Highly recommend High Touch Moving! They worked really quickly and efficiently, and the process was all very smooth. We were able to move out of an apartment and into a new one within the span of a couple hours.
I havent even had a chance to use this moving company. I tried to call them to get a quote--literally something I have done with multiple moving companies and the person on the phone was one of the rudest and unprofessional people Ive ever dealt with it. Suffice it to say that I doubt I will use High Touch since so far my experience has been completely unprofessional. The rates they gave arent even competitive with other companies Ive used who were completely professional and courteous

By far they’re the most affordable option out there, on top of that ,they are professional.I booked everything with Aleksandra, she was so professional and kind.The rate was fair ,very transparent and easy, something that most companies abuse, by taking advantage of people.I hope I don’t move again anytime soon but I will 100% hire High Touch Moving again and I will recommend to all of my friends!

Working with High Touch Moving was a completely flawless and great experience. From scheduling and coordinating with Lisa, to working with the movers, my experience was superb! I used High Touch to move my companys NYC office from one floor to a another, with only a week of planning; and while I was in San Francisco! I found High Touch on a Google search and took the chance that all would work out fine. As soon as I spoke with Lisa (who coordinated everything), I knew I made the right decision. I told her what I needed and she made it happen!!!! She was able to secure a moving team that not only moved the furniture, moving crates and boxes, but also assembled all the new furniture, filing cabinets, tables, chairs, etc.; that were ordered online to furnish our new space. The team was consistently on time and onsite to start the move process and then returned to assemble everything! Their movers were all around nice people and they were so organized, professional and super helpful. They broke down all boxes and neatly put all trash in containers. They made sure my office space was well organized and neat before leaving. The entire move project was seamless, thanks to the Lisa and the movers. I also spoke with a couple of the High Touch leaders who were super accommodating and nice professionals to deal with. They checked in with me throughout the move process. Scheduling at the last minute and from across the country could have been a total nightmare, but I believe I totally lucked out with selecting High Touch and have nothing but positive and great praise for the work they did for our organization. It felt like I was dealing with old friends who were completely invested in doing a great job...and THEY DID!
I cannot begin to explain how happy I was with the movers. From start (initial phone call for information) to finish (bring everything a state away) I was extremely satisfied by the professionalism and kindness from every employee. Nacho and his crew group are so AMAZING!!! They finished packing and loading in 6 hours which is less than I ever expected and they are so professional and patient. Always listen and communicate with us to see what we wanna do and packed everything gently and professionally. Fits everything PERFECTLY in my own storage and I highly recommend this company their crews!!!!!
I cant speak for the long-distance move, but for the local move thats less than 50 miles they were perfect. The movers arrived on time, they made quick work of loading all the boxes into the truck, and quick work of unloading everything. Nothing was damaged and all items arrived, these guys are top notch.
The nature of this move from Staten Island to Mt. Laurel, Nj was a logistical nightmare for personal reasons. I was dreading it for days. High Touch was discovered online by my 94 year old computer savvy Mom, who was going from one assisted living facility to another. Everything was perfect from intake and info experience with Aleksandra to actual moving experience with Will Singletary. Ask for him to be your driver. He was courteous, professional, patient and the times were handled with care..nothing was damaged. Also, no time was wasted, they stuck to estimate given. A lot of prayers were said to make this moving day be as organized as possible. High Touch and Will were answers to prayers as all was incredibly seamless. Thanks so much!..Carol

We used High Touch for a move from Brooklyn to Long Island and they were all-around excellent. Showed up on time and banged out the move in the exact time they had quoted me it would take. I worked with Joe to set it up and he was straightforward and easy to work with. We did a virtual tour of the space so that he could provide a reasonable estimate. The actual movers themselves were polite and efficient. Would recommend.

One amazing moving company. From customer service to the actual move, every step was well taken care of. I had new floors installed and the crew couldnt have been more careful. They did not drag a single piece of furniture across the floor. All gentle lifting and placing. Yet they managed to finish everything quickly. Everyone was respectful and understanding. One of the guys even fixed my gutter extension pipe while he was on break.In addition, I had to change my move date several times and the company did their best to accommodate me. If you are moving and renovating, you know how difficult and unpredictable things can be. I am very glad I had this company by my side.Last but not least, customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced. Nena and the whole operation team was amazing. I do not expect this from a five star hotel but here I am with a moving company. A huge thank you to everyone at High Touch!

My experience with High Touch was great! The move team made what was a stressful situation so much more bearable! Moving is never fun and especially not in the rain on a holiday weekend! But these guys were professional, friendly, fast and efficient. I have zero damages to my items which is pretty impressive given I had a couple of IKEA items that have been moved several times. The moving men were efficient and professional throughout the loading of our belongings during a long distance move. Emanuel kept us informed during the loading and traveling and while delivering our belongings. Gilad worked with us to ensure that we were satisfied with the service as we had a few delicate items that required gentle attention.
I just worked with them to coordinate my move. First of all, they were very responsive to my questions and worked to ease my anxiety about moving. Secondly, they packed everything for me! Everything was clearly packed and labeled, which is making unpacking and setting up at my new place easier.Using this company is definitely worth it and i would highly recommend!

2021-07-11HighTouch Moving was a pleasure to work with. They offered quick, affordable and reliable service in moving me from Soho to Mid-town Manhattan. These guys handled my job with ease as it was 5 flights to move out and then 4 flights to move in - no elevators! Thanks for making my move stress free and timely. I highly recommend trying these guys in the New York and New Jersey areas. HighTouch is also now booked to move and store furniture for my parents in preparation for their move from New Jersey to Naples Florida as well.

2022-07-12We were moving from New York to Chicago and needed movers quickly after another company tried to extort us. They were responsive, patient and thorough with the estimate. Everyone that showed up the day of was incredibly professional. They worked quickly, but with caution and respect of our items and were very impressive. Would absolutely recommend and wish we could have used them to unload us in Chicago!

The movers were professional and quick; receptive to customer direction regarding placement of items. After unpacking the mover discarded all boxes.

2022-05-253 man team. Arrived half hour ahead. Loaded my living room, master bedroom & guest room plus additional pieces including a massive 80 year old china closet. They wrapped every piece of furniture and took many pieces apart. When they arrived at my new house they worked quickly & efficiently to reassemble each piece and put them in their proper locations. They worked around some tight corners with some of the items but nothing was broken or damaged.Im not likely to move anytime soon but if I do Ill be reaching out to High Touch to do it.Highly recommended!!!

We went with High Touch because of her as Ive had other similar priced quotes but not friendly people at all. Would highly recommend.
