I have been dealing with Huntington Hyundai for years and I completely love this dealership and my guy Bob is the best ever. He deserves to be in some kind of hall of fame or something. He always has taken great care of me over the years and I will always go to him and my kids will to. Bob is the man 100%
Kevin Healy, the service advisor was absolutely fantastic. My car was scheduled for service and the time estimate I was given was 1.5 hours. Came back 3 hours later and the car wasnt worked on yet. Kevin took full responsibility, was very communicative, apologetic and tried to make things right. Just goes to show that with great customer service, most issues can be solved. Thanks, Kevin.
Everyone at Huntington Hyundai was extremely helpful in getting me a car. Thanks to Steve and everyone else I was able to bring a car home the same day I went in to look for one. I would definitely recommend, they made the process extremely easy and painless especially given the current circumstances with shortages !
Working with Steve was super easy and laid back. He was wonderful (as was everyone on the sales floor) and reached out afterwards to see how everything with my new car was going. Honestly it was such an incredible experience and I am beyond thrilled with my decision to go here!
The sales person was not helpful and did not know how to make a sale. Kept telling me, “Ignore the sticker price on the cars. The dealer raises the price 3-4 thousand dollars because of the shortage. Be prepared to pay double or triple what you payment is now.” After feeling deflated I just bought my leased car for 10k. I’m going to sell it privately and go get me a Toyota now. I have been a devotee, loyal Hyundai owner for decades. Got my children their first Hyundais too. Never again. Felt so unwelcomed and the staff was rude.
I had a great experience purchasing my 2022 Tucson. I worked with Bill Walsh and the experience was fantastic! I purchased back in February and I’m scheduled to get my first maintenance appt. I’m guessing the service department will be as great as the shopping experience!! Thanks Bill!!-Lori D
Very bad dealership. Their service is terrible.I suffered with one same problem with my car battery was dying. To fixed this problem they changed a lot of things and spend a lot of time that cost me over $1500.00 dollars but my problem was not fixed. If I was not starting the car for a day or two batter was going dead. When I go back to the dealership I spoke to their service director but even this guy didn’t wanted to take the responsibility and fixed the real issue.Finally my issue got fixed after I reached out to Hyundai corporate America customer service office and file a complaint against that dealership.Please do not go to this Hundai dealership for any servicing.
The crew at Huntington Hyundai were very helpful. Everything was explained very carefully.We had a budget to get a lease for my daughter. Brian was very understanding and worked with us to get something that worked for us. We got a very beautiful Elantra. My daughter is happy with the car and so am I. After giving birth to my first baby we decided to purchase a new and safe vehicle. We decided to go to Huntington Hyundai because My business is right up the block. Due to the shortage of cars (due to the pandemic) we were sold the showroom vehicle. A 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe fully loaded. After having a smooth transaction we realized that the inner door had a bubble. The salesperson said the dealership would fix it immediately whenever we were able to bring the vehicle in.Lets Fast forward to November 2021 when we had time to service our car.Every time we call the service department there is a rude lady on the phone who doesn’t seem to have any interest in helping the client. We just wanted to schedule our vehicle to get fixed for an issue that was caused at the dealership and we end up having an appointment booked 1 month later.I start realizing that my car is glitching when I select the park button or any button to either reverse or drive the car. My car wouldn’t park on multiple occasions. I have been driving with my 5 month old baby and can’t park the car after pressing the button multiple times and it would reverse. Thats a problem. Now picture the panic that I went through not being able to control my car.We finally are able to get our car serviced on 12/1 for a routine oil change and the door to be fixed. We had mentioned to the service provider all of the issues the vehicle is having and they said they were going to have the vehicle fully checked.The day I got my car back we realized that the heater was making a loud rumble. We have to bring the car back for service and also remind them about the technical issues the car is having. They immediately take the car in and the receptionist (same rude lady) gives us an issue about us needing a loaner car meanwhile the issue was not even our fault to begin with. Thankfully the manager was able to get us a loaner car.After getting the car back, we immediately noticed that now the back up camera isn’t working and the screen is glitching. How do you expect me to trust this car? We bring that car back the same day and they gave us the same loaner car and they said the car part wasn’t going to be available until January 23rd, 2022. A whole month later.We are presently in December 2021 with no news or updates with our vehicle and we noticed that is was unlinked from our Hyundai Blue link. I am also receiving emails asking about how my service went and to leave a review meanwhile I don’t even have my vehicle. The email says my vehicle was returned to me 12/27. I wonder what is going on. No one is answering their phone in the service department and because its the holidays I understand that everyone is off but I would appreciate answers. I do not feel safe or comfortable with this experience with my vehicle at all.
I purchased my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T from an outside dealership. I brought my vehicle into Huntington Hyundai for routine maintenance and dealt with Rob Langdon the Parts Manager as well as Ciro in the Service Department. It was a pleasure to not be in a high pressure atmosphere trying to push services on me. They have earned my business in the future and I will definitely make this dealership my first stop when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle. Thank you Ciro and Rob for your professionalism.
Purchased my 2022 Hyundai Tucson with sales person Bill Walsh. By far the best experience at a dealer EVER. They treat you like an actual person, provide transparency and ease during the whole process. Even the finance person was amazing, patient and explained everything. Highly recommend this dealer!
We brought our car in for service after going to two prior Mechanics. No one was able to figure out the issue. The Service Manager Joseph Santiago greeted us with respect and completely assured us that he would oversee the diagnostics and get to the bottom of the issue. He made us feel like he cared. He even offered us a ride home while waiting if we needed (which we didn’t). He kept in contact us throughout the day with any updates and even gave us the cost when the work was completed. Amazingly, the problem was fixed and the car ran better than ever. Joseph is an honest man who cares about his customers and we will return.
Sales person Bob was outstanding!!They said they had the car I was looking for when I called and when I got there they did UNLIKE every other dealership we went to. Truly the best car experience, sales man and finance department I have ever dealt with. They said zero finance, I received zero finance. The price they gave me was exactly what I paid, no hidden fees. Completely upfront and transparent. Absolutely no sales pressure so knowledgeable about the vehicle and all its features..

