Alec was not helpful, unattentive and lazy. Urgent to get back to his car, couldnt make eye contact and was sweaty for some reason? He couldnt meet my needs as a customer and makes this entire company look bad. Think again before you work with these people they are glorified slumlords.

Waiting 9 months for repairs to handcap ramp, 5 months for refrigerator water filter, 6 months for repair completion to storm door. Our contract says they do maintainance. Secretary pleasantly response with Ill look into it and get back to you. Office has moved their location and not notified us of their new location. Maintenance staff say they are overwhelmed and short handed. My problem? I think not! Been as polite as possible for the past 9 months - times up. Dont rent or buy from them!!!!!!

Just so you know what the lawns really look like at Saratoga Village take a look at the pictures Ive posted. Dont be fooled by the photoshopped pics of beautiful green lawns. Also waiting for over a year for repairs to defects.
