Scammers!!! Byers be aware! I called to order the snow plow. I was told that they have one I need in stock and the price is $5,950 plus tax ( plow + installation). Than the owner got on the phone and tried to sell me the same snow plow for $6,250!! When I asked why it’s more he said he has to pay the freight... But they already have a plow in the stock so there is no need to order it! He just tried to make easy few hundred bucks extra of me! No thanks! I’ll find someone honest instead!

Bought a plow for my truck a couple years ago and they installed it, they do sell good plows and I enjoy my snow-way plow but I could have gotten a better deal on a plow at Dejana. I started having issues with the lights on my truck recently. When I had my brother take a look we found that they used insulated butt connectors on the connections to the truck and the wrong tool to crimp them. For what I paid they should have used weatherproof sealed butt connectors and they should have installed them with the proper tool. After replacing their poor electrical installation everything works fine.

Had issue with them in the past but they got me out of a jam at the last minute, customer service was great like in years passed and they were all very helpful. Price on the mower parts was reasonable, and best of all they fit.

Horrible customer service! Typical sales people. They’ll sell you anything under the sun but when it comes around to fixing there mistakes they want no part in it. I’ve spent thousands of dollars there in the last week on a new install and have been there three times already and they still have yet to fix my lights. I spent 2 hours of my time “waiting to be helped” today for them to tell me “oh yeah sorry we can’t fix your lights today.” If you can handle rude people, enjoy wasting your time and imperfections this is the place for you. If not, go somewhere else!

My experience with Howe Brothers has been nothing but great ! Theres something about doing business with a local family run establishment. I bought my landscape trailer from Howe and had some welding work done. Great place to buy lawn mowers or landscape trailers. Thanks !

I have had some bad customer service over the years, but the experience I had at Howes was among the worst. Do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere unless you like to be ignored, have the sales person ignore you to work with someone who came in after you even when the sales person had seen you and knew you were next. Horrible, go somewhere else that might actually appreciate a customer.

You dont want anything to do with trailers do not use howe brother truck and trailer sales the guy is not professional doesnt care about what happens to you or your trailer truck that you bought and ive been trying to get parts for nine weeks for my trailer tried to get them to look at the paint on the trailer its all bubbling and blistering in one year
