We had Matt Donaldson [the one with the bow tie] for our salesperson. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He gave us our space, and when we decided to buy the furniture, he worked very well with us. I would recommend this store. Hope delivery goes as well as buying!!
My partner and I just bought a house and have been looking for furniture to fill it. When we first walked into Home Plus, we didn’t really know what to expect and were a little overwhelmed by the options and prices. However, Joel immediately approached us and helped us find what we were looking for. He and Matt worked with us on pricing for a bed, and helped us place an order for a couch that would fit perfectly in our new house. I definitely recommend shopping here.
Very pleasant shopping experience. Matthew was very friendly and a great help to us. Will be back soon for, maybe a chair or matching love seat(depending on on our space) and, definitely, a dining room set. Home Plus is highly recommended!!
I was greeted by a nice salesman named Matthew Donaldson. He asked what I was looking for and directed me to the floor location. He asked permission to show me the area, which I thought was really great. I didnt feel pressured. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me ideas and offered to let me look at the Stores on-line catalog if I didnt see what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing the items that I wanted and it was very reasonably priced. Im glad that I went to HomePlus. Ill be going back if I need any additional furniture items.
We stopped by to just look around and ended up walking out the door with amazing deals.Zach was an incredible help and very attentive in what we were looking for and getting us the best prices and rates.We were also very impressed how all the sales acociates interacted with one another and stepped up to help.
Staff are great (especially a gentleman named Matt who helped us through everything, down to the smallest detail), furnishings are stunning and prices are manageable. Delivery though, gets a 4/5 stars. Late delivery=unsatisfied customer.

First time there salesman saved us lots of money (forgot your name sorry). Got a free t shirt when the deal was closed! Delivery were in and out quickly. They even swapped out our box spring for us because we bought the wrong one! All in all great place and I am definitely recommending them to anyone who needs some furniture in the future!
Matthew Donaldson was very informed and helpful in our purchase. They have a large selection for all rooms in the home. The showroom was clean and very organized for easy viewing of all they had to offer. A catalog section is also available for viewing other pieces.
Usually I dread furniture shopping because most sales people are just trying to make commission but finally Homeplus made me feel more like family! We were greeted right away as soon as we walked in the door by John and Ben. I told John what we were looking for but also something that isnt easy for our cat to ruin! He showed me a few pieces chatting along the way trying to figure out our styles and he was able to help us find our perfect sofa for our small living room! The cashing out process was just as easy! Jeff Mackenzie at Homeplus was So helpful to me when I bought 2 dining room chairs and then Again when I bought a mattress! I described what I was looking for and he looked through every possible option and showed them to me. I got my beautiful and high-quality chairs for a great price and Jeff is a 5 Star salesperson!
Wow, this was our first time at Home Plus, and we wish we had found this treasure of a store earlier! The salesman, Jeff Mackenzie as well as Ben Kehl the manager were the keys to making our experience the best. They answered all of our questions, with no high sales pressure, and gave us lots of time to browse and enjoy the many wonders of the store. In the end, we purchased a beautiful dining room table set at the best price in the area. We look forward to returning to this store again in the future. It will definitely be our go-to furniture store. If I could give this store more stars, I would!

We were so please to shop where a sales representative introduced themself, gave us an idea on how Home Plus pricing works, asked if it was okay to check back in a while. We said yes. No high pressured sales. We found the recliner we were looking for and a new table and chair set. Our sales rep JEFFREY MACKENZIE measured the table in order for us to go home and make sure the table size worked it did and JEFF gave us our pricing. We were very pleased. Currently waiting for the arrival of our new furniture but look forward to our next purchase with Home Plus. Pricing is fair and no higher than other furniture stores and quality is good. In closing I must say I am so please to look at furniture at our pace, try chairs out to see what best fit us and our sales rep not trying to push a item on us were did not want the whole time we were in the store. Looking forward to our next purchase.
I would like to take this time to give Ben the service person (who deals with all the problems or repairing of items sold at the store) a big thank you. For all his help on getting the electric fireplace i bought there working properly. And it was a simple fix i did it while talking to him on the phone. He was very pleasant and very much willing to help.I also would like to say that i have delt with many of the sales floor personnel and they are very friendly.And two Ive just recently have delt with id like to thank..John being the first one to take the time to call us (myself and my wife) to tell us personally that they have reordered the office chair that was broke when delivered. Then I would also like to thank Matt for calling me back after inquiring on some bedroom furniture online (I sent a message online to the store) asking prices. he also helped my wife when she came into the store look at the bedroom furniture and then when talking financing or money he took the time to talk to me on the phone to explain the deal. I was unable to be at the store with my wife (Tammy) for im a truck driver and had to leave to go out of town.I know I have delt with a few other sales personnel and they all were very pleasant too.Thank you all for your time and your pleasant helpful attitudes. I will continue to do business here with this kind of help. And caring people.

