I live in Freeport and have been working around the block for 2 weeks. We mustve ordered from Hermans 5 times and its always delicious!
The driver is very rude the staff in my school order every day the driver rush the people & have a rude attitude if you dont like your job quit this place will no longer get my money when I asked the person who answered the phone for the manger he stated he is not there & no way to locate him the caller was rude also they need training on how to be professional

2020-06-24Basic, but very conveniently located deli across the street from Flaco’s Auto - FAFG Repairs. Get any kind of bagel, roll, omelette, cold and hot drinks. Friendly cashier/cook. scrappy tv playing news.

2021-11-24Horrible , the new worker over charges for eveything… stopped going there and couple other people also, once charged me $8 for a bacon egg and cheese and a small coffee, and frequently changes his price for a order, Losing customers

2020-09-27Everyone is always very nice, polite and friendly...breakfast is my fav but my husband loves their sandwiches. Small but clean. (Even before the corona virus they were clean and the display case glass was spotless - a pet peeve of mine lol)

2019-12-06I love me some Hermans.... i have order here for years good food. My favorite is cordon blue chicken cutlet supreme salad.if i had a complaint is placing an order they leave you on hold forever they need more people answering calls.besides that the food is worth it.

2019-03-21After charging me a MANDATORY 3.99% for Customer Experience (which Im pretty sure is illegal to enforce), they forgot the cheese on my breakfast sandwich, forgot to add the grape jelly on my daughters roll with cream cheese AND didnt bother to say your welcome when I thanked them. Which made the MANDATORY FEE even more ridiculous. Decent food. But ... nah son.

2018-06-01Worse Service Ive Ever Experienced Completely Disrespected By Herman The Owner Himself I Would Never Order From This Place Again And Ive Ordered There On A Daily Basis For Months I Actually Should Of Made This Review Months Ago Because The Service That They Provided Was Always Horrible Long Waits Incomplete Or Wrong Orders But Im Just A Loyal Customer And The Home Made Ice Tea Was Really Good I Continued To Give Them My Business But When Im Mistreated Or Disrespected That Draws The Line The Way Herman Spoke To Me And Handled The Situation Was Very Shameful And I Hope Every Shares Theyre Feedback On Here Because Its Important As A Customer To Any Business To Know Where You Spend Your Money Shame On You Herman I Hope You Read This And Remember How Poorly You Handled A Faithful Customer
