This place was a breath of fresh air compared to the last honda dealership i went to. They told me up front what everything might be and how long itll take. They told me whats covered under warrantee and whats not. They didnt try to upsell me on anything like other honda service centers do. It felt real and authentic like they genuinely just want to fix your car and give you a good experience. Really enjoyed this honda and my service advisor Theresa C was nothing short of amazing! Will absolutely be making this my new service center.
OMG what can say I dealt with Ms.Theresa Caraballo and was she was amazing. I did not have an appointment as I was a walk in. I needed my car for my next work assignment as an ICU nurse inTexas leaving the following day, so an oil change was super imperative at this time. How she ever got it done being short staffed and almost closing time ? I have no idea but she was amazing and very professional ! Thank you !
From the time I was met at the car Nicole Scotto made me feel welcomed. Her hospitality and warm greeting made the process so much easier. Nicole was very personable and we even had a brief conversation about our daughters. She also shared with me the next service I would need and what the cost would be. Every business should have a Nicole Scotto.
I have been going for oil change to this service center every time my car needed it ,and every time they ripped off. Every single time the $49 turns into $400+ because those advisors alongside with the mechanics try to make money on you for unnecessary costly work the advise you to do it for your own safety. YA RIGHT!! they are watching over themselves and their commission.They should be ashamed of themselves. I will NEVER go back. Go to hell Honda .
Worse Honda service location don’t go to diagnose your car here, don’t have experienced Machenic, just doing guess for the problem not real diagnose. If Honda cannot find the reason for problem what the local shop gonna do. Stop robbing people with wrong guess & experiment.
Been using for several years, no major issues or over pricing. However inspection, I was a few days late, my bad. Said wiper blades broken, not the arm. $80...I was outraged on price including labor, on something I could do and get quality ones at Costco for $15 for a pair and do myself! Rip off!
My husband has taken his car to Honda City for many years. After a bad experience earlier this year, we decided it would be best to take to someone we trusted. Honda City had charged us for filter changes, however it appears with this photo that these filters are originals. Honda City has been unprofessional and charging for work that they have not been doing. I would caution that you take your car to a local mechanic after taking it there to make sure the work was actually done.
The only Honda service center worth going to. Nicole and the team at Honda City Service Department are an absolute pleasure to work with. Nicole is attentive, accommodating, communicative, and above all, a total professional. I walked in for an urgent need, and she was able to check my car in, put me in a rental, and get me out of there all within 20 minutes. My experience has been so great that now Im considering purchasing a new vehicle from their corresponding dealership!Thanks Nicole! Keep up the excellent work.
This facility is excellent. Absolutely was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I was told by other places my repair would take a few days. Drove all the way from Valley Stream to Honda City as they were the only ones that had the part my minivan needed. They had my repair done in less than four hours!! My huge thanks to Tom who walked me through the process and made me feel pretty good about everything. Miguel was my shuttle ride to the LIRR. Excellent driver. Thank you again! To the lady, I spoke to over the phone (sorry I didnt catch your name), thank you for saving the part for me.
I have been going to Honda City for over 30 yrs after being told that they had good mechanics,...and they do. Car repairs are diagnosed and fixed on the first try. Maintenance and tune-ups are always done to precision. I never have to return for adjustments. They kept my 1988 Honda going for 22 yrs and now, they are my go to for maintaining my 2010 Honda. Their service advisors are knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. I always get the car back clean. Parts may cost a bit more, but I feel better knowing that genuine Honda parts are being installed. Finding an honest, reputable auto repair shop is not an easy task. I am very glad for the peace of mind of knowing that Honda City is always there for me when I need them.
Before this place I was going to millennium honda in hempstead which is horrible, minimum 4hr wait for a simple oil change. This place when they told me 1hr I was at awe. Ive had my car for 3 years now and Im now finding out about Honda city..I wish I wouldve known since day 1. Bring you car here for service DO NOT GO TO MILLENNIUM HONDA
Orlando at the Bethpage Honda Repair Service area exceeded my expectations. I had arrived early for my drop off time. I was expecting to leave my car for service on the following day. Orlando asked if I wanted the car back that same night! I was thrilled because I didnt know how I was going to pick up the car the next day.Orlando was kind, personable and efficient. The estimate for my service was what I was charged. He made me feel as if my car & I were in good hands. I truly appreciate his help. Ill ask for him the next time I book an appointment. He made my service visit painless & pleasant.I’d give him 10 stars!!!
