If I could give no stars, I would. In a new building with new machines, their washers have drainage issues. They had the audacity to blame it on tenants overloading machines when the washers were not spinning and draining enough so clothes are drenched with water. They were rude on the phone and insisted that they never make mistakes. Customer service creates any kind of excuse to avoid responsibility. Sorry is not in their vocabulary. Apparently, for them, adults do not know how to use a washer. It was very difficult getting a refund for one wash where my clothes were left in a pool of water. I had to call twice and explained many times that the code for the refund was not working. An hour later, they finally gave me a another code for the total of a $4 refund. I can not believe I had to speak to a human being for an hour to get a $4 refund. They are cheap and have no accountability for admiting they have issues with their machines as well as customer service. They should call themselves Evil Corp.

Our building just got these washers and dryers installed today. Nobody did a test run to see if they worked properly after installing them, so already at least one dryer and one washer do not work. The washers are very small and take too much time to wash. The dryers need to drive for 54 minutes in order to dry the clothes, but then half of the clothes are wet and we do not overload the dryers that means you’re trying your clothes for nearly 2 hours in order for them to dry properly. You cannot choose a particular amount of time for something to wash or to dry, there are only like three settings for everything so you know that it’s either not gonna be washed properly or not dried properly according to what you specifically need. I called them to come and fix the two machines that are already broken let’s see if they are responsive or not, I highly advise if your management chooses this company to tell them to not choose it because it’s really poor quality.

No consistent story from this company. Information on how to get a card is completely different between sign in the laundry room and their website, and I haven’t been able to do laundry for weeks because I was expecting a card in the mail I never received.Building managers please don’t use this service, I’m doing just fine with the local laundromat and would much rather use their better service if it wasn’t 3 blocks further away.I just want to pay to do my laundry, and my complete inability to get a straight story from this company on how I do that is frankly weird

Horrible machine maintenance, with washers rusting through, leaving rust stains on clothes, leaking water into the washroom, and failing to drain. All matters that cannot be remedied by the building super but have to be addressed by HERCULES.

If you read all the reviews, the owner responds to all which is great and appreciated.But why do all the reviews echo the same maintenance and customer service issues the company has? Get to work, make procedures and process changes so the complaints stop. Responding to a review is only a small piece. Work must get done behind the scenes. Make the necessary changes. Imagine all of the new business youd have had with more positive reviews. My building and another chose not to go woth them because of this. It shows a repeated pattern of not making changes.Owner responded here but I cannot reply, listed multiple excuses, not solutions. That is where my review started and will end. Proved my point.
