HOMIt is one of the most transformational experiences of a lifetime! I had the chance to partake in the Yoga Teacher Training with House of OM (HOM). Although I dont have the ambition to become a yoga teacher, I wanted to deepen my understanding of this practice. HOM went above and beyond my expectations! The quality and high level of professionalism of all the staff and the teaching were impressive. HOM taught me the fundamental components of yoga and the history and philosophy. I not only became a better yogi but a more knowledgeable practitioner. Im now more aware of my body, alignment, and what I can achieve through my daily yoga practice. HOM is located on one of the most beautiful sites in the world. Their location is somehow secluded from the rest of the world while being close to a centre. Through my YTT and HOM, I feel that Im a better person, more balanced, more aligned, and more aware of what is happening inside me. I learned to be more appreciative of my instincts than react and regret my reactions. If you are hesitating about taking this course, dont. Not only will you learn so much about yoga, yourself and how to respect and value yourself too, but you will meet the most impressive teachers, staff and students.

I am so happy I found this yoga studio!!! The owner is so kind and such an amazing instructor with so much experience. I did a one week session and loved it so much that I ended up signing up for another month. Erika has helped me so much with my personal goals and with her guidance, I have made a lot of progress with my handstand. I definitely recommend this studio! 👍🏼

I love this new studio! I attended Candlelight Yoga with Erica. She is an amazing instructor. The ambience of the candlelight was wonderful and very relaxing. I left her class feeling empowered. The beautiful studio is very welcoming, very clean, and a wide space to practice. I pay attention to detail and I noticed they have a variety of tea for their customers. Its really nice. I highly recommend Home of Om yoga studios in Nanuet. I will definitely visit again for more classes!

Did a drop in class on a Saturday morning. Erika was great and really guided the class well for everyone who was there, whether they were experienced or new to the class. The studio is also very pretty and has a relaxing atmosphere. Hope to be back soon.

On my first visit I took a mid-week after-work “all level” class with Erika. Atmosphere was elegant and peaceful. Experience was beautiful and rejuvenating. Class size was small. I appreciated the individual attention and encouragement. I am looking forward to returning and definitely recommend this studio.

I just had the pleasure of practicing yoga at this new yoga studio in Nanuet!It was an awesome way to meet up with an old friend and enjoy some healthy headspace after a long work day and a crazy year.Try for yourself!!! Wednesday 6pm was gentle flow. There are more classes as well! 👌 10/10 would recommend

Home of Om is a lovely studio. Erika is a talented Yogi who has created an open, inclusive, and supportive space to practice. There are several class types depending on what youre looking for.
