Thankfully, the cat urination decontamination service Huntington Rug Cleaning & Restoration provided is precisely what I needed. The smell is gone and the stain is gone, so Im pretty sure all the traces of the urine are gone. Finally my cat and I can both enjoy the rug as we were before. I hope she doesnt have an accident on it again.
My Moroccan rug is in much better shape now that they’ve cleaned it. Its sanitary again and even getting compliments. This latter point is especially important to me. I enjoy showing off my rugs, especially the ones that are from distant parts of the world.

This rug cleaning team is much better than the one I was using before, and for a variety of reasons. But the reason that’s most significant to me is that this team communicates so much better than the other one. I never am in the dark when they have my $20,000 rug in their shop, and its nice that they never keep me guessing. If you told me this is the best rug cleaning service in the area, I wouldnt question you at all. Ive gotten that impression numerous times.
Whenever I need them, theyre there for me. My friends have had similar experiences. For all these reasons and more, I can assert that they are the best rug cleaners in the area. It doesnt matter whether I need basic store-bought rug cleaning or antique rug cleaning, they always do what I need them to do, and they never create any issues. Theyre always friendly and courteous, and they make communicating well a priority. There will never be another service like theirs and theres definitely not another like theirs right now.

If I wasnt constrained physically, Id give more than two thumbs up. Fire damage was no match for them. Thanks to their amazing services, youd never know my rug was charred on the ends. They replaced the tassels and even did recoloring. And the cherry on top is that they meticulously cleaned the rug so it looks like it just came out of the store. A lot of companies promise top-notch service and provide much less than that. Not here! They promise a great job and they do even more.

2022-05-10Before delivering a thorough and effective rug cleaning service, Huntington Rug Cleaning & Restoration did a little bit of restoration work to ensure my rug would make it through the cleaning process unharmed. And they didnt even add on to the price to do so. I guess they really care about doing a good job here. This compliment is overdue.

2022-05-05Back in November, I purchased a rug at an auction and I was thrilled that I got the rug for such a low price. However, the rug was in rough shape when I got it, so I needed to get it cleaned. Huntington Rug Cleaning & Restoration is the company I hired to do cleaning, as this has been my go-to rug cleaning service for close to a decade at this point. They did a wonderful job cleaning on this occasion, and when they were done the rug was immaculate and in much better condition than it was in when I bought it. I know the rug wouldve went for more money if it was cleaned before the auction.

She only had good things to say about these guys, and this caught me off guard, as Jennifer is the type to complain about nearly everything and never be fully satisfied. After getting such a glowing recommendation, I knew hiring Huntington Rug Cleaning & Restoration was a good move. Jennifer wasnt wrong. They did everything I asked and even made the rug cleaning process totally affordable. This latter part is what mattered most, and Im relieved getting my rug cleaned didnt cost an arm and a leg. He did a remarkable job explaining their system, especially as it pertains to pet care. Despite making recommendations, he was never pushy. I am very pleased with the way my rugs look after they have been cleaned .
