All kinds of low end and remaindered house stuff. Price are all over the place from good buys to ridiculous. There is the occasional good deal on something nice or interesting but most of the stuff is junk. Good for the occasional kitchen gadget or cheap vase or seasonal decorations. Dont go here expecting quality or anything that will last.
I love this home goods store. It is clean, it always have what im looking for and the staff are the friendliest. Another + their restrooms are immaculate and filled with a beautiful fragrance, I thought I was in a 5 star hotel lol. This is a great place to do your home essentials shopping.

This store has just about everything one needs to decorate your home. From rugs, mirrors, throw pillows, paintings, to chairs, & even pet products, etc. All under one roof. The staff is friendly & helpful. .... JM.

This used to be great store, until Kelly, the most condescending, incompetent excuse for a manager arrived. Tried to return an item I purchased a week before, acknowledging I removed the tags. Kelly insisted I was lying about using it in the most outrageous self important tone, involving 3 other employees to validate her opinion for no apparent reason If you’d like to visit a store whose manager delusionally believes she is the president of the United States, shop here. Otherwise take your business somewhere else.
This is a great Home Goods. The inventory is nice and I always find gifts for people there as well as home decor items. Just found a lot of Christmas presents today!
They are gearing up 4 the holidays.Tons of merchandise stacked up on dollies and carts just waiting to be unboxed and put out on display. I asked a floor sales person to help me find the price on a beautiful grey breaking. Sadly, when he looked in all the places he saw me look in he shrugged his shoulders said sorryand walked off never offering to get other assistance or make any suggestion for how I could retrieve the price. Not good service at all especially contrasted to Michaels Craft store where every single sales person knows exactly where everything is and what it costs

Homegoods is the store to shop to get expensive, quality pieces for less. Decorated my home using paintings, chairs, hangers, throws and, serving dishes from Homegoods in Port Washington & Valley Stream. In my opinion, these two locations have the best buyers stocking their stores. In both stores I purchased a $300 chair for less. In Valley Stream, I purchased a $300 office chair for $75. In Port Washington, I purchased a $300 livingroom accent chair, for $28. How happy was I. This is the store. So, happy a friend of mine took me to HomeGoods.
Always loved this store but since the previous manager retired, it’s gone downhill. Ridiculous long wait with 1 rude cashier. Very long line & when I asked her to call another cashier she rudely responded no!

2022-04-08You shouldn’t shop here. I don’t need more competition!This place is awesome. It’s incredible how much variety they can fit into such a tiny place. You would be very fortunate if you rent an apartment nearby and needed to decorate it. This place has a lot of things that nearby HomeGoods don’t get it. So for that reason, don’t come to this location. Kidding not really

2022-02-11Today the store was jam packed with wonderful items, many of which looked like Pier 1 merchandise, and I used to love going in Pier 1 . The amazing thing is that mostly everything was kept in order...even towels and mats were folded nicely. However, the lamps could have been better organized and all in one place. There was an ample selection of dog items including toys, coats and beds . The checkout went quickly because it was surprisingly well staffed for a weekday.

2022-04-04I received a faulty product from HomeGoods (a full sheet set came with twin sheets) and the store refused to provide me with an exchange, despite their return policy which states exchanges are allowed past 30 days for store credit. Their rationale was that because they no longer sell the product, they can’t put it back on the shelf to resale. But I clearly explained to the staff that the product was faulty so the product should not be reshelved at all.

2022-01-04Horrible Cashier. I had the misfortune of having Maya as my cashier on 01/02/22. What a lack of basic customer service skills. I hope this post gets her some much needed training since she is a new hire. The MOD had to be called that day and I hope she took this seriously and reviewed the cameras as I suggested.

2021-02-25One cashier was on. Really? Long line inept staff or the manager. Only after a customer voiced their unhappiness- 2 more cashiers added. Don’t they see the line themselves? Last week i just abandoned my cart and left.

2017-07-24Love this store as much as I love the Westbury one, but I find that the ladies at the register here are nicer. The manager though - could use some improvement in service skills. The place is always need. Art section sometimes is a mess - but its like that in most Home Goods locations. I love coming here on a day I have time to make the drive - always find a steal.

2021-02-27Actually, my experience was pretty useful. Got some carpeting and a swiveling chair to match. Folks on shift were very helpful. Nice selection as well.
