I have purchased 5 fireplaces from this company over the years, 3 in my new home. Most are wood burning, and they are a great company for wood. However, this new home has a Town and Country indoor/outdoor gas unit. Not cheap, btw, $15,000. I have had 12 service calls on this unit in the past 10 months of occupancy; finally 12 was a good number to get it working correctly; just working was a relief. Today, after lighting nicely 5 times during the last month, no flame. I have called for service call #13. They are very nice people, but no one should spend this kind of money and have a clunker of an operation like this. A lemon perhaps? Should key parts be replaced? It is not a very complicated setup -- why cant it work correctly? What say, Bill?

Home Craft Inc have been buying these Cast Iron Air Brick company Hit and Miss Cast Iron air bricks for restoration work of period properties in the USA for many years now. Weve managed to get these to them within a day or two of them ordering even though were in England. We are delighted they have chosen our authentic British made products which are ideal for period buildings and wish Don and Bill well with future projects.

Horrible service. Sent someone out to repair my gas fireplace, could not fix it and couldnt even figure out what was wrong, then charged my card $169 for being there for 45 minutes
