2022-05-31Bait & switch artists. Quoted $275 over the telephone knowing that once you get there with your dress, they got you. Ooops, then its $350...this is for *one* dress. Last experience being bait&switched by these people. Ever.

2022-07-13I had no problem with the customer service. I brought a suit there that I thought was ruined- I had basically spilled salad dressing all over it. Came back spotless. I would definitely go back.

2021-11-16OMG, I have this white hoodie and sweatshirt the got ruined by ZIPs Cleaners in DC (weird yellow stains that were not there prior to me giving it to them) Im on a business trip in NYC. This cleaners was near my hotel and I decided to give them a try. BEST DECESION OF THE TRIP. ALL STAINS REMOVED AND THESE ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN THIS WHITE IN YEARS. DONT PLAY GAMES WITH YOUR CLOTHING COME HERE ASAP !!!!

2019-08-27Best alteration services ever! The tailor is an expert for fixing all types of clothing issues!! He saved a lot of my clothings. Two thumbs up!!!!The staffs are very friendly and nice here.

2019-11-22Short encounter with this place. I smashed one of my coat buttons on the door and it broke in half. Went to hill cleaners and the man working fixed the coat right then and there. I greatly appreciate speedy service and this was that.

2017-09-11Cant beat the cleaning service. Work in the entertainment business and needed a few things for my client who was going on stag later on that day. Walked in and had the owner help me with my situation ASAP. Ive been a loyal customer for years. Thank you HILL CLEANERS.