Different location than the old one. This is my first time getting my car serviced here and I’d say they have excellent service. De’Ante helped me get my car in for service and assured me that they would be as quick as possible being that it was pretty busy. I would say the wait time wasn’t too bad for regular services like tired rotation, oil change etc. Recommended that you make an appointment though because a 30minute wait could be over two hours with no appointment. Mine had to be set a week in advance because they were booked.They have a spacious waiting area with a vending maxing and tv.
Bought both of our hondas from Honda city bought all the extended warranties on my 2015 in CRV In the shop now 63000 they say both of the brake calipers are blown and my extended warranty is no longer good the cars not 7 years old and they want to charge me $1400 to do the rear brakes do not go to Honda service in fact dont even buy a Honda
Honda City Service department definitely helped me out tremendously. Car went in with a cracked cylinder head and due to the pandemic parts have been on delay. However, my advisor Tom always kept me in the loop and was there to keep me updated throughout the whole way. And the car drives perfect again! Definitely recommend their service.
AC wasnt working in the civic. Called and set up an appointment with Frank. He made the process easy for considering it was my first time there.Got to the location a little late, but was greeted by the mechanics politely. One of them even complimented my rearview mirror ornament and we had a brief, lighthearted conversation about boxing.Gave more of my information to Tom inside the office. What a great guy. Very positive and professional.With him, I made sure with that only my AC was being serviced and no additional checks or services were going to be done. I am very particular with work on my car not being done by me or my buddies.I was able to pick up my car the same day. Thank you for the good experience.
My car was due for service. I noticed a small nail in my tire. I drove in with no appointment. Tom Santoro came out checked the nail was leaking. Then checked to find out that I had tire insurance saving me a lot of money. They took me in without an appointment and fixed everything wrong with my car. Great people there, everyone was so polite and helpful.
Nicole did an excellent job walking me through the repairs before hand. She kept me in the loop throughout my visit. Some additional repairs were needed, Nicole took the time to walk me through the additional repairs and my options. Most importantly she made sure that everything was completed in a timely manner, walking me through the final invoice explaining the details leaving me with no questions...Professional, knowledgeable, most important timely, thank you...
I refuse to take my car anywhere else. Every single time I need something done I bring my car in and everything is taken care of immediately. Every person that works there are always looking to help & that is something you’ll ever see anywhere else. Me and my family will continue doing business with Honda City Service center. Sales department is just as great as well !
I have been going to Honda City for many years, and they never let me down! Theresa is hands down the absolute BEST Service Advisor. Update: So I decided to give this place a second chance after my experience last year.....BIG MISTAKE!!! I went in for a tire rotation only to almost get into an accident almost 2 weeks later. A repair shop I went to told me that Honda forgot 2 lug nuts on one tire and never tightened the rest. Thank you for putting my and my sons life in danger. I see how much you value your customers.Up until about a year ago, this place was awesome. I have been a customer since 2012. The past 3 times Ive been here for service, with an appointment always, my wait time is through the roof. Today all I wanted was a simple oil change. It took over an hour and a half!!! For a simple oil change!!! It used to be done in 30 minutes or less and NO it was not busy today at all!!! Very disappointing after 8 years.
Service was friendly and pleasant. Tom did his best to fix the problem with my air conditioning as quickly as possible because he knew I was stuck waiting there. They also fixed a recall and gave the car a quick check over. It was worth the trip and the wait. Service is better than any Honda dealer in Queens or Manhasset.
I have been going to Honda Service for a long time. There is ONLY One person i will deal with and that is Theresa. Theresa is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable . She greets you as if you were family and really cares about you and ur service needs. She goes up and beyond her job all of the time even when she is super busy. In this day and age its hard to find a loyal and compassionate person who cares about her job and provides excellent customer service. You are lucky to have her.
Went in with my rims damaged and thank you to Nicole Scotto for helping me with my repair she was understanding helped me with my claim got my claim in quickly she took photos of the damages got me a quick approval I went dropped my car off and she was able to get me a shuttle ride home can’t for get to mention Miguel the shuttle driver who was very polite and professional Nicole gave me periodic updates and her communication was impeccable thank you Nicole for making my Experience at Honda city service amazing anyone reading this when u go to Honda city service please ask for Nicole Scotto for amazing service professionalism and always has a smile thank you again
SALES REVIEW ONLY (this does not include their service dept which is located in another area). Honda City in Levittown NY gives you a price, and sticks to it. Its a different atmosphere than other car dealers, its smaller inside with less people working a lot harder, more like a family unit. They deliver on their word. The car we purchased was ready to be picked up the next day, detailed and exactly as promised.I took off one star because when we first came there for test drives, the car they were going to use for us wouldnt start--the battery was dead. I felt thatvit should have been checked before we came since we had an appointment for it.Our salesman was Eric Chasnoff; since then Ive met 2 people who knew him and happily bought from him. Small world.
