Best place ever. My hot tub stopped working Dino got the part and had it in the next day!Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. You need parts or shopping for a new spa go here YOU WONT BE SORRY!!!

We purchased a hot tub from Dino last year & we just love it! It turned out to be the perfect spa for our family. We picked one that had enough room for our extended family & some higher seats for the younger kids to feel comfortable in. Everything is exactly what we needed! We ALL love the lights and even though I thought I wouldnt use the radio, I DO! Whenever Im alone, I get to put MY music on & its sooo relaxing! Anyhow I really came to post about the media center we just bought from them as well. Mark helped us out with it and we couldnt be happier. It fits the kids xbox great and has really taken the chill out of the room this past month! Our den went from the kids room, to a room we go to just to put the fireplace on! Were very happy with both our purchases. Hoping to add a bbq to the yard... well be back!

Dino at hot shots is always professional and courteous I ordered some jets for a 10 year old King Spa I got from them the parts came in. I installed them myself. When I use service department the staff always quick to come and they get it right every timr. very glad I did business with them. They always have the chemicals I need in stock!

Just want to say thank you Dino for servicing my Dynasty Spa. The service technician was very nice and very knowledgeable. My circ pump was leaking because it was old so the technician recommended getting a new one but I didn’t want my tub to be down for a week but the technician said he had one on the truck so I had him install it that was perfect service. Thank you now I can enjoy the season.

Delivered hot tubs and had to wait 10hrs to get unloaded. Told them Id be there at 9am,was there at 12am gate opened at 8am, left 5 messages that I was there in the parking lot. Was told someone would be there in 45mins, was finally unloaded after 5pm

Great selection of top of the line hot tubs in display. Owners are very nice & knowledgeable and take time to explain everything properly. Family owned which is always nice.

Really dont have a choice to shop here because there are not too many hot tub showrooms. If you can find another place or willing to drive I would go there not too hot shots
