Just went in there for some dinner had the worst service possible the workers are beyond rude and screaming at the customers. While I was there two workers got in a fight in front of the whole store
The food is good but the staff gets easily overwhelmed. They have enough workers, but there doesn’t seem to be a good communication between them, causing lots of delays and confusion. For example, I ordered on the app last night; When I went to store pick up the order when i got notified it was ready, I had to wait a half hour in the store because the order “was missing my fries.” I wish I could give a higher rating because the food is great, but this isn’t the first time something like this happened. I understand there are times that are busier than others, and delays are normal for any restaurant, but it was frustrating to have the app tell you one thing and the people in the restaurant tell you (or not tell you) something different.
Mike the manager was great in taking my phone order and assisting me when I arrived. He was friendly and professional. The food was delicious and big portions. The schnitzel hero was the best around. Will definitely be coming back.
We ordered take out. The menu had a varied choice for different tastes. The young lady who told order over the phone was patient and knowledgeable. We changed our selection more than once, but she was understanding even though the restaurant was busy. At the end of the day, the proof is the pudding, or the schnitzel in this case. The food was delicious.
IDK What happened but not what it used to be! Chicken was cold and hard, taste old and just not edible!!! The fries were cold and very oily!OVER priced for no reason!!!Place looked dirty and the floor was slippery as if it wasn’t mopped in days! Management needs to step up to the plate and see what’s the issue before they lose a lot of customers!!!!Never going back ✌🏼
Ordered on the phone and they said it will be ready in 15 minutes. Walked in 20 minutes later and they said it wasnt ready. Half an hour later they food was ready. Very missmaged and the people who work here are all flirting with each other

Their soups are great. But their grilled chicken sandwich is gross. Instead of normal sized chicken cutlets, there are small pieces of grilled white meat, which would obviously dry out. Maybe if they were fried, you could cut into bite size pieces but grilled chicken should be grilled in large cutlets. And in a sandwich, its difficult to eat without the pieces falling out. They drenched it with dressing to cover up the dryness, but still tasted dry. I guess only order shnitzel here. Grilled chicken is not their thing.
It took one 45 minutes to get our food. Ordered in person at the counter. It seemed like phone orders and uber eats orders were taking priority. Food was 7/10. The chicken nuggets and fries were delicious. Shawarma schnitzel sandwich was dry and not that good.
Busy takeout place with some tables inside and outside. Perfect for when youre in the mood for a crispy chicken sandwich, wrap, burger or wings among other tasty offerings. Open later than most other local restaurants to satisfy those late-night munchies!
5 stars for the amazing dishes like the holey tosty and other sandwiches but 1 stars for the popcorn chicken and wings which tend to be dry even with sauce on it. The sauces are more gooie than saucy, it might just be the sauce I chose but I would ask the workers to make sure how the dish tends to come out...
Went there for the first time today on 08/02/21 after the online ordering wasnt an option and they never answered the phone.I ordered 3 different sandwiches and I was told I have to wait 30-40 minutes.I returned to the store after 40 minutes and my order wasnt ready.Only 1 sandwich was ready and when theu saw me angry and started to put rush on it.After another 20 minutes at least they called me to pick up the order, I wanted to check if the first sandwich got cold and I saw that the bread is not what I asked. I told the guy to replace it and make me a sandwich with the bread I asked for.When I saw the guy in the kitcjen pitting his hands inside the old sandwich and pull everything oit to put back in the new sandwich I almost threw up in my mouth... it was such a disgusting sight!I asked for a refund for that sandwich and left without the sandwich.I will never go back to this place!
I ordered some food and was told thered be a 1 hour wait for delivery. Fine, thats expected. An hour and fifteen minutes later I hear the bell ring, walk up the stairs and nobodies there. When I finally get through to the resteraunt an hour later they tell me they waited and nobody answered and that they tried calling me.