The overall buying experience was great, bought my first car there. I booked an appointment with Kelven Reyes who was were informative and cooperative. He talked to the manager every time we asked for something and helped a lot to give a great deal on the 2021 Hyundai Sonata. Would recommend 100%
This was by far the easiest and best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Steve listened to what I wanted, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need/want and got right to business. We have spent HOURS at other dealerships, here we were in and out, totally painless. They also offered me an excellent trade-in value, almost TWICE what other, more expensive car dealerships, offered. Not to mention no one compares to their warranty.
I had a great experience at Huntington Hyundai and that is thanks to my salesman, Steve Puwalski, who spent a lot of time looking at different cars, explaining the features and differences. There was a car I thought I wanted but when it didn’t have all the safety features I wanted, we looked at other cars and I ended up with the 2021 Elantra and I love it. Steve was great, returned calls and answered questions and very patient. Next time I go for an upgrade I hope to work with him again. Everyone else at this dealership was also very nice. I definitely recommend them and Steve.

This was the second Hyundai we’ve purchased through Steve. He made the experience an absolute pleasure once again. Huntington Hyundai is a throwback family-owned dealership with an honest and straightforward sales process. I purchased my car through Roto, so the price was negotiated and lending terms approved before I even arrived at the dealership. Once I got there, despite my worries, there were no surprises at all, on the price or financing, and no upsells.The vibe was easygoing, friendly and completely different from many other dealerships. Even though they already had my business, my salesman Bill Walsh did a terrific job and spent lots of time showing my the ins and outs of my new car, answering all questions, and transferring plates on my trade-in. Ask for him!Big shout-out to Courtney who explained all the paperwork in a clear and concise manner and always paused for questions. Overall, I thought the price I got was extremely fair, especially during the chip shortage and the markups some dealers are placing above MSRP for certain models. I negotiated my trade-in price slightly and thought that was fair as well.They were also very flexible on a few small snags that popped up on my side. All in all, I spent about 3.5 hours at the dealership.Bottom line - THIS is the sort of family-owned and honest dealership that you feel good about giving business to. I have used Huntington Hyundai for service for six years, since purchasing my 2016 Tucson elsewhere. I just picked up my 2022 after working with Bob. The entire experience was relaxed, with no high pressure tactics. I’m very happy with the way things worked out, and got very favorable terms.
Bob Pfister was our salesman. He was so easy to work with. We knew exactly what we wanted. We went to a different Hyundai dealership and showed Bob what the other salesman offered us, Bob was able to get us our car for much less. All the other staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely be coming back and also refer people here!!
With all the interest in trade-ins, I wanted to check it out. Since I was very satisfied with my two previous cars-both Elantras-my first choice was Huntington Hyundai. I absolutely loved the car buying process with Huntington Hyundai! I walked in and spoke with Steve on a Sunday at 3:15pm and had a good deal wrapped within 20 mins. Picked the car up the following day once I secured the insurance. The staff here made things really simple, didn’t insult my intelligence, and did not waste my time like a local volume dealer did, which led me to seek out a professional dealer to do business with, which I found at Huntington Hyundai. I’ve been buying cars for over 20 years now, and completely hate the car buying process. This was by far my best experience with a car dealership. I highly recommend them for your next purchase/lease and will be doing business with them again.

