I think Miguel and his Company are exceptionally competent and extremely knowledgeable. We have had a very positive experience in several projects they have done for us. I would highly recommend Homes Beyond, and would not hesitate in using Miguel again.
Miguel and his workforce provided excellent service. The quality and attention to detail is unsurpassed. They are clean and respectful to the residents. My dog even put up with them after week 1. Any issues raised during our construction was handled expeditiously. Definitely a great value for the money. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
We recently hired Miguel for some renovations and updates in our home. I quoted 2 other contractors but Miguel was able to do all the work with his own crew (no subcontractors) and was more diligent in his estimating and follow up.Miguels team worked very quickly and performed high quality work. In addition, they were very respectful and knowledgable. They painted, installed new molding work and new flooring, among other items. The house looks beautiful! Miguel answered all our questions and any concerns were handled promptly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use Homes and Beyond again, in fact I plan on doing another project soon and will reach out to Miguel soon.
I recently had my entire room repaired and repainted. I have to say that dealing with Homes & Beyond Inc was an absolute pleasure. Miguel and Freddy were extremely helpful and paid close attention to detail. They exceeded my expectations on every level and I will be using them exclusively for all future home improvement needs.
Homes and beyond restored my Aunts and Dads complete house to perfection. After my elders walking away from their house safe. To have their home completed in a reasonable time is priceless. It was great working and making a deal with Miguel. He was able to get me an appointment with the date i requested. The crew arrived ontime and started ripping the roof. The crew was very nice and greeted me when they first saw me. They alway kept me informed and asked me how i liked their work during the whole process. If I had a question, they were able to answer it right away. The completion of the roof replacement took a full day of work (appx 8 hours).Properly was cleaned up the way it was when they first started, if not cleaner.Highly recommend Homes and Beyond and look forward to working with them in the near future.
My experience with homes & beyond, miguel and his workers was extraordinary. They were very professional, clean and accomodating from the day we begun the project.Their interior designer walked me through the entire project weeks before the starting day, which made me visualize every single stage of the work in advance. This company came highly recommended from a friend of mine. The owner, Miguel (and his wife Gretta) were responsive, professional, and overall a pleasure to work with. We converted our main bathroom into 2 - a new master bath with walk in shower and a hallway bath with tub/shower. The workers were friendly and professional as well. They cleaned up after themselves every day, which was an added bonus - something Miguel was adamant about. We have used Homes & Beyond to replace a deck and to repair a leaky pipe in the ceiling. The first job included repairing damage to an outside wall where mice used to enter the kitchen and the second involved removing and replacing the whole ceiling in one room in the basement in order to replace a pipe. In each case the work was done quickly and expertly. Mr. Miretes work staff are highly skilled, professional, and conscientious. Mr. Mirete is very professional and was quick to respond to our plumbing emergency. He is also very personable and always a pleasure to do business with. We recommend Homes & Beyond highly for all your home projects and repairs.We used Homes & Beyond again recently (Sept. 2017) to rebuild our front stoop. The work was done quickly and expertly. We have used Miguel and his company for several projects, large and small at our home in Nassau County. I recently had a major leak from my roof and was referred to Miguel from Homes & Beyond. I had called him and he sent out a crew immediately to give me an estimate in which I was satisfied with and accepted. My roof was repaired immediately as to not cause any more damage and the crew did a great job, worked very quickly and cleaned everything up! The inside of my house that was damaged from the leak was also redone by Homes & Beyond. The room came out great and Miguel and Freddy were so nice to work with! I am glad I was referred to Homes & Beyond and would absolutely refer them to anyone who needs work done!
I purchased a condo and wanted to totally gut it and renovate every room. Through a recommendation and great reviews I hired Miguel owner Homes and Beyond inc....... right from the start of discussing the ideas and plans Miguel was so calming and knowledgeable that the initial start was reassuring that I hired the right person. Miguel and his team ( all great men and very polite, professional and respectful ) were at to condo every day and did tasks at hand. They kept the area clean and their work was top quality. As any major renovation there are add on’s and changes and as I presented these to Miguel , he made it top priority and never made it a big deal. 2021-02-06My mom just hired this company to remodel her kitchen (hasn’t been updated in >30 years). They have restored her faith in contractors. They helped my mom design her dream kitchen and made sure everything was done perfectly, so she did not have to worry. The contractors were kind and respectful. They even cleaned up our basement spotless after creating dust from demolition. The head foreman, Freddy, was the best. He made sure everything was perfect and kept the place spotless. I highly recommend this company. My mom is already thinking of other parts of the house they can remodel.

2016-12-08I received so many compliments about the work that Homes & Beyond did in our bathroom a few years ago that when it was time to extend and update our kitchen we called Miguel again. Miguel takes the time to discuss the project in detail, offer multiple execution options, and is always sensitive to concerns about the budget. With our kitchen project Miguel and his team (Freddy is a real craftsman) delivered outstanding quality, and completed the job on schedule, (no run-around and excuses you get with other contractors) and within budget. 2017-02-27We used Homes & Beyond for new siding and gutters on our house. We had slightly cheaper estimates but just had a gut feeling Miguel was the guy. We were right! He is honest and trustworthy. His crew shows up on time and respect your hone. They cleaned up at the end of everyday. We were so satisfied with the siding we called him out to finish interior work that another contractor we used didnt finish. Miguel is our guy going forward.PS. We have flipped about 10 houses and have used a lot of contractors its nice to feel like we have finally found our go to guy.

2017-01-30Homes and Beyond has completed two projects for me in the past year. The first project was unique and complex and Miguel and his team worked through many challenges to ensure the project was completed with a high level of professionalism. I subsequently contracted with Homes and Beyond again to complete another project and the experience and results were the same. Miguel and his team are craftsmen who were always courteous. I would use Homes and Beyond again and have recommended them to others.

2016-08-18I just had my bathroom re-tiled by Homes & Beyond, including new tub and sink fixtures, a new medicine cabinet, some updated plumbing and repair on a ceiling left open from previous plumbing work. The owner Miguel and his crew - Freddie & Manuel - are respectful and knowledgeable about all aspects of home improvement. Price for work done was fair; Miguel is honest, employs no hard-sell tactics and explains everything thoroughly. He kept in touch throughout the entire job. Freddie and Manuel were super-diligent and also regularly updated me on what they were doing. The end result was meticulous. If I plan new projects, I will use them again.

2016-05-07We hired Miguel to install 12 new windows and replace siding on our home and garage, including some stacked stone accents we purchased. The price was fair and the work done right. Miguel and the crew were courteous and talented. The job was challenging and they did everything we asked...even fixing things we didnt like. Miguel is trustworthy and I would (and have) recommend him to others.
