I’ve been a solid dark brown/black haired person my whole life. Anytime I’ve attempted to get highlights from other upscale salons I left looking striped/brassy and feeling defeated. These disappointing results were usually achieved within two hours at most but I didn’t realize until I met Jamie at Hudson Grey that for someone like me, someone who has been dying my roots for twenty plus years that the process will take a lot more time to get a great result while maintaining the integrity of my hair. She explained this to me at an appointment I made after my first amazing haircut with her in October. While cutting my hair in her sophisticated, trendy and beautifully appointed two story space right in the center of a town worthy of a day trip, we talked about color and I told her that I wanted something different. I wanted a big change. She told me before she tries to lighten my hair she needed to do a color test where she would lift a small section in the back to make sure she could do it safely without ruining my hair . A few weeks later she spent over an hour with me doing just this. She put one little section in the back in foil with lifting solution (?) and checked it every five minutes. She determined that she could safely lift color from my hair and sent me on my way. The salon did not charge me for this appointment which blew me away. I made an appointment for a month later and was told to expect to be there all day and yesterday was the day. I arrived at 12pm and I didn’t leave the salon until 6:30 pm. Is this because I was left in a corner and forgotten about? Absolutely not. I wasn’t left alone for more than ten minutes at a time the whole time. Jamie applied the lifter and between her and her assistant they constantly checked each individual foil and at times added heat to certain areas, took foils off and continued to ask me if I was comfortable or needed anything. I was served coffee and then Prosecco in the later afternoon. Such a fun touch ! I took in the environment there and it’s a very busy and happy place. The stylists are all so pleasant and talented. It was a joy to watch other people come and go looking beautiful. Finally it was time for Jamie to do her magic -which is the only word I can come up with other than art. After two deep conditioning treatments were applied Jamie applied a golden chocolate brown toner and did something else with a paintbrush. Without getting technical this and the specific way she placed the foils after teasing some hair from each section were to ensure that where my base color ends and my new color began would be undetectable. Finally it was time to get blown out and styled (after another great haircut ). I have never left a salon feeling the way I felt yesterday. I have the hair I have always dreamed about having, admired on other people and never thought it would be possible on me because it was tried with terrible results. Now that I’ve had this experience with Jamie and her lovely assistants I know that nobody who has colored my hair before ever took the time or probably didn’t have the knowledge to do it properly. Jamie is a true hair artist and I’m sure there is nothing she can’t do to make anyones hair dreams come true.
Ive already had two hair cuts with the amazing Jamie and my third is booked! She has a great eye. I love how thorough, deliberate and efficient she is while cutting your hair.I highly recommend checking out Hudson Grey if you are in need of a new hair stylist. I absolutely love this salon! The owners, Tina and Jamie, are so friendly and knowledgeable. I moved to Warwick a year ago and have been to this salon 6 times - each time walking out feeling great! I am stopped and asked about my color often and highly recommend Hudson Grey. I am sohappy to have found my new forever salon. The entire staff is kind and welcoming. The products are amazing. I am so thankful for Hudson Grey … I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and lost my hair due to chemotherapy… Fast forward I bought a very expensive wig for work and did not feel comfortable in it. I called Hudson Grey to see if there was anything that they could do, and they hooked me up with a hairdresser named Kate, ..who has a lot of experience in styling wigs. She was amazing and transformed my horrible hairpiece that made me uncomfortable into a beautiful stylish bob!!! When I went to pay they wouldn’t even take my money … just wished me well in my Cancer journey 😭❤️Thank you Kate and the owners of Hudson Grey for bringing light to such a dark time💗💗💗

