Poor customer service. Store manager and floor employee can speak try speaking to customers with more respect even if its to say no. Do not recommend. Go to the other store. Affiliated with Home Sense and theres another location in Melville. Much friendlier staff.
Long line at the check out …. Only 1 person to take care of everyone. Waste of time

I always end up buying surprising items from this store. The store has very good lighting and happy employees there. Pleasant place to shop and you would be surprised how visual and creative you can be by imagining things you want to purchase!
Its such a really good place. I got many things from the store what I wanted. I think consumers love that store because Furniture rotation is very fast. Get there often and u will be satisfied.
Home Goods always has unique Christmas gifts, dishes and linens. Much of the stock is gone, but there are still treasures on the shelves. Lots of toys in stock this year too 🎅🤶🌲🌲
Love this location. If i am unable to find what Im looking for at this store i can walk right next door to marshall or go to home sense just a few feet away. What ever you are looking for you home, you are certain to find one way or another. Prices are great for the quality.
Theres always a uniqueness about home goods. I can find just the right items: bedding, artwork etc. Staff is professional
Great quality of items, with the exception of the cashier number 1473 working on 11/11/18 she was rude and extremely obnoxious, she over charged us, we told her so and even after it was her fault, she said its your fault for putting it on the counter. He attitude was horrible. To bad because they have very nice stuff. They also cant look you up if you forgot your rewards card.
Commack location is the best one Ive been in.
The door greeter was sweet. Store was clean despite they were unpacking deliveries all over. Found what I was looking for and then some. 😜
Bought the nicest bench at Home Goods
I havent really ever found anything truly nice here. Other locations once in a while get high-end brand pieces. Not this one. Its pretty much the same things day in and day out. I love HomeGoods because I love the thrill of a hunt. Unfortunately, this location never delivers that thrill. Plus, now that theres HomeSense next door that sells pretty much the same things, these two stores so close together is sorta an overkill for the Commack shopping district.
Very good home goods store. Large. Huge selection of kitchen pots pans utensils, etc. Very large sections of bedding and decorative pillows, sorted by colors.
Service in this store was excellent
I am probably not their target customer .....but the place is like a rummage sale filled with people trying to push their shopping carts through too-narrow aisles filled with oddball, damaged, or expired goods...Waaay too much inventory for the floor space and probably a fire hazard. Some sort of cool stuff if you look for it long enough and dont mind waiting on the usually enormous lineI would only recommend this place for people who really like to shop, are not too discriminating, and enjoy the company of other soulless zombies

If you aren’t overwhelmed by clutter. This is the store for you. There are great finds but you have to make it through a jungle of merchandise to find them.

There was a great selection of furniture and the prices are reasonable. My only complaint is that its a bit cluttered and hard to walk around in.
A better store than that Homesense across the parking lot. This store is better organized and not filled with hipsters or people that look like they were born with a stick up there butts.

2022-02-10We all look for that store that we can walk into and find what we entered for or a store we can walk into to browse and discover items we love. This is one of those stores and I cant help but return to it time and time again. Better yet, the employees are helpful upon request, can offer a great suggestion when your looking for a gift, and are friendly, courteous, and polite. Thus, its always a pleasure to spend some time at this Home Goods store.

2022-02-17I could Agree 100% on what everyone else is saying. I am so greatful that this store exists. I have always found a great deal here and I think everyone will be satisfied with their purchase. Today I just went to walk around and see what else they have. All these great deals but knowing me I would spend at least $200. Hope you see a great item and can get a Discount on it. Come in and try this store today.

2022-02-20Nice place. Cool collection. We were lookingbfor some designer chair and some high end furniture. Couldnt find it there. We jad to go another market to find it. But no hard feeling this place is cool enough for your household things.

2021-11-07I purchased a glass table a couple of weeks ago. The upper glass was broken and manager (Mark) had ordered a new piece and provided an additional discount. I picked up the glass this Saturday and was pleasantly surprised with the thickness and quality of it. Now my center table within my living room is beautiful. I’ve received so many compliments so far. Thanks Mark for being an outstanding employee who is always willing to help!!!