Went in for synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I marked back 2 tires blue marker. Sales advisor gave me receipts showing tire rotation done and oil change. I went outside to my car and saw the back 2 tires I marked never rotated. I went back in to tell her and she said oh yeah I meant to tell you they didn’t need to be rotated but yet she told me they were and my receipt stated they were. Now I’m not even sure I got synthetic oil. Be careful and mark your tires! This was fraudulent and they were deceitful. I will never go back there!
I purchased my 2017 Honda Pilot brand new from Honda City. Pretty painless experience. Under 4 year ownership at 40k miles the torque convertor failed. Brought my Pilot in for service. Spoke to the service manager and was told it would take end of week. At end of week gave them a call back no answer left voicemail. No one called me back. I decided to go check on the car at Honda City facility. Was told now the torque convertor is backorder could be weeks, days, months on when it would arrive. I asked for a rental since this is not my fault. They said they do not offer rentals and I would need to pay this out of pocket. I asked to speak to the manager multiple times and did not get a single call back. Fast forward now to 3 weeks later was called on a Wednesday at 4pm and was asked to pick up the car ASAP so they can get our car off the lot. I told them I can not just leave work to pick up my car. Best i could do was tomorrow morning. Went to the service department and asked to speak to the manager. To my surprise the manager is still busy I didnt want to play anymore games so i just paid my bill and left. I left my phone number for a call back from the manger. This is now a week later still did not receive a call back. They did not even wash the car. I hope they completed the service. Honestly why buy from a place that wont provide you great service when its warranty work. Why bring it to a place that wont provide you update. Why go to a place that only calls for you to pick up your car and pay the final bill. Absolute worse place to buy a car and even worse place to bring your car to be serviced. They only want your money. Save your self some time go to a different place.
The service is good and very efficient. I left with my car feeling and running really well. However, you get what you pay for. Expect to pay a little on the higher end but they do a pretty good job on your car. Ask questions if you are not sure about something. It’s your money being spent!
Waiting area is clean, staff is friendly, but what happens behind those doors is no better than some con-man mechanic found on any street corner.Brought my vehicle in for a NYS inspection. They said that since one brake pad had 2 millimeters more wear than the others that I would need more than $1, 200.00 of repair work and that did not include the inspection fee. I told them to fail the inspection and took my business elsewhere.YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE YOU WANT TO! EVEN DURING THE WARRENTY PERIOD!If you ever suspected that you were being taken for a ride you can be assured that Honda City Service Dept. was doing the driving.UPDATE:Had my vehicle inspected by a reputable NYS certified mechanic and was told my vehicle has been well maintained and had no issues.Inspection passed.
Excellent service and a great friendly staff. I have had a great experience with all of the staff. i have dealt with Nicole the last couple of times i was here. She is great. She always goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. Always a pleasure dealing with her.
I scheduled a service for a fuel pump motor recall. I arrived and was told the gas tank had to be more than half empty in order for them to replace the fuel pump assembly and that the trunk and back seat needed to be clear of any items. I was not told any of this information over the phone when I had scheduled the service :(
Rich and the rest of the staff are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. My car was taken into the garage within minutes of arriving. I was invited to wait in the lounge and enjoy coffee and snacks. The servicing was completed in about 30 to 40 minutes! They readily excepted coupons I had received by email. Service was very fast, and surprisingly, it was very inexpensive. You can’t go wrong at Honda City! They are the best!
I went there for New York State inspection, the guy ask me to change my two tires otherwise he said he have to fail my inspection and I have to pay him. He said that is by the New York law. I asked him give my card key back otherwise I call policemen and he let me go. Shame on Honda for trying to sell people things they don’t need. Place is a ripoff
Post new purchase, CRV needed a few items and also an install of a Parking Sensor System. Theresa at the Service Desk is the best. She could not have been nicer and was extremely helpful from beginning to end. A credit to Honda. Work was completed quickly and with excellent quality.
Be aware that you need an appointment when you bring your car in. Even if they are not busy they will send you away and tell you to make one anyway. In addition, even with an appointment they still did not have my car ready as agreed. They kept it all day. Thank You for that. Their repair services are off the charts expensive and they recommend lots of service that is not necessary. For example, my exhaust had a ding. Oh, You need a new exhaust. Totally unnecessary. I know because I put my car up on a ramp to see what was going on. My splash under carriage guard was damaged and needed to be replaced. They wanted $600.00 to do this. I ordered the OEM part on line for $120.00 and I am paying my oil change guy to put it on. Total Cost $220.00. If I had more time I would do it myself. Very basic not rocket science there. They wanted to replace my rear brakes and just turn the rotors. Anyway, I went to mavis and had the pads replaced with new rotors for the same amount $333.00. Guaranteed if I had them to the job I would have gotten a call telling me. Oh you need new rotors .... etc. for about at Least $600.00 or more. I can go on and on with their shenanigans. Hey, If you can afford to pay these prices more power to you but I have limited income. Be aware that this dealer will attempt to replace anything on your car that has any minor issue that really does not need to be replaced or that still has more useable life. That is definitely their MO to bilk you out of every penny that they possibly can with their inflated service fees. So be aware of that and use your judgement when they tell you the world will stop spinning on its axis if you dont do such and such ... Caveat Emptor with these people ....