I came in for my first consultation ever with Jamie, and her top priority was making sure my hair was going to be healthy, keep my curl pattern, but also get the result I want. The wait was wonderful and short! (They gave me coffee and a complementary hand exfoliation, and also cleaned my engagement ring!) The haircut was PERFECT and everybody was so sweet. Im getting my bridal hair and makeup done with them without a thought!
It’s rare when you find this much talent under one roof!Hudson Grey is the best salon I’ve ever been to. Traci is my stylist here and is INCREDIBLY skilled at what she does! This was my first time using Traci as a stylist. I showed her a couple of pictures for a color & cut and she was able to give me exactly what I asked for.The entire team at Hudson Grey is so professional and personable. I came to Hudson Grey after seeing Jamie’s (master stylist/co-owner) Instagram page “paintandsnip_” It was clear from her page that she knew what she was doing. Jamie was careful to not perform highlights on my hair at my first appointment because I had a keratin treatment prior at a different salon. Instead she tested a few strains to make sure there would be no negative side effects. I came back a week later and she gave me exactly what I wanted. My hair was very dark and she was able to give me light brown highlights which has always been a challenge for other stylists. I tend to end up with copper color highlights but not with Jamie. You will spend more with Jamie but it is worth it. Before and after posted
I loved my experience at Hudson Grey Salon from the moment I walked in!! The salon has such fun, positive vibes and all of the ladies were so kind. Miranda was AMAZING and brought my blonde hair back to life. I’m so picky with my hair and love being a blondie, especially after Miranda gets her hands on it. Im obsessed with the fresh, lightened blonde for the summertime and she exceeded my expectations. Miranda made me feel super comfortable and confident in the chair, she is super knowledgeable and even explained/recommended hair products that I had questions about. Pick any salon artiste and you’ll walk out looking like a TikTok/Insta/whatever influencer. No matter who does my hair, I always get compliments the following WEEKS. I’ve been a level 4 through 7 under their care. The owners did their very best during Covid to make us look pretty while taking every safety precaution for us and as well as their staff which I feel speaks highly of their character. You feel like each staff person is invested in your hair and confidence. I’m always greeted in a warm and kind fashion like an old friend. I can’t believe we have this elite level of hair, makeup and other services in such a quiet town like Warwick. You’ll feel like you’re in the city but without the city price. You could go somewhere but you should have come to this salon instead, I promise!

Savannah rocked my color!!! She was professional, high quality, warm... everything you want in a stylist. Not sloppy! Remarkable. Ive never experienced that before. The atmosphere was bright, rustic, modern. I couldnt have designed it better myself. All the employees I dealt with rocked their jobs. Tina, the owner... I cant say enough great things. Love, love, love the people, the place, the whole experience!!! Ive been doing my own hair (cut & color) for over a decade because I was never satisfied with the results anywhere. I absolutely love Hudson Grey Salon & Spa! The moment I stepped inside, I felt at ease and in awe of the gorgeous, inviting decor. It reminded me of chic salons Ive been to in Los Angeles. I was warmly greeted by Tina at the front desk and got a consultation with Jamie. I originally went in for a balayage until Jamie introduced me to the foilyage, which is much better suited for hair as naturally dark as mine. She also introduced me to a fantastic line of Amika products call Bust Your Brass that has kept my hair from getting brassy. Three months later and I still love my cut and color! Check them out. You will not be disappointed!
I’ve been dying my hair for 20 years and lived in at least 5 different states all across the country and my experience with Jamie at Hudson Grey salon is unmatched! Her color expertise is impeccable and the cut she gave me brought life back to my hair!! I live in Brooklyn and drive 90 minutes to see her every 5-6 weeks because she and the entire staff at her incredible salon and absolutely worth it!! I drove an hour just to get a haircut here because they came highly recommended. It was so worth it. Sam is phenomenal. He is great at edgy, modern haircuts. So if you are looking for a place that doesnt play it safe like 99% of other salons out there, Sam is your man. The salon itself is absolutely adorable. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. My haircut was $75 and included styling/blowout. I will continue to come back here for future cuts.

I went to Jamie for a highlight and blowout. I wanted to try a new salon in Warwick and she delivered! I wanted a cooler toned blonde and she completely transformed my hair. The price was beyond reasonable for the area and the entire experience was a treat. The salon is beautiful, the employees are all so nice, and super accommodating. I’m so excited to go back for all my future hair treatments!
I LOVE Hudson Grey. Everyone is extremely nice, the atmosphere is amazing and of course the service is everything you could ask for. I went to Savannah not only after my old stylist left but with post quarantine roots and she completely took care of me and delivered the best color I’ve ever had. I have very dark brown hair and color my hair to be a very light pink, a challenging transition but she made it look easy. We had a blast (since it’s also a service that takes a while) and I’m grateful she was able to make me feel like myself again. I recommend her to everyone I know!!

Jamie did my hair this last Friday and I was so lucky to get an appointment so last minute! She was amazing and I had a very grown out color and split ends. The whole experience was lovely, the salon is so relaxing and cute, everyone who works there is so nice. Jamie is a color expert and helped me decide on style for the cut. It was my 30th birthday and I left feeling so gorgeous with my new hair and had the best time feeling glam all weekend. Thank you Jamie!!!
Absolutely love Hudson Grey. The atmosphere and aesthetic are both beautiful, the staff is very friendly. Its one of the few salons which I always feel great when I leave. I have gone to Kate the last few times, my balayage some how always grows out immaculately. Highly recommend!

