I always service my car at Honda. As usual, my experience today was excellent. Everyone is cordial and the charges on my bill were itemized and clearly explained. The waiting room is clean and bright. The two televisions arehelpful for passing the time while waiting for your car.
Cant be happier with my purchase experience at Huntington Honda. I happened to be in NJ to buy another vehicle, which didnt go through. Searched and found a beautiful car there. I was at the location at 4pm on Saturday and could get everything complete by 6.30pm. Everyone was helpful. Special thanks to David who had helped me out throughout the process with smile on his face and very friendly.
I am a returning customer of Huntington Honda. I leased in 2018.AK and his assistant Jay were awesome! AK was fair, honest, and extremely easy to work with. He even convinced us on the color of our new 2022 Passport - weve been home for around two hours now and have already gotten five or six compliments!My only complaint would be the wait times. We ended up waiting for a while to sign our lease documents.However because of the experience with AK, I will certainly be returning to Huntington Honda in the future and I have already referred a family member to work with him.

Mike Canale has been my rep my last few times in, he’s knowledgeable, pleasant and responsible, trying as hard as possible to explain the repairs necessary, get me the best price possible, and the fastest service available. We just went to the Huntington Honda dealership on Wednesday, April 27. Customers just left Kayla Biernacki’s desk, and she came over to introduce herself to us. She was professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic to get us a proper fit for our new car. Kayla was extremely courteous, explained cars and features clearly and went above and beyond for us.Kayla was friendly and got the job done! Edit: 6/14 Refund processed. I honestly cant recommend this dealership and I wish I could because its local. It took a lot of my time and energy to get the refund. The salesperson was completely apathetic to the situation, and I was referred back to her for the refund over and over. I;m happy that the business office finally got the job done. Try Honda City.Edit 6/10: Finally had to go through the business office to get this resolved as the salesperson wasnt getting it done. Refund promised in 4 days. Well see.Edit: STILL waiting for confirmation of a refund on a deposit. The call for the refund was made a week ago after rethinking that a month wait for a car wouldnt work for us. Im happy to re-review once this is resolved.
Isaiah was extremely helpful ,attentive and efficient. At no point did I experience pushy car salesman behavior, which made the buying experience a lot more enjoyable. Hello ,I was very happy with the service and the concern of my safety with the vehicle when it was brought in and when I picked it up. Jackie the service advisor was very helpful and prompt with any of my questions and kept me posted and up-to-date while my car is being serviced. I would highly recommend bringing your car to Huntington Honda.
Stay away from this dealership! Their only interest is how much money can they make on you. At about one year in, my son had to get out of his lease due to a relocation. We went into the Huntington Honda, since we leased the car from there and were told it would take $5000 to get out of the lease. They said come back in two months to see if the market had changed. At this point, the market had changed because used car prices were skyrocketing. On this return visit, now with a different person, the price to get out of the lease was now $5700. We did not take the offer and were told to come back in six months. They never gave us any other options to do. What we ended up doing was calling the leasing company directly and explained the situation. They said they could help. They came down to inspect the car and one month later we were out of the lease for $502. When I confronted Huntington Honda today, they played the dumb act. Maybe it was market conditions and how would we know that the leasing company would let you out (remember, this is the leasing company they used to get us the car in the first place)? We can not be the first people that needed to get out of a lease. The dealership should have some idea of different exit plans when this situation occurs. We do not believe that they had no idea how to get out of a lease besides paying them $5700. They chose to keep us coming back so they could profit.
Everything was fantastic when I bought the used car. Only disappointment was I was only given one key and it cost me $300 dollars to buy another fob. I was told until I was leaving with the car. Of all the questions to ask, two keys wasn’t on the list. That should have been disclosed.
Superb and professional service! My car feels brand new from the service team who did an outstanding job! Andar, my representative was friendly, professional and catered to all my needs and questions. A+++++ all around. Totally disappointed. No return calls, and I have leased 2 cars there! Trying to get service there and get an answer from someone, anyone, who can tell me if I can have my wheels resurfaced after one time, regarding the warranty I purchased?? Can it be used more then once? If I cant get an answer, Im guessing they dont need the business anymore!
This is the dealer I use for maintenance being close to me, every time I go the recommended maintenance goes to the 800-1000 dollars range but most likely the car doesn’t need many of the things included. If would’ve ended up doing everything I would probably have already paid 4 to 6k just for not needed maintenance. Just crazy
I am so impressed with thie service at this dealership. I was having major Brake issues on my 2018 Honda accord hybrid. A different dealer that I called said they couldnt get me in for 9 days even though I explained the issue. Victoria here was AMAZING in helping me get it resolved and if needed a loaner car. Marissa was also very helpful with getting my info in the system. Great Customer Service!!!!!
I like the service attendant named Andrew he is wonderful, he explain every detail from the inspection list he apply my discount because I had been a client for long time, but today he was off. I regret didn’t reschedule. Tomorrow I will call Andrew I have a couple of questions that I know he will have the right answer. Hope Andrew stay there for many many more years and next time I will be sure he is there when I schedule an appointment.
Service was not performed as I was waiting on a so called rush for an hour and half and car was not even in repair shop yet! Service representative said it was not busy and car remained outside not serviced in a rush as promised, I informed him I had only 2 hours so to an emergency situation at home. I did not see my usual service representative and it was a huge mistake to go there when he is on vacation. It was for something simple to look at the tail gate wouldn’t open. If it was broken they could have told me and I would have come back, instead I took my car and left since it wasn’t even looked at! Just goes to show that if you don’t see the right service representative it’s a huge mistake.