I called and spoke to the representative who reminded me if I have my own towing service to use them to bring my car to their location. If I used Hondas towing service there would be a fee. The tow was with in a certain mileage so no fee for the car to be towed to Honda.The break switch was faulty, the car would not shift out of park.Once Honda looked over the car Ralph called with recommendations. To check my own service records and he was correct I had not changed the fluids in the car in three years.Polite ,confident and pleasant to deal with.
A BUNCH OF STINKING LIARS!!! BE AWARE!!! They told me my transmission was gone and I need to replace everything costing me $2500. I took it to another mechanic and he told me nothing was wrong with the car. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!!
Brought it in for oil change and inspection. they tried to sell 1200 worth of repairs. including a hub that was fixed less then a year ago. car was fine when my wife took it in. now it makes noises. to top it off we replaced the hub after the last recall there where wouldnt you know it. the hub started making noises after leaving this center. thieves they are.
We were very much satisfied with the service received at the Honda City Service Center. We had a flat and came in early Monday morning to have the tire repaired . Ralph the Service Advisor fitted us into the schedule and they checked and repaired the tire remounted and balanced it in a very short time. What really impressed me was that we offered Ralph a tip for his help and he , very nicely, REFUSED IT. After I left I remembered that I had offered him a tip when he serviced us on another occasion and he had refused it then . Great Service, Great Service Advisor !
Two years ago I bought my new car at Honda City. I am very impressed by the service department. I find all of the employees to be very helpful and knowledgeable! The entire process from making the appointment through picking up my car after service is the best service I have ever had anywhere. The waiting area is spotless, a delightful atmosphere. I shall continue to use Honda City service department exclusively!
Today was my first experience at Honda City service in Bethpage and so far I am very pleased. Someone came to meet and greet me as soon as I pulled in. There was no wait. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Greg brought me in and quickly entered everything in the system so they could start my service and he cleared communicated the time it would take to complete the job. This is by far the nicest service center I have ever been to. The waiting area is comfortable and clean.
Made an appointment on line pulled I to the service center someone came to the car within minutes...asked what I was in for they took my car and me inside....comfortable sitting area very clean, I figured I would be there a few hours but an hour later Nicole came out explained what they found how it was fixed and that there was no charge since it was a faulty wire...great service well-organized thank you
I recently brought my honda accord not even 3 months ago my backup Camara stopped working I was very upset because I wasnt financially ready for this good thing I had TOM SANTORO help me very professional and went out of his way to help me with my repair. I didnt buy the car from a honda dealer so I didnt have a warranty but Tom went out of his way to get me help and honda cover the parts so a $800 dollar job to only $200
I brought my car in for basic service about two weeks ago. While there I was informed that there is a recall on my vehicle for a transmission issue. I agreed to have it repaired. Later that day I received a phone call telling me that my car is ready for pick up. Upon picking up my car I was told that the parts for the recall are not available and have to be ordered and was told to call back to make another appointment. The following week I called up to try and make an appointment and find out if the parts were in and I was told that someone would call me back after they find out. I never received a phone call so I decided to call back myself the next day and this time I was told that the parts were in and I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning and was told that the repair should take 4 to 5 hours and I would need to leave the car at the station during the repair. I kept waiting for the phone call telling me to pick up the car but never received one so decided to call myself. At that time my service tech told me that they are currently working on the car and its a lot of parts involved so the car wont be ready till Sunday. So I told them that its ok but I will need the car back Sunday. So Sunday comes around and again I dont receive any calls as to the status of my car, so again I call the service department only to be told that they need another day to work on my car. So I told them that I would need a loaner vehicle because I need my car to get to work. I was than told that this dealership doesnt provide loaner cars and that if I want I can pick up my car right then and there. And I was told that they have not yet started any work on my vehicle. I went to the service center picked up my car and asked to speak to a manager when I was told that there is no managers that work on Sundays and one will reach out to me first thing tomorrow morning. Well big surprise when no manager reached out to me and when I tried calling the next two days I kept being told that they are in a meeting or not available to talk and would call me back which no one has done. So please be aware of going to this place, find a different location that treats their customers with respect and actually do work on the car instead of inconvenience their customers.(Update: so finally received a call from the manager who after hearing the story told me that he would make things right and would correct the isssue and would call me the following day.. well its almost been a week and still waiting for his call back and I even tried to call and was told that his not available and would call me back and the same story still no one called back. Absolutely terrible customer service)
I had Nicole Stakias as my service representative. She was amazing! She was friendly and thorough in explaining my car needs. Once my car was seen by the mechanic there were a couple recommended services that we had not discussed in the initial check in. Nicole explained everything extra, what it meant, how it would improve my car, and made sure I didnt have any other questions. She was great!