Hands down THE BEST salon in New York! Having recently moved to Hudson Valley from NYC, I was nervous to see a new stylist. After looking at countless salons on Instagram, I booked an appt with Jamie. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, everyone made me feel immediately comfortable and welcome. Jamie is AMAZING. She is an artist and an expert in her craft. She took the time to get to know me and understand exactly what I was looking for, which was dimension/balayage/highlights/lowlights. To say that she delivered would be an understatement. Jamie gave my hair dimension, perfected the tone so that it complimented my skin tone and added layers to my hair to give it movement and life! My husband, the toughest critic of all, LOVES the results. I’m writing this a week after having my hair done and I am still OBSESSED with the results and am beyond happy to have found this salon. Jamie takes the time to get to know you. She is a true professional and the most skilled stylist that I have ever been to in my life. I cannot say enough great things about Jamie, the staff and the atmosphere here. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

Everyone I meet at Hudson Grey is so nice! I had light brown hair with a lot of brassiness and Jamie was able to lighten it to a cool-toned platinum in just one appointment. And the quality of my hair still feels great after all the bleaching! Jamie also takes her time, and when my hair needed a couple more hours than what I was scheduled for, she didn’t rush my appointment. She spent all the time that was needed with the efficiency that comes with her many years of experience. I ended up with exactly what I asked for. 10/10 would recommend.
This is a wonderful salon. All their stylists are very talented, including the junior ones. They all participate in ongoing education in order to stay on top of their craft. Although this is considered a high-end salon, everyone is welcoming and friendly. Theres no egos to deal with. Jamie is my stylist, but Id feel comfortable with any of the stylists, except for Kate who may decide at the last minute that shes decided shes not a good fit. Just be careful... shes supposed to be excellent and after having a consultation with her, which I thought went really well and she told me shed love to work with me, then having a positive interaction with her on Instagram a week or so prior to our appointment she sent me a message on Instagram the night before our appointment telling me the above. It was a real mess. Shes very talented, but just be aware that this could happen to you. This is why I didnt give them 5 stars. Everyone else is superb!
Everyone at the salon is so warm and welcoming! I’ve gone to Kate twice now and couldn’t be happier- she has respected my hesitation with cutting my hair and never cut more than I wanted (even though I needed it). Her coloring is out of this world. Will continue to book with Kate but all of the stylists do amazing work!

