I was there for the celebration of my granddaughter Sierra Whiteleys short life. All the staff was very caring and showed compassion towards my oldest son, Sierras Dad and her family and friends. Nice rooms got the king size bed and pull out couch room and it was very large nearly separated rooms. Pool and hotub included. Will return.

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful Hotel for the weekend. I was pleasantly surprise by the exquisite decor as I entered the lobby. I arrived rather late at 12 pm, but was greeted kindly, and was in my room within minutes. I noticed the room smelled so nice and was very, very clean. There were enough hangers for all my clothes, and extra bags for my dry cleaning. I slept like a baby on their extra confy king size bed. This hotel is very easy to get to with on and off ramps right onto the highway, and I am surrounded by places to eat as well as shop. I can see the mall from the front door, I could walk there. I am having a soothing glass of their best red wine at the bar, right next to the in house restaurant. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.
Decided to stay over after a show even though we live locally. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel is , and the staff is amazing. Our room was a king ( I was a bit panicked because I forgot to specify when booking). It included a wonderful breakfast for 2 that wasnt the standard continental style. The dinner meal with the show was really really good as well. Staff is very friendly and in abundance so you didnt have to wait for anything.

This hotel is excellent.. top notch. The facility is clean and maintained in excellent condition. The facility it’s self is superb in every way. The staff is the best and would do absolutely anything for you. Rooms are great, clean and comfortable. The restaurants serve great food, unlike most hotel restaurants. The pricing is competitive with other hotels in the area. I have stayed here numerous times. This time, I found a hotel for a little less money, yet chose to stay here because of my past fabulous experiences.
Excellent customer service. Very attentive and polite waitresses for dinner and breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel and holy smokes! The food was SO good! So good that we stay at another Hilton Garden and we’re disappointed that their standard breakfast menu didn’t quite match up to this one! We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in the area!

Comfortable clean and friendly setting. They have a pool, hot tub, gym, a beautiful sitting area when you come in. I didnt get to eat at the restaurant but it looked wonderful. The bed was amazingly comfy. This hotel is close to many delicious restaurants as well. Mall and shopping plazas so close by too. Enjoy your stay.
Hands down, the best Hilton Garden Inn; from check in to the gym, pool, laundry, outdoor pavilion and lastly the restaurant is fantastic! Great location, easy to see from the interstate. This location still issues a Dimond member food credit. I used it for breakfast, dinner, and munchies, also used for Tide and Bounce.. It has a good size workout center a nice pool and a number of meeting rooms. If you are given an even numbered room don’t take it you’ll be on the I-81 side of the building and you’ll hear every trucker who drives-by. Room 233 has very low water pressure and if taking an early morning shower,, you better turn it on all the way to hot about five minutes before your shower.
Although we stayed at their sister property, the restaurant was excellent and the wait staff was outstanding. The french onion soup was delicious and the patty melt was cooked exactly as ordered with fresh meat. Well worth the visit.

It was great hotel, the room was clean. The pool is nice too and had a spa that my family loved specially my kids. The breaksfast was good. And my husband loved it becauase they had a charging point for electric car. We charged are car there too! We definitely staying here again.

Overall the room here is nice, but when I am in a hotel, I expect comfort. The bed and pillows were anything but comfortable. I cant imaginewhy they would put a bed in that is so hard!! The pillows are by far the most uncomfortable I have ever had in a hotel. Will not be coming back here.
Front desk legitimately premium guest service 100000. Our anniversary and they sent up a free bottle of champagne! Highly reccomend. Very comfy pillows and bed too
OK hotel if you dont have high expectations.Most importantly, the room was VERY clean - smelled of extreme Lysol, but whatcha gonna do....However, the acoustics in this hotel are terrible and we were woken up at 6am on a Saturday morning to the guy next to us (or maybe above? it was hard to pinpoint) talking on the phone. Could also hear people all night out in the hall. We were also in a room next to the highway, which was very loud.Only other disappointment of our stay was takeout dessert from the restaurant on site. Yuck.

