This company exceeded my expectations! They picked up 2 loads for me (one in Texas and the other in Ohio) and delivered them to me in Georgia. The prices were fair and they got both shipments to me in less than 24 after I booked with them. The communication was always great as well. I honestly couldn’t have ask for a better experience. 5 stars all the way!

We have had multiple issues with our service provider, HTS Logistics.•The shipment was not picked up in the time frame requested.•HTS contacted the shipper directly and bypassed us to move forward with the shipment without our knowledge, 4 days after we informed them we were no longer using them due to not picking up the machine in time.•HTS charged us an additional fee for the air ride flatbed. Our machine was delivered on a non-air-ride truck.HTS put our shipment at risk by not using an air ride flatbed & stole our shipment. They cannot follow simple directions such as contacting me and they see nothing wrong with what they did......Avoid them!!**2/7/2022 - Update**HTS Logistics response is a lie. Do not trust them! You never compensated us for air ride. We required an air ride trailer and you shipped it on a non air ride trailer. How can you justify this? After closer inspection of the machine there was damage due to non-air ride trailer. These are high precision grinding machines. We will be taking necessary actions to hold HTS responsible.

HTS Logistics was easy to work with and very fast on communication. We carried a shipment from Chicago Land Area to Atlanta. Although the shipping rate was low It was the perfect load to get our driver home to see his family. HTS had multiple Fast Pay options with no fees. HTS paid us before our driver left the drop and billing could send an invoice. Thanks a-lot.
