I must start off by saying that I’m a VERY picky and critical NYC girl with very high standards! With that said, I feel compelled to share my outstanding experience at House of Ness!The entire experience was impressive on every level from beginning to end! I got off the elevator, walked into a beautiful and tranquil space, and was immediately welcomed by a very professional staff. Jake, who proved to be a very very well trained and seasoned injector with obviously lots of experience, proceeded to explain my options with great care and detail. I had lots of questions and actually took up a lot of his time and I so much appreciated his desire to address my concerns so patiently and professionally. He is truly and artist and takes a lot of pride in his work. I actually felt certain my Botox result was going to be perfect based on how he explained his injecting technique and how he carefully tailors it to each individual. I had no pain at all from the injections. Jake has a very light hand and I had no bruising at all! Best of all, my results were amazing! Thank you Jake and House of Ness! Totally a five star operation!

Hands down the ONLY place I will go for all my cosmetic esthetics. Maria Russo( IG @dose__of__glow) is the master of my face. I’ve been seeing her for over 3 years for all of my injections and laser treatments & has continued to make me feel the most beautiful with also having the most GENTLE touch. I would not recommend this place for botox on the masseter muscle. Ive had this procedure done previously for years with great success and amazing results from other providers to get pain relief caused by bruxism. I decided to try HoN about 2 weeks ago to get this same procedure done. A few days ago I realized I am unable to smile, the corners of my lips are drooping down, changing my expression entirely. I have no control over the muscles that pull the corners of my lips to a smile and I still have pain on my jaw. These are not results from a knowledgeable trustworthy professional.

The only place I would recommend in the city! When I get my Botox done it’s always with Jake! He is professional, knowledgeable, and cares about enhancing your natural beauty. I always feel at ease knowing he’s taking care of me and my needs. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Jake!

I see Maria for my Botox. Maria is very knowledgeable and takes pride in her work. Before starting Botox I was extremely nervous. Maria took the time to explain everything to me and and ensure I was comfortable with my treatment. She knew it was important to me to maintain a natural/subtle look, and she delivered exactly that! She also has a calming aura about her. If you are considering treatment I strongly encourage you to see Maria. You won’t be disappointed!!

Where do I even start. I had the pleasure of meeting Jake Tinsley as a colleague, working at one of the largest health systems in New York City. What started as two clinical RNs navigating our previous positions to what we thought we knew best, we both realized our path was for the better. Of course I was taking my skincare routine to several hands before I met Jake. But in his truest sincerity and transparency, Jake’s “oh no, we need to fix this” is when I found most trust in him. For three years, I have consistently and only come to trust my face in the hands of Jake. His background in research and education holds weight in his patients’ outcomes as he can see the bigger picture. He not only tells you the what, but the how and the why. Professionalism is easy, but heart is real, and with Jake you’re being taken care of. He has transcended into his mastery, what I’d call an art form, and just feels like home.

Second time getting my Lips done with Jake Tinsley and i swear he has the hands of an Angel. He isn’t pushy, listens to what you want and explains everything he’s doing every step of the way. I always get complimented on my lips, up to 3 months after the first procedure. His honesty and professional advice makes you feel comfortable and assured that he knows what he’s doing. The staff at HOUSE OF NESS are Professional and Welcoming, they talk to you while you wait, the whole place is just 10/10 !