The hotel is located perfectly for business travel. We stayed here after switching from a different local hotel that is deteriorating. We will continue to book this hotel. There was a minor issue with check in- which was resolved nicely. The place is clean, the staff is amazing, the bedding is comfortable and nice. We found the food to be excellent. No complaints, I look forward to our next visit!
I stay at a lot of hotels for work and this hotel is, by far, the nicest one Ive stayed at. Im not sure when the hotel was built but everything looks practically brand new. The restaurant in the hotel is of course over priced but the food is excellent as is the service. The elevators are clean and work well which Ive noticed in other hotels is one of the first things to get messed up because everyone uses them. I tend to use the stairs and even the stairwell is in great condition. Rooms are average size and nicely appointed. Shower heads are actually comfortable height for someone over 6 ft! Overall an excellent experience so far. (if youre a Hilton honors member, get the free breakfast instead of the points. Its fantastic.)
My favorite hotel to stay at. The restaurant in the hotel is super good. Breakfast omelets are excellent. Prices are very fair. The hotel is very clean. I like the fact that once your room is cleaned and sanitized. They put the tamper seal on your door so you know no one has been in there since housekeeping. Just a extra step that goes along way!!

Didnt get the room we reserved. We were downgraded because we booked through third party. It said continental breakfast included. It was not. They only cleaned the room once in 6 days. Very noisy at night. We wanted to stay one more night and they said it would be $120. We only paid 97 a night prior to that. So we checked into the Fairfield Marriott for $80 and it was fabulous. Much cleaner and the staff was very pleasant. Do your research!!
Great hotel with wonderful amenities. Very nice swimming pool and hot tub. Large suite rooms. Just had dinner at the in house restaurant. Incredible food, had the haddock Florentine. Mix drinks and bar are another reason why we choose this place. The staff has been so attentive and incredibly kind. I would absolutely come back here the next time I am in town.
Beautiful Hotel ,great accommodation and the beautiful Miss Daisy at the front desk was a life saver. If youve never been there take exit 45 Arsenal Street, I took 46 and had a hard time finding my way to the entrance .

I love this hotel. My wife and I will take the hour drive from where we live to come stay a night or two here a few times a year to escape the kids. The employees are very friendly and polite. The room service is delicious. The bed in the room was probably the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in. If youre in the area, this is where to get your room.
We decided to try the hotel because they take Canadian at par. Upon arrival at reception, we got into a conversation with the person checking us in and when we made a comment about friendly Canadians, she proceeded to comment Canadians arent friendly as a matter of fact I have found the majority of them to be unfriendly Needless to say we were a bit taken aback but, because we are pretty friendly, :-) we hoped the manager who was standing by might say something. That night we had dinner at the hotel restaurant (the Grille) and the service was amazing. Our main server was Kristina and she went above and beyond. She lent us a corkscrew and got us wine glasses for wine back at the room. The meal was outstanding! We each had the 12 oz ribeye which were cooked perfectly. I had room for the Mason Jar Chocolate Fudge Cake and it was the best. The next morning we went for the breakfast buffet where, once again the service was great. The chefs will make eggs or omelettes to order and there was a wide array of breakfast food. I would certainly recommend the hotel and restaurant.
We showed up without a reservation. We has a bad experience at another hotel in the area, we were able to cancel with them and the Hilton garden inn accommodated us instantly. We felt immediately comfortable..

Great place to spend the night or the weekend. The room was clean and large. There were ear plugs in the room but we didnt need them- nice touch if your neighbors are too noisy. The room looked as if it had been recently renovated. The staff was very friendly . The breakfast buffet was excellent- so many choices over the top! The fitness room was large and equipment seemed newer not what I usually find at other hotels. We will defiantly stay here again.

This was a beautiful and clean hotel. However I had a few issues:1. We check in and are told that we had to reserve the pool in order to use it but that the pool was booked so we could not use. I understand the restrictions because of covid however that should have been stated when I booked the room.2. You can not close the thick light blocking curtains so all we had was these see through curtains and the lights from parking lot were so bright and shined our room that we didn’t the lights on in the room because of light coming in the window- no sleep that night.In short the next time I will book somewhere else! I
My husband and I went back for our 1st year wedding anniversary. Last year we stayed at this same hotel also for our mini honeymoon right after our wedding. From the first moment we walked in to the moment we left everything from staff, to environment, cleanliness, food, service, etc., was excellent. We had a great time at the hotel and they were so nice that they even gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne. Were so thankful that they helped us make our 1st year anniversary a memorable one with all the details.

