Honestly I haven’t even tried their food yet, it’s sitting on my passenger seat. The cashier is beyond friendly. Made me laugh on a terrible morning. We need more nice people in this world.
Doreen was so so sweet! I ordered heros for a bachelorette weekend in Fire Island and she insisted on delivering them to me at the ferry! To top it off they tasted great!!
Food is amazing, and the people who work there are extremely kind and caring, I would highly recommend trying there Elderado Hero!!!!! If there was a 6 star I would give it to them

2022-02-11The people here are warm and friendly and the food is outta sight. Being that I live not too far from this Deli I usually stop here before I go to work. The breakfast sandwiches are to-die-for and customer service is top-notch! If you are a regular here they will treat you like family. Its like the sitcom Cheers but, the deli version.

2020-03-20Amazing breakfasts (sausage egg and cheese is my go-to and their home fries are a crispy home run), and lunches are great too. We order at workwall the time and Ive never heard anyone complain since theyve changed owners.The free delivery makes this a solid 5 star review (though it can take some time when theyre busy--hot food is always hot and cold food always cold) and the nice, funny cook should make this a 6 star review!

2020-12-23CUSTOMERS BEWARE! I didnt have a problem with the food but when I went in to order breakfast sandwiches, I noticed the girl behind the counter was not wearing a mask. I asked her if she had a mask to wear and she just gave me a look. I also noticed other customers entering without masks and I felt so uncomfortable I waited outside . I found it crazy how lax the precautions were for COVID-19 and I felt very unsafe being inside. The girls seemed nice but I would not go back there especially during this pandemic. One would think customer safety would be their priority and this was the only place where I experienced this lately. Never again.

2019-06-29Went in for a pastrami sandwich with cheese Cole slaw, and russian dressing (one of the special sandwiches on the menu). Despite accidentally not making the order when I called it in and having to wait a minute while they prepared it when I got there, Im leaving a 5 star review for the amazing, well priced sandwich and the friendly staff and (presumably) owner. At $10 it was a very nice sandwich and I will definitely be returning soon!

2018-05-04I am amazed at all of the positive reviews for this deli. I went in for lunch last week and it is by far the worst experience and food I have ever had. I ordered a hot pastrami sandwich and a side of fries and was given fries in a coffee cup engulfed with freezer burn. The sandwich was worse being one single slice of month old pastrami on a floppy stale piece of bread. The complimentary cole slaw was nothing g more then shredded cabbage dosed in vinegar. On a scale of 1 to 10, let’s just say I’d rename the place the Zero Factory!

2017-05-31Doreen and Kelli are incredible! Im vegan and they put together an amazingly delicious wrap for me. They were incredibly kind and helpful. I would recommend Hero Factory to anyone who wants delicious food from amazing people!

2018-08-26Worst placeI have ever seen. The shelves are literally bare. They have no deli meats at all. The meat is presliced in a Tupperware and kept in an igloo cooler.... no refrigerator?Never, ever again. I cannot even believe it’s a business.

2016-06-06I was really craving an Italian hero...this was my first time in hero factory...ordered there ferrari hero...which is there name for the Italian. ..it was an ordinary sandwich. ..bread was ok seemed spongy to me not a great piece of good italian bread that I was looking forward to. ..crunchy outside and nice and doughy inside..not happening here...and the sandwich was a nice portion of meat and cheese but the over amount of Italian dressing kinda killed it...way too much...and honestly for the 10.47 i spent on the sandwich and small bag of lays plain chips and no drink..i think my search continues for a great italian hero in my location. ..On the up side. ..place has plenty of parking and a large choice of beverages to choose from with your order...is a neat and tidy place not dirty at all and has a very nice staff that is friendly....
