Horrific service. Told me they close at 5:15even though myself and others were walking around and hours listed say open til 6. I loathe a store and any service industry that doesnt serve customer well and serve until hours listed online. Adhere to your advertising! Terrible attitudes of staff. I left and took my dollars to the internet. I try to shop local and where I live but with service like that I refuse. You lost a sale! I wont return. Post covid Im not giving any second chances to lousy retail at all!
Absolutely pathetic customer service. The staff thinks they own the store. I have shopped before from them but never ever again. I’d much rather buy online or go to the city then to see these sad sorry faces who earn a minimum wage but act like they’re the bosses. Shame on their attitude. One would hope that the pandemic has taught them a thing or two about how to be nice (or atleast do your job) but NO. They’re terrible. This store will go out of business soon if the staff continues to be £€¥£ like this.
Loved going to this place before COVID.However the whole waiting thing is ridiculous.Drove one hour to get here to find WAITING-LIST CLOSED when the store clearly says it close at 6pm. It was only 4pm when I got there. Should of at least said something about the whole waiting list BEFOREHAND. Waste of my time. None of the other stores with the “appointment” has this problem.Wasn’t able to get in after hour of waiting after calling the store to hopefully get in. Waste of time.
My boyfriend spent almost ten minutes on hold to know if whether a kith hoodie was in stock that literally came out today. Ive gone to this store a couple of times for kith and it usually doesn’t have much. I understand this isn’t a kith flagship location but being a customer who’s spent tons of money at kith this is aggravating. Never been to a store where I have to beg to spend money
Absolutely horrible customer service. I called for information on the Yeezy boosts release and i was told i couldnt have any information. Was told in the morning of the release that there was some sort of raffle and that it was on their instagram and that the entry was closed. Im still confused as to why you couldnt just tell me there was a raffle when i called on Friday. Also the girl on the phone sounded annoyed that i called. Honestly expected much better service for such an upscale shopping center.
Terrible customer service, the security guards said that they are either closed or you have to make an appointment on an app, and there was no specified app for that around the store windows outside. There was no one in the store when I got there and this store is a joke.

2022-01-09Hirshleifers is a hit or miss for me, very cool store but they often dont have the sizes you are looking for. The KITH store here may have some Monday Program gems, so Ive gotten pretty lucky coming here after drops. All the other stuff are just okay, this is really my last resort for KITH items to be honest. Some staff members are more helpful than others, just make sure you find a sales associate who looks like theyre willing to help you get a fitting room or check out your items for you.

2022-06-29BEWARE!!! When shopping online at this establishment, returns are store credit only. I purchased a unique Chanel piece online through a team of associates. The images I received were deceiving to the item that arrived, including texture, size, and shape. The package didn’t come with the standard ribbon and bow and the tissue paper was previously torn. It was not a piece I was not willing to keep. I don’t live local so I had to rely on text communication in which was very poor and less than helpful. Please stick to a reputable department store or the Chanel boutique itself.

2022-06-05This was my first time visiting Hirshleifers and it will be my last. Upon entering the store we were greeted by one of the sale associates directly at the front however, as we walked through the store the security literally stared at us and followed us around the store at one point while looking at the womens shoe section. No one asked us if we needed help until I eventually asked a sales associate for help with seeing if a shoe was available in my size. The employees literally stare at you, no one asks if you need help. Im a customer like everyone else so I was confused. Also while looking in the men department at a pair of kids shoes I looked up and the security was literally staring me in my face in between a rack of clothing from a distance. I had such an uncomfortable feeling I wont be returning here.

2022-05-25Before you try on expensive shoes here,MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE DETAILS, meaning the bottom of the shoe & the side of the shoe, because I was sold these used balenciaga and I realized it when I got home. Older woman with brunette hair & glasses refused this return. Didn’t even offer me store credit or even exchange & this was within the 7 day mark!! Buy your expensive items at Bloomingdale’s / Sax fifth avenue instead.

2022-07-15When I went to the register I asked how many times have I shopped here, he said 2017,2018,2019. I was with 3 other African American friends as soon as we walked in a security person working there named “Lewis” pointed at us and told the other security guards to watch us as SOON as we walked into the store. We ended up buying two Mike Amiri items and leaving, after we went to Louis Vuitton to see the new Virgil collection, we walked out and then we’re followed by the parking lot security to ours car where they recorded our license plates and faces without consent after purchasing items It’s sad because the staff at Hirsh has good employees but this experience will be the last time I shop there and I’ve been going there since they first opened.

2022-04-06I bought a Chanel purse in January only four months later and leather is coming apart under the flap. Obviously there is some type of defect not typical of this type of product . Which is understandable. Things happen. But when I took it back to hershleifer ithe Chanel manager Justin told me it’s wear and tear and it’s a high traffic part of the bag. Which it’s not. He told me they are not accepting any bags for repair at this time. Really Justin Really Hirschlifers. Horrible customer service. Ridiculous excuses. Consumers are Better off going to the brand stores

2022-07-14The worse designer retail store I’ve ever encountered. Won’t take credit cards over the phone for purchases… If you called up any designer store would they ask you to pay through PayPal? No. Ridiculous and staff is so rude! Stay away!

2021-12-18I went in to get some Chanel beauty products, and had a wonderful experience with Tracy. Being relatively new to makeup, she selected lip and skin products that matched my skin tone, applied everything so professionally, and showed me how to apply the items. The display and product stock was great as well!

2021-12-27Waitlist program advised me via text to return to store where I waited outside for several minutes in 2nd place in line. Several people left store but queue did not change. The 3 security staff-members in ill-fitting clothes standing at the front were useless.

2021-11-12Their Chanel boutique is more accessible than the Chanel boutiques in NYC. The staff was super helpful in helping me find just the right things I was looking for. Plus they have a good rewards program. All the designers in one house. Plus Kith treats.