Today my friend + I went to Home Plus in Binghamton ny to look for a new couch. The store was great the salesman Matt Donaldson was fantastic...never meant him before but Im so glad I did...he was soo darn nice and such a good never pushy very down to earth young man. Ive been to every furniture store in Broome, Tioga & Chemung counties and found the best customer service at Home Plus. Matt took notes of my likes/dislikes and offered me a drink while he looked up furniture that met my needs at the other store in Kirkwood as well. I found a couch I loved quickly at the Binghamton store. Great price, free delivery to Owego & free removal of old furniture all within a week! Home Plus will be my first stop for all my furniture purchases in the future😊
HomePlus was nice, sales representative was nice, but quality of Lane furniture is poor. Chair frame is nothing more than plywood and staples, cushions already showing signs of use, and fabric fuzzing on arm ends after only two months of use. I contacted Lane and they acknowledged my email....but never responded to complaint.Update:HomePlus did reach out to me about the issues with my chair. However, I responded to their message with a message and really don’t see any options regarding the problem. Other than returning the chair for a refund/credit toward a better quality chair …there is nothing HomePlus can do about the poor quality and shoddy craftsmanship of Lane Furniture.HOWEVER, I do take some responsibility for my purchase. I failed to do my research. Had I done so, I would have known that the Lane Furniture I thought I was buying went bankrupt and closed in 2013. So, Lane Furniture of today IS NOT the same company that made the quality cedar chests and furniture decades ago. It’s now just a name that another company bought at a bankruptcy sale in 2014 and slapped on their furniture. In fact... I see its been resold since then as well.
After seeing adds on TV and a friend to check this place out I did. Very Happy with all the people involved with my buying experience. When picking out my Mattress I also chose for comfort exchange program. Glad I did! as I was not happy with my mattress and was able to pick out a different one and it was exchanged with no problem. The delivery was fast and the crew was very professional.
John from the Binghamton store was a great help to us. He explained how to even take out the middle section of a love seat if we didnt want it there. The furniture selection was better than I expected in these times with good prices. The delivery department had excellent communication and delivered as they said they would. I went a couple of days ago and purchased a lift chair. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and not pushy at all, was able to get me the chair I wanted with extra features like heat and massage, fast delivery as it came just at the time they stated and the two delivery men were courteous and very professional. I bought my couch from here in March and had a good experience! It was super easy and my couch came in even earlier than originally thought. When I needed them to come and do the Scotch Guarding they came on time and without any issues! I love my couch so much. The delivery guys were very nice and made sure to ask if they had to take their shoes off. They were very professional and easy to work with.

I was looking for a recliner for a room make over and decided to try HomePlus, we generally head directly to the other popular furniture store in the area, however, they are NOT doing a great job on our refrigerator warranty, so why not? Experience was awesome, Matt helped us out to find exactly what we were looking for and there’s was a huge selection! I encourage a stop there before you go down the same old road. Great experience from purchase through delivery!One of the things I like about shopping at homePLUS is that, unlike some other stores in the area, the sales associates dont pounce on you the second you walk in the door. In my experience, I was able to walk around and browse a bit before Sales Associate Matt Donaldson came over to talk to me.Matt was very helpful and polite. He wasnt pushy, and he wasnt trying to sell me anything. It was more like he was there to help me find what I was looking for.The delivery team was great as well. Both of them wore masks, and they even took off their shoes before walking up my carpeted stairs. They were very nice and respectful.

Update: Today I spoke with a manager who apologized for the lack of communication and offered to make it up to us. I definitely appreciate the company reaching out to correct mistakes. That showed me they do really care about their customers.We recently bought a love seat and two chairs for our house. The salesman was very accommodating. The furniture is beautiful, we love it. The poor rating is due to the customer service. I honestly felt like the salesman said whatever he needed to to get the sale. He was great to us when we were in the showroom. Once we left and the sale was complete we could not get a hold of him again. He never answered our calls, never called us back. The delivery was delayed, which is fine, but no one would call us to let us know what was going on. He also promised us several pillows but we only got one. Again, we are very happy with the furniture but the process was frustrating.
Came in today looking for living room furniture not completely sure what we wanted. We had a few things in mind. Matt Donaldson the tall guy with the bow tie was the best! Extremely helpful and generous towards us as customers. Would definitely shop with him and homeplus again 100%.