I love everything about Hudson Grey. Jamie somehow makes my typically straight, thin, limp hair have texture and volume. I got a great haircut and super high quality color. Jamie really, really listened to me and got creative with her recommendations, then pulled off perfect execution.The salon is also gorgeous and sparkling clean - feels like a combo of high end NYC with modern farmhouse elements. Its a treat just to be in the space.The rest of the Hudson Grey team is incredibly warm and passionate about their work. If youre a person who is into alternative culture and fun fashionable hair styles then look no further. I went to Hudson Grey Salon to get my hair done by Sam and he took my hair to another level. Sam is seriously an artist and hair is his canvas. Hes super detailed and treats each strand with the utmost care. Full disclosure, Ive gotten my hair done by Sam before and have followed as he gone from salon to salon, thats how much I LOVE his work. Hudson Grey Salon was a super dope experience though. Super clean and they paid special attention to the layout which definitely aided to the entire experience. It was very clean and they took covid procedures super seriously which really helped eased my anxiety about going to a salon during this time. Highly recommend going and booking with Sam!!
Okay plain and simple this place is the best. I trust very few people with my hair, but I’ve been going to Hudson Grey for about 5 years now, and my hair always comes out looking amazing. Here’s an example, I was asked 5 months after an appointment if my hair was natural. I mean seriously that’s kind of crazy, especially since my hair grows fast. I usually get a color and cut, and I’ve always been more than impressed. If you’re looking for a place to go for hair, this is it.
Sam is THE BEST!! Ive never had a stylist who cares so much about their clients and their hair. He is always so welcoming and happy. I look forward to getting my hair done knowing that my hair is safe in his hands. He does the most beautiful amazing work and is so beyond talented. He always listens to what I want and works with me to make sure my hair is perfect. But also, if youre unsure what you want he always has amazing suggestions. 10/10 service, experience, & personality with him. I promise you wont ever be disappointed with Sam!
After 7 long months staying at home during the pandemic, I was in desperate need of a haircut and coloring. I decided to give Hudson Grey Salon in Warwick a try, and I’m SO GLAD I did.The receptionist helped me find an appointment very quickly, and she was super polite and helpful explaining how to find the salon. I ended up booking my service with Sam, who was amazing.After showing him a couple of inspiration photos of what I was looking for, he gave me a really thorough consultation and laid out a few options. He then gave me an estimate about what it would cost before we started. Hardly any salons I’ve visited in the past have been so transparent about pricing, so I really appreciated how mindful he was about my budget.Throughout the entire service, Sam paid close attention to detail and made me feel so welcome and comfortable at the salon. It’s such a chic space, but doesn’t feel stuffy or pretentious at all! He also took extra time at the end of my service to style my hair beautifully. I honestly didn’t expect that, since I was the last appointment of the day and it was getting late, and it felt like he went the extra mile. I left the salon feeling amazing. My hair was super shiny and looked really refreshed—it was exactly the cut and color I was hoping for that day.Hudson Grey is now my go-to salon in the Hudson Valley, and I can’t wait to get Sam to try something new with my hair in a couple months. Kate is amazing! She’s been my stylist for years and I always love my cuts, color and styles. Most recently she cut bangs and they came out perfectly. I’m so happy with them and I get so many compliments. In addition to her talent as a hair stylist and colorist, she’s a fab person to hang around with for two hours while you’re in the chair and chat and laugh with! Love Kate and love Hudson Grey!
Sam does an incredible job every time I make an appointment, I’ve never trusted someone so much with my hair! He knows what he is doing. Every stylist in this salon seems to be just as knowledgeable and competent when it comes to their profession. Hudson Grey truly is one of the cleanest and most professional salons I have ever been to.
From the first time I met Kate at Hudson Grey Salon her positive energy and inviting demeanor made me feel confident she was the right person to trust with my hair! Even without telling her- she always knows exactly what to do with my hair. Every time I leave her chair I feel confident and excited. Not only is Kate a great hair stylist but she has a warm personality that makes your overall experience great.
Amazing experience at Hudson Grey. I saw Jamie for color, cut, style and left absolutely in love with my hair! She did an amazing job and took creative control with my vision and executed it. I was seen on time and they were on top of Covid protocols which I appreciated. I saw stylists and assistants sanitizing workspace, tools left and right. Everyone is so welcoming, highly recommend this salon.
My first time at Hudson Grey Salon was like a dream. The warm chic atmosphere makes you feel like you’re right in the city! My stylist, Jamie went above and beyond to give me the hairstyle I’ve always wanted. She knew exactly how to frame my face and give me more volume than I’ve ever had in my life! Everything from the amazing smelling Amika shampoos to the hand massages and complimentary champagne, makes you feel like a celebrity. I live in Ohio and wanted a NY hair experience and I definitely got one. I will make the trip to Hudson Grey Salon anytime because Jamie is the absolute BEST!

I am someone who has always felt out of place going to salons, but that is definitely not the case at Hudson Grey! The staff is all AMAZING- every single one of them- so sweet and accommodating. It is immediately inviting, and there is even a super comfortable couch to either wait for your appointment or watch all of the stylist work.The VibeEven if you walked in in low spirits, you for sure do not leave feeling that way. They told me that their goal is to not only provide an amazing experience, but have their customers leave lighter than when they came in. They are seriously the most approachable group of people.The ServiceJamie did my hair, and WOW. She is so talented! I absolutely loved how it turned out. I didnt want something too crazy, but more on the natural side- and she followed through perfectly. I needed a haircut and highlights after 8 months of avoiding salons, so I tried Hudson Grey in downtown Warwick. The space in the Clocktower Building is really lovely with lots of natural light and great music playing. Everyone was very nice and friendly, everyone was wearing masks, and they followed all the safety precautions. The place is very clean and well-organized. Traci gave me a great layered cut and blow dry, and I returned the next week to get a full head of highlights from her. She did a terrific job and I noticed that not only did I leave looking fantastic, but so did the other clients. Traci was very careful to listen to what I wanted and she asked me questions to make sure we were on the same page. Thanks, Traci!
This is the ONLY salon I would recommend in the Orange County area. Amazing is too simple a word to describe this fabulous salon. From the moment you step into the salon, the warmth of the staff is completely charming and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing and the inside decor is adorable!!A special shout out to my stylist Jamie!! Not only is she extremely talented, but she listened to everything I wanted for my haircut and she went above and beyond from the actual cut, to the styling... just everything. I worked with Sam, he is wonderful and was able to capture what I wanted. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly, he made me feel comfortable, confident and beautiful in choosing the rose gold touch that I wanted in my hair.The salon itself is so clean and pretty!! Not to mention, the technology they use for mixing your hair color is really cool, I’ve never seen anything like it before.