We bought a new Honda CR-V from Huntington Honda and could not be more pleased. Our salesperson, Judith Andrade, was great. She worked hard to get us the best deal and then stayed with us through all the paperwork. Judith’s enthusiasm even extended to making sure we understood every button and every operation of our car. All in all, this was our best experience buying a new car.
I have been going to Huntington Honda for over 20 years. We bought a used Honda Civic elsewhere and took it to HH for service. With their careful oversite and regular maintenance, this car now has over 170K miles on it. (And has had several fender-benders). Anyhow, today I drove in for an oil change and to check a dragging sound coming from underneath. John nicely checked me in, listened to what I had to say. He told me how much the service would cost and told me it would take less than 2 hours. I went to the customer lounge, sat and watched the local news channel. In less than two hours, John said it was all set. I paid and drove happily home, knowing my car was in good shape. THANKS HUNTINGTON HONDA!!!
It was very easy to get the 20k service interval done. Reason I only gave it 3 stars is the way the service department try to sell you extra things you dont need. Example: transmission fluid the service rep told me had to be changed every 15k while the Honda manual states every 90k and she was charging me $149 for that. Second I was called an advice to charge the air cabin filter and the engine filter for $90 each for a total of $180. I declined that service as well and bought both of them at the parts department for a total of $45.28 for both filters. I understand they need to make money but to charge $140 to install those two is crazy. Oil change was $59 which was areasonable price. Hope that helps everyone. Check your manual and always call the parts department and see how much are the parts before you agree to get any service done at the dealership.Those were the old filters I replaced with OEM parts bought at the dealership. Google DIY and you can save a lot of money. Those two filters took me 10 mins to replaced. Very easy if you know what your doing. As of was my first time it took a bit longer.
I bought my car from Huntington Honda as an out-of-state buyer in October. A month later, when my temp tag was expiring, I called for two weeks straight after learning from my states DMV they hadnt received paperwork requesting registration yet.In short, it is now February and my car is still unregistered in my state; Huntington Honda is dragging their feet with doing so after already getting the car off the lot and taking my money. I cannot legally operate this car and havent been able to for months.
Honda service is usually excellent.But for a simple oil change the wait was over two hrs.Was informed my CRV has a front axle seal leak. Transmission fluid level is good andno visual evidence.After my car was ready I waited another 30 minutes for the paperwork.Could not speak to the individual who serviced my car or be shown vidence of a seal leak. Seem pretty straight forward but it something most dealership dont do.
Let me help people who want to deal with this dealer!I was in contact with Mr. William Thomas. Im living in Worcester 3.5 h far from this dealer. I told him what is the final price of Honda CRV 2018 (certified pre-own) before tax and based on the price on their OWN website it was 24611$. So I set an appointment yesterday (10th May 2022) and waste my time and did a test drive. The car had scratch ALL around however, I was happy of the engine. After test drive I went there to get a letter for finance. I already told William that I have my own finance. He said OK. At the start of meeting they told me this price is our ONLINE PRICE (!!!!) and the real price before tax is 27400$!! and our own finance has the interest rate of 5.99!I waste my time and money for a whole day.If you want to deal with them, if for a certified car dont trust the photos of the car. Dont trust their price. They just want you to be there and then start telling you how much you should pay and the online price is a FAKE price.No apologize is acceptable.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Very rude & disrespectful sales associate. Treating us as if this is our first car experience. Didntgive us his name, younger guy with curly hair and earrings. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Consistently showing us cars out of our price range/mileage range. Generalized all CRVs drive the same when that was just not the case. Acted arrogant and would not explain what the initial fees getting tacked on were. Avoid at all costs!!! Never going back!
If I could give 0 I would. I purchased a vehicle 2 months ago and I am still waiting on my license plates. Ive been trying to get in contact with a store manager and every time I call, I get placed on hold, or get told to leave a message. When I do get the chance to speak with them, everyone has a different story about where my license plates are. I was supposed to receive them 5-6 weeks ago and no one knows where they are. These people are unresponsive, irresponsible, and definitely dont know what theyre doing. Ive been driving around with an expired temp tag for over a month.
Bill was 2 and a half times more than I expected. I think Huntington Honda should refund about $85. ThanksAmending my review for the third time. I looked at my tires and saw caps missing from the valve stems. This is getting worse all the time. I now think all my money should be refunded. I wont return here otherwise.
From the moment I arrived at 6:45AM I was greeted with excellent customer service! Especially, Victoria who was courteous and followed up with me all day while I was at work and provided options, both financially and regarding the service of my car. Thank you Honda!!!!!
I called several days ago to ask about a Honda Civic SI that was in transit to Huntington Honda and the sales agent confirmed it was still available. I asked him to verify the amount of the market adjustment fee because I wanted to give a deposit to reserve the vehicle and he said he would get that information and call me back. Several days went by before he called saying that we spoke over a month ago but that the car was still available, and when I asked him to confirm the market adjustment fee he said he would check and call me back. After not hearing from him for a while I called back and was transferred to his voicemail. After not hearing from him by the evening I called and was told the agents were all busy but they could call me tomorrow even though they were open for 3 more hours. When I asked for the sales manager an agent was available all of a sudden, had all of my information, and wanted to let me know that the car had just been sold. Dont worry, another one is coming in July...Maybe the communication is better if youre at the dealership but over the phone it was pretty bad.