We bought a king size mattress set last weekend and it was a great experience! Matthew was awesome to work with...he was attentive, but gave us some space to try out all of the mattresses. He was very patient (we took forever) and really seemed to want us to make sure we would be happy with our choice. Matthew worked with us to make a deal that we were comfortable with, and even added in a few extras. He was very respectful talking with and working with the young man who helped us load the bed as well. I was impressed that not only did Matt make the deal, but he also got right in there and helped us load it up. I would highly recommend Home Plus for your next furniture purchase!

My entire experience at Home Plus was great! I went in looking for a sleeper sofa and my salesman John Pape showed me some great options of more modern sleeper sofas that are way cooler than what I was thinking! Ordered a Lane sectional with salesman John Pape. Overall super easy and laid back. Due to pandemic, est. eta 12-15 weeks out. Will update this review once we actually receive the product.Unfortunately, due to supplier issue (Lane Furniture), it took over a year to receive the couch. HomePLUS gave us an amazing experience buying our couch! Thank Goodness you only have to shop for a new matress every 10 years or so...and thank Goodness for Home PLUS Furnitre & Mattresses! From te moment we walked in the door we were welcomed by the staff. In particular, Matt Donaldson, our salesman, was very helpful and professional. He showed us man styles & degrees of comfort explaining the qualities of each one. We were able to lay on them and really get a feel for what we liked and didnt like. We never felt rushed or pushed. Wasn’t planning on buying anything when I went there .Was going to be buying a couch soon but I wasn’t planning on buying one yet but saw a set that I really liked. Matt was so helpful and they have a great selection ...reasonable prices .just went there yesterday so I haven’t received it yet but looking at all the other reviews I expect it to be something that I really love . they were very friendly and knowledgeable there and I would recommend home plus to anyone who is looking for a bedroom set or couches or anything. We were there on a Sunday. There seemed to be staffing issues as there was only one sales associate (Matt). But, Matt made sure he addressed all our questions and gave us as much of his time as we needed even though he was spread pretty thin. We ended up buying a bed and a sectional.

My partner and I went to homeplus just to get an idea of living accessories they have. Jason was very busy that day.. which was a Fri. He had suggested a couple ideas. Our daughter has special needs so that day we didnt bring her. We took pictures of a bed frame and mattress for her.. The next week we did bring our daughter just to make sure that she was comfortable of the items that she was getting, to our amazement she really liked it.. Prior to our furniture being delivered Chris coordinator had called the day before. My partner and I had a couple of questions... we played phone tag a little bit, but he responded in a timely matter. The next day, Juan or Steven had called to let us know that they were on their way. Our bracket was between 9-12. They came unpacked the boxes that had the items in which were, adjustable bed, queen mattress, and a dining table set with 6 chairs. Their time spent doing this was less than 2 hrs. Matt Donaldson was my salesperson. He was extremely friendly and very personable. There was also another gentleman and the female working at the same time, and all three of them worked as a team and gave me five star service during my experience there. There was no pressure from anyone, and I left there that day purchasing a recliner and sofa. Home plus is exponentially a better place for purchasing things then lets say olums. I went to homePLUS after seeing many of the different commercials on WBNG not really knowing if I would find what I was looking for. WOW WAS I SURPRISED. this place is awesome! We met one salesman named, MATT DONALDSON, who was extremely helpful in making us feel right at home. No pressure, no gimmicks, and helpful in our choices and made our decision easy. I read that people should change the mattresses every 10 years and after dealing with MATT DONALDSON, I can tell you that I plan on doing that. He was so helpful and understanding, made my decision easy! Not only for bedding, this place has it all and I will most definitely be coming back for more!

We went to Home Plus to purchase a new bed. Our salesman, John Pape, was very helpful. He treated us well and helped us find what we wanted. If you cant find it, it can be ordered.Well, have to update my review. The sales people were great but follow up was terrible. I was told my order would be in in about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called and was told my bed was damaged in shipping. Ok. Things happen. But no one contacted me or followed up. I had to call to get another one ordered. 2 weeks later called again. Had to reorder again. If I didnt call I would still be waiting.
We had an over all good experience with home plus. Our sales guy was super friendly and helped us find a great sectional. It took longer for delivery then we were initially told, but thats probably due to how busy they are. Our delivery went great. The guys, Juan and Leo were super nice and very accommodating when i changed my mind on things. And even took my old junk away! Thanks guys!!!