Walked in knowing the type of car I wanted and the price range I was looking for and all options were immediately shown to me, was not harassed to spend more money for a more expensive vehicle, all vehicles are in extremely good quality and condition, no used car junkers for sale, all used vehicles are in top physical shape, purchased my vehicle within one day drove home with it the next day after inspections and further checks, they are very thorough..

I’ve leased 4 cars in the last 10 years , 2 of which were “luxury “ brands , and leasing my 2020 tuscan sport at Huntington Hyundai was by far the best experience I’ve had. All the leg work was done over the phone and by text message which was amazing, there was no pressure to get you in to the show room ( some dealers are still trying to get you there in person). When I actually did go in to sign paper work I felt very comfortable with all the safeguards taken. Steve my salesman gave me a detailed tour of the car from a safe distance. The car is great as well. Great ride , full of cool features.

Great, easy, no nonsense experience. Bob was old school and gave me the chance to test drive the car alone. He gave me a price, said he doesnt negotiate but had a little room. Really nice guy, gave me an extremely fair price. We bought the Kona for my son, and he is loving it, its zippy, comes with so many bells and whistles and most of all meets all safety concerns. Bob even gave him a Hyundai water bottle! Bonus!
Brought my car - 2019 Kona EV - for the battery replacement under the recall. I was contacted by the Hyundai rep to schedule the exchange, and chose the dealership which sold me the car. I was offered an appointment the same week, but when I said that Id need loaner the appointment was scheduled in 3 weeks. Fine. The replacement took 2 weeks, which was not the dealerships fault - thats how Hyundai designed the process. Prior to the exchange, the charging was limited to 80% of battery capacity by the Hyundai to decrease the risk of fire. However, after the replacement the charge limitation remains; the service advisor is not answering anymore, and reaching anyone in the service department who can answer my questions proved to be almost impossible. After two days of phone calls, I was advised by someone who finally picked up the phone to bring the car back for an unspecified software issues. Here we go again - need to find the time, the appointment willbe scheduled weeks from now, etc.Update: I was contacted by the dealership Service Department manager who answered all my questions; we brought the car back and it restored to the original specs in about 20 minutes. So, Im upgrading my rating.
I would highly recommend my salesman, Steve Puwalski, he listed to me and understood what I was looking for. No pressure or double talk.The price was same with the finance people as to what Steve told me I would be paying. This seems simple, but the last two leases I had were a disaster when we went to pick up the car and finalize the deal with the finance person.Everyone we dealt with was very nice and professional. Tired of a different dealership taking advantage of my in-laws, convinced them to give Huntington Hyundai a chance. It is a smaller dealership and family own. I did my research with them and well it seems that the reviews didnt lied. Anthony was the person who did the deal for my in-laws, low monthly payment as they wanted as they are retired. Taxes+fees. Nothing more, Anthony was transparent as water. I think my in-laws will be giving them the loyalty the other dealership didnt appreciate. Anthony was the manager by the way, since all sales reps were busy, he stepped it up to help.
I went through the purchase process online through the RODO app. I have to say, that when picking up the car the Sales and Finance experience was great. The salesman Bob was great and the genuine “non-pushy” atmosphere was refreshing. The only 👎 I really have is that I ordered extras for the car. The bumper appliqué was installed like a 4 year old did it and my OEM running boards were missing screws. I was also missing a blank cover for the auto dimming mirror which I had to order. I probably would not use their service department to do any work as they couldn’t install factory accessories without messing things up. As far as sales, I would definitely go back to them to purchase another car.
I have visited other dealers but nothing compared to this dealership. Staff is very welcoming and willing to work with you. Great pleasure dealing with Jordan W and Courtney M. After going around to different dealership that want to rip you off and lie on top of that. This dealer is honest and very professional on what they do. Will certainly be coming back and recommending to others .
I have had the absolute best car buying experience at Huntington Hyundai. Bill was my salesperson and was very honest and upfront with all of the numbers, NO HIDDEN FEES when I went into sign! He explained all of the packages and options to me. Barbara in finance explained all of the paperwork and made it very easy to understand, it was a very transparent process. Bill helped me with the delivery and was very thorough with helping me set everything up. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, so honest and helpful and they all worked so well to help me, what a great team!