Hi, today was my second visit to Hudson Grey Salon. Another great haircut. Kate was recommended by a friend, who has short hair, like me. I am trying to keep my hair a little longer then how I was wearing it. My first haircut, was 6 weeks ago, and it looked great! Today I got my hair cut again, its a little shorter, which I like because its summer. Kate engaged with me the whole time, and listened when I asked questions. And when my hair was washed, the girl gave my head a massage, and then a cup of coffee. Nice touches. I really like this salon, it is open and airy, up to date, and everyone is very friendly. I would highly recommended that you book your next haircut at Hudson Grey Salon.
I have naturally curly hair so sometimes it’s hard to find a stylist who can cut my hair the way it needs to be cut. Jamie gave me a hair cut that will keep me forever coming back to her. My hair now has shape and is full of life. The salon was beautiful and clean and carries a lot of really great products to help you maintain your style and hair hair health. I would definitely recommend making an appointment and paying them a visit!
Best salon in NY/NJ! I have recently moved from NYC and was in need of a quality salon to maintain my blonde. What a wonderful find Hudson Grey salon was! Not only does Jamie do beautiful work but the ambiance and friendly staff is so welcoming and enjoyable to be around. Tina is always so great with scheduling and getting me in. I am not a new client to Hudson Grey. I’ve been a client since the salon opened. I recently begged Tina for an appointment and she was able to get me in same week, but with someone I hadn’t met. Savannah was AMAZING. She’s categorized as a junior stylist, but her talents well surpass that title. Not only is she super talented , but she’s also kind, a great listener and so happy - even after working 11 hours straight. Got my hair cut with Jamie and loved it! Totally gave me a fun new look just what I was looking for. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and professional. Visited Hudson Grey for my first time today and was not disappointed! The atmosphere and staff are welcoming and friendly. With your shampoo you get a head massage and a hand massage with a scrub . They offer water or coffee as you enter with a ready smile. Kendal was my stylist, she is professional and patient. Working through options and suggestions for my thin but weighted hair and she gave me a fresh, new look (even dear husband loves it) that I love. Definitely returning.

Wow, I cant say enough about this place. I went last week for partial baby lights, and B did such a great job. She really listened to exactly what I wanted, and there was never a no, which is rare for me because I have pretty thin hair and Ive had stylists that love saying that to me.She was so friendly and hilarious, I loved her energy and vibe, and also the energy and vibe of the place overall. Everyone was so kind and it felt like a cute and trendy little family that just happened to do hair in a clock tower. Will definitely be going back as soon as these roots come in.

My first visit to Hudson Grey Salon in Warwick, NY was awesome. My stylist, Sarah Manginelli, was perfect in recommending what would work for me. I want natural but not blah and she nailed it! I got the most amazing hair cut from the owner Jamie. I have super straight hair and Jamie’s cut gave me such much texture and movement in my hair for the first time! I’m absolutely obsessed and will never go anywhere else! The space is also gorgeous and Jamie is a total sweetheart.

Hudson Grey is my favorite place in Warwick. It has a NYC feel to it which brings a little culture into our sleepy town. Ive been to a couple of the stylists there and every time Ive left, I have loved my hair so much. It is so relaxing that I literally felt like I was at a spa. Every time you come in, you get a hand scrub and massage, which makes me feel so pampered and refreshed. Best of all, the staff is all incredibly kind and accommodating. Bonus: Emma also is amazing with facials and waxing! I highly recommend giving them a try. Theres nothing else like this anywhere outside New York City.

From asymmetrical long hair to a pixie with a shaved undercut to bangs I can always trust her to make my hair look great. She’s also put the brightest colors in my hair where I forever get questions of who did it. I currently live an hour away from Hudson Grey but always make sure to take the trip to see Kate because no other hair stylists listens to exactly what I want and does a perfect job every. single. time!

I went to Hudson Grey after I got a terrible haircut from a different salon. I was so upset that, as a desperate “Hail Mary”, I messaged the salon on Instagram on a Saturday night asking for appointment availability, not expecting a fast response. Jamie, the owner, answered almost immediately and gave me an appointment within two days. When I arrived to the salon for my appointment, I was greeted warmly and was so impressed by the aesthetic of the salon. On top of that, Jamie listened to what I wanted and spent the next hour plus, working her magic, turning my hair from a disaster to exactly what I had hoped for. I cannot say enough about my experience, I will be a lifelong client of Hudson Grey.

