Absolutely fantastic. Got stuck with the car not starting and needed a jumpstart. Its freezing cold outside. They arrived in 15 minutes to get us jump-started. Great service updating me on the progress and estimated arrival time.They made it as if non emergency Its like nothing even happened.I would like to thank Auto-tech for being a business with service orientation in my community!
I own a Fleet and have experienced exceptional service with this Auto Shop. They have provided me with extremely competitive pricing and very fast service on all my cars. I am very happy with them and will continue to bring my cars here.They also have a team that handles my TLC Insurance for my Fleet cars. They are great !!!
Buyer Beware!!!My car broke down about a week ago, it was the alternator, not the battery. This shop confirmed that the battery was fine, just needed to replace the alternator. Less than a week later, the car breaks down again. The tow truck company even confirmed with me that the battery was working, that it was probably the alternator. This shop refused to pay for my towing, claiming it was a different problem, that the battery had some acid on it and a wire was loose. The story changed several times, yet they kept the car there for most of the day. They were obviously lying. The alternator they installed was refurbished/rebuilt not new which was probably the problem. I would never go there again or recommend them. Poor customer service. As a customer courtesy, they could have reimbursed me for the tow since the car broke down within a week of them fixing it.
Like everyone else, I came here because I loved the plants. Brought my car here 3x to be serviced. The first time was just a regular inspection nothing out of the ordinary. The second time everything was handled by someone named Kevin--really nice and patient, fair prices, fast service, left messages to keep me updated throughout the days like when they ordered the parts and when they arrived at the shop, and everything generally went really smoothly. There was a hiccup during payment with their card reading machine but I was told it was just a network issue and the issue resolved itself in a few minutes. Didnt have to wait long at all and I was informed throughout the process. The third time was when everything went wrong. One of the mechanics/front person handled my car repair and was nothing like Kevin. I dropped off my car in the morning, told him I ran over some trash on a highway that had done something to the underside of my car, and also the tire service light was turned on and it needed to be serviced. He repeated what was wrong and even said the problem could have been related to the service light being on before I ran over the trash. I never received any calls for updates until the car was supposedly finished and ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up the car, the mechanic wasnt there so the owner handled processing my payment. He didnt say a word after he took my card, but he was clearly having problems with the card reader again (surprise, it was the same network issue). I asked repeatedly what was going on and got incoherent, mumbling replies. When the mechanic/front person arrived at the office he still didnt give me answers. They both told me it wouldnt be long...FOR AN HOUR. By the time I could finally leave (the machine never worked, the owner took me to his upstairs office [did you know they lease new cars to uber drivers upstairs?]) it turned out they never serviced my tires, didnt know how to turn off the service light for a Prius, and the worst part was that the mechanic/front person VEHEMENTLY denied I ever asked about the service light. So take it from me: dont use card, dont bring hybrids, and honestly just go somewhere else. The plants arent worth it.
What more can I say.I am out. Its freezing cold. Cant feel my fingers. My car wont start and I need a jump start.15 minutes from phone call to jump start. This is some formula. 1 league!!!I was give arrival updates over the phone. So service is really A+.Nice to see so much excitement of service in my community.
The worst manager!!!! I have been coming for my back lights more then 8 times in a month, they use cheapest light bulbs. Fast track company working with this company that’s why I am coming here if you guys are not fast track drivers do not come here go somewhere else.
This Hybrid Auto Tech people are not respectful. One day i was come for inspection my car and they said to me they don’t have inspection sticker. They said come tomorrow, i come another day then the mechanic guy tell me to wait in the line. Unfortunately i was wait more than an hours then they told me we are sorry we can’t do today. I tell everyone people don’t go there and don’t waisting your expensive times, this people are lair.
Worst mechanic shop ever! I was getting my car inspected. They had it for a week and they still hadnt diagnosed what was wrong. On numerous occasions they said that they would call me back at the end of the day, or after getting back from lunch. They didnt call each time!

2022-04-18Open 24 hours, reasonable prices and guys in the shop are actually pretty niceBeen 3 or 4 times and never felt like I was getting screwed or taken advantage of like so many other body shops tend to do.

2022-05-10Abdo the night staff only does oil changes... i needed some things checked out and he denied me twice saying i need to come in the daytime. I call to schedule daytime work and i NEVER get an answer.

2021-09-16The owner wasted our time , he didn’t commit to his word and didn’t fix the car .He said that he couldn’t find a tow truck to tow the car from 21st street to his garage which is a big lie . He just didn’t wanna fix it and gave us false promise.Shame on him

2021-06-01This place is open 24/7. However, I would recommend visiting during the day time. At night, there is only one worker, so the wait time is a little longer than expected. Prices are moderately affordable compared to other auto servicing places. Only Adbul is good and professional. Rest and there to give headaches to customers.

2020-02-29It’s second time that I’m regretting to have hired their services. They Would delay updating the documentation, lies upon lies and every quarter you would receive cancellation notices from the department.They’re doing business in a childish way. I let it go the first time I got delayed for 15 days. But now I plan to contact the Insurance department.This is the lowest service that one can imagine. I’m not alone, few more friends are having this problem continuously. My issue is with the insurance brokerage section of the business!

2020-01-03A typical car repair shop...can do anything a car shop can do... ... ...and ... ... ...The go to place for the the people who rented a tlc car from Fast track... most of the time it got 2-3 car on the line from the Fasttrack rental...so if youre up for maintenance for the car you have, you might wanna come early to take the line and try avoiding Monday if youre late. They also have a little area where you can wait while your car have been fixed and If you need to go to the restroom, ask any of the employees, theyll show you the way. Overall, pretty decent place for your car to be fixed.