I was looking for a Palisade with specific trim/color and after going through various dealerships and promises finally settled on getting the car here. The service and attention I have received here was nothing but superb. My rep - Will - was extremely helpful in getting me the car from another lot, accomodating multiple visits and test drives, and overall helpful in the process. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car.
Doesnt matter if Im first appointment or a walk in, every time I go in for an oil change Ive had to wait 3 hours at least. Every. Single. Time.Ive also noticed that my fluids never get topped off during my oil change services either.But dont worry guys, if you complain about it, they give you a complimentary carwash for your troubles doesnt mean much when they give you one after every service no matter how long youve waited or how many services are skipped.Do yourself a favor and pick a different dealership.

I worked with Bob Pfister and he was very genuine, and helpful and understanding.Normally dealerships are pushy and like to upsell you stuff and Finance also try to upsell you 3rd party insurances and etc and charge various fees.Huntington Hyundai and Bob was not pushy on anything. I named my price to Bob and he came with my deal and we moved from that point on. I worked with Courtney from Finance. She was superb as well not pushy at all on upselling. No additional fees were charged. It was straight to the point.Service Dept is fantastic as well. Humble team.Overall, very well experience and would recommend Huntington Hyundai to anyone. They are legit.

Before finding this dealership, we had horrible experiences with other dealerships in the NYC area.Were busy healthcare workers treating COVID patients and yet this wasnt enough to convince unscrupulous car dealers from wasting our time and using every dirty trick in the book to lure us down to their dealerships for classic bait-and-switch schemes. Wed be quoted one price and reassured multiple times over the phone about fees, but after paying hundreds of dollars in Uber fees to get to the dealerships, they would play disgusting games: more hidden fees, deceptive pricing schemes, the cars would be gone, or the contact person would magically disappear and be replaced by another dealer who wouldnt honor what we previously discussed. And we will name names: Hyundai New Rochelle and Auto Expo in Great Neck. Back to the point, Its really not a novel concept: be honest with people and they will want to do business with you.Do not waste your time with other dealerships. You will get burnt like we did. At Huntington Hyundai, we walked in, signed papers and had every question answered by Bill and all the amazing, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful employees at this dealership. When we buy a second car in the future, THIS is where were coming back for return business. Even if we have to come in from out of state to do it.
Not impressed with their service department and generally my experience with sales over many years is that every conversation starts with them saying they dont have any of the car you want. Its like they dont want to do business. But I pushed the issue this past summer and lo and behold they had one on the lot. I only shopped here because its conveniently located to my house. That said the delivery process was extremely smooth. We bought another Hyundai a year ago from a different dealer and by contrast the sales experience was smooth and the delivery was severely botched. So take my experiences with a grain of salt. On the whole I think Hyundai needs to push their dealers to step up their game.
Professional and not full of pressured sales people, Huntington Hyundai won me over because of this. After going to another Hyundai dealership, we came here and have been very pleased with how nice and courteous the staff has been, especially Steve. They wont steer you wrong.