I have shopped at Home Plus several times.I recently purchased two twin beds with the appropriate needs for them both. I was assisted by John Pape. He was very attentive and paid attention to my needs and requests. I would definitely recommend shopping here for the best deals. Also let me add that the delivery men are the best. I honestly couldn’t have had an easier experience. I went online made an appointment with Matt one of the sales people there and less than an hour later I was in the store looking at the sectional sofas. Matt offered us drinks when we got there which was very nice and was great with any of the questions I had. I found a couch I loved and decided I was going to finance it. It only took them 5 minutes to get me approved. I got a great deal on the couch since Matt was able to find me a coupon. All said and done I was in an out in less than 45 minutes. Couch is getting delivered on Tuesday I honestly couldn’t be happier. Great customer service and Matt didn’t try and hassle me into getting anything I didn’t want. I would highly recommend this furniture store.

I walked into homePLUS not wanting to buy anything and ready to just browse and compare prices. I was then nicely greeted and conversed with a salesman by the name of Matt Donaldson. I was critical of what was available and he was willing to work with me to find exactly what I wanted. After I continued to look around the spacious store he came to me with a couch he had on their website that had everything I wanted. It was also within a price range that had me intrigued but not ready to buy. Matt was then able to negotiate with me and got me (in my opinion) the best deal I have seen through many trips to many stores and online shopping. So, I am happy to say I purchased today and will be waiting to receive the lovely furniture that Matt helped me with.
The selections were great and they were one of the only stores who could get our furniture in 2 weeks. Our salesman Matt was courteous and knowledgeable and we made our purchase. We needed delivery and removal, which Matt arranged . The delivery team was excellent and really took great care delivering and setting up the 4 pieces of furniture. As of right now, 5 star review. I have yet to physically obtain my item due to not having it in the store, but I wanted to drop an early review on the service.Our sales person Jason was great to deal with and was very patient while we looked up numerous item numbers, and juggling both us and another customer simultaneously. We were trying to obtain our purchase prior to Christmas, and Jason made sure that was a priority and any item he was not confident would be on time, he made sure we were aware of what we were looking at, and did not oversell us.I will update my review when the item arrives to include item quality.EDIT AFTER DELIVERY: The two delivery guys were great. I just needed to show them where the item needed to go, which is up an L shaped staircase into a 2nd floor bedroom. They took care of the rest. If I HAD to find something to complain about - they were ahead of the delivery window - which I personally loved, so I am NOT complaining whatsoever. But if I were at work at the time, it could have been a slight issue. The guys were courteous, respectful, and completed the job quickly.So far, no complaints about the item quality (its only been a few days). It seems very sturdy, and looks great. My daughter loves it as well.

My wife and I were in desperate need of a new mattress and we’re NOT feeling the work that would come with that. Going from store to store. Sitting on mattress after mattress, trying to find what we needed. Fortunately for us our first stop was our last stop. We walked in to Home Plus and it was busy, it was a Saturday afternoon after all. We were greeted by Mike who took a moment from the customers he already just introduced himself and welcome us. Mike assured us someone would be with us soon. Which honestly worked because we hadn’t found what we were looking for and it wasn’t looking good. Moments after we found THE mattress we were greeted by Jason, he shook out hands and offered us a water. He to me is probably the best part of the whole experience. When bringing the water to us Jason cracked the top of my wife’s water like a gentleman. Jadon didn’t apply and pressure, accommodated our needs and we walked out having happily purchased a new mattress. Jason and the team all have amazing personalities. They make you comfortable, and more importantly they tell you the truth. They don’t push you in the direction that makes them the most money. Ordered furniture at home Plus on Conklin Ave yesterday. My salesman was Jason, he was a pleasure to do business with. As far as pushy sales people go... you won’t find them at this location. They don’t put any pressures on you, and are just straight up good people. I had the chance to observe the manager in action as well. Seemed good to his employees, and was constantly on the move. They offer financing there, seems pretty easy to get approved. I don’t have the greatest credit and got an approval almost instantly, for a high limit. While I didn’t use my entire line of credit, after I pay off my loveseat and recliners I will most definitely head back to this location to get more. For anyone with concern over COVID.... no worries here. The employees are masked up, and hand sanitizer station at the front door. Furniture quality is great, everything I sat on was super comfy, and different styles for all types of people and ages. Not sure if these guys work on commission, but if they do I highly recommend Jason Tobin he will get you all set up!

