This is my must-go store for my house renovation. Everybody is very friendly. They remembered my name every time I go there and they go beyond their ability to help me. I bought my shower parts for the best price. Me and my family is very pleased with the service. We will definitely shop from there again!
I recently moved to a new house and decided to gut renovate both kitchen and bathrooms . Rashid, from Home Art Tile was extremely helpful. I bought kitchen cabinets, counter tops and tiles for both of my bathrooms from them. The process of picking the right colors and materials was so much easier thanks to Rashid and the entire staff. There was a small dent on the cabinet door, and he requested replacement right away. He even called to see how everything came out. I was beyond happy with the service and entire process. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
The team at Home Art Tile are fabulous. Rashid came up with a creative idea to utilize the countertop slab - only requiring 1x large slab for our kitchen - while others told us 2x slabs were required. This saved us a ton of money - thousands. He was very responsive to all of my questions - even writing emails back and forth late in the evenings.As for my bathroom demo - we bought porcelain slabs for shower and wanted the sink to have a veneer made from the same slab. My contractor said it couldnt be done --- guess who made it happen!I only wish I met Rashid and the team sooner - I would have had them do my entire kitchen and bathroom!
We are just finishing up a renovation of our kitchen and two bathrooms in my house. Luckily a friend recommended me to check out Home Art Tile Kitchen & Bath. I ended up buying my kitchen cabinets and tiles from here. Firstly I have to thank Rashid and Omar for all of their patience and the time and effort they spent helping us with our designs. They are very fair and honest. They have a range of material in the store so its a great first stop to come if you are trying to visualize your renovation. I am thrifty and shopped around but ultimately most of my purchases came from here because the quality, value and service made sense. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend.
I cant say enough about the level of service and hospitality I experience every time I shop at this little treasure chest of a tile showroom. Omar is my go-to guy there and he is always so totally great to work with. But everyone there from sales to warehouse staff are extremely helpful and strive to deliver customer satisfaction. Selection is very wide and price points are very attractive. They are also very accommodating with samples and returns on a level that not all tile stores will do. I highly recommend a visit here if you are considering a renovation project. You will most likely find something you like, at a reasonable price and enjoy the shopping experience from start to finish.Thank you guys for all the service so far over last several years, I look forward to shopping with you again and again!
My experience at Home Art Tile was fantastic. My husband and I worked with Rashid. He helped us every step of the way, and offered professional suggestions when designing our kitchen. We made some last minute changes which he helped us with and never made us feel rushed. He is professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. Overall, a great experience!
We were looking for a while to find a fairly priced home renovation store with a good selection and this place is it. While doing our kitchen and two bathroom upgrade we met Rashid and Omar and they were incredibly helpful and patient. They helped us design our cabinet layout using the software in the store. They were responsive to all our questions and spent a lot of time helping us piece together our beautiful home. We ended up buying our cabinets, tiles, quartz counter, and vanities from here. I shopped around online and all of Queens and their prices were the best. Thank you again!
I recently renovated my bathroom and had the best experience with Home Art Tile! I worked with Omer, whom was not only patient but had a high attention to detail. This was my first time doing a renovation and Omer and his colleagues were very attentive in addressing my concerns and guiding me to make economic decisions. There are so many details to think of and the staffs guidance was most helpful. I can not think of another store I would rather go to for my bath and kitchen supplies!

We went to Home Art to choose tiles for our kitchen. We were looking to put tiles on a kitchen finished years ago. It was a difficult choice because we had to match the walls, floor and countertop that were already there. Omar came right over to help. We must have spent a couple of hours there, taking out tile choice after choice, spreading them out all over the floor--talking, considering, ruling out, bringing new ones in. Omar was amazing. He was knowledgeable, calm and patient. His years of experience was clear. He had a great sense of humor too. I highly recommend Home Art.
I have purchased all my tiles and kitchen counter top from the store. I love the show room, and it has huge selection from around world. I can spend all day to gaze around. It is very interesting and learning the products. The price is great and service is personalized. The purchase is easy and fast. You dont feel nervous, that if I purchased wrong thing and late you want to change. The store will take back if it is left over complete box, or exchange something else you like. Omar is very customer orientated sales person, he remember my name, and always very patient to explain all my question and provide me sensible suggestion for my money. I also find everyone in the store very friendly, eager to help. I like the store long opening hour. I will definitely shop here confidence.
After shopping around I purchased the tile and vanity from Home Art Tile for my bathroom renovation. The staff was very helpful, patient and a nice group of people to do business with. Their pricing was better than any of the competitors. For example, I visited Home Tile Center NY on two occasions, their prices were higher and the staff never offered assistance even when the store was empty.
We had a good experience working with Omer and Miguel. They helped us pick out bathroom tiles, shower door, kitchen cabinets, and counter-top. When we had issues with our kitchen cabinets, they fixed it very quickly with the manufacturer. I would recommend Home Art Tile to others. Their pricing is competitive and they can source anything. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they tend to be unresponsive to e-mails and phone calls - I often had to follow-up to get a response.
As you walked in the store the staff is very pleaseant and helpful. Mr. Omar was very helpful and gave me different alternatives,prices and options according to my budget towards my renovation of my bathroom. The prices of tiles and my vanity fits my budget .My project came out great and my family is very happy. I bought tiles, cabinets, and counter tops from Home Art Tile. They have a great selection of product with great prices. The people here are focused on satisfying their customers needs and are very responsive to questions and issues. You will be hard pressed to find a better overall store like this. Home Art really goes out of its way to make its customers happy.

