Set up new gaming computer and monitor. Also resolved many issues with other pieces of equipment. Very knowledgeable and responsive.
Outstanding quality and customer experience. I contacted Richard about computer issues and was resolved that day. Also called about a new computer for my wife and gave me great recommendations in my price range. Would defiantly use for any future tech problems or questions.
I had damage due to water in my custom built expensive laptop. Took it to best buy. They ran the diagnostic & said its unrepairable.. & can send the laptop to service center ..try & retrieve data for 800$ plus, also said data must be lost in the water damage. I was sad & felt helpless as I dint have a latest backup of the data. I googled & found Mike. He had good reviews hence went to him. He was a savior I shud say. He took the hard drive out & handed it over with a link to buy the adapter to restore data at my end. He corrected the issues, changed few parts & now its up & running well. His cost is very reasonable as well. Reliable solution/service provider. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has computer hardware issues.

This young man understood the assignment! Repaired my wifes laptop after water damage. very knowledgeable, fast turnaround time and made adjustments on the fly. I would highly recommend his services! My laptop was in bad shape and needed a whole new Windows install. HI Mike Hi Tech called before they came out so they understood excactly what the problem and explained how they could fix it. I had everything ready (back-ups, etc) before they arrived and when they came they got right to work. Hi Mike Hi Tech explained everything to me as he went along, and made sure all was working to my satisfaction before he left. I Monique Allen have one of the most wonderful experiences with Richard (Michael) a computer technician that I have met through a mutual friend. Who gives home visits with assisting and providing the most professional service. He helped me with my laptop computer and also granddaughters tablet. The services were prompt and complete to my satisfaction and I would recommend his services to any of my friends and associates who may need assistance in getting their electronics updated and repaired. With that being said I can also say that the cost is very affordable I highly recommend that you use his services.
I wanted a windows xp custom build to play old games for me and my family. Mike took his time to get down to detail about what my computer would need to run these old games. I lent mike some games to test and run to make sure they worked good. We ended running into problems with the games not working or loading. So mike went above and beyond to figure it out. Mike finally figured it out after about a week and I ended up getting a dual boost computer with both windows xp and windows 10 on it to work many different games. In the end me and my family are very happy to do bussiness with mike. Hes very good at what he does and will not give up till you get what you asked for. Very trustworthy and easy to work with. I had issues logging into my laptop. Reached out to Hi-Mike, Hi-tech and received service beyond excellent. Not only did they come to my home and pick up my laptop but they repaired it in a expeditious manner and returned it back to me the next day. Technician was very courteous and friendly. Very professional . My laptop was even running better than it previously had. Very satisfied - would recommend this company over and over again.
I requested for a custom built gaming computer and a week later I got it. Delivered to my computer desk and Hi-Tech fired it up with me and made sure I was satisfied. Saved a ton of money going through them and I highly recommend this company to anyone for any electronic need. Ran into problems moving equipment from one case to another where my PC had smoke spew out of it and prior to that none of my drives were being read. I called a few local tech shops but what really stood out to me was Hi Mike opened for me on a Sunday to take a special look and inspect what damage had occurred. I had a few faulty sata cables and the new AIO liquid cooler ended up being the major cause of failure. Hi Mike Hi Tech was very speedy on getting my computer back up and running, very professional and very confident in their abilities. If I ever had any additional tech concerns you bet I would find myself back here.

Great Service fixed two iphone 5s for me. One was for my niece who screen was cracked to the components of the phone. Mike was able to get it fixed and working well. The other had a stripped screw and needed a new charge port and battery. Mike handled that repair well and also worked with shipping and receiving the phone through the mail. Very nice and polite. Will use in the future for other phone repairs.

Mike picked my computer up from my house and dropped the computer off to my work which made the process so easy and helped with fitting this into my schedule so much.He fixed the issue quickly and my computer runs great now! Also, the price was very reasonable.