Bought my civic type r here to get oil change and rotation thought would be a good experience I guess not. My car was driven by a individual taking it for a joyride not something you want to see while waiting looking out the window plus they didnt even rotate my tires and the oil looks like they used it from the drainage bin.i give Huntington honda 1 star for the actions that were taken to my car. Plus it smells like someones dirty Laundry in the place or couldve Been the sweaty meatball at the service desk
In all fairness, today’s service for a factory recall went fine. My complaint concerns the fact that I had a second recall fixed last year, and since that time I have had problems with the part that was fixed. So, I figured while I was bringing my truck in for another recall, I could have them try to fix the problem they created the last time. I run a business that requires me to have access to a vehicle at all times. Yet, when I requested a vehicle from Huntington Honda to use while they addressed factory issues and an additional issue they created, I was denied. The service person,Janine Guarriello, told me they don’t issue loaners for recalls, even tho another salesperson, Jessica Hite, told me they did. Very unprofessional! And very inconvenient…
Did not have a good experience here, I wait about an hour and a half before I was seen by anyone. When someone finally said something to me they told me it was closing time, which is odd because it was a Monday around 1:30. I did some digging on the prices turns out they’re charging extra for a reverse camera which is not only scummy but has been illegal since 2010. Upon that the prices are way overpriced and the building smells like horse radish that’s been in the sun for 5 hours. Not good
I tried scheduling service with Melinnium Honda and they said no appt was needed, just come in which made me very hesitant. I searched Google reviews on Honda service depts and Huntington Honda had over a 4.0 average which made me feel confident in trying them out. I called and scheduled my appt and luckily they had availability within days. I have a 2006 Honda Pilot that was in need of TLC, so I expected to spend some money, but what I wanted was honesty which I 100% received from my service advisor Jackie Murillo and service technician Michael Demarco! Jackie was nice and very upfront of the needs my car needed without being too pushy about what services were needed and recommended. The work took longer than expected and Jackie offered me a loaner while the work was being completed. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend!
I absolutely can not say enough about this dealership. My husband and I are expecting our 3rd and were looking into getting a minivan not knowing how cutthroat the minivan scene truly is. We were on the hunt for a car for over a month, and finally decided to give this dealor a call. Dan Tiggs happened to answer the phone and holy moly, this guy is an absolute gem. They had a minivan in stock, so we drove about 25 minutes to go see it. It happened to be the top of the line vehicle, an elite... Which ended up being extremely out of my budget for my growing family. Dan went absolutely above and beyond to get us into a vehicle for a price that not only we could afford, but were comfortable paying.. with upgrades included! This dealor makes you feel like a friend, rather than a client. I can not tell you enough how appreciative I am for everything they did for me and my family yesterday. 10/10 would recommend and cant wait for my husbands lease to be up so we can go see Dan again.
I bought a used 2019 Volkswagen Jetta with only 16,000 miles on it. The car was not properly inspected before sale and there was an issue with the gas lines causing a FIRE that completely totaled the car. This almost cost the life of my brother. We went back to the dealership where they DENIED ANY LIABILITY , I lost my down payment. Their only priority was selling me another car with a $5000 markup due to the current. car shortage
I have to say that all the times I’ve been in dealerships there was never any real pressure to buy. My wife and I were both looking for cars. She wanted a new and I wanted a off lease or a hood used. I went to another dealer down the road and NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING HELPFUL!! They played with the numbers at the other dealership and kept saying that we HAD TO PAY STICKER PRICE ON BOTH.Before I went to Honda I looked online to see pricing and what was on the lot.I pulled in and started looking around when Jonathan (AKA JJ) introduced himself. I showed him the cars I was interested in. He was very willing for me to test drive anything I wanted. I told him that I was just really looking and I was going to bring my wife back if the pricing was right.For a start the prices on both cars were fine and even dropped the price on both. I also met ZEEK who’s the sales manager. He was friendly and answered all my questions and VERY HELPFUL.The next time I came with my wife we both got the chance to test drive the cars. JJ explained to me that he had another customer but Diana would take care of us. DIANA is the one who helped us close the deal on both cars and got the sales manager involved because my wife asked if there was anything else they could do for us.I have to admit I was very satisfied and found that this dealership has you in mind if you really want a good off lease or used car.If I ever decide to get another car I am definitely going back to cert-care Honda. From myself and my wife, Thank you Cert-Care Honda and JJ, ZEEK AND DIANA for working with me and my wife. I am totally satisfied.
Terrible customer service, leased car had issues and rather then paying me for lost time with a vehicle, they threatened to charge me $175 if the issue was not covered under warranty. I don’t know what world they live in when they think that a brand new car under 30k miles will normally have engine issues. Finally got it fixed only to realize they misplaced my keys. For a customer that has leased with them for over ten + yrs, this will be my last experience with them.
I went here to get an oil change and routine maintenance. My sunroof had fell in a little bit the last time I was here and they charged me to fix it even though it was not touched from the time I picked it up from the dealer. When I brought the car back the sunroof head went back to the same position even though it has never been opened. They tried to tell me they would have to charge me almost $2000 more to fix it again even though they never fixed it in the first place. This is horrible service. I did call and speak to someone and I was told I would get a callback from a manager but I never got a callback. They do not do what they say they’re going to do and they lie about it. That is a horrible way to do service.
Went in today to follow-up on purchasing a CRV. Original salesman was off and dealt with someone else. He couldve cared less as it wasnt going to be his commission. Walked out after 5 minutes. Will not be going back. Will check with Nardy and Levittown (Bethpage) Honda. Unfortunate as Ive purchased two vehicles from them in the past and I was ready to purchase one today and one in another 6 months for my daughter.