I’ve received such excellent service here that I had to leave feed back. First from Tom at the front desk who addressed my concern and another gentleman (whom I didn’t get his name) were very professional, understanding, and courteous, to my technician Steve who kept me updated on my vehicle. Steve was very clear and fixed my issue promptly. I am very happy I bought a honda and even happier I have such an excellent service place. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Honda CR-V.
Hours online and on their storefront are both WRONG. Please post your real hours instead of pretending not to see a customer knocking on your GLASS doors. There were at least 5 people still inside and they didn’t look busy. I was looking to PAY and pick up my car too, so if that’s how they treat paying customers, I would hate to deal with their service if there was a real problem. Also prices quoted for repairs were very expensive compared to other locations.
My son and I showed up without an appointment to have a key fob made for a pre owned Civic he purchased 5 months ago that came with only one key. An associate named Tom at the service center with very little explanation on our part had a new key fob made , no charge, no hastle. A real gentleman! Additionally, any staff we came in contact with were courteous and friendly, including the gentleman returning the car to us. We were very happy with the service!
Have been coming here over a year, and they are reliably a great service department. I have an older Honda and dont have to go to a dealer, but I prefer them because they know my car better than anyone, and the techs do a tip top job. The facility is clean and comfortable, advisor staff is good. This is the best Honda service in Nassau county.

The purchase of an automobile is just the beginning. For me, having a great service department is an extremely important part of the mix. I have been at Honda City Service a few times and each time was treated honestly and quickly. I would especially like to point out that Greg has gone above and beyond to make some of these experiences commendable. He is polite,honest and keeps me updated.
Took my car here for service last year. Told me I needed a new tire. They would do tire rotation and balance. This cause my tpms to be on. I called right after I left. No one returned my call a d I have been driving with it on for a year because I refuse to pay for something that your employees caused. They also were supposed to fix my window issue, again. (Window hasnt worked right since I bought the brand new car 3 years ago). Had to bring my car back for the same recall multiple times because they didnt have the part. Now Im at the dealership where I bought it, at their service. They are trying to charge me an arm and leg for fixing these issues your store failed to fix and or caused. Honestly, i have poor experiences with all the Honda service stations. Who knew buying a brand new car would cost me so much extra money.
I was shockingly pleased with Gregory Beaumont professionalism, easy going demeanor and his ability to resolve my concern(s) efficiently. Mark the manager was amazing aswell. After experiencing bad service elsewhere it is refreshing to receive great service at Honda City. Thank you Gregory and Mark, my faith at good customer service has been renewed.
I was most satisfied having my auto serviced today at Honda City. My service advisor was professional and in no time at all and I was off running on my daily errands. The waiting room is comfortable but I was disappointed when having my coffee I missed my chocolate chip cookies. They were out of stock. Keep up your quality service.
Excellent service and the Service Advisers have always been friendly and knowledgeable. They have a very nice large waiting area with TV, coffee, comfortable seats and tables. My cars have run trouble free which is extremely important to us. We are sold on Honda cars and their support services!
Today, I drop my car for change of oil and other miscellaneous, even though I am still waiting for it (not big wait), I couldnt wait to share how pleased I am with the customer service so far. I had come here several times, and they had never disappointed me, but today I think I had the best service of all so far. Theresa is my contact and she was so helpful and listened careful to my concerns and sounds that my car made. I couldnt find an outlet by any table on the waiting area but he guided me next to the back door where there was one (please add outlets under the tables! some people come here to work while they wait), then I needed to be away of all my belongings and he was kind to keep an eye on them. Finally, I wanted a bottle of water, I thought I didnt have changed, well he was willing to look on his wallet to help me; at the end I had change but the machine sold out the water bottles.. he gave one of his own!!! Thank you Mike! Those two personnel have a great future, they are working hard in their position, great future!
Honda Service has been wonderful. Robert made sure my experience was a personal one and checked to make sure I was happy with the service I received. He also helped me to determine what services I needed to address over the course of the next few months to maintain my Honda Pilot.
