Great car wash, as always! All their locations are kept clean and have newer equipment.
The wash does fairly well, not 100%. It is nice to use the vacuums and air afterwards, although a few times they haven’t been working very well or just have low suction.
My opinion Best Carwash places in NYS possibly in Nation. Awesome company great service ALWAYS.
For a relatively new place it leaves a lot to be desired. There were 2 attendants neither of them power sprayed the SUV or washed the back with a brush. Needless to say the vehicle didnt come out too clean! Also, the vacuums sucked, OH no they didnt!!! One had absolutely no suction and they next one we went to the nozzle was broken and kept falling off! For what they charge to wash your vehicle isnt worth the aggrevation. I wont go there again!
The machine damaged my Mercedes. They dont have towels to dry your car or any cleaning material to clean the inside of your car.
While I like it overall and have a wash membership the wash seems to miss cleaning the tailgate on my pick up.
Did the express full service with tire shine. Quick service with friendly staff. Car came out great!

Use at your own car’s expenseI drive a 2017 Subaru WRX, and I treat my car better than anything in the world, or I did until I used this car wash. You’ll end up having to pay more to get your car detailed to get all the scratches out than you would to keep your car clean with their machines. I’ve noticed a significant increase in scratches on my car ever since I started using their wash. Not even to mention one time I went through the gate and the entire gate fell right onto the hood of my car, I bet you can imagine the marks that left on my hood. There is a sign indicating that we, as the consumer, are liable for any damages caused by their car wash, so clearly they know their machines are flawed and they will inevitably scratch your car or even worse.Like I said, use at your own cars expense, if you care about your car, like I do, you’re better off hand washing or you’ll end up having to pay the price later on.
A clean car is a happy car, so I get my car washed at Hoffmans, sometime even more than once a day.
New location and what a great place to take your vehicle to give your car a wash! I ONLY go to Hoffman Car Wash to get my car washed but this location is new and love it!

2022-07-05I like it here and have a membership for unlimited monthly washes. Frequently, though, the vacuums are not all functioning properly. (Customers: Not everything should be vacuumed, some things need to be placed in the garbage). And I do wish I didnt have to call the corporate number for like, billing changes. I wish they had a self-service app where you could make such updates as billing or new car profiles and whatnot. I recommend it here, though.

2022-06-05I have washed my car myself for 42 years. While the tire shine didnt get all of my tires, the wash itself is great. I signed up for the monthly program at $22 first month, then it goes up by $10 or so.

2022-05-26Good car wash not too expensive but I wish they had a cart with drying rags and window cleaner included like they do in Florida. Overall I recommend it.

2022-08-18We bought an unlimited monthly car deal that the car had a significantly random amount of scratches from the bristles on the machines. I am kind of disappointed, we have such a good deal, but we just bought a car couple of months before and now front bumper and rear bumper has small stratches that looks like from a brushes. They needs to change either their brushes or friction side washes due to their bristles. I will not use their service again.

2022-02-01Love this car wash! Even with the other one on central ave having people toweling it off. My vehicle comes out cleaner! And then you add the free vacuum. Hoffmans is definitely headed in the right direction with this car wash!

2022-02-23My car was pretty dirty when I went through. It didnt get all the dirt but it got most of it. I especially loved the fact that I could vacuum out my car for free. The vacuums were fantastic.