The guys at home art tile were great. Worked with ibrahim, who helped us pick out our new kitchen tile and quartz countertop/backsplash. The choices were daunting but Ibrahim was extremely helpful and patient with out selection process. Pretty disappointing experience. Came looking for countertops based on my brothers recommendation. Came in and the salesman knew nothing about the quartz, their warranties, their country of origin. didnt even know the prices.. gave us ballpark after we waited about 10 minutes. They had cambria in a box tucked in a corner. We saw two we liked, both off brand. They told me it would be 90 and 99/ square foot which is an absolute joke for an off name brand. My kitchen cabinet guy had the same brand for 41/sq foot and I’ve been quoted 70/sq foot for cambria. So I knew it was ridiculous. I do believe a previous reviewer who said they found 50% cheaper elsewhere. This place was either trying to rip us off or only provide actual prices to a specific profile of person. Don’t be a victim to price gouging. Shop around. Maybe they’re ok for cabinets or tiles but I definitely would not recommend if you’re looking for countertops.
I have been dealing with Home Art for several years. Their customer service is great. Each employee really cares about their clients. They have a wide selection of tiles and cabinets. Their pricing is very good. Highly recommend this store to all.
My boyfriend and I were renovating our kitchen and 2 bathrooms and were absolutely thrilled when we came here. Not only did they have an awesome selection (and good prices) but they made the whole process of picking out our tiles and cabinetry so much easier! They were extremely helpful and considerate and they have a cool computer program where you can give them the measurements of your kitchen or bathroom and they can show you what the cabinets/ tiles will look like in your space. Our bathrooms and kitchen look like a million bucks because of this place.
This is my to go place for tiles and countertops, no one beats their prices and their staff. Every single request I have made was always ready in time and never any issues. They always welcome me with Turkish tea and Turkish homemade cookies which are amazing. No one tops Home Art Tile
I bought everything for my new kitchen at Home Art Tile and had a couple of issues. The owner went out of his way to correct the issues after I contacted him directly. He even delivered items to my apartment that were lost via UPS. I am going to do my bathroom soon and will go back.

I was working under a strict deadline and Home Art and Tile gave us the exact service and quality that was required in the time frame. We were thrilled with the level of service and detail that Rashid and his employees gave us. Ordered Tiles and Kohler Tub. They price matched and beat other competitors. Always helpful and when we we running low due to many tile cuts and thought we needed an extra box of tiles, they had it in less than a day (turns out we did not need the last box). Very accommodating. Would buy again.