The food is truly amazing and filling. Yes its a little pricey but well worth it! They accommodate any modifications you ask. Calling in the order is best, I am not sure why their website says it can take up to an hour for your order to be ready, because when you call they say be ready in 10mins. So..? Maybe small glitch
Some man named marked finished up my sandwich and tossed it to the cashier and it dropped he picked it up and they served it to me. Mark also gave me attitude after I asked if he can remake it. Please do something about Mark.
Its a really good restaurant with lots of choices. The service is average and the wait isnt too long, but if you would want to have a short wait you should order before 5:00. I would personally recommend the popcorn chicken with buffalo sauce or the crispy buffalo burger. One thing is, is that you should make sure to specify if you want a specific sauce or something on your buger. Overall a great place go or order from once in a while.

Clueless cashier didnt know the menu. Clueless prep line couldnt figure out how to make fries and a sandwich within a few minutes of each other. Bottled drink cooler wasnt working so all the drinks were warm.
The restaurant is filthy. Unbelievably inefficient order processing. I waited over 40 minutes for an order of wings..... still not ready. When I wanted to cancel the order I got attitude. I will never go in again.

Had the pricey Jerusalem minus the coleslaw, thought it was served on a brioche bun...it came on a hero type roll and was huge and delicious. The only draw back was the sweet potato fries, they were ice cold and soggy- not good for fries.
I tagged along with a pal of mine who did Holy Schnitzel’s advertisement. I managed to meet the owner and was very impressed. A very hard-working, decent, and overall admirable guy. The food was full of flavor and had many options to chose from. I’m glad this place is a hop and skip from me : )
This place is an absolute joke. Too bad there is no option for 0 stars. We placed an order (8/25) and 2 hours went by without delivery. I called up and was told it would be there in 5 min or less. Another 20 min went by without delivery and couldn’t get through to them. Finally got in touch with them and was told “oh sorry- your order was never made”Stay away and go to one of the other 50 restaurants on central avenue.
I’ll be honest that I’ve been to this several times and the holy schnitzel on main street is way better. Only reason why I come here cause it’s close to work for me. Also when I asked the man who was making my salad for extra sauce he started to get shakin up and said I only put as much as I’m told to put. Then a women in a nasty tone responds that if I wanted extra sauce that i would have to pay 50 cents more a pack stating that was corporate rules. Which is a lie cause on Main Street I would take big to small orders and that was unheard off. As a business owner I understand that you are trying to generate revenue but there’s a right way without lying and being nasty to the consumer . Last time I’ll come here and would not recommend my friends or employees.

I love the way they make their burgers. I like their schnitzels. But best of all are their Holy Wraps! The sauces are amazing and all the food is fresh. The only drawback is that there is not much searing as the store is quite small. They have telephone orders in advance for pickup and also have free delivery.

I just ordered salad via uber eats and the greens had moist texture, black color and a weird smell. i didnt want to write a review here and just to speak with a manager for solution. When i called and asked for a manager they didnt transfer me because i didnt want to tell them what is it about i just said i need to spake to a manager and its regarding my order that i placed with Uber eats I know this place has good food and mistakes can happen but the costumer service is horrible !!!
Used to be the best fast food place in town. Now disorganized and wait times beyond belief. Waited for 45 minutes AFTER they sent me a text stating order was ready and still left with half my things missing. Will not be ordering from them again.

Disgusting service. I am from California and gave to visit my parents for the week. I came by here because it is close to my parents. For starters I came in and the music was blasted very high. I eventually had to ask them to lower it (it was rap music with profanity). The workers were staring at the television and completely ignored me when I came in. Apparently some sort of sports match was on. Some of the workers were simply texting and did not notice that I came in. I finally ordered for my parents and I. We all ordered burgers well done and when they were ready all of them were red inside. The customer service is beyond terrible. The manager I believe his name was Tony was extremely rude to me and told me I told the cashiers I wanted it medium well, so it was my fault. I waited another 10 minutes and the burgers were then made well done. Whoever is in charge of management clearly underpays his workers because they could not care less about anything. From start to finish there was little to no care about my parents and I. I am never coming back here and once again. Whoever owns this place please understand customer service is important and if your manager does not even care about customers...then how do you expect your workers or cashiers to care?
The place was packed. Tables a mess. We were going to walk out but were really hungry. So glad we stayed. Everyone a delicious sandwich. Fresh bread. Served very quickly. Home made onion rings. 4 of us are huge meals for $50 total

