My mom and I had a wonderful experience with Cathy today!! She was so kind, friendly, and helpful down to helping us load our car up with furniture we would’ve never been able to manage without her! So thankful for her help.

This store has some really great options if your looking to add decor and furnishings to your home (but not if you are on a budget). The 3 stars is because they are over-priced!
Prices are costly... Very crowded in Latham and Clifton Park. You cant walk with your cart. Ive got a gift certificate $30. But heck Id rather have had cash & go somewhere else.
After only 5 mins. of shopping found exact accessory I needed, on clearance no less. Im all smiles. No waiting at checkout.Breeze in and out!
Nice store. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Quite an amazing assortment of goods. Just plan on spending some time looking around - you might find a treasure.
Really like HomeGoods. I go off times as Im tired of people blocking entire isles with their carts..no respect..just rude people..on phones. Wont move out of way. It ruins a great store. Plus the people that park in fire lane..blocking the drive and people going in out of store . This is a great HomeGoods compared to Cross Gate.
I feel awful for your employees and customers. There was a very nice woman, Beverly, I believe, who was ringing. There were two of us in line. Then more people came into a line. A voice hollers from the side of the store, call so and so for register help and proceeds to walk down the aisle towards the back of the store. I noticed a crack in my item. The manager had to come. She didnt even smile at me. She was clearly irritated and only when I said, you look like someone who enjoys your job! Did her tone change. Perception is king and I wont bother coming here again.
Usually it has great variety of merchandise with good values. However due to covid, its supply chain has been impacted accordingly..thus its quality and quantity have been limited.
Love this store! Lots of different types of items for the house and they have a neat pet section too with different types of items you wouldnt find at a pet store necessarily. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because many times things that I would like to purchase are partially broken or missing parts which is a bummer. It can also be very hard to get thru the store with their carts because the aisles are narrow and there are always a lot of people shopping there!
We got a gift card from our real estate agent (so sweet! ) But this is the first time Ive been in there...uhm holy OVERPRICED. I saw very similar items at several other stores for nearly half the price.

HomeGoods is my favorite store with lots of decor, furniture, gourmet foods and more. If you see what you like there, dont wait. Chances are someone else likes it, too and it will be gone when you go back for it.
Be careful when purchasing goods that are on sale. By default, the cashier will try to scan their full price - you will have to ASK them to give you the discount. I had to do that yesterday when buying Holiday stuff that was supposed to be 50% off.On a separate note, always inspect the stuff carefully before purchasing, they do have a lot of damaged goods that are mixed with the proper ones.
They have very good produce.Fresh fruit and vegetables.Meats are nice and fresh and prices are reasonable.Any employees are very helpful when you need help. The stores are very clean also.
We were greeted by in a play whos very nice and offered us sanitized carts and hand sanitizer if we wanted. Always something interesting to see in this store.

Love Home Goods, this store is not the best (Kingston, Pittsfield are better run. Items marked down for clearance should usually be put in the trash because items are so damaged, it is not worth it. In fact, the discounts for broken items are just a few dollars more than items in good shape. Still love Home Goods!
I went to the Latham, NY store to check out their selection of fabric and canvas storage bins. I found a wide variety and will use them to update my closet storage.
I visited Home Goods for the first time last week,finally using a gift card a friend gave me for my birthday many months ago. This store is overwhelming by its size, household item selections and available bargains! Do your online research regarding various brand names before you go. All top names are represented in this one store!I will definitely return.

2022-04-22Great store for household stuff. Wish they carried more variety of pet supplies. (All different size ranges.) Had to go else where, for tiny dog supplies.

2022-04-02Awesome looking store! This space used to be a Babies Я Us before it got divided into 2 stores which closed in 2018. This store moved into the former Babies Я Us last year. You will always get great deals and a lot of selections to choose from! The only thing bad about this store is that the ceiling got water damage and a drop tile is missing.

2022-01-25I bought a chair here that didn’t have a tag so an employee quoted me 69 dollars and made a new tag. I thought that was fine and she took it to the front where apparently a manager took the tag off to replace with one that was 79 instead. It was completely unnecessary since I had already been told one price and I also saw the tag be put on the chair to suddenly be upcharged for a mistake I didn’t make. The selection is good but the managers really need to learn to honor the prices.

2021-09-15Love this store! They always have the best Decor. I come here sometimes to hunt for Rae Dunn and they usually have a nice collection of her stuff. Always clean inside so are the restrooms. The employees are also really nice and welcoming.

They have everything and anything to decorate any room in your house, entertain for the holidays with platters ,bowls, and cake and cupcake stands in all different varieties to suit your individual style! Even decor for cats! They have a freaking wicker cat bed swing thats adorable 😍! Will definitely be going back again. Endless browsing and a great place to shop for gift ideas 😉😉