He was very knowledgeable about the car, he answered all of our questions, he took his time with us going through different buying options, and I never felt pressured.I usually find the car buying experience to be very nerve racking. Not so at Huntington Hyundai. There were no hidden fees, the pricing was straightforward and uncomplicated. Courtney took us through all the paperwork efficiently and didn’t push the “extras”. She explained everything in detail and it was very organized and simple. Best dealership I’ve ever been to. Samatha was excellent. She was patient, not pushy and listened to my needs. Was in and out in about 3 hours. Paperwork was a breeze NO hidden fees. I took a hour and a half drive to come to this dealership all because they had the exact car I wanted. Glad I did I was met with so much more. Overall great place I would do it again and have already recommended others.
This was the most stress free and fair car purchase experience I have ever had. I am not an easy customer. I almost always know more about the cars that the salesperson, and I have no patience with the games played at most dealerships. I met with Bob when I came in, worked out a very fair price, test drove the car and picked it up 3 days later. My daughter (who knew nothing about the purchase) was thrilled to discover that the car we were sitting in will be hers when she gets her license, and Bob was so happy for her. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience.

For a dealership with a high review rating, I figured it was a good place to test drive the car I wanted, and after confirming once again that it was the year and trim I was interested in, I made the appointment. I travelled all the way from Brooklyn on a Friday, since that was the only day I was available, and got stuck in traffic for hours, only to make it there and be told they dont have the model there. That it was in a different location, but that they could have it there the next day. Are you kidding? Im not going all the way back there again. I wont do business with dealerships that waste my time. I was ready to drop 35K that same day if I liked the ride. Instead, they should tell their people to get their sh** together. Pretty big mess up.

My experience with Huntington Hyundai was pretty painless. I had been to several car dealers and was so tired of the high pressured sales reps. When I met Bill Walsh at Huntington Hyundai, he was so helpful, without the pressure. He took the time to listen to me and learn what was important to me. I admit that I can be indecisive at times. I wanted to make sure I would be completely satisfied with my purchase. Never did he get pushy or pressure me into a decision. I finally decided on the 2019 Santa Fe. When I met with Courtney to go over the financing, it was much easier than I expected. There were no surprises or last minute changes. I was totally happy dealing with Huntington Hyundai. I had my usual sales person, Steve Paulewski which pleased me. This is the 5th Hyundai I have had. Was very strange to negotiate in the parking lot. Took the car for a test drive the process along. i decided to lease car. The Credit person was very efficient and helped us through the process. Would prefer to be sitting at a desk doing this but all in all it went well. The staff all worked well together & helped get the ready for us. I gave it 5 stars because under the present conditions they did an outstanding job.
This is not your typical car shopping experience. The sales team is knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and patient. They listen, and present thoughtful solutions at fair prices. They were team oriented all working together and I felt supported when making a big purchase decision. Bill was a wonderful associate newish to the business with a great disposition. Keiths only problem is he will never make it in the movies cast as a typical car salesmen, because he does not fit the mold. He worked hard to make every step of the process easy and enjoyable. He found the car we wanted in less than one week, and there was no pressure to take what was on the lot. No hard pressure sales for extras and the paperwork process was real easy. I shopped every local Hyundai dealer for a Veloster for my wife. I started out by emailing every dealer in the area to inquire about inventory and price. Before most dealers even responded (some have yet to respond), Huntington Hyundai confirmed that they had the exact car I wanted and quoted me a very fair and reasonable price. That was enough for me. We had the deal wrapped up in 3 emails. We came in the following weekend and met with Keith Shannon, who took my wife for a test drive in the actual car we bought, and wrote up the sale off of the email I showed him. He had us out the door in under an hour. Keith was fantastic. We came back a week later to pick up the car after we returned from a vacation and were once again met with outstanding service. The business manager had the paperwork and payment wrapped up in 10 minutes flat, then Keith put the plates on for us and took us through every detail of the car before sending us on our way.The biggest thing for me was that there was ZERO BS involved with the deal. There was never an ounce of pressure and everyone we came across was super friendly and helpful. The dealership had a real friendly small-town feel to it. We returned a week later to pick up some mats that we had on order and another salesman, that I had never dealt with, recognized me as a recent customer right away and helped track down the mats for me while Keith was out on another test drive. My daughter and her husband referred us to Keith Shannon when we told them we were thinking of purchasing a new vehicle. We stopped by and, fortunately, Keith was in. Not knowing him, we asked for him and he immediately introduced himself with a great handshake and smile. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and very willing to help us find the right vehicle for our needs. He was very patient and not aggressive, which was a huge plus for us as we had been to another dealer in the area and their aggressive sales pitch that we had to purchase their vehicle on the spot or else we would not get the deal was quite overwhelming and a definite deal breaker. Keith walked us through the vehicles in the showroom and explained are the features we were interested in. We test drove two vehicles and he worked out the price, the payment, etc. on both vehicles without pressure. We left that day confident that we could think about the possible purchase knowing Keith would be willing and able to assist us when we were ready to make the final decision. The next day we came back ready to purchase and he, again, was so helpful and made the entire process an easy one. He is an ultimate professional with a warm and personable manner and with a genuine concern that we walk away satisfied. Two days later we picked up the Tucson and he patiently (it was after 7:30 PM) went over all the features, programmed the bluetooth feature for us and just made it a great all around buying experience. We left confident that we could call him at any time with any concerns and he has been true to his word. A few days later the cargo tray I ordered came in and he immediately called me, I stopped by and went to the service area thinking they would install the tray but was told Keith had it. Voila! Keith installed the cargo tray and answered two questions I had with his usual humor and smile.
This is the first dealership that we ever went to where there was no pressure at all. Our experience was relaxing and easy. We got the best price immediately. Steve was a good person who did not apply any pressure techniques and explained all facets of the costs involved. The manager, Barbara, was very well informed regarding the financials and assured us that the dealership will stand behind all ramifications regarding this sale. It was a very positive experience. Steve also assured me that he would assist in any problems which may eventually exist and need the service department involvement.

