I called Titus just before his open house to ask if he could service my John Deer mower and he suggested I bring it in the following week, which I did. He did a fine job of everything I wanted and needed. Excellent service and the job was done the right way.

Titus is a busy man. He let me know that from the start. But I do feel customers that spend almost 100 dollars on a small mower repair deserve just as much time as others . He did not appreciate my questions on the phone. He also ran my credit card while talking on the phone when I did come in to pick up the mower. I wanted to buy an additional spark plug but never got the chance to. I was directed to the parking lot to wait while he spent a good 15 minutes on a customer who came in after me. When he did come out and I asked if I could talk tohim for a minute he said he needed to get back to the customer and the phone. I felt totally disrespected by him.It sounds like he is not this way with others but I dont understand his behavior towards me.

Searching for a new zero-turn mower, the Hustler brand was on my list. After calling many dealers and getting nowhere with availability or product information, I tried one last call to Hoover’s Small Engine Repair, and I decided to take the 100-mile drive. Titus immediately caught me off guard with his product knowledge and sincerity. From the moment I stepped into his store, I was treated with the utmost respect. Titus is a wealth of knowledge and never once pressured me into a sale. I bit the bullet and ended up purchasing a Hustler Fastrack mower from him. As we all know, purchases like this can be hard to swallow. Without exaggeration, everything Titus said was on point. Not only am I confident I bought the best machine for the money, but I also dealt with an honest professional. From the beginning to the end, my experience with Titus was 100% worth the drive and purchase. My yard has never looked better, and my wife is extremely happy with the extra time my Hustler has saved me! Our lawnmower died and we needed a quick rwplacement and reasonably priced riding mower. Titus was extremely helpful. He did a fast turn around on a mower that had just been traded in and had us back in business within 24 hours. We highly recommend Titus and his business.

I originally stopped to see Titus when another dealer wouldnt fix a push mower that was a newer model and brand they sold. Titus fixed that with no issues, and has since kept 2 riding mowers going to include a new engine in a Cub Cadet that has worked fine ever since. He is hard working, fair, honest, and very agreeable to do business with. He continues to keep our lawn equipment running smoothly and I cant thank him enough.

Excellent customer service, I am not used to buying good equipment always going for a big box store tool. I am 100% glad I upgraded to Stihl my weed Whacker starts every time and I can actually restring it easily and YES the auto feed works. Next month a multi tool with attachments the fact Enis backs his tools/repairs and is local is a huge plus. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! Titus is an incredible person with a ton of knowledge and experience. Selection is great and prices are incredibly fair. Definitely a must for any homeowner or professional in need of mowers, string trimmers or chainsaws!

Titus charged me 30 dollars , for evaluation of a chainsaw , that he stated had a hole in the piston . That I could leave it there , in exchange for his 30 dollar fee . However I took it to an honest repair shop to be told there was absolutely NO hole in the piston , simply needed new rings , only a few dollars later , my saw was running like new. NO thanks to titus the rip off . Screw that shady place . Wish the two mowers he overcharged me to repair I took elsewhere .

Titus is very knowledgeable in all aspect of OPE. His service is next to none and his inventory levels all always high. I recommend to everyone looking for a new unit in STIHL or Hustler, his repair service is 5 Star. Check him out.