Had an amazing breakfast this morning! The buffet was fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. I suggest omelets as the ones I had were probably the best Ive had out anywhere. Good food, good service, and at a good price. Definitely going again.
Was very upset. My boyfriend had called to book us a premium king room with hot tub, guy on the phone even verified it would have the hot tub. When we went to check in they told us that the room that was booked didnt in fact have a hot tub that it was a third party that reserved us the room. I was very upset thinking the near 160 dollars we spent would be worth it. Then they tried to say we didnt pay to get the continental breakfast so we had to pull up the email saying we did. Overall was not very pleased and wasted 158 dollars
Very convenient on and off highway access as well as location in proximity to restaurants. Staff was very nice at check in. The restaurant was busy but not so much that we had to wait. However, the staff seemed overwhelmed so we waited a lot for service. Dinner was good...and really good wings. Breakfast was good but my omelet was weird...cheese at the ends and none in the middle. Not sure the issue but every cup of coffee was terrible...maybe the water? I normally wouldnt complain & just head over to Starbucks but we were traveling on our motorcycle.Room was nice and clean. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable though.
Very friendly staff and the hotel is clean. Breakfast for gold members is very good, cooked to order and delicious. The rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom clean and no hair on the floor, Ive see some nasty stuff in bathrooms so its nice to not see it. Parking is in the front and enough parking whenever I visit. Ive been to 3 of the other hotels in the same area and this is my favorite.

We are musicians & travel everywhere & this is one of our favourite places to stay. Beautiful, clean rooms & the restaurant is fabulous. We had a delicious fish dinner with all the extras for a reasonable price. The staff there are so helpful & friendly & our waitress Joanne was the best, so kind & attentive. We highly recommend it.

Very nice and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is not free but there is a complementary breakfast for diamond members not sure for the gold and silver (I’m sorry for the incomplete detail). If you pay the breakfast it’s 12dollar point something including tax.
Very friendly staff. We were there for a family wedding about 20 min away. The family took up about 10 rooms. We all met for breakfast. The staff was so nice to the children. Food Wes good 👍. The entire experience was wonderful.
Rooms were very comfy and clean. We got a room with two rooms, a bit more space. Our room was about two feet away from the vending machines, yay! Breakfast, and dinner were very very good, some of the best meals we ever had. The pool was the best part, though! Very nice size and heat for the pool plus a hot tub! For breakfast or dinner, we would recommend any of these waitresses - Chris, Julie, Karen, Jordon, Lou, Audra, and Gail! We had a very great experience! ;) The only problem is that the pillows are very uncomfortable, they sink in when you put your head down.
Frustrating check in, invalid charges on the bill, possibly even during times nobody was in the room.Went to dispute it after it was slid under door in early AM but it was unresolved, leaving me to try to handle it in the morning, which I truly believe will be to no avail after what I have already seen.Of all my Hilton stays across the country, this has hands down been the most absurdly ridiculous stay this far, and continues to be such. The room itself isnt bad, but thats about all that it has going right now.Not worth half the price . The steak was lackluster and I had to carry 5 meals up from the lobby myself because they dont offer that service,. I havent been more dissatisfied and severely disappointed in a Hilton in all my years of traveling until here. Period.
We were there for one night. We were greeted warmly at the front desk. The room was modern, tidy, and clean. Coffee maker was a Keurig. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast next morning had hot choices, eggs prepared any way you like, or pancakes. Hilton Garden Inn is a step above the routine.