Great experience. They have a good selection on the showroom but if you dont see what you want there are books full of choices you can special order at the same price. Matt D. is the best. He was so patient and answered all our questions. NO high pressure sales, very relaxed. They let you wander around and if you have questions then answer them, give a few suggestions or what have you but no walking on your heals bothering you at every turn. I really appreciated that since Im not a quick decision maker. In the end I got what i wanted at an absolutely unbeatable price and Ive been pricing A LOT! Jason and the sales manager were very good. Delivery crew was also very good. Negotiated a fair price with free delivery. They do check on you while youre browsing. But that didnt bother us. Being in sales I understood that. Some people will get upset about that. So just understand their approach. Furniture is built very well . I would recommend them.

I have been looking for a TV stand for a while. When I went to other stores they really didnt want to bother to greet and help people. I have bought furniture from Home plus before and never had a problem. I probably would have started there first be the store is not close to me. I bought a couch from Matt Donaldson that can do so many thing but make coffee. Today I went to Home Plus to look for a TV stand because I know Home Plus will work to get you to a good fair price I bought it on the spot. Jason went over and beyond to get a fair price for us. I have never encountered a friendlier staff then here. No matter who you work with. My mistake was that I did start here first. Lesson learned, from now on if I need anything I will start here first.

Went in to homeplus to look for a dresser that would last. I found one that I liked, and although it seemed busy, I was quickly greeted by a store associate who answered all my questions and was insanely helpful. Ended up walking out purchasing way more than I intended originally. They have a huge selection of reasonably priced and quality furniture. There was a lot of coordination needed to get us our items during Covid and the store manager and delivery folks were excellent. A truly great experience! Went in for the first time to just check things out. Definitely just average discount furniture - nothing too special as expected. The issue I had is that the salesman are nice but very pushy. When we first came in one salesman approached us initially to ask us if we were looking for anything in particular. I explained that we were not, just looking around. He ran through the whole sales pitch and left us alone for a little bit. Soon after, another guy approached us and did the same thing. I explained again that we were just looking. Got the whole sales pitch again and he left. Then the first guy comes back a little while later to ask again how we were making out. Then the second guy comes back again to ask us how we were making out. As we were leaving, one of the same salesmen comes back up to us and asks for a third time if we were needing any help. I think 5 visits within the short 30 minutes we were there is a bit much. I get wanting to sell your furniture, but chill a little bit...at least during Covid I dont need someone coming up and bothering me every few minutes.
We stopped by Home Plus to look at mattresses not really looking to buy, but much to our surprise we got such a great deal from Jason Tobin we just couldnt walk away from the fantastic price. After the holidays I purchased a mattress&box spring . I did all the initial forms&info on line. Very easy. I Love my new bed!!! It is a mattress that can still be flipped over , where most of them you cant do that with anymore. The sales associate. Mike was friendly and helpful& so where the delivery team. Got a couch&love seat yesterday. Its so comfortable. Jason was very friendly&helpful &gave me some great prices when I went into the store. I have purchased furniture from Home Plus before when I lived in Binghamton N.Y. I moved to PA, and looked on line at their website on a Sunday evening. As soon as I looked at a sofa Matt from the store immediately did a virtual chat. Matt took care of my concerns , and ordered the sofa and finalized my purchase that same evening. That is what I call great customer service. My sofa was delivered today 8-5-20 by Brandon and Raf. They did a great job bringing in the new sofa, and taking the old one out. They were both polite, and didnt track any dirt in my house. I think they both are a great asset to your company.

Juan and Steven delivered our sectional today. They were very courteous and knowledgeable of the product. They explained all of the features on our sectional. Some of the features we didn’t even know it had. Would definitely recommend them for your delivery!!
My wife and I enter the business it was very clean. Jason the salesperson greeted us a nice young man. We looked around awhile. He told us about different options we saw a reclining love seat it was leather really nice item. We said that had to think it over we did about a hour or we came back and bought it.
I went to look for a piece of furniture for the extra bedroom, as soon as I walked in I saw an entertainment unit that was perfect. It was a little more than I could spend, so when Jason gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse, I grabbed it. The two young men that delivered the piece, Brandon and Leo, went well beyond the job to help me. I love this store and will return.

