I gave a five star rating because of the sales person and the unit. Typically I never allow in-home sales but Brooklyn was amazing to work with. I dont like high pressure sales and the company seems to be one of those. However, the product is good---maybe a little over priced but does have good features and high quality.
Jacob and Sariah were very professional and did a wonderful job telling me about the Hyla products. The product cleaned the dust amazingly in the air and on my rugs and furniture. I purchased the products and cant wait to see and feel the improvement in my home and health. 👍
My personal experience at Solutions Empire has been amazing, personal and yet, nothing slight of one of a kind! Coming from a medical background I was nervous about sales as a whole. To start, the team at Solutions Empire LLC has changed my way of thinking about health, success and even career choices immensely. Not only do I enjoy what I do every single day, but truly who I work with and the people that I meet! But…….my absolute favorite part, the product AND the clients!! Our products are fantastic and inevitable for colds, breathing issues, eczema, dust and dead skin cells. After seeing what the Hyla did for my famil(ies) health and for my personal house upkeep I would never want to use another machine to clean my surroundings again. This equipment is top notch & something myself and others have developed a need for in order to maintain a clean and germ free home. One of the best aspects would be encountering numerous live styles daily that agree on the need and value of our products including individuals that absolutely DO NOT enjoy cleaning or spending! My job is not a job due to fantastic conversations with people I meet everyday, truthful and prestigious morning trainings from my knowledgeable leaders, Mike and Dave, LAUGHTER and lastly just simply enjoying Hyla, Solutions Empire and what it has to offer! Only excellent things to say about this company, if you’re unfamiliar with our possibilities and benefits, allow yourself to let us change your life just as it did mine!
Great product and it was super helpful to have the education behind it all. Realizing how important your home air health is to your overall health and what all goes into that. CJ was amazing at covering everything. We’re appreciative to have her service!
Sales reps were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how the unit works. Afterwards we vacum are floors and our carpet looks amazing after the first time. Looking forward to seeing how it will improve my allergies. Thanks
I’m sure the product is wonderful, but the people that work for Hyla are far from it. They say customer service is their top concern, yet they have no customer service for their customers. I decided the day after I bought my HYLA that I couldn’t afford it I wanted to send it back. I didn’t get a copy of the contract and they didn’t ever email me one at the time of purchase. The only information I was left was the phone number of the girl that sold it to me, and the gentleman in the Repair part of the company. I called him and told him I wanted to return it but the contract says I have to do it in writing and I have to contact certain people. I couldn’t do that because I had no contract. But the company still says that because I didn’t do it that way I cannot return it.As of this date they still choose to condemn me and won’t let me return it.The other thing is they say that the vacuum and air purifier cost $5000. They broke it down really low for me to $3000. But my friend got the same thing for $1500. What a rip off.
The Hyla air purifier/vaccum cleaner is very nice, but I do not agree with their sale practices!!! I was deceived from the first moment I opened my door. I was told I was being given a small version of their Hyla air purifier for free. The lady wanted to demonstrate the large version. What I thought was going to be a few minutes, turned into 2 hours!!! The cost of the Hyla was $3500!!!!! The will gladly finance the machine at 20% interest!! Take it from me, do not open your door!!!!! I guess they dont tell you its a vaccum cleaner at first because they would have never set foot in my house!!! Only a multi millionaire could afford such an outrageously expensive piece of equipment like that!!!!!
On March 27, 2022, a new HYLA representative, Isabella Brown, demonstrated the HYLA EST. She was knowledgeable, honest, positive and it was evident that she believed in the product.Good luck Isabella, I hope you earn the much deserved Mexico vacation promotion.My new HYLA was delivered yesterday and I am excited to use all of the tools for a cleaner living.
Chris presented the Hyla to me an Leslie performed the demonstration it was amazing to see everything the Hyla could do for my home. From cleaning my mattress to cleaning my floors an rug. My rug that I thought was clean wasn’t, i was shocked how clean it was when I finished an the dirt an grim that came out of it. I was sold on it after that. Pouring the water out was disgusting, wash the tank out fill with water added lavender oil an back to purifying the air in my home. Another thing I liked about it was you didn’t smell harsh odors while you vacuumed. I recommend the Hyla to everyone.
Hunter did a phenomenal job showing the hyla air and room cleaning system, awesome 😊 and the ventus vacuum system that has so much suction pressure and really picks up the dirt. We are very pleased and look forward too cleaner air and floors😊👍
My husband and were initially very impressed with the Hyla at the initial air purifying stage only to be further impressed that it doubles as a vacuum. Super impressed with the versatility and genius of the Hyla. Sariah and Garrett, the sales reps, were super nice and informative.
I like the Hyla. It does make a noticeable difference in air purity. However, it is made entirely out of plastic. Im betting it takes no more than a few hundred dollars to manufacture AND ship to the U.S. Anyone who pays much more than a thousand dollars is getting seriously scammed!
I was promised certain things by the highering manager Tod that turned out to not be true. Its 100% a pyramid scheme. You were given 50$ for every person you brought in to do sales. That you would know your schedule at the start of every day. I would wait around for hours to get a demo, when I would get a demo it was always right before the scheduled appointment, theyd try to get me to knock on doors in a non-soliciting area. The people whom youd get to demo the product were never informed about the product down to the fact they didnt even know the price. You were told to practice dishonest sales practices that were deceptive in nature by the higher-ups. theyre refusing to pay me for the 6 days I had worked under Hyla North America. price gouging was definitely a business practice at this establishment. Matt, Jeremy, Dave, and Mike are all pulling fast ones on their employees. This place is a revolving door. stay away from Hyla!
Great product demonstration just poor hours of the day. Was dinner time. In the middle of cooking and my crying toddler. We asked if we can wrap it up and figure our finances out and the were a bit pushy but overall good product
Very unique way of getting their foot in the door with free single room unit .They were all very professional and demonstrating the larger unit .We didnt feel pressured into buying .
I look forward to my Hyla improving my air quality in my home. We have struggled for years to find away to be make our home more healthy.
Going to test out some air filters later on but so far the company seems very reputable and Sariah the rep we chatted with was very friendly and helpful!