I have been a Honda customer using the Honda City Service Center for nearly 20 years. I have found the communication and service to be outstanding in every way. Service staff and Management, including Mike B. and Tom go above and beyond to answer questions and explain the scope of the work my vehicle needs. The service end of my experience with Honda is a primary reason why I continue to recommend Honda vehicles and Honda City to my friends and family.
Yesterday I stopped by the Honda city service center for an oil change on my little sister Honda Civic. I was helped by two young gentleman. First service advisor Robert mada sure my car was worked on right away , then Michael helped me with a few questions about the remote start. I have to say the knowledge these two had and the warm feeling they gave me made me want to write this review. I was in and out in less than 45 min. I am very impressed with my overall experience. Most of the time I dread going to these places like a dentist visit. Keep up the great work Michael and Robert !
Very efficient from beginning to end. Worked with Theresa for the first time because I had no appointment. She explained I would wait a little longer but she would get me in as quickly as possible. Throughout the process, I was updated on the progress and given a fair estimate for recommended repairs. When I return to do those repairs, I will certainly be looking for her. In all, I have nothing negative to report.
This was the best service center I have ever been to in my entire life! Everyone there was so helpful and friendly! Richard the service advisor was really great! They even had a consierege who came around offering all types of snacks! Coffee and other beverages were also offered for free. But the most amazing part was that I came in with my air pressure light not working and they said that I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it with no charge !!! I will definitely come back here for any future problems I have with my car. I highly recommend this Honda service center in Bethpage! Five stars!
I have a 2017 Honda Accord. This is the third Honda Ive purchased, from Debbie, at Honda City. It is always an absolute pleasure taking my car into Honda City Service; they are consummate professionals and make you feel so very comfortable, while you wait for your car to be serviced! They have tables, comfy chairs, T.V., food & drink machines (with complementary coffee & popcorn, too!) Greg Beaumont is my go-to guy, whenever I come into Honda City Service! He always tells me the truth and suggests services, only if they are necessary! I trust Greg. He has never steered me wrong (no pun intended)...I trust him and the service provided by Honda City. I would never take my car anywhere else to be serviced! The free car wash is a wonderful perk - when you leave, your car drives well and looks fabulous, too!
Rip off dealership, sells extended warranty that they dont honor. They kept my pilot for two days and returned it without any paperwork like it was never there. Nasty attitude if you ask questions and speak up for your rights. I wont recommend my worse enemy to purchase a car from that sleazeball dealership.
Ralph is absolutely amazing, professional, caring, and fair! He is always very helpful and breaks unpleasant news empathetically. I am very happy with the service Ralph provides. He explains everything confidently, with complete knowledge and explanations of each issue of what and why it needs to be done specific to your car always. I purchased my Civic and CRV from Honda City Long Island. I was told at the time of purchase that inspection would be free as long as it is done at Honda City. I went there today and was advised they are UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and no longer offered such service. I felt they should have sent out some kind of notification advising us long time customers of the new management and the changes.
Bad bad bad. Took my car for a battery issue. Recieved a phone call that car needed another emergency repair that would cost me an additional $300. I approved the repair without getting a second opinion.Upon picking up my car, I looked that the Intake inspection form, and the “emergency repair” was not noted anywhere.I am pretty sure they made up the emergency repair to generate revenue.I felt scammed and cheated and will not do business with them again.
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Honda City and had to visit the Service Department to purchase some accessories and replace a missing key. The staff was very helpful and informative. I was able to schedule an appointment for a time that was convenient for me. The lounge area is large with plenty of chairs, tables, outlets, and snacks to make any wait time bearable.
The usual excellent service and a pleasant waiting area. Compliments to the staff manning the waiting room for their courtesy. Also compliments to service advisor Ralph who diagnosed the problem with my CRV on the first look and had it done in the estimated wait time.
Theresa was awesome! I had been having issues with my Android Auto and could not get it working on my 2018 CRV. I tried uninstalling and installing but nothing worked. She sat in the car with me and was very friendly and knowledgeable... and patient! Theresa got it working within 10-15 minutes. YAY! Thank you!