Ken Lazovick is the BEST Salesman there is. He is extremely knowledgeable, very down to earth, and doesnt play any games. Ken is totally honest with you and such a pleasure to deal with. First of all, I just want to state that I have never had a bad experience at Huntington Hyundai. Between my husband and myself, we are on our third vehicle from them. Each time weve purchased/leased, we have had the pleasure of dealing with Keith Shannon. Never before have I met a car salesperson who was so kind, caring, and truly honest. After I leased my first car through him (a 2012 Elantra), I knew that I only wanted to work with Keith for all of my future car needs. I contacted several dealerships for quotes before taking my brothers advice and contacted Bob Awn. (My mom purchased a new car from Bob earlier this year.) Bob treated me in a courteous, friendly and professional manner, acknowledging I had done some research on car prices and he did not try to sell me anything I didnt want. I never felt pressured or that I was treated unfairly. He returns calls promptly and follows through and responds to all questions thoughtfully and accurately. Being a woman, I have had many unpleasant dealing with car dealerships and service departments throughout the years and I can honestly say that I gave the highest rating to Bob and the folks at Huntington because they dealt with me fairly. No games, gimmicks or pressure. I drove out with a new Hyundai and got everything I wanted in a new car. My old car was serviced there and I will trust them to service my new car even though I live about 25 miles away I will take my new car there as well. I will definitely recommend Bob to anyone looking to buy a new Hyundai.
My lease was up and I needed to either purchase or lease a new vehicle. I attempted to go back to the Hyundai Dealership that I had originally leased the vehicle. They did not value me as a customer, so I was referred to see Keith Shannon at Huntington Hyundai. Keith was wonderful. He provided me with several options, explained in detail everything that I needed to know. He answered all my questions. He is polite, knowledgeable, pleasant and I have never had such as wonderful experience with a salesman as I did at Huntington Hyundai. EDIT: I would give the service department ZERO stars if i could. Communicating with them is painstaking. Please Know my experience with Keith Shannon at Huntington Hyundai is the best I have ever experienced. In short, he listened to my needs and desires for a new vehicle. Not only was he most accommodating I was basically impressed with his professionalism and clear accuracy when it came down to the most important part - the pricing. He took it to a higher level of business by taking the time to give a clear breakdown of what the costs were and why. This was a rare find. Rather than just presenting a final dollar amount per month he explained how one arrives to that point and did so with various options. He was courteous and efficient, not to mention going the extra mile to find the next important aspect of buy a new car, locating the colors and features that I was be happy with. I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism that I was greeted with. I had just come from another Hyundai dealership (Atlantic) where I was treated with disrespect and was only looked upon as someone spending money. After shopping at 4 other dealerships, I felt like Fred was helping me buy a car, not just selling me a car. He helpfully answered my questions, gave me straight answers, included the features I wanted without making them additional charges after the fact, didnt give me BS about corporate about to change rates, didnt keep offering me incrementally better deals when I said I wasnt ready to buy, and didnt offer me a deal only available if I decided that day. They found me discounts and quickly offered me the best price and I walked out with a really good deal none of the other dealerships approached.