My husband and I are guests at an event tonight. We called ahead requesting a vegan option. Fully expecting pasta and red sauce which we would be happy with due to past experiences at other events....Shawn the event coordinator and the chef made this AMAZING delicious dinner for us. So thankful! Kudos for going above and beyond.
I have stayed here for business travel more than a dozen times. Great location. Nice efficient rooms. Nothing fancy as to be expected with a garden inn but very efficient business travel. Very friendly staff. Great cooked to order breakfast. Nice workout facilities. The outside fire area is a great amenity.
Excellent service. The best Hilton I’ve ever been to, and I’m a gold member. Very clean and each room’s door had a Lysol seal, showing that no one had entered after room had been cleaned.
The garden tubs in this location are broken in some way but still usable after a little tinkering the tub in this room was the most broke Ive seen the stopper wasnt in the tub I had to go look for it the jet nozzles were popping off when we used them and the valve to turn the air on and off was completely messed up. On top of that the room had an underlying smell of body odor. This is the worst Hilton Ive stayed at you want a beautiful hotel the Hilton in Seoul Korea is amazing Hilton Watertown NY not so much.

I recently hosted a 3 day meeting of Automotive Shop owners at the Hilton Garden Inn in Watertown, NY. I cannot say enough about the entire process. From the very beginning, my sales rep, Davina, went out of her way to make sure all our requests were made from the set up of the meeting room to the food arrangements.Then we arrived and attended the meeting - I was blown away by the attention to detail on all levels. We stayed here multiple times. The rooms is always great , comfortable clean. The location close enough to the highway thats its convenient without being bothersome.The food is terrible but its right next to a Starbucks Chipotle and more so we just end up eating out.

The rooms were clean upon arrival and kept clean daily. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were great. We ate breakfast daily and dinner most nights. The hotel is close to the mall, shopping, and a lot of dining options.
Very happy with my experience with this hotel. I went up to watertown last week because my brother was having a event at Fort Drum. I was very happy I chose this as my hotel to stay. I drove 5 hours and this hotel was nice enough to make hamburgers for me and my brother and keep them on the hot plates because my arrival was way after the kitchen was closing. The bartender was extremely nice upon my arrival. The Breakfast buffest was also excellent for only $12. I had two scramble eggs, 2 chicken sausage patties, and two pieces of French toast and I was extremely happy. Some of the other people that came for the event was very jealous they stayed at other hotels after I told them about my stay here.

Really great hotel. We stayed here with guests for a wedding. The hotel was very accommodating & the entire staff was super friendly. The key cards seem to be a little sensitive and deactivated several times throughout our stay, but it was pretty easy to get them activated again.
This is a wonderful place to attend a conference. Such nice, well kept rooms and bathrooms. Staff was courteous in the world well maintained throughout the event. They were constantly checking to make sure that we had everything we needed. This time I was here on a professional matter, but I would definitely consider spending the night here based on the way it is maintained.
The rooms are so clean! Booked a jacuzzi suite and it was so nice! Their pool and hot tub was the main attraction. The staff are so friendly and so accommodating! I reccomend this place. Happy New Year
Friendly, clean, and convenient. Thats how I would sum up this HGI property. Stayed one night while passing through the area. The standard 2 queen room is spacious, with a relatively large bathroom. This is not the new style HGI, but although the furnishing could use an upgrade, everything worked and I encountered no issue. Loved the Keurig, of course. The hotel has a decent size pool and a whirlpool, and the exercise room looks well-equipped as well. Had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. It was good. Nothing pretentious. But food was good, and service was pleasant. Check-in and check-out was efficient and friendly. Lots of parking. I would stay again if passing through this area and need to spend the night.
Purchased the ultimate date night package for my wife and I as a simple night out. The jacuzzi room was absolutley stellar and clean beyond any other hotel room Ive stayed in thanks to our housekeeper Jessica goutreau. The flowers were amazing, dinner at the grille was mind blowing good! The soft yet firm bed ensured I got a fantastic nights sleep. We took advantage of the breakfast voucher included with our date night package and the service was beyond compare. This was THE BEST hotel experience I have ever had. Fantastic staff, great food and a superb experience.
Conveniently located, this well-appointed and up-to-date facility offers a comfortable stay. The spacious lobby and lounge area has a delightful staff and a great atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable with expected amenities commensurate with the price.
Very clean and quiet room with several places nearby to walk to for food, plus the restaurant downstairs. Breakfast was good, and the staff was very accommodating, letting us grab some breakfast before they really opened. My shower though couldnt be cooled off enough to be used, no matter the position. Even with the water just trickling out of the shower head, it was scalding hot.
The rooms are well kept, and the pool is so so, but the food served is one of the worst places Ive ever had to eat at. Whenever someone throws a party of some sort or get together, Im heavily disappointed and wont finish my meal. Lately Ive been packing my own food, or refusing to come all together.
The staff is amazing and friendly. I highly suggest if you are a rewards member to opt for the breakfast rather than points. It is really good and made to order. The beds and pillows are sink into comfortable; slept great.