They offer a large selection of kitchen and bath items, the best hands down service, extremely knowledgeable and spot on delivery times. We spent hours here 3 different times. Omar helped us and he initially seemed to be trying to be helpful. We asked for samples- i called 3 times to make sure the samples were there before heading all the way there. He kept yesing me and I also asked him to find out how long it would take to get them. He told us a week definitely, no problem. Fast forward- the sample was not there, he tried to give us some broken other tile as a sample?? Then he told me he cant get the tile we picked??????????? I asked him to find out how long we would have to wait and to please let us know and we never heard from him. We found the tile elsewhere and the prices were exactly half the amount per square feet and it was delivered to our door on a palette yesterday. That was not nice Omar, you wasted our time and kept saying yes without taking the time to even check. Not nice.
WOULD GIVE ZARO STARS IF I COULD. Only worked with unprofessional place due to a unprofessional contractor. Both were horrible and stupid. We ordered custom kitchen cabinets, spent more money than we should because they designed the kitchen cabinets wrong the first time and it took longer than expected, they sent the wrong sizes, pieces of cabinets and not enough cabinets and molding. They then charged us to get the correct cabinets that would fit because they didn’t accept that it was their mistake, so didn’t our contractor. And the final products came damaged. (Pictures will be attached later time- I’m on a mobile device) They didnt send us enough molding so after firing the contractor we had to get in contact with them ourselves. We went there to get more molding they said it would be 50+ then 15-20 dollars shipping, I was like is it 15 or 20, they calculated the distance and said 20. It would be in our hands 1-2 weeks latest, it’s now 5 weeks. I contacted them at 4 weeks, spoke with the manager Miguel he said it would be express shipping, when I called back today (5 week mark) hes like a worker lives near you so when attempting to deliver no one was home and you didnt answer (playing games) I was like oh yeah then ask the guy what my house looks like (got caught lying) hes like he was around the area so he called before he came, again caught in a lie, so how did you know I wasn’t home. You see the unprofessionalism, rude and horrible service my family and I received. I’m still waiting for my refund on my “shipping” of 20 bucks, I don’t care if its 1, 20 or 100 dollars for shipping, it’s past the arrival date and I’m not going to give them another penny because they deserve nothing except this review.

He was responsive to all of my inquiries and extremely helpful in finding exactly what I needed for my tiny NYC space. I am so happy I have found home art tile. I renovated my home last year and I got my kitchen cabinets and tiles at home art . I am now renovating my second home and I went back to home art tile to get all the tiles I needed for my home . Rachid is very knowledgable and helped me out pick the right tiles that would make my home beautiful . There is a great selection of tiles , backsplashes, cabinets , countertops and everything else you might need . The pricing is very competitive and the best in the area . I can surely say that home art is the best place to go for all your home needs .
I would highly recommend this place the staff members and the owners here were very polite and patient with us I rather come here any time then going to ikea or home depot, from the 3-D Layout that Rashid showed us to even Rashid coming to our house for the correct measurements. Just renovated my home did everything from floors, bathroom to the entire kitchen. Home Art Tile was my place for everything Omar and the crew all made sure they helped me out with all my questions and concerns about my up coming renovation 100% of the time.I went to window shop months before the renovation a few times and every time I went each associate helped me out as if I was a new customer giving me the most up right respect. I would highly recommend everyone to go check them out. There selection is endless and anything you can think of if they do not have in stock they will rush and get you the product. The owner is also very helpful I see him there every time I go making sure his customers are getting the highest customer service. Thank you guys again. I wish I had gone somewhere else, but its too late and my husband and I are very disappointedI paid for the most expensive cabinet here bc of the color which is Im happy with. The guys are very nice and helpful but after my contractor installed them, I noticed all the doors are uneven. The paint are missing on the faces, corners are messed up. inside pieces are cracked and unfinished. The cabinet looks like 20 years old. I try not to look or talk about my brand new cabinet when I have guesses over bc it is cheap looking

2022-01-06I had a great experience with Home Art Kitchen and Bath during my kitchen renovation project. Rashid carefully measured and designed an awe inspiring kitchen maximizing space and using every inch possible. Built in microwave space was custom designed on the island. Two long pantries added a lot of room for storing foods, spices etc. Home Art helped us select a matching countrrtop, backsplash and floor tile. All products were delivered in a timely manner. Kitchen looks great and I get lots of compliments. Thank you Rashid, Ibrahim and whole Home Art team ✨

2021-06-30We worked with Rashid for the renovation of our kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was an especially critical part of the renovation. We wanted to make sure the new layout served our needs. Rashid is very experienced. He gave us smart recommendations and presented us with different options at a great price. We love how it turned out. The tiles we selected for our bathroom also worked beautifully. We highly recommend Home Art Tile!

2022-05-16I ordered kitchen cabinets from Home Art its been a DISASTER! Unlike the sample I received before placing my order, the panels for the cabinets were a different color than the actual doors. And the doors have glue residue and spacing along the edges. The cabinet maker refuses to actually provide panels that match saying it costs them too much money and they have been dragging their feet for 6 months to clean the glue residue. The Home Art staff is nice but they cant resolve the situation. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE after spending more than $5K!!