We were able to get a great price on 3 living room furniture pieces the staff was very friendly, open minded to negotiate and helpful .We were told 2 weeks it was to be delivered. And in a world of Covid 19 Virus I found this great news I have heard so many horrible stories of people waiting months. True to their word we received a call 2 weeks later to set up a delivery date they even called me again 20 mins out Stephen & Leon are a Professional team explaining features of the furniture only discover couple of hidden Gems I was unaware as they assembled the pieces for us . Only reason I did not give 5 Stars is because the recliner did not go all the way back and now a tech has to come out to fix? adjust? chair still very comfortable otherwise most impressive all around. will update when chair is checked out
Katy helped us with our purchase and she was amazing and not pushy she even help find the perfect end tables, sofa and loveseat, and our delivery guys Juan and Stephen were great and very professional! Definitely a great experience all around!

Cant depend on Matt ! Bought sheets with my bed but they were back ordered. Waited MONTHS for them, then contacted him. He said there was another color in stock and he would send them Two weeks went by and still nothing. Sent another email and he blamed it on someone else, and they would send them. Another two weeks wen by and nothing. I filed a complaint through the web site and said I wanted a refund since sending the sheets was too difficult for them. Two people called me and wanted to know if I still wanted the sheets. At this point I told them to send SOMETHING ! Another two weeks have gone by, and nothing, so its time to file a complaint with the BBB. Only 1 start because I couldnt select ZERO !

My mother had ordered two sofas (one of which was a sectional). We had to wait a bit to have it delivered and Mike (who sold her the items) was awesome about holding them until she was ready for them.Fast forward to yesterday when Brandon and Raf showed up (right on time!!) to deliver her furniture. Not only were they super polite, they were efficient and patient with us as we tried to figure out the best order of sections to assemble the sectional. They didn’t even get upset when we asked them to adjust it. Service with a smile the whole time! I can’t imagine going anywhere else for furniture anymore.Thanks for a great experience! I have been telling my husband that we need to check out Home Plus for a new mattress. He has been having back trouble for awhile now, so we decided today to make the trip to check it out. I looked everywhere for a sectional and couldnt find one I liked until i was referred by a friend to home plus. They had so many to choose from and you get great quality furniture for a great price. Other stores in the area didnt have as many selections and the quality furniture. Matt was patient, attentive and really made sure I was satisfied with everything.
I just bought a new sofa, some pillows for my bed, and a bedside table from HomePLUS. The salesperson, Matt, was really patient, professional, helpful, and nice. I asked a ton of questions and he answered them all and got me a great deal. The pillows are seriously the best things I have ever put my head on and my new couch is making working from home so much more cozy. 2022-03-30I had never been to homePLUS before, so didnt know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised at the niceness of the building, cleanliness and quality of merchandise. Quite a difference from my visit to American Freight. Matt Donaldson approached me in a bow tie and was very helpful without being pushy. I was looking for an economical mattress and box spring for my daughter for an apartment and Matt found me the perfect solution in stock! Thank you! I would definitely recommend!

2022-03-30I was shopping for a mattress and Zack was veryknowledgeable and patient. He definitely gave me a very good price that was much better then other deals in the area. I appreciated the flexibility on delivery dates as well.When my mattress arrived, it had a few issues. Ben, in customer service, was so understanding and responsive. Within 24 hours a new mattress and box spring were delivered to me. All of the staff involved with the situation , including delivery personnel,were so helpful.

We also took advantage of their buy one get one 40% off and got a great Lane recliner. Matt Donaldson was a great help—informative but not pushy. We will definitely return for future purchases.

2022-05-24We went to home plus for the first time this month browsing for a sectional. Matt greeted us right away and guided us to the area of the store that would be most helpful. Then, best of all, he left us alone for a while. He was not pushy in any way, but checked in once he noticed we were sticking more to one piece. After some discussion about our wants/ needs he looked up some options and was able to find us a sectional that was exactly what we wanted. At first the price was a little more than we hoped for, but he found some great discounts and coupons to help us stick to our budget! The whole process was smooth and fast! We will definitely be returning for future, furniture needs to see Matt! Bonus: his bow tie was on point!

2022-07-10My experience purchasing a bed with homePLUS was fantastic. Matt Donaldson was my sales associate and he worked extremely hard to get me something I loved within my budget. He then made sure that homePLUS would hold the bed for me until my apartment was ready to receive it. A few unfortunate situations meant they stored my bed for weeks before they delivered it for free and set it up for me. 11/10 experience and would recommend to anyone.
