Brian came today and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and was fast about setting out traps. Would definitely recommend!
Got my house treated for ants and 41 days after treatment, they wanted to charge me full price for another treatment because the ants have come back. I’ll find another provider that either backs their service or does the job right the first time.
I am a gold member and have service quarterly. Everyone I met with and spoke to has been very professional and courteous. This is my third extermination company and they are the winner I hope to have them for many years!!!!

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Service tech, Mike, came to my house during the time slot provided and was very professional. He educated me as to why the bees were trying to make a nest in my home and explained what he was doing for every step of the process. Danielle our technician has been fantastic! Even when she was on vacation Matt the technician that came in her place was excellent as well. They dont try to over sell you and keep their word on services. Theres no hidden fees or hassles with the front office, just great professional and friendly service!
I called to have my lawn treated for ticks. A technician came out on May 6 and told me Id receive an estimate later that day. It took three phone calls on my part to finally receive the estimate over a month later on June 11. I signed the contract for service on June 14, and a month later have not received any further contact or service. Hollenbeck has wasted over two months of my time. If you cant, or have no intention of providing a service, be forthcoming.
I am very pleased with the service provided by the Hollenbeck staff, from my first contact over the phone. I was put at ease, explained the inspection process and scheduled for service. Mike was on time & professional. He was very personable and kindly described all the steps of treatment to our home. He answered my endless questions without hesitation....great employee!

This is a very well run company. The gentleman that came out to my house was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly despite being the second to last call on a very long day. The price was reasonable. My only minor gripe keeping this from being a five star review is that the spray they use covers the windows in some funk i gotta clean now
Hollenbeck Pest Control is the best! They do very thorough inspections and I am on thier quarterly service plan with exceptional service. Brian is my go to expert. He is always friendly and knowledgeable. If you need a great pest control company look no farther.
First off let me just say that I’m not big on writing reviews unless it extremely horrible experience or the best experience ever, so far I’ve only wrote 2 of each. My experience with Hollenbeck Pest Control was one of the best company experience ever.I’ve been seeing bees flying in my attic the last week, finally I’ve started to hear them in my bedroom right over my bed and figured it was time to reach out to a pest control business. I called up Hollenbeck Pest Control and right away there customer service was excellent, extremely professional and knowledgeable about the problem. I went home to meet up with the they were sending over right away and I walked in my bedroom first to only find out the bees have found a way out of the attic and filled my bedroom. At this point I was really nervous and called back the Hollenbeck to warn them it got extremely worst. They kept me calm and told me what to do and assure me the tech was 2 minutes out and they were spot on with the location of their service tech. Once Greg arrived I told him the situation and he was completely professional and knew what needed to be done. Needless to say everything was completely taken care of and my bee problem was completely done. I’m a firm believer in customer service and if Hollenbeck pest control we’re to open another business it should be one to be helping other companies with customer service and professionalism. Thank Hollenbeck Pest Control as you now have a customer for life.
They came and did a FREE estimate the same day I called. The service technician was very knowledgeable and personable. He looked in all the creepy dark places where the nasty critters were likely to be ... he told me where the bug problem was AND where it wasn’t! He gave me an estimate that was half of what I was expecting to pay, and he had everything he needed to take care of it right then and there instead of making another appointment, and no contract needed. I highly recommend them!
Hollenbeck Pest Control is a wonderful company to work with, they service my personal home and my job as well. The team in the office has great communication skills and my message always gets relayed to the people in the field servicing my properties. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Hudson Valley. There is no property to big or to small for them. They will always give it 100% effort and attention.
The team has been top notch to have service multiple home and business locations. They returned when we had a persistent issue until it was resolved. Love that they are family owned and operated. You can truly tell in each interaction.
I recently hired Hollenbeck and once they assessed the rodent and ant issue they were able to remedy the the situation. They’ve come out three times since the beginning of the year and they’ve always been friendly, on time and efficient. I definitely recommend them.

I signed up for the Gold package. The service man Brian is very polite, and thorough. He spoke to me about my issues and which service package would be best. He just recently came and he sprayed, as well as filled mice boxes. Thankfully, we havent seen any movement of anything! I am so happy I chose Hollenbeck Pest Control.

Very professional when I called to schedule an appointment for an assessment. Very timely in getting to my house getting the initial assessment as well as getting the appointment for treatment. Hollenbeck routinely schedules service and takes care of any issues such as wasp nests when they are here. I have had their services for over 4 years and am happy to report that our stink bug, mosquito and fly engagements both inside and out are very minimal now. They know what they do and do it well!

They gave me a 4 hour window when they would come to do an evaluation. They never showed up during that window and came by 2 hours later. They never called to say they were running late or ask if they could rescheduleI cant work with a company that wont show any respect for my time

Very Cocky, would not listen to our needs. Pushy and insisted on making us take a package deal we did not need or could afford. Never called us back either.. Would NIT recommend.