Great people fast service while you wait. John service advisor is the best. I bought a 2018 pilot touring Edition drove and from New York City to Badlands, Sturgis, Needles Parkway, Alaska and to Tuktoyaktuk, the Arctic Ocean, Labrador, Newfoundland, Gander, Prince Edward Island then back to New York City. Not one problem. Drove 11,000 miles in 31 days on the Arctic Ocean trip sometimes driving for three days straight only an hour asleep in between as the sun never sets up there. The car kept on going with it packed to the gills no problems. Fun, fun, fun, all the way and good on gas.

A large part of the reason I buy my cars from Huntington a Honda is because the service department is so excellent.New entry: Had to bring my car in for an unexpected glitch in the screen display, it was malfunctioning and not turning off. I aent in withiut an appointment, and they took me right in. It was a simple cheap fix and i had my car back an hour later. The service rep was really helpful abd professional, ( and nice), and kept me updated.

It was a nice experience visiting this dealer location. I was attended by Mr. Vir Singh. He very graciously showed us the cars and provided details. The price haggling was quiet smooth with this gentleman.They have a good collection of cars in Honda. They have a service center too.Quite a big place with lots of representatives ready to attend you.They are very courteous and offers coffee and pop corn to make you comfortable.I visited on Saturday and was enquiring about new cars on lease, but when asked about pre owned vehicles they asked to come on week days. That was sort of inconvenience as we office workers barely get any time out of office.

We saw a advertisement for the 2020 pilot lease and couldn’t believe the price 289 a month 0 down. We have been shopping for this suv for a while and couldn’t believe the price. So we called to confirm not wanting to waste our time and they said yes that is the price. Went down there the next day and picked up our new suv. I always dread having to go to dealerships but My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our salesman Arthur we felt no pressure even after declining all the extra warranties they offered us. I couldn’t of been happier with our experience. Let’s just see how the parts and service department is when the time comes hopefully they live up to the sales staff.
Pleasant experience during my recent vehicle oil change. Checking in was very simple and the waiting area was clean with seating to COVID standards. There was hand sanitizer available and the central ventilation system was running for air circulation. When I was notified my car was finished all was fine and on my way! This is the third Honda dealership I’ve come to and this is the first one I feel comfortable with thanks to Service Advisor Kelly Kearney and Service Technician Mike DeMarco. The worst car dealership on Long Island!!!!Do not use this dealership!!!!Service department ripped my family off. Told us we needed to perform services that after the fact were to no ones benefit but Huntington Hondas. Lease is up in 5 months with only 16k miles and Huntington Honda swindled us into a 15k mile check up which includes ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NECESSARY. THEY ARE SNEAKY IN THE SERVICE DEPARENT; BEWARE OF THEIR $800 SCAM. WILL NEVER BUY/LEASE ANOTHER HONDA BECAUSE OF HOW HORRIBLE HUNTINGTON HONDA TREATED US
As a 20yr old, the sales guy tried to sell me a $32,000 car with no respect for my budget or interest. I had to summon a team of family members to spend a day at the dealership negotiating a decent price for the car I wanted and at the end of the day I overpaid.The Honda dealership network is not in service of its customers, but the dealers.

So far I have bought my last two Hondas here. The sales department is hit or miss. Alot of back and forth and way to time consuming. But not a overall bad experience.But Mike at the service counter really knows his stuff!!! He is so kind and helpful, and overall very knowledgeable regarding Hondas. I felt that he was honest, and up front about a situation with my car, and was very easy to deal with.
First time here as I bought my Honda from I different dealer when I was living somewhere else. Service Dept was well run and my service advisor was great. They did the service while I waited. Overall a very pleasant experience which is a huge compliment for a car dealership!

