Hello, I recommend you guys should all buy either your pets or pet items from this place that is because. Inside the store theres a manager named Elia. Shes very kind and helpful when I was thinking about purchaseing a German Sheapeard and getting settup for it, but the most incredible part was how cheap the dog actually was for how pure breed the dog was. Im happy to shop here because I was able to save alot more money from other item shops and recommend you guys should shop here also, overall Im very Satisfied 5/5 Stars :D
I came here 9 months ago before the lockdown happened and both my pups suffered from severe skin infections. After I took them home from the groom, they had a lot of black scabs/spotting on their skin but I didnt think much of it. 2 days later, my dog literally scratched himself raw. He wasnt eating well, wasnt drinking water and wasnt even able to walk without scratching himself. I had to hold him for an entire week (thankfully, I was WFH. I cant imagine if I had gone to work and left him home alone by himself, it would have been worse). After taking them to the vet and paying hundreds of dollars, I had to wash him in antifungal and antimicrobial shampoo 3x. Hes recovered since then and I recently checked these reviews and they CLEARLY need to clean their facility because it is still occurring. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE! THEY NEED TO DEEP CLEAN THEIR FACILITY.
Great pet snacks and supplies, all types and tastes that are not available in the others.My dog likes it very much, especially the sheeps hoof and rabbit ears. The staff is also very patient and friendly. Very nice shop.
I even didn’t want to give one star for them. After taking grooming in their store, my dog had been infected Psoriasis. I thought it might be my problem, but after I talk to other dogs and cats owner, I’m 100%sure is their problem. They didn’t Deep clean the bath tub. Right now I found out over 10 pets have been infected psoriasis in their store. DO NOT GO THIS STORE!!!!!
Lovely place, you can tell they really care about there animals unlike some places. My Toy Poodles were all healthy! :)
An extremely bad shop. After taking my dog here, a piece of skin was ripped off from behind the ears! It should be ripped off by violent combing. My friend’s dog was trimmed here and a piece of skin was cut off from his leg. He was sent to the hospital for several stitches, after he came here. I dont understand why this kind of shop can continue. Not good for dogs at all
Beware of pricing scheme, they charge different clients different price. Ridiculously overpriced. Rather pick other pet stores! Also, rather than haircut they suggest shaving your pets which is never recommended to do to your pet.
I got my puppy here bout a month and a half ago we recently took her to the vet for a checkup and found out she has not one not two but THREE parasite infections including ringworms and hookworms
My cat got skin problem on his belly. He is the only pet I have, and never go outside. The skin sample is still in lab for testing, doctor said could be fungus, but needs lab to testify and might take two to three weeks. And it already cost me 400 bucks. After reading reviews from others, I believe it is from this store. And Im not going there ever again. And I suggest other parents dont bring your kids here.
Strictly cats and dogs no birds or fish any other animal food or goods, if you need pet supplies Ill suggest head to 🎯 just at the mall across street from them much cheaper and less trendy and youll find everything for everyone 🙄🙏

Terrible horrible place. My kitten died after I took her home. They said nothing about the kitten. Won’t waste one penny from them.
ZERO STAR! DO NOT GET A PUPPY HERE, DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE. GOT A LABRADOR PUPPY, AND WHEN I TOOK THE PUPPY TO THE VET THEY FOUND PUPPY IS VERY SICK AND HAS ISSUES WITH HIS LUNGS. ITS WITHIN 2 WEEK CONTRACT AND THIS PET STORE IS NOT RESPONDING AT ALL AND NIKI JUST KEEPS SAYING UHUH, UHUH, UHUH. BUT NO RESOLUTION AND I AM COVERING ALL MEDICAL EXPENSES. I AM EXPECTING A HEALTHY PUPPY BUT THIS PUPPY IS VERY SICK.
I got my dog from here and she has a rashes on her arms i have to go to the vet all the time 👎

2021-09-24If I can give no star, I will give “-star”My dog been here once and this is what his stomach looks like.This store didn’t deserve any star. They open for profit and benefit not for giving love to pets. This store shouldn’t exist, they should learn how to love animal and how to take care of them first.I don’t know what happened with my friend‘s dog but he keeps vomiting after his mother pick him up in foster care at Heypets. And the store refuse to give her the refund and said don’t ever send the dog back and nobody will accept him. （REALLY？！）Please stop sending your friends and family here, they won’t be responsible for us. To be honest, They got a lot to learn. Not only take care of pets, but also personality.

2020-12-17Dont go this pet store. I took my dog to grooming in this store last month. after 5 days, his left leg got big hot spot, i took him to the animal clinic, the doctor said my dogs skin that is fungus. I took my dog to the store, they said that not their fault, its made by himself. My dog stay at home didnt go outside, except grooming in this store. After that, my little dog she got hot spot on the ear and belly also, got from her brother. So sad. They are still sick until today. Hope all the parents can noticed with this bad situation. A lot of dogs got sick in this store already, not only me. Before you go, do some research, then you will know.！

2021-10-29Good spot for all your pet needs in terms of grooming, boarding, snacks, clothes. Prices about the same as other places in Queens. But they did charge me extra $10 to detangle my poodles hair...which most other places include in total grooming price.

2020-08-19Great service and amazing grooming skills. I tried cut the hair for my dogs myself but it became really ugly. That was the reason I brought them to pet shop. However, their groomers actually fixed it, and made my dogs nice looking. They also have many fancy products for pets.I like they have these spa with different bath materials. Personal opinion, this is best shop for me.

2021-04-08Great services. They are the only pet shop in queens accepted my dog for teeth cleaning. I tried alot of pet shops and ended up not be able to do the cleaning because my dog was too crazy. But I dont wanna go to vet. put her sleep just for cleaning. However, they did a great job.

2020-12-09I brought my pet for teeth cleaning and bathing. the second day i found out there were black things in her fur. i thought it is maybe she just get dirty. but then, i kept on looking her fur all over the body. and i kept on finding the black thing. that has never happened to my dog before! so i really doubt about cleanliness of this pet shop. in addition. they only did teeth cleaning on the front where its visible (meaning does not clean well for the teeth in the back)

2021-04-08I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy. He always looks perfect. I wouldnt trust anyone else. The staff truly love and care for your pets and it shows. I love the fact that hes done in an hour. The best groomers and the nicest people.

2021-03-19I take my 7 year old chihuahua here to get her nails trimmed and she seems to like it here. Staff are always nice. They have alot of cute clothes and toys.