I was there on Sunday to order 3 burgers only 3 burgersyes they were busy, but there were 11 people behind the counterthe guy repeated the order 3 times and gave me a receipt i waited a few minutes and look at the receipt which only had 2 burgers when i asked him why he said it was a mistake he corrected the order and told me to wait outside i waited 30 minutes and walked inthey told me its not ready i waited 20 minutes more to come in and they said they made it wrong. so i asked for a refund and lefta week later still no refund on my credit card only a charge.i had to dispute with amexi have a printed credit from holly schnitzel but no refund on amexi hope i dont have to chase them50 minutes and they couldnt to make 3 burgers correctly.
A co-worker and I decided to order from here for lunch, we decided to have it delivered because the restaurant is located only 1.7 miles away from our office. The app estimated a 1 hour delivery, we figured its fine, its lunch time so its probably busy. After about 65 minutes we called them up and the delay and was assured wed be first when the delivery goes out. It took another 15 minutes for the food to arrive, and it was cold.Fortunately I ordered the Impossible burger topped with lettuce, tomato, sauteed onions, and avocado. Since its plant-based meat, it being cold wasnt as huge of a deal, but the bun and fries got really soggy. Flavor wise they were both great.I also wish the Impossible Burger was included in a lunch special with fries because it ends up being decently expensive for a lunch.

Good option!Edit - to owners responseThe reason I only gave four stars is because although there is a reasonable time wait that was only compared to the amount of people being surved but really my family and I waited for at least 20 to 30 min for our food there was one guy cooking and grilling and only to guys actually putting the food together with around 5 people at the cashier helping customers and putting the take out food in bags. I personally feal that more man power should be devoted to making the food itself so that the wait is only ten minutes or less. Although I waited so long, since the food was so good it made up for the wait.
I used the restaurants phone app to place an order; I was immediately charged over $20. So far, so good. When I went to pick up my order, I was told that 1 of the 2 items I ordered wasnt available (a hamburger, which is as basic as can be). No app should charge a customer for an unavailable item. Strike One. The merchant gave me cash for the item he didnt have, which was fine. He then - WITHOUT ASKING ME FIRST - informed me that he had REVERSED my credit card charge, so I gave him back the cash. I asked if he was sure that he reversed the charge, and he insisted that he did. I left without either item (the whole point of ordering was to use my credit card for a certain amount). My charge WASNT reversed (the merchant lied), and Im now wasting time dealing with the credit card institution. Strike Two. A week earlier I had attempted to use the same app with the stores coupon that I received via email; an error message stated, Coupon Expired when, in fact, it had not; so I didnt place the order. Strike Three. The food is good and the prices are somewhat reasonable, but the App should be put off-line until the kinks are worked out, and the employees should be instructed to not lie to customers.

Too EXPENSIVE. Paid 17$ for a schnitzel sandwich and only got two sauces to choose from on the side. Go to Mike‘s Burgers which is not far from here. Good food, Better prices and they give you as much extra sauces as you wish.