Stayed overnight for a LAX tourny. Accommodations were very nice. We were upgraded to a whirlpool room as they had an extra available. Breakfast was tasty and more than enough. All around good place to spend the night.
Property was fantastic! Hotel has a lot of nice little touches, free morning and afternoon coffee. Great place for meetings, many different size rooms and they comped projector/screen rental. Would stay and have meetings there again.
The staff was super friendly in every department...the breakfast was so good--one of the chefs made me a breakfast sandwich that was to die for! I also locked my keys in the car-and they were able to unlock it for me-no problem! Great location and within walking distance to many restaurants-the mall is also about 1/4 of a mile away.
All of the staff are wonderful! They try to make every guest feel important and special, including the kids. Food looks and tastes good. Only thing I think they could improve on would be making the pool water a little warmer.
Very accommodating staff, they made us feel right at home. The complimentary cookies were delicious. It was a quiet Sunday in February, we had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves.

Friendly staff, standard clean room, spacious lobby with restaurant, bar and sitting area with fireplace. Price is good. Breakfast was nice. Only complaint is that drapes didn’t close all the way allowing some light to get in. Highway is right outside but noise didn’t seem to be an issue.
I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Watertown, New York. Let me tell you, I gotta stay at more Hiltons! I know that not all Hiltons are the same and I am sure that what makes one a Garden Inn versus a different type has some sort of significance, but I know they hold themselves to a degree of excellence that can’t be matched. You walk into the lobby and you are immediately engulfed in holiday cheer. It’s a beautiful place. Big open concept with a restaurant and a bar right there for easy access. Check in was a breeze even though it was fairly busy when I got there. They had a nice workout room, a library, a food pantry for snacks and a business center that were easily accessible. The hotel itself is conveniently located off the highway with easy access to gas stations and various food options (including Dunkin Donuts in the morning… score!). I was a little worried when I first got there because there seemed to be quite a few events going on and I had had a long drive and just needed a nap. But when I got to my room it was nice, quiet, subdued with a super clean room and comfortable bed. It’s obvious that this place takes pride in their hotel and it is noticed and appreciated. Cracked tile in the shower and shower door wouldnt close up all the way so I was crammed into the corner of the shower stall to get washed off, also there was a cabinet door slammers convention featuring a claud hopper a hole in the room directly above me both nights I stayed. Breakfast was great with a really nice older lady making sure everything was ready and up to parr.
The rooms were average, but the service and breakfast were great. Made-to-order eggs and fresh-made pancakes had table service, plus the standard breakfast meat, scrambled eggs, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, and waffles buffet.
Staff here is friendly and super helpful. My room is quiet and clean. The bed is comfortable and the firmness is adjustable to suit your preference. Theres no free continental breakfast, but there is a restaurant and bar. And a couple restaurants super close.
Have stayed here multiple times, always very nice staff, and nice rooms, if you order food it is expensive but I guess that is expected at the Hilton, has a good breakfast selection. Has pool, Jacuzzi, Bar/Restaurant, and fitness room. Overall I have had a good experience there.
The staff was really nice and helpful. Food was great. The room was very clean. Everything was as promised. I would stay again.
Had a wonderful family dinner with 19 members of our family in attendance. Joanne was our waitress and she was amazing. Everyone was pleased and we will be back!
Have been going to the restaurant on the first floor for breakfast every morning. You can serve yourself or order a specialty item not available at the buffet. The waitresses keep your coffee flowing and the food is served quick. I would highly recommend checking it out if your ever in the area.
Half the rooms in this hotel face US Highway 81, a major roadway with noisy traffic throughout the night. There is NO sound protection. Go somewhere else!
Spacious, clean room. Food was excellent. Server could not have been more pleasant, even though we were last minute. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Everybody in the restaurant was so very friendly and helpful, especially Joanne. The prices were good and the food was delicious. We had fish sandwiches the first night and flatbread pizza the next. They also started up the firepot when we asked. Going back for sure