Worse service center possible, i brought my truck in today with a 10am appointment, for oil change and tire rotation, it tool them 2 hours and 25 minutes to complete task. I asked the mechanic what took so long and he told me sorry i had to walk to my station and get me tools, the mechanic also looked like he was still in high school. Sorry but this was unacceptable with a appointment. I also feel you get put on the back burner when u already bought a service plan when u buy a new vehicle. ANOTHER customer walked in for exactly what I needed and they were out of the store in 35 minutes.I also want to say i bought this new truck in 2020, i got a okay / fair deal, nothing spectacular...
GARY was great , but he did NOT inform (US) that this car did NOT have CarPlay or any type of guide on the vehicle we were getting, i hope to be able to switch it for the one we really need since the vehicle will be getting use for trips we need navigation on the screen .
Ali, Jordan, John(JT), Peter and Tom collectively made the experience a great one. They got me the best rate on my loan and got me in the car I really wanted. The whole car buying experience can be stressful, but having a great team doing everything(I mean everything) they can to reduce that stress makes it easier and at a time like this its those little things they did that helped make it a pleasure. 2 things:1. I was put on hold for 15mins trying to make an appointment to get my car seen for service…: then the call was DROPPED2. We were never assisted by any sales agent when we’re at the dealership(an hour before closing). And we’re there to buy a NEW car.Guess i’m giving my money to other dealership. Somebody’s loss is someone’s gain.
0 stars if I could. Bought a new Odyssey in July. There was damage to the passenger shade. It took three months for them to replace it. It started with the sales person. He wouldn’t return my emails. Then I found out he left the company but all emails were forwarded to his supervisor. I followed up with the supervisor. Never returned emails. I eventually spoke with someone who was very apologetic and scheduled me an appointment. When I went to my appointment they told me it’s gonna take a couple weeks to order the part. I was confused as to why it wasn’t there Three weeks later I called back to follow up to see if the part was in and sure enough it was. They never contacted me when the part came in. I finally went to have the shade replaced and later in the day I noticed that the lock was never put back on the passenger side door. Still waiting to see how this is going to turn out. I bought my last two vehicles from Huntington Honda and will not purchase my next car from them. The bottom line is when you purchase a brand new car there should be no defects. And if there is a defect, no matter how minor, it should be fixed quickly without issue.
As always this is my go to service center! The staff are very professional & knowledgeable. My service advisor Victoria Mena was able to pin point the problems I was having based on my description of what I felt & was hearing. Awful. Done with Honda forever! Car in for state inspection and told I need $900 repair or it doesn’t pass. Asked if I want to see what they’re talking about. Taken in back and encountered the nasty mechanic, Mr. Stallone. He needs to learn respect for customers and how to talk to people. Have already found a private mechanic through recommendation. No more buying Honda’s or using Honda services.
We had a great experience with Leo at Huntington Honda! We told him exactly what we wanted, and he was able to get us in and out in quickly! Car shopping with two little ones is not easy, and Leo was understanding of our situation. He processed most of our paperwork for us so that we could come in the next day with minimal work to do, and we drove home with our car the next day!
After 10 years, it’s always a pleasant experience having my car serviced at Huntington Honda and Kelly is always a delight. Today, I received my car a lot quicker than expected considering some of the work that was needed, and this is another reason why always satisfied with the end results!

I would never recommend this place, these people are a rip off. Beware of the finance manager named greg, overcharged me $1100 on my total amount financed which I got to know 2 days later, now when I am calling them they are just giving me trouble and nothing else, nobody’s ready to explain why that thing happened. Tried to play with my credit. They just want to grab people’s hard earned money like that, if you want to be fooled try them.
Huntington was the best honda dealship I went to. I went to about 5 honda dealership and all were hiking up there prices ridiculously. Low inventory, chip etc.. I found huntington to be more honest and not adding crazy fees you dont have to pay. I had a great sales man his name is Leo Santana very attentive. Called me as soon as new cars came in and surprised me by telling me the exact color I wanted was available which he held for me.Thanks Leo

Considering that our new normal is buying a car online I was pretty hesitant when talking to dealerships because I was afraid they would try to nickel and dime and hack on all the hidden or extra fee, but they proved me wrong! I worked with Hassan and he was great! He was able to work with everything I was asking for and more. He made it known that he was there for any questions or concerns that I had and I really appreciated that. I always recommend doing a ton of research when you are looking into buying a car (which I did tons of) and not once did he or the financial agent make me feel pressured to buy anything or feel like Im getting scammed. I definitely recommend Hassan, he kept it real with me and also helped me my beautiful Honda!!!

Large nice showroom and repair center. Weve been leasing and buying Hondas from here for over a decade and weve always been treated well.Edit: in 2021 due to the pandemic induced chip shortage, all Honda dealers have a lack of inventory. Our loyalty to this dealership, and the fact that we bought numerous Hondas from them no longer mattered. They were no longer nice and did not budge on the price. Their service department is horrendous. I brought my accord in to determine a knocking. On the following day I wanted to pick up the car without doing the costly repairs. Gave me a hard time and told me some nonesence I had to pay an extra hours work to put the car back together because the mechanic that they paid to take it apart was off on that day. When I said Im a loyal customer to the dealership, they told me that I dont get my car serviced there regularly. As though this somehow nullifies the fact that I bought at least 5 Hondas from them. I had to argue for half an hour before they finally let me take my car. The manager I dealt with was behaving like a con artist. Lying left and right. Unbelievable to have experienced this from a Honda dealership. Their service fees are of course the most expensive Ive seenI moved my business to another Honda dealership