I love this place , I drive over an hour to get my hair cut and styled with Jamie , since I have a very thin hair , I need to get a really good hair cut , otherwise my hair looks dead n shapeless. That’s why I come to Hudson Grey , Jamie take her time with me , she’s very attentive, always paying attention to details so I can have the Best hair cut that will make my hair full n alive. She then shows you What products would work best for your hair and shows you how to use them. She is awesome ! Hudson Grey is a gorgeous salon, with incredible attention to detail evident everywhere you look. If youve felt intimidated looking at the photos of the beautiful, upscale, and effortlessly cool aesthetic HG has, youre not alone - I was definitely nervous I would feel like I was crashing the cool kids table. The nerves immediately disappeared the second I was given a warm welcome by Tina at the front desk, and stayed gone as every single staff member offered a friendly hello when they walked by. The stylists are chic, and their on point style is again matched only by their friendliness and approachability. Warwick has been in need of an upscale salon with stylists gifted in their craft - Im so glad to finally have found my new favorite place.
This place was beyond amazing. The staff was warm and welcoming. My hair stylist listened to how I wanted to cut my hair and paint on the balayage. She fixed my mess of head from a previous salon and I absolutely love how my hair looks now! In a covid world, the place went above and beyond with safety precautions and cleaning routines. The work these amazing people do everyday are breathtaking and life changing. From the minute I walked into Hudson Grey I fell in love. The environment, decor and friendliness of all the stylists left a permanent mark on me. You’re greeted and treated like family from the minute you walk in, to the minute you leave. Even after you leave, if you follow them on social media, they still feel like family. Everyone has a perfect flow and attire that vividly describes their personality and suits the salon perfectly. I personally LOVE any place that allows their employees to openly be themselves. There’s no judgement and no wrong decisions when you’re here. You show them a photo or describe what you’re looking for and they will give you that and then some. They will not stop until you’re smiling cheek to cheek. I tried this salon when they first opened for a cut and color and I have been coming back every since! The level of service is amazing (I received a complimentary hand scrub last visit), the staff is super friendly and welcoming and the salon itself is beautiful. My stylist, Jamie, is excellent and I have to say I have seriously stubborn grey hair and am very picky about my color. Would hesitate to recommend this salon.

While waiting for my color to process, I was treated to a lovely hand exfoliation with a warm wrap while my rings were being cleaned ,followed by a massage with hand cream ! Totally unexpected but delightful. This is a wonderful Salon that I highly recommend.

Where do I begin with this treasure of a salon?! I recently followed my stylist from her former salon, and Im so glad I did. Ive never had a salon and spa experience quite like this before. Upon entering Hudson Grey I was greeted warmly by co-owner/manager Tina. The atmosphere in the salon was so warm and welcoming, even in conversations with some of the stylists I didnt know.While my stylist, Kate, was foiling my hair, Tina was applying my makeup to demonstrate some fun colors and techniques, and just to play and have fun as we chatted about her goats! As the lovely apprentice B was rinsing my color and giving me a scalp massage, I received a relaxing, exfoliating, and hydrating hand massage. It was the most relaxed I had been in a LONG time. After a quick dance break, Kate blew out and styled my hair to reveal the amazing bold blonde she created with balayage.I certainly recommend Hudson Grey for all of your hair and spa needs! Kate is an incredible, seasoned stylist who is always willing to make her clients happy and try new things.

Love it here! Found myself looking for someone who could handle coloring my hair. Naturally, Im a brunette who likes to go blonde. I found Sam, he does amazing work and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Very helpful, great advice, and awesome eye! Highly recommend!!
JUST WOW! Always Love my experience at Hudson Grey Salon!The place is Gorgeous, Modern & has an awesome vibe. Sam Mcguinness does my hair & is ALWAYS amazing. I get the Blonde Balayage look & he always gets my color perfect. He has been doing my hair for a few years now & iv ALWAYS been extremely happy. It was my first time at Hudson Grey and will certainly not be my last. From the moment I walked into the salon I received amazing service. It was a beautiful space with such a great vibe. Sam started with a consultation and I showed him what I was looking for and he absolutely nailed it! The color and cut was beyond my expectations. He went above and beyond to not only create amazing hair, he showed me some tips and tricks on how to keep it looking fabulous too! The service never ended, he offered me a cappuccino and I received a hand and head message with a hot towel while waiting for the color. I felt so pampered - something this busy mom greatly appreciated! I have never been so happy with a cut and color! If you want great hair, go see Sam!

The best salon in Orange County. I tried so many salons and none of them met my expectations, so much so that I had to drive into the city for a quality cut. My long drives are over! I LOVE LOVE how Jamie colored my hair! I’m Asian and I have thick, straight hair that’s as dark as you can naturally get (it’s almost black). I had given up on trying to lighten it. I’ve gone to several high-end stylists all over the country, but I’ve always ended up with orange hair. Jamie took care to properly lift my hair so that I could get the cool, light tone I wanted without completely drying out my hair. Thank you Jamie!
Hudson Grey salon has such a great vibe and asthetic that makes you feel totally comfortable and laid back for a pampering experience. The service is also on another level. Jamie does my hair and it has never been healthier or prettier! I could not be happier with this salon.

