2022-04-17Loved the staff. Even the volunteers are nice! Decent prices. They definitely have some gems. I love coming in to browse. Wish they had more to look at!

2018-09-15Its a very simple store with nice stuff if you keep checking most often and everyone works there is super nice including the owner. Price is very inexpensive. I guess the brother who commented with negative experience from the owner is very sensitive or she was upset from something else and vented on him somehow which I am not making excuses for her but she was super nice as of my personal experience!

2021-09-05Love this place! You never know what treasure you will find...a brand new collection by Coach? Outfits worn by Broadway stars? Chinese antique dresser? Tiffany plates? Vintage Lenox? Crystal glasses from France? They got it all!

2021-05-04I was delivering food to the cashier and she belittled me. Gave me a horrible attitude because I left her food in the only place that said 31-24 Steinway street which was right next door since her store doesn’t have an address anywhere viable on the outside. She then proceeded to complain to uber trying to get me fired. During a pandemic while I’m trying to make ends meet she tried to take my only source of income.. Not friendly or humane. Her name was Erica.. I normally wouldn’t give a review but she did it to me first :)

2020-08-31Nice shop but the workers r always stepping out of the store. It says be back in a few minutes & people r waiting for an hour. The same thing happened last tome. Great shop if u can find someone working in the store. A word to the owner , if u r openFor business , then it should be OPEN

2020-08-05Nice stuff sold for a good cause. Ive bought some really nice housewares here - vases, steamer trunks, framed pictures, antique mirrors. Also check out their warehouse in LIC for more furniture/decor.

2019-02-23This place was overrated. Not fairly price for people on a budget, single and non working families. This place needs to Chang the name “OUR CHILDREN to ONLY RICH KIDS. I have been trifting for years all around the world and this is one of the worse used good places on the planet. The prices are way to high for donated used goods. I was looking to buy baby clothes and came across a very cute and in good condition 6month old dress. When I got to the register the cashier was shock that “Rita the “manager had priced the dress at 64$$$. I chuckled because I thought she was joking but she wasn’t. After going back and forth about the price being too damn high she negotiated 12$$ . I said goodbye and hope no one ever donates anything because it’s impossibe for people that truly can’t afford to buy full price clothing to shop.Sincerely,Single mom

2021-10-07Most overpriced thrift store Ive ever been to. almost everything $100+. Ladies leave randomly and close the store. Not going back.

2018-07-29I am really sad , very sad , upset to the point I felt down .. I had to run to my house to take medicine.. as usual I went to the store ..I do shop from there minimum 2 times a weekStuff for my little boy,That old white lady wearing eye glasses was Monster .. I did put my items in the cash register.. she start typing & than she told me27 dollars & some change . So I just flip one of the item cause they two same to check the price, with loud voice she told me that the items coast lot of money in other stores & you paying less.Is was line people where looking .. I got confused cause I didn’t say word ..so my answer was .. please you don’t need to tell me how much they cost somewhere else ..I didn’t ask u , I didn’t complaint.. she act like she’s doing a favor me ...I told her you don’t have a right to talk to me that way ,and this place is charity from good heart people who give it for free .. so you not spending a penny.. but you acting and comparing the prices with department storesThat’s ridiculous..., you know what she called RUDE ... in front of everybody... I just couldn’t take it .. she Ruin my day .. I left the store in pain ..every body in that facility in more than nice beside this old nasty white trash ...She just don’t like people from Middle East or North Africa .. specially if you look Muslim .You are a Racist .. Racist .. your place is in the museum...you don’t deserve to Run a store ..

2021-05-04Horrible experience. Workers are incredibly rude, the girl erica behind the register gave me unnecessary attitude and was very unhelpful. Needless to say, i wont be going back.