I have warranty from Honda dealer for 7 years but when I asked the service manager he told me he Will charge to investigate the issue. Although the issue was very obvious. I think before buying any warranty we should be clear what is covered and what is not covered.I really upset because I pay a lot extra for nothing.
The service advisor Mike Canale was very courteous and informative. He took the time to answer all my questions. This was a drop off service and was informed it would be done within 3-4 days. I was surprised when he called me after one day. It was quick and prompt and everything was to my satisfactory. Thank you Huntington Honda!
The Sales and Finance team were great. They were people of there word . They quoted me a lease price and had the car in stock. No games. No funny business with the numbers or paper work. No stress lease. They should advertise it that way - NO MONEY DOWN NO STRESS LEASE ! See Emily she makes it a pleasure to lease a vehicle at Huntington Honda. Take my word I have a child going to college and needed the car. I traveled all the way from Brooklyn to get this lease and it was fine. No BS with car chip shortage. By far the very BEST car repair experience of my life! Huntington Honda is EXCELLENT. $0 cost as it was covered under warranty. Entire staff was wonderful. The place was very busy (about 25-30 other customers), yet my car was ready in under an hour! The comfortably air conditioned waiting area is large with plenty of seating, very clean restrooms, vending machines, and two large flatscreen TVs with News12 Long Island on. This is the 3rd Vehicle I personally have purchased from Huntington Honda. This experience was quite different which was due to an inexperienced salesman. I ended up escalating matters to the higher ups of management and we were able to close the deal.I am happy it ended well, I love my new vehicle and my warranty is amazing! Honda has the best warranty and their vehicle’s can last forever.
Now let me tell you people , just hear me out i know most people hate dealerships like if it was the dmv. But i was impressed showroom was spotless, they were very friendly with me, helped me find what i was looking for with ease. My sales rep she was a big help. Even though i may be young i was taken very seriously unlike most places. She made my whole process painless and fast. Great experience at this dealership that gave me a great deal on a car. Negotiated the details of the transaction with a sales manager over the phone and tried to do as much in advance as possible before going to the dealership. When I was ready to pick up the car, I met with a knowledgeable and personable sales rep at the dealership. After being shown the car and it’s features by the sales rep, I met with the finance manager to sign all the paperwork. Because the deal was all worked out in advance, the whole experience was good all round. All together, I spent about an hour at the dealership before I left with my new car, which is also a fantastic automobile. Stress free, quick, and excellent service. Highly recommend.
Ive had a battery/starter unresolved problem for years with my Honda Accord (dont think Id purchase a Honda again). Most recent visit was to figure that out again. Car needed to stay overnight, to really consider the issue.I was told there were no loaners (still due to covid). Rented a car for 2 days. Sitting out front waiting for the job to finish, when I watch a service man offer a loaner to a person waiting beside me. My rental turned a $200 battery job into a $400 job. And the problem with my car not starting consistently remains unsolved.How do they screen who gets a loaner and who doesnt? The salesman wasnt forthcoming or clear. I would have valued some honesty. And, I purchased both the car and extended warranty from this dealer.

Salesman Brian was great. Finance manager seemed distant and did not care about the sale. when price was too high and I asked to talk to the manager he looked at me like I had 6 heads and then said if that is really what you want but it wont matter. then waiting for the one biller you had on a Saturday we were there for 6 hours. with 4 kids in tow, they could have said come back at 3 or 4 we are backed up. we could have had lunch.
NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! They showed care only when they wanted to make a deal, I even gave a deposit to finalize a deal.Unfortunately, deal didn’t go through. They never gave me my money. I had to beg them to refund my money 3 times for almost a month. Finally got my refund. Sales manager didn’t even show courtesy of apologizing for the month long inconvenience.Very unprofessional! So many better Honda dealerships out there. Go somewhere where they will respect and care for you and your money.
Effortless purchase, purchased a 2022 Honda Civic and took delivery the same day even during a shortage during Covid. The best part was that everyone at the dealership was very knowledgable and really nice. I would highly recommend Northshore Honda to anyone looking to buy a car.
The overall experience was nice. They are good people and they helped us find the best prices for the car we bought. They were friendly and made us feel like we were meant to be here to buy a car. The place is nice too. It was kinda busy though so it took a bit longer but it was all worth it at end.
Overall great experience from start to finish with Desiree at Huntington Honda. I purchased a 2018 Odyssey that had just come off a lease. I felt like I got a great deal and never felt any pressure. I definitely recommend the dealership. The staff was kind and personable. I even had my 2 and bored 4 year old with me.
So, when I bought this car I paid an extra $2,000 for an extended warranty, today I had to pay an extra $173 just to get my car looked at! They said they had to pay the technician which makes no sense because, don’t the technicians work for Honda? After they looked at it and noticed it was just low on oil, I was still charged, when I could’ve just been told I was low on oil, and made a happy customer. I am really unsatisfied, nothing was really done, and now I have to figure this out on my own. Thanks Kelly!

I used to trust this company ,unfortunately they make to many mistakes , one they left a tool inside the engine ,two they forgot connect the cables with to the battery, my car did not stared couple times and this happened after living my car in this place , the car was running perfectly till now . The manages said they did not touch the battery ,what type of service was that ??? Sad they need check their staff because looks that they have not professionals .

Today I had a small issue with my CRV. Everyone from parts to service including the managers treated me like family. They went out of their way to help. Ive never experienced this kind of service from any dealership. In return, Ive already spread the word to some of my friends. I will return for all future services. Additionally, I will use this sales office when its time to purchase again even though there is another dealership much closer to home.