2020-08-07Buying from Home Art Tile was my best experience during my home remodeling project. Not only did they have a lot of options for us at multiple price points but everyone there was always very helpful. Rashid helped us with 5 redesigns and did so with a smile every time. Even with COVID, he got with us on FaceTime multiple times to discuss specifics for out kitchen and bathroom projects. Ibrahim was excellent at helping us decide when we couldn’t figure out what tiles and backsplash to pick. I highly, highly recommend buying from here. Everyone is extremely helpful, accommodating and the service is amazing!

2021-04-05We are so happy we ended up working with Home Art Tile. Our kitchen has a unique layout and because of it, it was hard to go with anything standard. But Rashids design accomplished the impossible, to fill as many gaps as possible, making our kitchen functional and efficient, he even included a rail cabinet for two 13Gal trash can, two rotating trays for cookware in the corner, and all tailored made 50in height cabinets that now go up to the ceiling. The quality of the cabinets wood & structure, the Kitchen backsplash, countertop & Porcelain floor, and tiles of the bathroom floor & walls, are high-end. We cannot be more satisfied with the results.But thats not all, their prompt turnaround and responsiveness throughout our whole apt remodeling allowed us to not have any delays in the process. We run out of tiles and Ibrahim jumped to the rescue in a single day and had them delivered. Anything extra we needed, they quickly acted on and made it possible. Also, the communication was easy and smooth, either by phone, text message, or e-mail.They are an absolute 5-stars team!

2017-12-07The Home Art Tile team is the absolute best. They are responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly courteous and respectful. I had the pleasure of working with Omar, Mike and Rashid personally in designing and purchasing the materials for a full kitchen and 2 bath renovation for my parents home a few months back.IMO when selecting tiles, cabinets, fixtures etc. the inventory is often similar in many competing businesses but what made our experience with Home Art Tile special was the customer service. When your in the middle of a large renovation as was our case it can often be a very stressful and lengthy process. I was more than pleased that there was no stress, hiccups or headaches involved with my dealings with Home Art. Also it helps that there prices were mostly lower than other quotes I had received.I can even say that I was quite demanding and often found myself calling them multiple times a day to make changes/requests and each time I was greeted warmly and helped promptly. Our bathrooms and kitchen look amazing.I am now beginning a full renovation for my own home and am pleased to be able to work with Home Art Tile again.

2020-03-08After a pipe broke in my 1949 apartment bathroom, I really had no choice to bite the bullet and renovation the whole bathroom. I wasn’t looking forward to it – I hate these projects as they always seem overwhelming and expensive. But Home Art Tile was a port in the storm. I worked with Omer who was super patient and calming and made me feel like I could figure this out and get it done. We looked a little bit at the tiles that were out and once he got a feel for what I was interested in (larger, ceramic tiles with a marble look), he showed me options. And he explained why some people might choose one over the other. But within an hour or so, I had the tile picked out. I also knew that I wanted a border and while I was looking for “color” and “bling”, Omer showed me what I was looking for but then also showed me some borders that were a little more subtle. That was really helpful because Omer was right, the more subtle border does look amazing in my bathroom. And then to go with the white tiles, Omer showed me some darker floors which look great. I did though make sure that all of the materials were “in” which was important to me so that the contractor could get the job done in 3 weeks. Sure enough, when my contractor was ready to do the tile, he just showed up to Home Art Tile and they put together my order since everything was in.Home Art Tile made what I thought was going to be time-consuming job – picking out tile – an easy, one day event! While everyone at the store seemed really great, I really enjoyed working with Omer as his calming presence was a welcome refuge.And in the end, the price was great for high quality tile – better than any of the other places I looked at.Highly recommend Home Art Tiles. This is a great store with a great selection of quality tile and nice, honest, informed people working there that will help you through your renovation.

2018-04-18I was looking to replace/upgrade the bathroom sink and vanity top in my rental apt. I only needed a small piece of stone, which was perceived too small of a job by many companies, but not for these guys. Omar worked with me to get the results I was seeking on a limited budget, and delivered quality work in a timely fashion. I was treated with the same courteous manner and respect as a costumer with a huge project and spending. 2017-01-28One of my favorites tile stores in New York City. Home Art Tile offers not only a great variety of gorgeous tiles but also affordable pricing and excellent customer service from sales to delivery. Ive personally been using them over 7 years for a variety of projects. Never a problem with quality or delivery. Thats why Im so thrilled to see a good business growing and doing well. Recently I saw a new truck with a beautiful ad which Ive found very informative. Hard to describe everything they have in store so its easier just posting a photo of this perfect truck ad, dont you think? :)
