Inspection Gurus is a great option for home inspections. Overall experience was great from the initial phone call to scheduling to the inspector to the actual inspection process. Very professional. And importantly, they cost us 30% less than what some of the local inspectors in our area had quoted us.

My agent recommended Adnan for inspection of the house in Middle Village. This area is full of >80-year-old houses and it was important for me to get a thorough inspection. Adnan was very accommodating with his schedule and we found a mutual solution within 3-days after my call. He is a busy person, often doing more than one inspection per day in different areas of NY and CT. He texted me that he was a few mins late for inspection and it shows that he is trying to be as punctual as one can be in NYC. His inspection lasted for more than 3 hours. I learned so much about the house I was planning to buy… He found many issues with electrics and plumbing, which were included in the contract and fixed by the seller. He pointed at the major issues right away, during the inspection, and he actually offered solutions to some problems. Now I know what else needs to be fixed and when. I can also tell that some problems Adnan identified in the house were independently confirmed. He is a little on the positive side of things, probably seeing much worse properties than I was planning to buy. I think Adnan did a very good job and I do not hesitate to recommend his services.
James Riley, our home inspector guy has a great personality and very knowledgable Professional. James is a straightforward shooter and provides the ups and lows in all determinations. James is asset and detailed. Great customer orientation and attentive. Natasha answered my call and was very personable, patient and felt she knew the customer. Inspector was prompt. Does his work diligently and address any concerns. Made me feel at ease having Inspection Gurus do my home inspection. Went thru every nick and cranny. 2020-05-31If you want a meticulous and thorough inspection report, please look no further. Adnan’s service was superior. He paid close attention to all details and mechanisms, so much that his accuracy reflected in our negotiations and arising matters. He was thorough about our deck and what needed to be improved that the hired contractor agreed. His insight on the roof and structure was on point. We were asked who conducted the inspection because of its attention to all details. The price can’t be beat compared to what other agencies ask for, this was why we chose them first, but his reviews are all legitimate. I don’t foresee us buying another home soon but I will always recommend Inspection Gurus. You will not be disappointed. We are satisfied customers about to close on our home.

2020-12-11Home inspection gurus did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. From start to finish, they were great! The true gem of the company is Natasha who sets up the appointments, explained everything clearly and made sure that I understood the process. She worked with me when I had to change the appointment time and kept in regular contact. The inspector was on time, and arrived at the home before I did. He was so thorough, explaining big issues and minor issues and even have me some simple DIY tips. I called 4 or 5 other companies and although the price wasnt the cheapest, it was competitive and well worth the peace of mind. Thank you Inspection Gurus!!!

2019-06-19I want to thank the Home Inspection gurus for their service and commitment to quality home inspections.The owner of the property that I was getting inspected was aggressive towards to the home inspector Paul. He handled it very professionally and helped out as best he could. Because the home inspection could not be fully complete due to the owner, the company allowed for me to get a 50% refund.I also want to thank Natasha for her amazing service from scheduling to resolving the issue that happened after. 2019-08-28Everyone is very friendly and are always willing to please. I got the chance to meet two inspectors for two separate houses and they were very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and the report of the house was very detailed. As a first home time buyer I was able to understand the importance of inspecting a home before the contract.I highly recommend this inspection company.