Would give this service half a star if I could. This is the second time I have brought my car to Bethpage service center. The first time I dropped off my car for an oil change. I never received a call and my car was there for 5 hours . When I called they said my car was ready and when I arrived they couldnt find my car. More waiting until they finally brought out it eot. They didnt do the checking I requested I left there very frustrated. Two months later I decided to try them again, thought perhaps it was a one time event since I saw they received such good reviews but unfortunately Im going through this horrible service once again. I dropped my car off on Saturday and was promised a call to let me know what the problem was. The service center closed without returning my car and I never received a call. I have now been without my car for the weekend . When I called them on Saturday at 4:10 p.m. the service center was closed and I was transferred to Honda City sales where I was told the service center is very busy on the weekends and to call them first thing in the morning. My wife and I took her Honda Civic in because the ac was blowing warm air for weeks. They looked at it and told us it was a bad condenser. They said they would have to order the part and it would be 7-10 days , then they would call us to bring the car back for the repair. What they neglected to tell us, which I found out about from their own parts dept was that there are 9,500 condensers on back order across the country!!!. This problem has been going on since 2016. We were lied to and now have a formal complaint in with Honda Motor Corp. We asked for either a loaner car or a rental til or vehicle is fixed and they laughed. Big corporations do whatever they want. A recall would cost them too much money but how many defective vehicles before they should be forced to recall? In my book 10k is enough. Never buy another honda.

Worst service department ever. Whether your appointment is in the morning, afternoon, or evening, youll be waiting an hour or 2 no matter what youre in for! They have the worst customer service as well. If you have an issue, the manager Mark refuses to come out of his little hole and acknowledge you. Better off going to Huntington or garden City for your car maintenance!
Was fine. Dropped my car off for servicing for engine and transmission, and to have my airbag checked (light was on). They said that it just needed to be reset, but by the time I got home, about 10 minutes later, the light was back on. Called them right back and had to leave a message for the service rep but never got a call back. In the past I never had had any problems.
Very nice waiting area with free wifi. I would like to see some power outlets for charging and laptop. The work area is spacious and well organized. And they dont hesitate to being me there to show me the problem found before me deciding to do the service. If i decline the service, they are not pushy. They still politely write down recommendation and give me a quote to consider.They are part of the Costco Auto Service provider i.e. 15% off. They also offer coupon from their own website. I can also book service appointment online as well, although their initial show of availability is not exactly up-to-date. I.e., the real check is after you make the appointment.
I just wanted to take the time to rate the service from Ralph Lomele. He took service seriously. I am thankful that he took a minute to ask my name and straighten out my appointment check in. I brought my car for a recall regarding the Air Bag and it was scheduled appointment 10:00am I was advice it will take an 1hr to 2hr to have it done so the front desk set me up for shuttle drop-off which was great they advise me that they will call me once the car was done and there will be a shuttle to pick me up also that was great. 4hrs passed by and I call to check if the car was done I was advise that they are so busy it might be done by 4pm. about 4:20 I received a call car was done and the problem is they have no available driver anymore after 4pm for shuttle pick-up and i was advise to leave the car overnight and arrange a pick-up early in the morning when the shuttle is available again i request to speak to a manager and they advise when he become available he will cal back. Here in Long Island you need your car to go places especialy when you have family kids carseat is in attached to the car knowing the job will be done in 2hrs and will be picked-up by shuttle once done, dont rely on that otherwise your family will be stock with no transportation.

Terrible experience, rude staff, they ripped me. I took car for state inspection, they asked me to change a tire of new car- The funny thing, they changed tired and didnt even bother to inflate it properly, I came back home with deflated tires sign on on dash board. Its shame and disgrace. I had also appointment for car wash, which they didnt bother to do it. This service shop should be closed. NEVER GO TO this place.
Honda City service does an incredible job. Their waiting center is second to none. They offer complimentary food and coffee, televisions, comfortable seating and WIFI. The work they do on your vehicle is seamless. I have been a honda customer for four years and have never had an issue with my vehicle. What really sets them apart is their customer service. They make it a priority to treat you with the utmost kindness and respect. This service center is actually a big reason why I plan on being a Honda customer for a long time.
I brought my car in for a service repair the night before because the noise generally was heard on a cold start, the next day I pick up the car, the service manager insisted there wasn’t any noise, he said none of his technicians heard the noise either, I was never given a receipt because no work was done .I drove away angry that I wasted my time. I found out accidentally that the service department billed my extended warranty for a job and parts never installed in the car. TOTAL FRAUD, AVOID AT ALL COST, I notified the NYS attorney generals office for fraudulent practices.

I have had the good luck to work with Tom on several occasions and Tom always proves to be highly efficient, dedicated and professional as well as kind and respectful. I have been a Honda owner for many years. I bought all my Hondas at Honda City and always had my cars serviced at Honda City as well. I am an extremely satisfied Honda City patron.
Efficient, friendly, relatively fast service. They are expensive though and I wish their waiting room had outlets to plugin my laptop so I could work. Otherwise generally no issues scheduling appointments. Dont risk walking in though as they could get too busy and turn you away.