I Had Hi-Mike Hi-Tech do an install for the company I work for with only 2 people they managed to mount 8 TVs ranging from 42 to 65 and 6 iPads on surfaces including drywall, brick, and concrete. They Scouted the Site, on Thursday and then did the work on Saturday to minimize the impact on normal work hours, they started at 11:00 am and were finished before 4:00 pm, which I consider a huge bonus when all the other Companies said it would be a 2 day job minimum. Cost was very reasonable for such skilled Labor. Would Highly Recommend, Richard was a pleasure to work with.
I recently purchased a tempered glass screen protector and back protector for my iPhone 6S from Mike. He is easy to get ahold of and offers great prices for the latest smartphone accessories out. Excellent customer service from an honest guy that gives you individualized assistance. He was cheaper than any other place by a lot too!!! Ive had three experiences with him fixing my iPhone 5 and two iPhone 6s and they all went perfect! He even came to me, I swear no one else has been this accommodating. My decade old build had been getting the odd blue screen and was freezing all the time. Then suddenly it wouldn’t boot at all. Mike told me exactly what would need to be replaced while keeping most of the computer intact. Got me in and out in a matter of a weekend and the computer is running like new again. Kept me updated every step of the way.
My iphone 6 plus had a crack screen and started to freeze. Went to Mike told me no problem hell fix it easily. I was worried because apple told me its not fixable so Mike told me never to trust them. Mike was all confident with me that he could fix it. I get it back with a new screen but the same problem constantly freezing. He told me he couldnt do it. Never go to this guy. Big time fraud. Hell talk like he knows what hes doing.
Instead of replacing my very expensive 4 year old computer, I decided to give this place a call. I knew that my video card had stopped working and I also wanted some upgrades including more RAM. Hi Mike Hi Tech suggested also installing an SSD hard drive to run my OS and my larger, more demanding programs to speed things up. As it turns out, the inside of my computer was a mess, both externally (dust and dirt) and internally (viruses). Bottom line, I now have a super fast, clean computer that can handle anything I require at a fraction of the cost of what I would have paid to replace it. I would suggest this business to anyone and everyone!
I had Mike build a computer for me, and do a dual install of Ubuntu/Windows 10. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Could not recommend him more highly!
I cant say enough good things about Hi-Mike Hi-Tech... This is twice now theyve come to our rescue! The repairs were quick, convenient (he came right to our home!), affordable, and the professionalism and product knowledge from Richard Richardson (the owner) is off the charts.This young man is literally the reason my husband and I dont pay $20/month for insurance on our iPhones. If you do the math, the cost of insurance plus deductible for ONE phone over the course of a 24 month contract is upwards of $340 ($10/month, $100 deductible)... And thats assuming that whatever is broken on your phone is covered! Every time I have had to deal with Verizon insurance in the past, it has been a battle because they never want to cover anything! I would rather save the money month-to-month, not have to deal with that noise, and support a local entrepreneur if something does go wrong.He also works on computers/laptops and TVs. He played a big part in my decision to purchase my iMac... He checked out the specs and ad for me, and told me what red flags to look for when picking it up.Next time you have a tech emergency, I highly recommend you forget the Geek Squad, and support a phenomenal small business owner :)

Honestly i was a little skeptical since i had an old car radio that i had given up on fixing. However, Richard was prompt, professional and i must say...a technical wizard. He had me radio working in no time! A+++ service.... Would highly recommend.. And now i keep his card handy!
Richard was very helpful in resolving issues that were slowing my computer to a crawl. We eventually decided that my laptop was not best suited to Windows 10 and he was able to reset it to OS7 which seems to have solved the problems.

2022-02-22I cant say enough nice things about Hi Mike Hi Tech. I contacted them about data recovery from a laptop that I thought was beyond hope, and they were able to recover my data, recommend a fix for my laptop, upgrade everything and bring my laptop back from the dead, including saving all of my data and copying it back over, all within 24 hours. Very friendly, professional, and helpful, they talked me through every step and made sure I had enough information to make my decision about what I wanted to do. I never felt pressured to go through with the laptop fix but I am glad that I did, my laptop is running so fast it is like a new computer. All for a very fair and affordable price, plus door to door service. Highly recommended!

So I’m not local but had a client in the area that needed a repair.I contacted Mike and explained the situation and the repair work that needed to be done. The repair was not computer related so I wasn’t sure if he could do it. He said no problem and assured me he was confident to complete the job.Once the parts arrived Mike went to the clients business and completed the repairs professionally and quickly!My client is very happy and I feel lucky that I found Mike. 2022-06-24Laptop keyboard and touchpad stopped working, sent it here on the recommendation of my brother. Diagnosis was quick, as well as the repair (once the necessary parts came in) and my laptop was ready and raring to go in just under a week. There was professional communication during the process, and even a follow-up just to make sure the laptop was still working well. Overall, it was a great service, and I would recommend it if youre having problems with your tech.

2022-04-16We recently had Hi Mike Hi Tech in our home to help with install of firestick/soundbar and cleaning up old cables and equipment that we no longer needed. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our issues and was very good at explaining what he was doing as well as how to use the new equipment. Unlike the Apple store, he sent me pictures and detailed descriptions during the process of finding the issue with my laptop. I knew what was going on, why it was happening, and each step he took to solve the problem. He also answered all my tech questions in a way a non tech person could understand. I recommend Hi Mike Hi Tech for any person with a tech issues.

2022-08-02Mike came over the DAY I called him! He realized my computer needed help, took it with him and fixed it in a couple of days. During that time, he communicated with me several times to let me know how it was going. When it was fixed, he texted to let me know and brought it back. He THEN followed up with me to see how it was working. We don’t see customer service like this any more. I can’t recommend him enough!

2022-05-18HIGHLY SUGGESTEDTOP TIER SERVICES!!! I made an appointment within 3 minutes of when my appointment would start and the business opening. Obviously I would have to wait right? WRONG. Not only did I still get a prompt email response, he was at the door with a smile bright and early! It took no time to fix my iPhone XR and iPhone 8Plus, I won’t be going to anyone else for repairs!!!!

2020-09-09Hi Mike Hi Tech will take care of you!I had ordered a motherboard from Amazon, ordered parts biweekly just building my PC slowly, sure enough when it came down to it and it was time to test it the worst scenario happed, the motherboard had bent CPU connector pins and Amazon seller claimed it came in perfect condition when it was my fault for not checking it out sooner and getting it sent back.Moving forward I contacted Hi Mike Hi Tech services and I got help every step of the way, even the little things such as booting it up the first time and what parts were best to order, when I had everything I was even offered to have the PC built for me and tested so that all I had to do was push the power button and play right away.If you’re looking for reliable, professional, & great care then I highly recommended going to Hi Mike Hi Tech services for all your technical and home rendering equipment needs!
