OK, so not really a tourist attraction - other than being the headquarters for MiB.

Does this building mean anything to you? Look better. It is the HQ of Men in Black in the eponymous films with Will Smith. Its funny, nothing more.
Falling on it by chance while going to the ferry for the Statue of Liberty, I stayed 2minutes to contemplate the building before reminding me of Men In Black.🤩
Cool to see the entrance to the MIB base, the building is pretty ordinary, other than that, but I didnt go to check either, you never know ....

2022-03-19I have never been here yet. Even though I know its not a place where the MIB are or I am pretty sure its not, but in truth Hugh .L Carey Tunnel Ventilation Building sound like the fakest name you can come up with. For starters the name gives no explanation on what it is unless it name means the building it self is ventilating something that is underneath it. Alost the . is suppose to go after the L not before. The name Hugh L Carey sounds like an attempt at making a pun name yet failed miserably. Also why is it called a tunnel ventilation building. Is this building a giant ventilation tunnel for an underground city or something? This building is without a doubt a cover for something. Hmmm maybe Project Xanatose or maybe even Zatarian. Or Maybe even one of the entrances to The Box.