Huntington Honda Lexus and I say I’m in the process of attempting to take them to small claims court I purchased a used vehicle from them A 2019 Lexus annex 300 I noticed the car was perfect for me which is what I was looking for four-cylinder low mileage affordable in regards to price however the car had to be detailed ready and prepped for delivery to me. The car was taken and stripped of every loose item in that car factory installed carpet we’re not given to me. The center consul mirror pocket cover the salesman asked me to remove it and put it in the glove compartment well that went missing. Apparently they lost it during cleaning I was promised and I have a written paper that all these parts would be given to me had I taken the car then at that day the privacy trunk cover was also removed and not given to me which was also promised to me Till this day it is October 27, 2021 and I am still waiting for these parts I have made more than 14 calls to the sales person sales manager district manager and I’ve gotten nowhere I am in the process of Trump taking them to small claims court. Items were promised to me I have a leak cool written binder they owe me these parts poor customer relationship. I wouldNot recommend any of these dealerships to any of my friends and families I have great credit and I regret going to them when I should’ve just went to the Lexus dealership.
Had one of the worst experiences dealing with cars. To start all of their prices are under listed by 2000 dollars, this detail is in fine print hidden in the car description. I stuck a deal on one of the cars and when trying to revive the bill of sale to send to my credit union did their crooked practices come out. They tried to increase the cost of the car by the amount of my deposit thinking I wouldn’t notice. After this they tried to charge me another charge for paying “cash”, at this point I just wanted my deposit back so I can move on the the next place. After that they hung up on me, and wouldn’t confirm that they returned my money. I tried calling them three times and guts sent voicemail or told that none of the managers were available. So now I have to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. They may have a wide variety of cars, but they have a wide variety of crooks.
Entered weary, apprehensive and with a boat load of suspicion thanks to my previous experiences with local car dealers. Walked out full of confidence and filled with joy and laughter thanks to the “friendly neighbor” nature of the staff at this dealership. No one fit the stereotype of “car salesman”. Everyone was helpful, informative and welcoming to the point we all but spent more time dealing with one another as individuals than dealing for a car. Ask for Natasha or Richie! And even if you don’t get them, couldn’t really envision going wrong with anybody else. Special thanks to Michelle for the help provided over the phone before our visit!
Worst experience getting a lease at this dealership. From sales agent not knowing his numbers right and the final calculations not being right to waiting about 4 hours to sign the final papers even though all paperwork was submitted hours ago. According to sales agent, our financial person was busy with other people. According to the financial person, the sales person just told him that we are waiting for him without notifying him previously. So all parties at this dealership have made this experience horrible. I was supposed to come in, sign and go within 45 min but it took about 4 hours.
I love Honda cars - they are reliable and last forever. Bought a 2021 CRV hybrid - love the car....worst car buying experience I have ever had. Salesman was very young - but they all were - and very nice, just inexperienced. Thats not really my complaint. Had a 1:30 appointment to pick up the car - left the dealership at 5:15. Sat around waiting all afternoon for the finance person. And I wasnt the only one. There were several couples with young children who were still there when we left. Also was told we would get the special finance rate (only reason we financed with them) then told no it doesnt apply to hybrids. Bait and switch? I will be buying elsewhere next time - and will never finance with them again.
My mother went into the Huntington Honda Service Center for the first time without me. She said everyone was super nice and explained in simple and concise ways what needed to be service on her CRV.She felt confident that if she needed to go into the service center again without me she can most definitely feel comfortable.In fact, we have been servicing the CRV only at Huntington Honda and when I am ready to purchase a new SUV I will definitely consider buying the vehicle from Huntington Honda.

In the mists of chip shortages and covid fear I braved the sometimes daunting task of finding a new car. With my wife, 5 year old, 4 year old and 4 month old in tow I walked through the front doors of Huntington Honda. A nice gentleman (I didnt catch the name sorry) directed me to the reception desk for help where a saleswoman named Judy was already waiting to help.Her eagerness and wanting to help this poor soul of a man find a chariot to transport his brood was immediately apparent and a welcome reprieve from the typical experience one might deal with when in a dealership.I cannot begin to put to words how much at ease Judy immediately made my visit from entertaining my kids to the patients of a Saint she showed whenever my kids interrupted her explaining the details of the mini van waiting for me to say yes to sitting on the lot.Judy, like a champion, made everything seamless. From finding a car on the lot for us to look at to making sure the deal we wanted was what we got, everything was accomplished with hardly any waiting time through the motions and to me was the perfect example of what all dealerships should strive to be.Not only Judy but the entire dealership made us feel welcome as they all waved and said hello as my family would walk by. I have never owned a Honda before but if the vehicle is anything like the people at this dealership I am happy to say I will be returning. Thank you so much Judy, Pete and everyone else whos name I didnt catch while there. You all definitely stand out as one of the stories people talk about when they say they enjoy car shopping.
I would give Huntington Honda 0 stars if I could -- be very very careful with all aspects of this Honda dealership, both sales but especially service. I would not trust a word that comes out of Justin or Johns mouth.We bought a new car here in 2020 only to find out a year later that Huntington Honda completed significant pre-sale repairs on the car that were not disclosed to us prior to purchasing. When we asked about these repairs, they (1) refused to provide documentation (thats internal paperwork); (2) lied about the timing of the repair by logging a phone call /service request we did not make to cover-up these pre-sale repairs; and (3) then blamed the computer issue on me for traveling too much (only 12K miles in 18 months!).I will never buy another car from Huntington Honda and definitely will not bring a car here for service -- neither should you!
Cool place parking seemed hard at first if you drive further to the Mercedes building and a take left into the bigger lot with more Honda’s you can find parking way easier. Other than that great place to buy a Honda. I bought an accord after the test drive. I was given a chance to drive a passport as well and the differences were well explained by Ali. I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend this place as first stop for a Honda!