Dealership service have changed tremendously over the years for better. Had to stop by for my recall and was greeted professionally and the wait was preasant. With the typical amenities like coffee, continental breakfasts, but the nicest is the waiting area- quiet, adaquate table for customer to do their work while waiting. Ovarall if was a pleasant experience.
I purchased my car from Honda City in 2015 and within a year the battery died after I left my car idle for a short vacation. I brought the car to the service center and they said the battery was fine. A short while later I experienced the same problem and the service department once again told me the battery was fine. Recently the problem occurred again and now the service department is telling me I need to replace the battery at full price. Should have gone with my instinct and demand a new battery the first time.
Went in for a basic oil change, filter change, and tire rotation. As well as a general inspection. This is part of maintenance B1 for the 2013 Honda Civic. I didnt set up an appointment, just walked in and was out of there within an hour. Cost $69 before tax, which is ok.However, they tried to convince me that i needed a brake cleaning for $60. I usually maintain my own vehicles, and i just serviced my brakes 5,000 miles ago. This is a typical way for the dealership to make a little more money on expecting owners.Overall, they were friendly and the service was professional. Just be careful.
Service for my 2014 Honda Pilot has been nothing but inconvenience and aggravation! The paint on the truck started pealing about 5 months ago and have been to the service center more then twice, (defect in the paint) was sent for an estimate and the manager “Mark” never calls me back to fix the issue!!! Very unhappy and would never purchase a Honda again!!! I have 2 kids in college that I will be getting cars for and will definitely not be going to Honda!!
Every time i call they ether dont answer or they are busy. Every time i try to make an appointment its always full. I mean whats the point of a good service if you can never have it. you need to make an appointment one week in advance. God forbid you need something urgent for that day, you are screwed. My opinion, you have to have dedicated staff for walk-in people, even if that mean they have to wait longer.

I recently leased a 2017 Honda Civic ex-t. I am pleased with my new car, but recently tried to use the remote starter with the last snow storm, couldnt do it. I called the service center and asked the service writer, Tom Santora, for help. He told me to come to the service center to see what the problem was. To my surprise, it wasnt the car, I did not use the remote starter entry correctly. Tom patiently showed me the correct way to use the remote starter. What a pleasant encounter I had with Tom.He has changed my perspective regarding service at Honda...not much waiting time,. Intelligent, knowledgeable, All-around great experience. They took care of my airbag recall. I went to pick up the car and was told someone was bringing it out. Tick-tock, ten minutes later I ride around back on my bicycle and my car is sitting all by itself in the lot. I asked a mechanic to for my key so I can get on with my life. Another guy comes out with the key and apologizes. I politely said No problem. and left. How quick they are to send you a notice when it involves them possible being sued. But for paint peeling off of the car, they dont cover the repair. The clear coat is peeling off of my car and it looks awful. Honda used faulty paint and now its MY problem. Not too thrilled with Honda right now. They cover paint for 3 yrs/36,000 which is not much. If you drop $25k on a new car and 3.5 yrs later, the paint starts peeling off, Honda should repair the problem.
It is my first time in City Honda thats why only 4 stars but everything so far looks very good. Really nice lounge where you can wait have some coffy, charge your phone or other devices even if you forget charger( charging station). Car pick up for service department is really thoughtfull. You driving in to the building to stop under the roof feeling safe and clean even in the worst weather conditions.Brand new honda models are standing on huge parking in front of the dealer you can check them out. I dont now much about service cuz it is my first time.
Poor customer service I have a 07 crv they said they couldnt do a wheel alignment in the rear because I have a trailer hitch.not true they cant do a 4 wheel drive alignment because honda doesnt have a adjustable caster chamber control arm.I had to buy after market part. To accomplish wheel alignmentMechanics dont know their job a few times I brought my truck there they were wrong

2022-07-03We drove from Queens to try Honda city service for first time . It was a smooth experience. Tom was our service representative. He was very thorough and honest with everything which I appreciated. He made a few recommendation but wasn’t pushy about it . We did do the recommendations he offered . Prices were pretty much the same if you go to mavis or a jiffy lube . I feel more comfortable Honda is working on my car. The only negative is I wish they would wash customers vehicles after waiting and spending money at this location! Please consider it. Thanks

I’ve worked with at least 5 of their service coordinators for every service/maintenance a car needs (including a recall on a part), and they have delivered every time! Always professional, cordial, and patient! A special thanks to John, Cassidy, and the service manager for helping me get my car repairs done in a short time! And thanks to the front desk who wait until 6pm after their posted closing hours!

Plenty of waiting space but if it’s a nice day step outside and take a look at the F-14 memorial across the street. Very, very cool.Great experience all around. No pressure, no drama.
