Homelegance Furniture, what a fantastic experience I had. Walking in, my wife and I were greeted with a warm welcome as if I was walking into someones house. The salesmen were attentive and answered all our questions and made us feel like walking into their establishment was the best thing we could of done. We purchased a 2 pc sofa set that we saw at another high end store for a fraction of the price. They were able to have it to my home within a few business days and the delivery guys were quick and professional. I will be buying more from this place and I suggest you all do the same!
I paid cash for a item I never received because it was double backordered and when I showed up for my refund they gave me a check with my name misspelled. They had no problems with taking the full amount which they said was required but gave a problem with returning my cash. Not a satisfied customer 🤬
This is our one stop shop for furniture. Alex and Ronald are the associates that normally help us make our selections both in the store and on their awesome website. We always receive professional customer service when making purchases and their selection/pricing is simply unbeatable. Their delivery is always on time and as promised. We have been to many furniture stores and this one is a gem, they have a customer for life. Thank you home elegance!!
We purchased love seat, couch, and recliner. The couch broke after a while. We called them and they told us the warranty ran out and we would need to purchase parts for over 300.00 and fix it ourselves. I am an interior design architect and cant believe this treatment as my spaces are often designed around the furniture. Never buy from them again.
Good morning I want to thanks home Elegance furniture for my beautiful furniture I recent last Wednesday my bedroom set and living room set is amazing in our place I must say Christian for a young guy know his furniture he really help me and my husband put things together he listen and also gave us some ideal on the type of furniture to buy he was very honest when it come down to the quality of furniture to buy and or not to buy we definitely took our time he did not rush us to buy we actually made like Four trip before me and my husband decided cause Christian also recommended us to measure before purchasing the bedroom set and also the living room set so that why we took so many trip back and fort lol but me and my husband never was rush to buy so we are very thankful for there customers service also Ronald from the office kept us updated with our delivery when its going to be our delivery we appreciate the phone calls and we also will be returning sometime next two week cause we need a dining table with 6 chairs but we have to measure first so I do recommend home elegance furniture to first time buyers or anyone that want to redo there home. I purchased a bedroom set for my birthday at home elegance and it was the best decision I ever made. My salesman Tony Montana was excellent. He was knowledgeable, kind and polite. I would recommend anyone to this store, the prices are reasonable and beautifully displayed throughout the showroom.
They are super friendly, attentive and the furniture is beautiful with great deals. Very professional and helpful. The service is over all great. I would recommend this place to anyone in search of good furniture with good prices. I couldnt be any happier with my new love seat!
Great service! I came in and immediately saw the couch I wanted and it was the model I had found online so Tony matched the price! He also offered me warranty on the pillows and was very helpful. I had been in about 7 other furniture stores prior and no one else was as generous and kind as Tony! It made me finally want to commit and buy!
Homelegance is by far the WORST!!! furniture store to buy your furniture.I purchased a living room set from Homelegance for my new space. Once, I swiped my credit card and waited from my delivery, everything went downhill. I took a day off for my furniture to arrive... IT NEVER CAME!!! I called to find out what happened, Christian (the sales rep) said that the delivery date was changed. No-one called to let me know, NO apology, NO acknowledgment nor consideration for my time.All I got was, they can come out next week.Finally, when my living room set came, I saw that the two back legs on the chase were slanted . The delivery personnel told me that the legs should remain as they looked. I called the store right away, got Christian and he also said that the legs were correct and should not stand straight.However when I called Ashely Furniture, the maker of this living room set, I was informed that I was right and all four legs on the chase should stand straight.NOW, the legs are wobbly. Ive been calling Homelegance furniture in regards to this issue, spoke with Rohn (the service manager) and have been getting nothing but the run around. He tells me that he will take care of the issue, promises to call me back and nothing goes according to plan. Ive called this company numerous amount of times and nothing has been done. Once I was promised for the service guy to come and fix my furniture. Guess what!! HE NEVER SHOWED UP!!. No call, No nothing. When I called home elegance to find out what was going on and why the service guy never showed up. The office manager Christine admitted... It happensUp to today, Im still living with a broken chase and this company fails to honor my warranty.
I Bought my reclining chairs in December 2017 at homelegance within 8 months my chairs was cracking and fading in color I barely sat on the chair. In August 2018 I emailed and called Rep before my 1 yr manufacturers warranty was up an Rep said to call the warranty department which I had paid an extra $500 for (and was told the warranty will cover any damages)which I did and the warranty department denied my claims stating that it was normal wear and tear I called back Rep and now my chairs are getting worst problem still not solve we are currently in April 2019.Wish I can go back in time and never make this huge mistake of doing business with Homelegance.