These people really thought I didn’t know the difference between a principal balance and a sales subtotal. JOKE (I’m well adept in college level mathematics btw)I was constantly lied to, gas-lighted, and manipulated for at least FIVE HOURS. I felt like I was in an interrogation room. Multiple salesmen, finance managers, etc were all taking turns trying to convince me of a deal I made it very clear I did not want within the first 30 minutes of me being in the finance room. They claimed this harassing was for my benefit. Whatever.Anytime I would ask for my deposit back, MICHAEL would just leave the room with an extremely bad attitude. I asked at least 3 times. He was rude, condescending, intrusive, and just overall one of the worse experiences I have ever had with customer service.Towards the end of night, I didn’t even feel like myself anymore. I absolutely hate to come out of character, especially with customer service, but *these people* brought me to that point.I gave these people multiple chances and was constantly just getting lied to. Whenever I’d prove that I was being lied to, there would be silence and blank stares.I honestly could write a book on this whole experience.These people are the reason car salesmen have bad reputations.09/17/2021I want to add that I did find the exact vehicle (certified, trim, and everything) elsewhere for the exact terms (honestly, better) that I attempted to negotiate for at this dealership. My car only has 28,000 miles. I’ve been hearing a noise that has been driving me crazy behind the radio for the last two years everybody in the world has listen to it. I brought it to Huntington Honda and Andrew at the desk and the mechanic figured it out in no time. I think they’re great. And I’ll be happy to be coming back to Huntington Honda.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Went for an oil change, got the BEST service outside of just an oil change. Staff was attentive to an issue with my car that I didn’t realize had happened due to pot holes; wheel alignment was really off. Fixed it and I could definitely feel it once I revved my engine. Thank you!
Overall pleasant environment! Ismael & Dayshon were kind & attentive from start to finish in the process of getting me a CRV. Anthony, the finance manager, was also very pleasant & accommodating. Overall, the staff showed that they cared about meeting my criteria throughout the entire process.
Sales rep LJ was friendly, sociable and very helpful in getting us through the buying process. He made a typically draining process easy and conversationally enjoyable. Finance manager Mike also friendly and expert in helping us close the deal. Would strongly recommend Huntington Honda to everyone.
Overall amazing experience! I went in having no idea what was wrong with my car, just a weird noise. The service advisor explained to me exactly what was wrong in a simple and easy to understand way. She did a great job going over the multi point inspection with me as well.
Terrible customer service. I lease to buy a car in 2018 and recommended by the finance guy to buy a lease protection plan, without knowing by me, it will cover only when I return the car however they knew the car was going to be financed.Two weeks before my lease end I was told the protection plan will cover only if I return the car. Still, they said they will help. I financed my car, finance guy took pictures and said wait a week. Nobody called, I returned to the dealer, speak the finance guy again, he texted the picture again and said he’ll call me.I decided to speak to the manager, he was kind but didn’t resolve my problem. It’s not fare to buy something that you’ll never use it but it is dishonest to sell something knowing that your customer won’t use it. Even worst, the finance guy was arrogant and a liar saying he called me.The only thing they want is to close the business with you and after they are careless.
I went to look at a car at Huntington Honda after having a terrible experience. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the receptionist and introduced to Jordan. He was great, listened to my concerns and even had 2 umbrellas to go see the car in the pouring rain! He was amazing and made the experience seamless. I love love love my new Hatchback Honda Civic!

What I applaud about this dealership is the level of transparency they have. I can rely on their thoroughness and I have always left confident that my vehicle was serviced well and as indicated. I have come to rely upon their advice and honesty. I usually wait upon my vehicle and I am apprised of any unforeseen problems currently existing or which may become a problem in the near future for which repair or replacement is indicated. 2022-01-17Isaiah was a wonderful, personable sales rep. He showed us many options for a vehicle and he never pressured us- very attentive. Glen the Manager was very knowledgeable and explained how well Huntington Honda vehicles are maintained and prepared. Glen went out of his way to prepare our car for us. The service they do on their large available stock is heads above other dealership (extra fluid changes/services, top level tires, history/inspection of the vehicles etc). Greg our financial coordinator was clear and patient about all the ways we could purchase our car, that really suited our budget. This was our first time doing business with Huntington Honda and we are going to be Huntington Honda customers for a LONG time! Thank you!

Suddenly, I just made a phone call to Honda and Ms. Janine gave me the appointment instantly. At Honda, my service representative Ms Kelly was very nice and provided a terrific service. 2022-05-19Great and fast service. Had a few recalls I had needed to take care of and an impromptu check engine light was the catalyst needed to get into the dealership. Huntington Honda made the process fast and efficient. Called me a few hours later to pick up the car and off I went . No complaints on my end.

Then we met Diana, she was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly all at the same time! Diana made our visit worth while and she even managed to lease us another car! 2021-06-28I’m writing here because I’ve had comment forms go unanswered with Huntington Honda and I was unable to locate an email address for the service department. Last month, I had an appointment with Honda to repair the latch door cable on my gas tank, as I was unable to open my gas chamber door prior to this service. However, less than two weeks after the service was performed, the door would no longer close; I tested the door in different environments (i.e. weather) before concluding that the door was unable to close.As a result, I made a second appointment with Huntington Honda to review the gas chamber door and to perform other routine maintenance on my vehicle. After our discussion with a Huntington Honda rep, I was immediately given the parts and labor cost for the adapter replacement only. I was told that Honda would not charge me for the second latch cable replacement, as that was covered under “warranty.”Finally, I’ve provided several pictures of the gas door chamber attached. The plastic shell appears to have been hastily placed back into the chamber. Perhaps this is the cause of the gas door adapter not functioning as expected? The latch door cable and gas door adapter are one-off situations for a 2014 Honda Civic, and are described by other mechanics as parts that should “rarely, if ever, break down.” To have both not function as expected within a two week time frame after initial service was performed on the former is something I question. Additionally, there are multiple inconsistencies provided throughout my conversations and responses provided by Huntington Honda regarding the independent nature of both parts, the cause and effect of one part impacting the other, and the overlap of expenses.I have received nothing but excellent service and communication from Honda over the years; my first and only car was purchased there in 2014. However, I am thoroughly dissatisfied at the dishonest and inconsistent service I received there earlier this month. What will Huntington Honda do to both remedy this situation (at little to no cost to me) and keep me as a loyal customer?
