I cant say enough amazing things about this shop. The pet store is wonderful with high quality products. The owner Lori is just delightful, she was accommodating with appointments, generous and knowledgeable with products and most of all truly concerned with your animals health and wellbeing. Bridgette is literally a goddess! My Bernedoodle is not the biggest fan of getting groomed and I have tried many places. This is the first place that she was happy when she was with Bridgette, she looks amazing, the best haircut she has ever received. Well priced and the place is immaculate. My Goldendoodle Parker and Bernedoodle Penny now have a new groomer and I could not be happier.

I love this store. The owners are so sweet and helpful, every trip to the store is a pleasure. They have so many choices of quality treats, food, toys and more for your pets, including horses. Their prices are very reasonable. I first started taking my puppy there for holiday photos with Kaitlynn Donnelly who is an incredibly talented photographer. Today I took my puppy for the puppy package grooming. My puppy came out so adorable with a Valentines day bow. She was completely happy, she loves it there. The groomer did such a wonderful job, I already booked her next puppy day. Previously I took her to a major chain for a bath , just a bath . She came out very stressed and upset and I paid more than double what Hometown charged me for the full package.

Awful. FYI if you drop your dog off here for grooming your dog will be left alone to bark desperately for HOURS. I’m a longtime customer at the nail salon next door and the barking dogs ruin the experience. I was there from 9:44-11:25 and a dog barked without a single break the entire time, making it impossible for me to enjoy my service I paid a lot of money for.It’s totally avoidable because the previous owner of this pet shop had grooming for years and you could never hear the dogs bark for more than a minute or two.It’s a shame how downright rude the new owners are!I’m probably going to find a different nail salon after 17 years because they got cursed with loud, lousy neighbors.I’ll never buy a thing from this store or recommend them because they don’t care about anyone but themselves!

5+ Stars for Hometown Pet Shop, it’s the ultimate for my pets needs. I’m very pleased to have this great pet shop in our hometown area. It’s so convenient. . . in and out shopping, no fuss, no confusion. The proprietors Lori and Stephen are truly knowledgeable about the products they carry. The shop is well stocked with a variety of the highest quality in food, treats, and pet necessities, so I’m confident the food I’m feeding my extremely Finicky dog is safe, of the finest quality, and not loaded with fillers. I was completely floored how Lori remembers the brands, and flavors my dog prefers because I can’t remember them. It’s rare today to find a business which gives you such care, and attention. They’re extremely helpful answering questions about products, and concerns regarding specific needs. Grooming is available and there are occasional Photo Shoots which are awesome.Thank You Hometown Pets for the excellent service!MichelePSLooking forward to seeing the photos from Chewy’s latest shoot.

My pup is 12 weeks and this was his first ever grooming, so you can understand my anxiety. Brigette did an amazing job with my 5lb Maltipoo! She was caring and professional. Highly recommended! Thank you Hometown Groomers 💖

Customers get a true hometown feeling as they enter the pet shop. Lori was happy to help me today when I chose food for my 17 year old cat, offering details about the nutritional benefits of my choice. Gleaming clean floors and display units greet each customer. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional employee. Hand sanitizer available to customers. Employee wearing a mask 12/07/20.

Went in to check out the new store and wow, service was excellent. Store is gorgeous and the owners are extremely helpful and friendly and their prices are great! I purchased a Multipet feather catnip toy and the Fruitables Wildly Natural cat treats and my cat is OBSESSED!

This place is great! Friendly staff, incredible selection of Stella and Chewy frozen, freeze dried and kibble, and competitive prices. Will definitely be back.