Jamie is not only a one of a kind human but she truly works magic....these last few months I experienced true heart ache...during this chaos, I began loosing hair, what was left, lost its shine and I committed the ultimate hair sin! Everyone there was so personable. They really took care of you from the moment you walked in. I felt safe from a covid perspective and the stylist was fantastic (Traci.) They use good products when they shampoo your hair (tailored to your type of hair) and even do a complimentary hand treatment. I will definitely be going back.
Thrilled to have Hudson Grey in Warwick! First of all the salon is gorgeous and unlike any other in the area, but most importantly I have left each appointment with exactly what I asked for. Came in for a haircut with Sarah and Im glad I did - best cut Ive had in years. She listened, knew what I wanted, and made it happen. I couldn’t be happier than the service at Hudson Grey! From the front desk, to shampoo, to my bomb hair stylist (Kate McBride), to the mini photo shoot at the end; you just feel their love for what they do! I can vouch when I say, they develop a bond between client and stylist. I have followed Kate from a previous salon that just had a different culture from what resided in her. I am happy for her and all at Hudson Grey who can express their talents and art in their own way.

Sarah is an amazing stylist! She has been doing my hair over nine years and it’s always the perfect shade of blonde and I love the cuts every time! She is friendly, knowledgeable and I always look forward to her doing my hair.
This space is truly gorgeous and comfortable right in the village of Warwick, with easy and free parking in the lot adjacent to it.All of these women are incredible hair artists. My go to is Kate McBride, and she has done my hair for years. She always knows to thin it out, because it’s so thick and heavy, and what suites me in a haircut. I couldn’t be more thankful for giving me the right lewkkssss.I’ve never done color, but I’ve seen some of her work and it’s GORGEOUS.Highly recommend, friendly faces and professional work close to home.
This place burnt off, killed, and fried hair of mine and so many people that I have talked to. I sat under bleach for hours, which resulted in my hair being so dead that it broke off. I went to a different salon and had to pay more to fix what they had done, and did nothing for me afterwards. I lost 3 inches of my hair and had to go darker again because of the bad work put in from these people. I highly recommend never using this business.
I have to give a shoutout to Hudson Grey salon! This is my second time there for a color and cut and they are just phenomenal!! Jamie is amazing! The talent they all have speaks for itself⭐️, but the other thing I wanted to comment on was the rapport and support they all have for each other. It is just so nice to see. I take pride living in Warwick and the wonderful at home, small town feel it has. I just love to see a place filled with people that cheer each other on, compliment each other’s work and successes, and just truly enjoy working together. It really is like one big family when you walk in. 🥰
I went to this salon after quite a few hair stylist and not being content with my cut and Jamie did a great job on my hair! She fixed what had been my concern and she made me feel very comfortable. It was an excellent experience!

There’s so many good things I want to say about Hudson Grey! Extremely talented and friendly staff. Just saw Sam for a cut and color and I’m in love. He knew exactly what I wanted without me even needing to overly explain myself. Totally nailed it. I’ve tried salons in the area and in the city prior and this will be my go to for now on.

Fabulous service at this salon! Starting with wonderful products with the wash, then gentle hand massage and they even cleaned my rings! Kenal Annis cut my hair beautifully for my long hair style without layering it to death. Later a stranger in a shop in town actually said Your hair cut is perfect!. Plus, the salon itself is rustic modern and filled with light. Love this place.

People this is THE PLACE to get your hair did in Warwick! The ladies (and guys) are NYC caliber! But i believe they came from there sooo.....Anyway, i told Jamie a little bit of what i wanted, and she figured out the rest like a true artist! She has mad skills!! The place is super clean and very contemporary and casual and comfortable....i could go on for hours. The whole team made me feel so welcome and special i almost didnt want to leave. But alas i walked out of there looking and feeling AMAZING!! Hopefully ill have another opportunity to visit Warwick and go to Hudson Grey Salon again, but if not, i wanted to share my experience in case anyone was wondering.....check it out. Complete with complimentary hand treatment and (if you’re lucky) a live harpist.Sam is incredibly skilled and also super intuitive. My first time sitting with him I was only able to express what I didn’t want and what I didn’t like. He crafted for me a signature hairstyle that mirrors my personality to a t: it’s structured, yet whimsical; retro and modern; classic but edgy; sophisticated and also fun. To undergo such a transformation in front of a team of people that are so inspiring and supportive was an added bonus.After seeing Sam for a year, he’s been able to keep the look but tweak a bit under my direction or his suggestion.I always leave here looking great and feeling confident, highly recommended.

