2022-04-12Unprofessional, no masks or improperly worn, temper tantrum by a tech leaving 100 year old patient waiting for another dispatch AFTER waiting several hours already..all of this in the ER. I am in disbelief.

2022-01-05How does a 2pm call for a pick up turn into a 5pm pick up? Can you imagine how uncomfortable a obese patient is laying in a tight stretcher for 3 hours after being dismissed by being seen by the doctor?

2021-10-29They dont understand what a human being is. They move and push the stretcher like its a toy and injure the patients in the meantime. Most stretchers are old and damaged. Im surprised no one filed a lawsuit against them.

2019-09-20They transported my sister from one hospital to another. They said insurance wouldn’t pick it up so I had to pay upfront $403.00.Two months later I got the hospital breakdown and not only did they charge me, but also her insurance company (their contracted rate was 600.00!)So total the collected 1,003.00. Had I not looked at the breakdown I would never have known. Suffice it to say they were never going to tell me either.After I figured it out that I was double billed I’ve had to call ‘Ingrid’ in accounts payable seven times. Five times in the last two weeks and she has never bothered to call back.I finally got the credit card company involved, but decided to give it one last try. She answered her phone and said that the person who reviews the claims has been out for two and a half months and just came back... never once apologizing.Really, so you took my claim and left it sitting on someone else’s desk waiting for their return. No one was doing his job in the intrim!? And you didn’t have the sense or decency to close the loop and tell me?Ingrid, excuses don’t excuse! Shame on you! I believe that you’re all just crooks! I got my money back from the credit card company ... now you can deal with them!

2021-10-18Literally we have been waiting for hours for them to pick up my mom. I have called them multiple times and somebody is lying to somebody because they said they’re “downstairs” but it’s been hours since then.

2017-09-27It is very unfortunate that your driver wasnt mindful on the road. Hes driving a vehicle that is a weapon if operated wrongfully. Safety and professionalism should be a priority. If his behavior behind the wheel and the mediocre customer service I received when calling in to report him is any indication of your companies stance that is awful! If I could rate no stars I would.

2019-02-20If your not friends with the supervisors you get worked to death with no break. Its not even emergencies,its all basic transports.All the ambulances except 3 are older than 10 years with over 100k miles on them. 90%of the employees are incompetentIf a worker gets hurt they take them to a crooked doctor instead of the emergency room

2019-05-25A driver from this company assaulted me last week in my own home, I’m not even sure she had her license and she was driving an ambulance! She shoved me and threw my phone; Was also ambushed on Thursday by Jose at this company, crazy, dangerous people. Criminals!