Hollenbeck Pest Control has serviced my residence several times. Each of the field representatives were professional and provided a fair assessment of household concerns. Property treatments were thorough and had positive results. Filed Representative Danielle did a recent basement to attic review in November 2019. Danielles knowledge and understanding of pest control was outstanding. I would highly recommend Hollenbecks services for any propertys pest concerns.
We had an issue that needed immediate attention at my business and Hollenbeck came out promptly with professional service, awesome knowledge and caring to our situation . Best all round !! I would give 1000 stars!! These days seems impossible to get companies to call back or even come out Hollenbeck goes out of their way to top notch customer service!!
The Workers that come to your home are very polite and professional and helpful. That being said, Beware of there contract! It is a iron clad contract and you cannot break this contract. You will be billed regardless if you like there service or not. If not, they will bill you for the remainder of the contract which is for 1 year Gold member. They will perform there service even if they do not get in touch with you. If it is the first month then for ever quarter they will continue to send you a bill according to Daniella. So in summary, BEWARE of the contract and sign at your own risk! If you move out of your home and forget to notify Hollenbeck then again for the remainder of your contract they will perform the service and then still bill you if they are not notified according to Daniella.
I have used Hollenbeck Pest Control for a few years at two different homes. Their personnel is professional and trustworthy. The prompt service provided is comforting. I once had a field mouse in my house and while everyone laughed at my fear-they did not! Thank you for that! They take time to explain pest behavior so that we can also take preventative measures to ensure certain pest do not return. I highly recommend Hollenbeck Pest Control!
I live in the heart of the city. I started to have problems with mice when people started rehabbing the abandoned houses on my street. I called HOLLENBECK because they were a small, local company. The technicians came and went to work! I was doubtful because I went from a couple of droppings on my counter; a couple days a week to droppings everyday! Then all of a sudden no mouse droppings at all. The stuff they use seems to bring the mice out of all of their hiding spaces, so they can feed on it and then they go outside to die. They also treat the perimeter of the house to prevent them from getting back in! I also had a small bed bug problem due to a family member bringing them in. Of course I called HOLLENBECK and they put a stop to it before it became a full blown infestation. I recommend them to everyone. I even recommended them to my employers when we had a bedbug problem in our group homes. Theresa and Daniella and rest of the staff are so nice! And scheduling monthly appointments are so easy and convenient. I have been with them for at least 2 years and I would not trade them for any other pest control company! Give them a call and you will see what I mean.
Dealing with Hollenbeck was easy and efficient. The office was great and the person that came out and did the treatments was knowledgable of various problems and worked quickly and professionally.
I have sugar ants and they were EVERYWHERE- Hollenbeck is great - they always get me on the schedule when there is an outbreak and after 3 visits I can really see a decline - they did a very very thorough treatment each time and hopefully the little suckers will move out for good. Rating a pest control company should be easy. The company either kills the various pests or they don’t. Unfortunately, it’s not that simple.The biggie (at least for me) is TIME. Assuming the pest control company can control the pests, do they show up when they say they will? In my experience, too often the answer is ‘no’.Hollenbeck not only controls the pests, they do it when they say they will. They are professional, great at what they do, and very easy to work with. Sadly, this is so rare today. Hollenbeck is like a breath of fresh air.Got bugs? Other pest problems? Call Hollenbeck. You’ll be happy!

Notifications via email, text and phone insure that you are aware and prepared for the appointment. Theyalso provide a user-friendly website for status & payments. 2022-02-07Ive been working with Hollenbeck since I first moved to the area. They are well-priced, and their staff are great technicians. Helpful, honest, on-time, and totally professional. Being a first-time homeowner is a bit intimidating, but the Hollenbeck crew make it much easier. I highly recommend Hollenbeck if you have any type of pest issue in your home.

2022-04-20I have tried other pest control companies and many come up way too expensive and/or shoddy professionalism. Hollenbeck comes regularly and explains what they see and what to do. In addition they take preventative measures and have relieved my concerns. I don’t have to be the arm chair expert because they are doing their job by meeting basic expectations of good service.

2022-07-07The technicians came to my house, promptly assessed my issue, and gave sound advice on how to continue. Didn’t cost me a penny and only took about 5 mins. Hopefully I won’t need an exterminator again but if I do I will definitely be using Hollenbeck!

2022-06-10We had an emergency with wasps nests… someone housesitting for me has allergies to stings and could go into anaphylactic shock. Hollenbeck came out within an hour and a half and thoroughly inspected, sprayed, and removed the nests. At first I thought it was expensive but then I realized how professional you have to be to get rid of pests like this. So far so good, good advice for follow up, and keeping an eye. But very satisfied so far.
