Its mostly quiet, I have a nice view from my windows, and its pet friendly. However, their claim to be a smoke free property seems to be a bit of a stretch. I moved into an apartment that smelled strongly of cigarettes, and had nicotine coated surfaces. Maintenance came in, did a couple things to try and help, but I ended up paying professional cleaners to come in. I thought a thorough cleaning helped, until I realized that I have neighbors who smoke. They smoke inside their apartment, outside the front door, and in cars which are parked across from my windows. I have asked twice for clarification on the smoking policy, and received no answer either time, but it seems to be that smoking, and the second hand smoke in the hallway and other apartments is not a real concern.

My husband and I and looked at a couple of the apartments here last week. We were really blown away by the finishes as well as the little touches that were left from when it was a school. Also absolutely love that there are no breed restrictions so our little pit bull is allowed. We submitted an application last week and were waiting to hear if were accepted. The only thing that they dont have, and I was a little surprised by, is a fenced in dog area. That would really make this place the perfect dog friendly apartments around.

Ive only lived here about a week, but my experience so far has been good. Maintenance has responded quickly to all concerns. Staff are kind and helpful.

Wonderful apartment with a good view. Pleasant neighbors. After we moved out there was a concern that was promptly handled by management in a way that was positive.

Terrible quality apartments that look nice until you live in them and realize how poorly they’re put together, overpriced rent for what you receive, numerous issues with the apartment that remain unsolved. Rent gets raised with no improvements.