Good rooms, friendly staff. The restaurant has excellent food that felt gourmet. We ordered crab cakes, grilled haddock, French onion soup, salad and everything was yum.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, based on local recommendations and we were quite impressed. I had an Italian dish and my husband had a burger, and we were very happy with both meals. The bill was not too high, and our server was terrific. Would add my voice to the recommendations we got.
Typical Hilton. Good breakfast buffet. Staff is very accommodating and nice, minus a few with RBF attitudes. If you eat breakfast here, make sure to order a custom breakfast at the counter.
The hotel was wonderful, it was beautiful inside and out. The staff were great and the rooms were clean and smelt great. The beds where comfortable and huge. Lastly there were always movies on tv because the hotel offered cable and free movies.

An unfortunately underwhelming stay.The physical attributes of the hotel are quite pleasant (the room was clean, nicely furnished and the hotel is well located near restaurants and most highlights of Watertown). But the staff are unhelpful, unresponsive and aloof.
Very clean and good service, we paid for breakfast when we booked online, which other people didnt, and they looked very confused about. Excellent breakfast and very nice workers there.

The hotel and staff where exceptional and food was fantastic especially the hunter stew my wife cant stop talking about it 😋 If had one gripe it would be there was some outside noise we had to deal with on the side where we stayed.
The food is okay but very overpriced.
It is a really nice place the staff is friendly and very helpful. When my wife and I got to our room it looked great, but there was pink mold in the shower corners and the floor was very dingy. Then we got into the jacuzzi and the jets were very weak, one of them didnt even work. We would go back the place has amazing food and lots of things to do around town.
Hotel was very clean and hotel staff was very professional. It was nice to see full cleaning staff cleaning behind items and blinds and moving things to clean. Staff assisting each other. Kudos to this hotel.
Room was not ready, hour wait until 3:52 p.m. after a 5 hour drive with small children. We Arrived at 2:50 pm and told it would be 30 minutes. Had to call staff front desk 2 times after 30 minutes and housekeeping staff who said she would check. Long time member but disappointed how this handled. The best they could do was offer water.

Good location, newer facility, L-A-R-G-E facility. Good food, great staff and super clean. Ridiculously high price for upstate NY. Drop the price and this moves to 4 star easily if not 5 for this type of property.
The staff so nice and the breakfast was wonderful, I felt the bed could have been more comfortable. The hot tub was just right for temp and had so many jets!
We had dinner at the American Grill at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was all very good. Warm Parmesan Garlic Bread was so good. We had the Haddock Special for $12. I was surprised the lower price for the special as most places have specials and charge more for them.
Service was excellent, rooms were clean and breakfast was great! My only complaint is that the bed was indescribably firm for being a sleep number style bed.Location was great for food and convenience!
I attended a workshop in the conference room. The heat/air was uncomfortable in that there was no consistency! Lunch was good but it took a long time to order and then we had to eat quickly to be back on time. The speaker was amazing!