They have very delicious food but it seems that someone set everything up, decor, food, advertising,menu etc. AND THEN JUST WALKED AWAY. they obviously underpay their workers becuase the almost never care and seem so apathetic and monotone and cant seem to get an order right, management doesnt care if you can even call them management. There is no accountability. if you complain everybody knows exactly what went wrong but nothing changes.SUMMARY- Good food if your willing to deal with the experience
Would give it less but I cant.Why do I leave a phone number for an order I placed for delivery and then an hour and 45 min later I didnt receive a call about my order and the food still isnt here, called up to ask about the order and was told the delivery guy quit wouldnt it be common courtesy to call the customers.After 2+ hrs the food finally arrived and the person delivering it was blasting music at midnight and thought it was ok to just lie and say it was made fresh even though it was cold and the woman on the phone told me it was made 1.5 hrs prior.I dont know if you find it ok to train your employees this way, but that is not how a business should be run.
A great chametz meal Holy Schnitzel. (We went to Sunday night after pesach)They were super busy and working super fast tonight with a lot of phone and in-store orders. Pictured here are the Bacon Avocado Burger (the mushroom and garlic Mayo are great. I prefer it without the holy sauce.) Forgot to tell them how I like my burger so came out well done, but still tasted good with all those trimmings.The fries are very yummy and extra crispy...(despite a few Cajun fries sneaking their way in the order.)Also pictured is the Holy Schnitzel on a club roll with Cesar dressing and all the trimmings. Im told it tasted really good.
I have been here many times i also ordered in for delivery since one of my best friends is the delivery guy there and every time i order in he comes to my house with a smile. sometimes when its a little too crowded it takes time to get your food when you order for delivery it usually takes at least 30-45 min but sometimes it could take much longer but this is a great place to eat

Good spot for comfort food, theyll make it how you like it, very tasty, just be forewarned you are going to wait for your food, and it seems incrementally they have been increasing prices, and they get you on the extras, 19.99 for an impossible burger with imitation cheese tomato on a whole grain bun....but it is what it is clean good fast food.

Not very nice reception, (Im a black woman so...). I ordered my sandwich, I wasnt offered to add a drink to my meal which I forgot...when I finally got my sandwich, it was just thrown in a bag - no napkins, sauce, nothing. My first and last time at this place!
The food was really good but I left with a really bad taste in my mouth from how I was literally made fun of in front of my face. I asked the Mashkiach about the different types of meats they had available to see if it was up to my familys standard of Kashrut and she laughed in my face and called me the Glatt Man. Im sure for her it was all fun and jokes as she laughed with her co-workers but it was at my expense and it was not funny to me. I hope the Mashkiach (I dont recall her name) reads this and learns to respect other people, even those that dont share her exact values and customs. Btw, Ive reached out to the email provided in the response here and never heard anything back....

Service is awful. Dont bother calling order in. Takes forever and tgen they mess it up. Come to think of it, theyll keep you waiting when u walk in and still ness it up and overcharge you. Dont know why i even tried them again. When they offered a coupon coz they still messed up and wouldnt honor coupon. The worst

I called to check on a delivery and the person answering was just rude. He said “ yo bro I don’t know what you want. I’m waiting for people we’re really freaking busy.” And procceeed to hang up the phone. Unprofessional and obviously doesn’t care

2022-03-07We used holy schnitzel to cater a staff luncheon. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, and helped me every step of the way. All staff enjoyed the meal and was very pleased.

2022-03-02Okay food at fairly high prices. Loud music at first. As it became more busy, they lowered the volume. They asked twice how to do the burger. Medium rare, pink. They repeated it. No hint of pink. Again, Okay, not good. Too expensive for okay.

2022-04-07I always order from them as their food and service is excellent. One time the order had a little mix up and they didn’t give me a hard time crediting me for next time and was very nice and accommodating. This place rocks!

2021-06-20The food is great here, the staff is very helpful, but have to take off a star as this is almost always a long wait for food, many times without telling the customer (or being very wrong after telling the customer)Update: my original review was 5 years ago and nothing has changed. You can. Order 2 hours in advance and still food wont be ready. The hot dog was completely burned, they ignored all the order requests and I had to fight for a credit for their mess ups. Have to deduct 2 stars since they clearly have no interest in customer service.