From the second I walked into the salon I was greeted with warm and friendly faces, that made you feel like a million dollars. I have gone to other salons in the area but I’m glad to say I finally found a home. My stylist Sam was extremely thoughtful and truly goes above and beyond to help you achieve the style you want. This place is truly 10/10.
B is the best! She spends time to listening to what I ask for and pays attention to detail. I have never loved the outcome of my hair more than when she dyes it. I would highly suggest her services to others!

My experience was wonderful. Justine has been a friend of mine for a while, and even though we have not talked in years, she did an amazing job on my hair. My hair tends to grow out unevenly and she was able to fix it without taking too much off while making it look beautiful!

2022-07-13I cant just leave 5 stars and that be it. I am absolutely blown away by the head transplant I just recieved at Hudson Grey Salon with Jamie lol. I tend to get very nervous when getting my hair done. Trust issues I guess from past experiences. My hair is no easy task as its long & thick (not to mention that I was a box dye offender). Her expertise was obvious with the way she just knew exactly how to go about achieving the image I showed her. And let me tell you, she certainly achieved it. Her goal was to make sure her client was happy, and she far exceeded that. I feel like I should be on someones pinterest board to use as their inspo pic to show their stylist. Literally cant stop smiling. And in addition to that, everyone was so nice and the salon is so pretty! Now Im sitting in sweats and still feeling fabulous lol. So grateful and SO obsessed with my hair. Thank you Jamie!!

2022-03-08I had a wonderful experience at Hudson Grey! I have recently moved to the area and I needed a new stylist. I am so glad I found this salon. Everyone was friendly, right from when I called to make the appointment. Jamie is an absolute artist. My hair was brassy and horrific, I was kind of embarrassed when I sat in the chair, that’s how shabby my hair was. I left on cloud nine. My color was corrected and it actually looked like the inspiration photos I showed her. Worth every penny.

My stylist, Miranda, was very personable and gave me a haircut that I absolutely love!! My hair is very long and Im always weary about getting it cut because at other salons they always cut it shorter than what I ask for. Miranda cut my hair exactly to where I wanted it to be and I couldnt be happier with how it looks! Cant wait to book my next appointment with her!

2022-02-02I found this place driving down main street and thought it looked cool-googled it-called-made an appointment. 1st of all, the person on the phone was NICE and understood exactly what I wanted done. She made an appointment for me with Gillian, who did an absolute amazing job!! Im so in love with my hair! I want to shout it on the rooftops! Gillians IG is @glambygill SHES THE BESSSST! (P.S. 2021-11-09I see the owner, Jamie, and she’s amazing. Today I took my two year old in for her first haircut. They invited us to tour the salon a few days in advance which made my daughter excited and totally at ease. Tina at the front desk made sure to make my kid feel super special. Savannah gave her a perfect trim and made her first haircut experience exceptional. I’m so lucky that we have such a high quality salon nearby! It feels as upscale as the salons I frequented in the city and all of the employees go above and beyond. I’d recommend Hudson Grey to anyone!

I felt well taken care of starting with my phone appt and the positive enthusiasm. I was fortunate to have Kendall a top stylist work with me, our consult was positive! She was so professional, artistic and a professional. My extra hair treatment was very soothing and supporting, I actually had some tears I found a salon that got me and it was so pleasant. Great attention to detail Kendall, provided great solutions for my new hair to perfection. It wasnt too loud the sound was just right, not too chatty all conversations positive, I loved the decor and lower hudson valley experience. I highly recommend this salon and I actually found a new home for my visibility needs for 2022! thank you! do treat yourself to this salon! Its a step above!

2022-02-26First time customer and I’ve never been happier with a hair cut and style. I was in need of a slight change in style and Kendal was friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain how she would cut my hair and why it would be the best style for me. She even asked for my permission, which I thankfully gave. The test is always if I can style it myself with the same look and “yes I can”, thanks to the amazing cut from Kendal. I would highly recommend!

2022-04-08It has been a very long time since I have done anything to my hair and I’ve been looking to do something different. This place and stylist (Miranda) was recommended to me by a friend. I called and setup a consult appointment. Everyone I had met was very nice and welcoming, and I felt confident upon seeing the salon that they were professionals. I booked with Miranda and she did a fantastic job. I went from my natural dark brown hair to a blonde balayage with my dark roots. My hair feels and looks amazing and I’m so happy I went here!! Definitely going here from now on, highly recommend!