100 Percent Class Act ! We have been staying here for years when we visit Watertown. It is always spotless and warm and inviting. Check in is quick and polite, and the dining room staff are wonderful people to wake up to in the morning . Keep up there great work everyone!
Breakfast was significantly better than the continental breakfast typically served at hotels in this price range. It was included with the room, but was much closer to a restaurant experience and met with similar quality. If you dont normally like hotel breakfasts, this one is definitely worth a try.
My wife and I were on our way driving to Boston for Christmas and we planed to stop over in Watertown Garden Inn on the Christmas Eve. At check in Katrina at the Front desk was very friendly and professional and greeted us with a warm smile, which was very welcoming. Then we decided to have a quick bite at the lobby lounge before we head up to the room since it was late. Robert at the bar was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were value for money but the service was outstanding. Following day morning (Christmas Day) we saw Katrina again with a big smile saying merry Christmas to us and looked very happy to work even though she was working back to back on Christmas Eve and Christmas day morning. That showed her professionalism and the enthusiasm towards her job. All the servers at the breakfast bar were extremely friendly and were always with a smile. Karen was our server that morning and she was very friendly. She made our day by being of great service to all our family before we start our long drive to Boston. Since the overall experience was such a great one we decided to stop at this hotel for lunch on our way back to Toronto. The lunch server was Amanda and she was equally good and that surprised me with the service constancy at this hotel and it was quite impressive.I witnessed the most impressive thing about the service of this hotel staff after we reached home. I realized I had lost my wallet and tracking it back I remembered I stopped for gas at station near this hotel. I called the hotel to get the number of the gas station and again it was Katrina who answered the phone and very supportively she found me the number and it was fortunate that my wallet was at the gas station. While figuring out away of getting this wallet back to me to Toronto I tried calling back to the hotel to see if they could help me in any way. Front desk agent Sabine Bass (my savior that night) happened to answer the phone and she was so kind enough to go above and beyond and to go pick u my wallet from the gas station and mail it to me. That is an outstanding service.I my self is a hospitality professional at a Five star property in down town Toronto and I should say this team at Hilton Garden Inn Watertown is so authentic and outstanding. The service is Five star and Hats off to all the associates at this hotel and we are looking forward to see this fabulous service team soon in the near future…. A very big thanks to SABINE BASS for going that extra mile to help me with my situation.

Romantic weekend for our anniversary... Hotel staff was friendly, room was great, we evn stayed and ate at the hotel restaurant. Our waitress left a little to be desired, but the other wait staff was fantastic.

I stayed here for one night on the trip to thousand islands. The clerk was really nice. The room was clean and the mattress here is adjustable. The most impressive is the breakfast. Fascinating.

The bartender (Marjorie) was incredibly nice, proficient, and kept up with our drinks. I had the hiccups after a few drinks and she knew exactly how to get rid of them, I was extremely impressed. If there was a 6th star I would give it to her.
The 1000 Islands Hilton is a very nice hotel. Our room is spacious and the staff is accommodating. The pool is smaller than expected.

Attended work party here, we had a buffet of food to choose from and everything was delicious, they were very accommodating to all of our requests and needs, I would recommend any business looking to host a hoilday partyy to think about here.

Newer property (or recently redone) with onsite restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner), gym and pool. Right next to the highway so be conscious of the road noise. Definitely would stay there again.

Very nice hotel with comphy beds, good internet, but the restaurant is terrible. Over cooked food, and buffet breakfast is scary gross.
Its close to restaurants and interstate highway. Hotel was clean. Upgraded us to room with Whirlpool without asking. Room was spacious. Rooms are a bit old/outdated though.
Staff was friendly and easy to fix issues. Pillows were the flattest things to ever exist. Food OK, nothing to blow your mind.
The ladies at the front desk including the manager were very welcoming and knowledgeable.I will definitely be staying there in the future. I recommend this hotel.

2022-03-22Stayed here for a work trip that had me commuting to Ft Drumm < 30 daily. Although this was a nice place to stay, its difficult to get 5 stars. Being in Watertown you get lake effect snow during the winter, a lot of snow. The staff at the front desk as well as in the restaurant were all exceptional, friendly, kind, and very helpful. My only complaint was with the room. Right away I had noticed my sink was leaking, I notified the staff and got fixed that day. I asked for an additional refrigerator because the one in my room was small, specially for a long term stay. They scrounged up a working one and placed it in my room, that was awesome! The fitness center is pretty good for a hotel, and the whirlpool was nice along with the indoor pool. Loved the cooked to order breakfasts, and the dinner specials were usually pretty good. I will certainly stay here again, hopefully itll be in the summertime.

2022-01-21It was a delightful stay. The facility is beautiful, well staffed, and well maintained. I couldnt hear any noise from other guests, and rested comfortably. The staff was not only courteous, but greeted me as if they were actually happy to see me. Highly recommend!