We bought an entire house full of furniture and so far I’m fairly happy however having said that the one couch that Tony talked us into buying I woke up after falling asleep on it and I felt like I needed to go to the hospital my back is completely ruined it’s been about five hours and I’m still in terrible pain!! this Has to be the worst couch ever and I’m so sorry when I purchased it!!!! the rest of the furniture I bought so far is holding out good however after reading all of these reviews I’m a little nervous about the insurance thing because I purchased the insurance as well! We always hope that we never have to use it but in the event that I do I surely don’t want any runarounds like a lot of people here have spoke about....that would be awful. Other than that Tony was great to us we had just moved here from Las Vegas and he treated us well but oh my God I am so sorry about this couch I may put it on craigslist or something I don’t know it’s only two months old and it’s terrible!!!
I ordered a vanity from before April, they delivered the furniture mid April and the mirror was broken. Called the place and I still have yet to receive my mirror, with no talk of how to compensate me for this inconvenience. Now I have half a piece in my house and to be honest, it is nothing without the mirror. That was the whole purpose. I paid them in full the day I purchased it. Dont buy from this place. Its has technically been almost 2 months and I still cant get my mirror and i dont care what anyone says, it should not take 2 months for delivery ... when I ordered it , the furniture took 3 weeks total. Whats the problem? Never pay this place up place up front for anything because they do not value their customers. Now I have to deal with half a vanity with no sign of getting my mirror. BEWARE.Update:So now, my mirror was supposed to be delivered today, mind you I purchased this set March 30th. Yet, I still cannot get mirror. I do not care what the issue is between the warehouse and the furniture , that is not my problem. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this place!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
The worst furniture store ever Christian is a crook. He lies to people telling them they have 6 months to pay. He signs customers up for a credit card and uses the credit card so the company receives the money. Unscrupulous business practice I would not recommend this company to anyone. I truly believe anybody who rated this company a 3-5 are lying worst. Their are tons more reputable sellers within that area. I Repeat DO NOT ORDER HERE using their program fraudulent business and UN American principles
I love the quality on my sofa set and everyone is so nice and polite in the store. i didnt have any problems on the delivery, i got everything on time and they beat the prices from all the other stores. they carry all the major furniture brands so i know i got real good quality...thanks again i will be back for my bedroom set real soon.
I ordered a chandelier from them that was supposed to come in by July 4th, which was already a ways away. A week LATER, and it still was not in. By the time I got it, I found the same exact chandelier for half price online and they would not do anything for me... never again.
I purchased the furniture ... got a confirmation for delivery 2 days prior. I had someone wait between the hours the delivery people set and no one showed up ... no one called. I could have went to Bobs or any other reputable furniture store, but I decided to support local business. I guess this is what I got for doing that.
This place is the worst ever. Customer service is the worst. They dont deliver on time, and they have a lot of hidden fees that they dont tell you about, plus they trick you into paying for the chair when you dont like the chair they dont refund your money. You better off staying away from this furniture store.
I JUST PURCHASED THE FENTON QUEEN LINEN UPHOLSTERED BED WITH PURCHASING POWER , MY UNION SHOPPING SITE, AND THE BED IS OKAY BUT THE PROBLEM IS THE SLATS THAT COME WITH IT! !!!!!! OR LACK OF I SHOULD SAY.THE SLATS MEASURE 2.25 LONG AND YOU ONLY GET 3! 3 SLATS THAT TOTAL 6.75 FOR A BED THAT IS 81.5 LONG. THIS IS ABSURD AND UNACCEPTABLE FOR A BED THAT IS ADVERTISED AS COMING WITH SLATS AND NOT NEEDING A BOX SPRING!!! NOW I HAVE TO GO OUT AND FIGURE WHAT TO DO TO FILL IN THE BED!!!!!!!!!!!!!RESPONSE TO RESPONSE:OH REALLY? I want to share what happened to me in this store so be careful.I liked a console with a mirror that I saw very nice but they did not have it in the store only as a book and I bought it they were able to take it with me in 2 weeks because it was a new model and there was no store.A salesman named Cristian attended meBoth things cost me $ 6202 3 and 4 weeks passed and nothing came to me.At last they came to me and they brought me a different mirror. I called the store and they agreed to change it, I spent almost another month and I called again to find out what happened to my mirror and now it turns out that there is none and they will return only 180 dollarsThrough the mirror and the very ill-mannered salesman tells me that I had seen it that way as they think Im going to buy one thing from one and another from another that doesnt match.I asked for my money to be refunded since it was the fault of the store and this seller tells me that they reduced me 20% if I return things.Be careful in this store, it is a shame because they have very nice things but it seems that they are not very serious and that seller Cristian is very despicable.

