After wearing disposable contact lenses for many years, I suddenly wanted to wear a pair of myopia glasses with frames last week. I passed by this optical shop on Main Street by chance and walked in to take a look. Originally, I wasnt sure if I wanted to match it here. After all, there are many optical shops in Flushing, and I dont know which one is better.It is a young girl and a female clerk in this store. Her patience and attitude towards customers made me want to continue to understand the content of the products she introduced.Her serious and kind tone gave me trust in this store and reassurance of the brand. Finally, I decided to buy a pair from this store, and I dont need to go to another store.When I buy things, I value not only the quality of the product, but also the attitude of the product salesperson towards me. No one would want to spend money and be scorned.Then I got the glasses today, the lenses are beautifully finished and the adjustment is great. After wearing it for 5 hours, it feels very comfortable. I am very satisfied with the style of the glasses frame and the lenses. I am very grateful to the girl in the store for her careful introduction and the friendly staff of this store. Next time I want to get glasses, I will continue to go here.
Recently, I wanted to get a pair of frame glasses, and I remembered the experience of wearing invisible here the year before last. The counter was super bad. A middle-aged woman was impatient with her face pulled all the way, so I asked for a replacement service. The only star for the optometrist little girl is nice.
Unsurprisingly, everyone did not give this shop a good rating. I can rest assured. Bringing children to pick up new glasses and adjusting the angle of the glasses will take them a lot of time. Talking to the children is also super unkind and impatient. At the time, the shop There are no guests inside. I’m not busy at all. I don’t know if the man quarreled with his wife at home or something. He owes him millions of stinky faces. Really, I won’t go back to this store anymore.
Especially bad service, don’t go to this store. Before you pay, it is a hypocritical service. After payment, it shows its true face, like the face of Sichuan Opera. It is very disgusting, and the service experience is extremely poor, which is incomprehensible. attitude

2022-07-09I’ve had two incidents with this place.1. 2021I tried to get my prescription information to buy a pair of glasses from online (I’ve been coming for years) and they told me to go in person. When I arrived they insisted that I had to bring my insurance card which they had not specified on call. This was an hour trip. Later when I called another employee gave it to me without a hassle. So I don’t understand the point of the entire experience? It’s my information, why make me beg for my information. It’s ridiculous.2. 2022They called my parents stating my glasses are ready. When I went in person to pick it up (I showed them the receipt) they stated that they were not ready. When my parents when in 5 minutes later, magically they had it!Overall, I don’t understand how they can be so incompetent. If you made an appointment expect to be serviced an hour later (I was late to another appointment due to their poor time management).Do yourself a favor and don’t go unless you want to deal with people who are mentally incapacitated.The lady who measures your prescription inside the room is kind and efficient though. It’s a pity.太白痴了

2021-04-04Although the store is quite small, they have lots of variety of glasses. They also do a great job with sanitation. I got two sets of lenses and a pair of glasses from them. I used 2 of my old glasses and I got them back in the same condition. The pair of glasses I got was suggested from the sales lady based on the concerns I had. Im very happy with them and if they last a long time I will be going back there. She also suggested blue light lenses which Im really happy with because it definitely reduced my eye strain from using the computer and phone for many many hours a day. Pricing was very reasonable as well. The lady that did my eye examination was very patient and friendly. Highly recommend this place if you dont have insurance.

2021-12-16A complete rip-off. As a customer for 20 years because I was raised nearby, I shouldve shopped around earlier! I have a vision insurance plan, and just checking transactions to my account, theyve been falsifying submissions over the years like an annual supply of contacts that should be two boxes when they only supplied one box and miscellaneous vision service that shouldve been covered by my vision plan, but was incorrectly submitted and later discreetly included in the price of my glasses - without explanation or even a receipt. Since they never give detailed receipts besides their handwritten cash receipts, I never knew! And dont get me started on some of the staff here. The business is co-owned by several of the older members and younger staff have left over the years for a reason. The women are professional, but there is an old 49 guy with square glasses, wide face, and napoleon complex that is rude, arrogant, and downright nasty to customers. Ive seen him go 180 on customers if they have second thoughts, and go off-color with his remarks. Hes the one these other reviews are mentioning. Shop around if you can, but if you have to go here in a pinch, avoid the little man. And ask for detailed receipts that are printed, because Ive found out through my insurance, they actually have those on the back end!

2019-08-23We went there for the second time in two weeks because last time we got there too late. The service is wonderful, and everyone seems so nice. Eva the sales lady is particularly helpful, and the lady Ms. See who did our eye tests are very patient.

2016-08-19Been here two times. First time I got an overpriced glasses that broke so easily. I am forced to to get another frame online, a titanium Seiko for 90 bucks, which was sold in store for 200. Second time, I got my lens there. Forgot the price. But they kept telling me their frames are better. I decided to go there the third time. Their price is same as those around. But the rudeness of the guy who doesnt even allowed me to write down the prices of their lens for comparison purpose drove me off.

2019-12-25Hunter Vision does not stand behind their product. My dad pickup his glasses in Nov. It is not even two months and the screw came off. His is old and sensibility is not very good and wasnt aware one of the lens fell off, thus the len was lost.Hunter vision blamed as user wear and wouldnt replace it. It is not even two month of wear. My mom had a glasses from Hunter and one of her lenses fell off within a few months too. Lucky we were able to catch it that time. Clearly someone didnt screw the screw tight enough. Otherwise why would lens keep falling so fast.The lady said she didnt want to argue with me anymore and that she has a lot of customers she need to help. Clearly I am not consider a customer. Fine with me. This is clearly not the place to maintain good customer merchant relationship considering that we spent over 1,000 on top of the insurance coverage on four pair of glasses in less than 2 years. I wont be doing new glasses with them. I still did the replacement because I want it to mach the other side.Go to Eye Solutions. I wasnt happy about my glasses and they fixed without asking for more money. Also just read on their reviews that someone got refunded because they were unhappy with the service. That is what I call customer service guaranteed.

2019-07-11I got a vision test & contact lenses . Dr. See and Louisa are very great and patient too, because I had a few problems in the process, what with putting them in, and removing them too. They spent a lot of time with me to get through that & now I have good vision and no glasses!