I started looking at cars to buy in January. It was my first time purchasing a car, and I started off just looking to get an idea of what was out there and what I wanted to spend. I had gone to a couple of dealers and found several of the sales people I dealt with to be too pushy, despite having been upfront about my non-emergent timeframe to purchase a car. I walked into Huntington and met Ken Lazovick. He was very laid-back and informative. He respected that I was getting my feet wet and was truly helpful in providing me information regarding purchasing used, leasing, etc. versus just pushing me to buy or blowing me off. I ended up purchasing a used Hyundai Tuscon that I fell in love with. Working with Ken was such a pleasant experience, and I am very thankful to him for all of his help and patience! I will certainly go back to Huntington when the time comes!
I took my car for safety recall and my overall experience was great! It is during covid so only drop off was allowed. The service manager constantly keep me posted via msg and phone calls during the whole process, all the recall service was performed and they even sanitized my car. Overall a great pleasure, thank you so much for keep business up and stick to high standards even during this difficult time.

Just bought my second new Hyundai from Huntington Hyundai and had a great experience (again)!Prior to this I was at another local dealer with my daughter leasing a car and it was an all day affair.I already knew I only wanted a Hyundai as I loved my 2007 Elantra. At Huntington Hyundai, working with Bob Pfister (again!!) I selected and purchased a car in 1 1/2 hours with no pressure, just helpful guidance. Bob is a great salesperson! Love the low pressure approach at Huntington Hyundai and love my new Elantra GT. Everyone is asking me what kind of car is that? the GT has a unique classy look and I love the dark interior. Just hope it goes 100,000 miles like my 2007 with very few repair issues.

Had a great experience trading in my old car for my brand new elantra sport. Derek the sales manager and bill the salesman worked very hard to help me get a dream car and get the best deal. I was treated with alot of respect and effort. The only thing that bummed me was i missed the rebate by a day due to the banks closing the night before. But overall a great experience.
Wonderful experience! Everyone was so kind and thorough in the explanation of the vehicles and the additional packages to provide further coverage/protection. We purchased a 2015 Hyundai Elantra last week after losing our 2013 Elantra (which we purchased from Ken at Huntington Hyundai in Jan. 2014) in a flood few weeks ago. We didnt hesitate to return to Huntington Hyundai and Ken to buy a new car. Our experience there both times was stress free. No pressure to purchase anything more than what we wanted. Ken is an honest, no nonsense salesman who gave us a great deal. That was not our experience when we went shopping at certain other Hyundai dealers the first time around in the end of December. We are extremely happy with our purchase!!!!

Bill helped us, he was extremely honest with us, showed no pressure whatsoever and was very helpful. We looked at another kind of vehicle and ultimately decided on the Tucson. We absolutely loved how easy and comfortable Bill made the process. If you need a trustworthy salesman and easy process of buying a new vehicle, GO SEE BILL!! You won’t regret it. We came in once and were gone in an hour with the new car with a full tank of gas, and left them our old lease. We dreaded going car shopping and this was by far, the best experience ever! Our salesman Steve and the Manager Antonio could not have been nicer! They were not pushy, and just worked with us as to what we could afford. Truly shocking how easy, honest and transparent they were. Wasnt sure what the numbers would look like and if it would be way out of my price range but Thanks to the staff at Huntington Hyundai, Sales person William Walsh in particular, I was able to do the trade in. He was very nice, patient and was willing to work with me as best he could. Even came in on his day off to assure all went well as I left off the parking lot with my new ride. 2022-05-03I dread buying a car on Long Island with how dealers operate. Not here. Overall a good experience. Issue with the trade in because we didn’t get the title yet but they made it work. I’d recommend anyone here. Even if you aren’t a big Hyundai fan it’s better than dealing with the other dealers around here. Barbara in finance was great as well as the other employees.