2022-06-22Thank you so much for your service the staff is great my 100 inch leather sofa didnt fit through the door the manager mike call a tech and was at my house in 1 hr took it apart and brought it in. they even gave me a $100 store credit towards my next purchase because i had to pay for the take apart. Im going to see mike next week to pick out my new bedroom set after we done painting the walls

2021-12-28I didn’t have a good experience at all! Every piece of furniture I ordered came damaged. Full Queen size Bedroom set and dinning room set all damaged and not assembled properly. The communication with the store is horrible and they don’t value there customers. I paid in full and was treated poorly. It took them almost 3 months to rectify the problems. At no time was I offered compensation for there poor quality of the furniture and the time it took them to replace the furniture. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone!

2021-07-06I would not recommend this place to purchase furniture. Customer service is only great when they ready to make a sale. Once they get your money its a different story. I got a recliner couch paid in full with no problem. Couch was delivered with the recliner not working. The delivery guy said someone will follow up with me the next day. 1 week past and no one contacted me. No one pick up the phone in the store, so every time I have to take the time to go in person to the store. I went back 4 different times each time I was given a different excuse about manufacturing policies to replace the parts. I paid for a new item and expected to get the same. I didnt ask for refurbished merchandise. Again I was told someone would follow up with me, no one did. I tried calling no one answer. I will have to take time off again to go to the store. Like I said my experience was not great and I take the time to review so no one else has to experience this service. My next option is to call consumer affairs. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

2022-02-10Let me tell you about my experience with this retailer when I purchased my sectional sofa I was told that if is anything wrong with the couch at all Id come to the store and they would take care of it but when the couch is taken on its own they pretty much told me to deal with coaster directly is the retailer where they get the furniture from the store didnt do anything they didnt change it they couldnt find the color so they pretty much told me there was nothing left they could do I wouldnt buy from this retailer if I were you they are not true to their words and they lie to you about the insurance that they have on the couch

2021-07-09Im waiting now for three months for someone to come and add more wood pieces to a bed that is still under warranty. I call the store, no response. Ive been calling the store every other day and no one picks up or I ask for someone specific and hes never on the store. If the bed was made properly, I wouldnt have to keep reaching out.

2021-05-17Worst furniture company EVER!!! Do not buy from here. They are not loyal to there customers and sold me furniture that lasted until warranty and then break down miraculously then gave me the run around trying to fix it. Great Furniture companies are a dime a dozen and this sadly isn’t it.

2020-12-31When I am reaching at the place it was very excellent job for helping me to choose a queen size mattress for me. When I am get a phone call for delivery on time. The Queen size is excellent feeling much better. I am soon going to buy a dress for my bedroom set.

2016-01-21I have not gotten my furniture yet but, I have gone to Homelegance Furniture and called numerous times. I have not had a bad experience with them. In fact, the place (more specifically Lenny) was referred to me. I was hesitant because I was in love with a particular bedroom set and I just KNEW that the neighborhood furniture store wouldnt have it, took a chance and I am pleased with my decision. I am giddy with anticipation waiting for my bedroom set to arrive.I also purchased some items for my living room and my sons bedroom. Lenny was patient with me, walked me around the show room after hearing about the additional items that I needed for my new apartment. I trust his recommendations so much that I called and told him I needed a futon. I am quite certain that I will purchase the futon that he suggested, sight so far unseen.It takes a lot for me to write a review... good bad or otherwise but, I couldnt let my great experience go by without telling Lenny and the staff at Homelegance Furniture, Thank you. So, thanks everyone!!I will not hesitate to recommend your place of business.
