for them to finally replace my garage door, presumably owing to supply chain delays. However, the work itself was great. Replaced the door, tracks, springs, etc, but reused my recent motor. All done in a couple of hours and function has been flawless. Definitely the pros from Dover---thats a compliment.

2021-12-06Fantastic service. Had an issue with old garage door opener, which caused door to crash down on my car. They came right over the next morning and the service man was able to fix the bent door, saving me hundreds of dollars, and installed a new opener at a reasonable price.