The gentlemen were very knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful when we were trying to qualify for the loan to buy.But after they left and I tried to use it the next day, the only thing I could get to work properly was the vacuum. They take the box when they leave and there is no owners manual to refer to and they dont leave a business card or phone number. I found an email address that I contacted with no reply and a phone number in Florida, that I have left messages on twice, with no reply.The unit, if working correctly could be a wonderful item, but the follow up and customer service is impossible. I would never spend $4000.00 for a vacuum and if I can ever reach anyone, I will be returning it.
Not only do I LOVE the Hyla machine but my sales rep Christopher was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to showing me all the bells and whistles. Answered all of my questions, cleaned my carpets and even left my house smelling amazing. Highly recommend!!!
Brie was amazing. Just started using our Hyla. Got to do a few thing then I am going home to do some cleaning with it. And show the kids how to use it on their beds. And with these guys I need help.
The in house demonstration was amazing to see. The sales rep Torie was as able to answer all of my questions, and demonstrated all of the parts and machine with detail. What I thought was clean, was Not. Seeing it with my own eyes made a huge difference. The winter inversion in Utah is tough. Knowing that I can purify our house air gives me relief. What an added bonus to know that even when I am vacuuming I am purifying the household air too. I highly recommend this amazing cleaning system.
Christopher went above and beyond explaining the system and how it works. I sold Rainbow vacuums when I was much younger so had knowledge of the vacuum system. The air purifier was a dire need in my home. Between allergies, pets and a parrot who has a lot of talc, its hard for me to keep up with.
This is an amazing product. During the demonstration I could already breath better and it has great smells.

I was amazed at the amount of stuff that I got from my carpets. With a new grandbaby I wanted to make sure that my house Was as clean as I can make it. We enjoyed the demonstration it was both informative and eye-opening

Shame I can’t give more than 5 stars!!!! I really liked the comparison between vacuum in home vs the hyla, presentation included a lot of helpful information that was science based, the real world application of things being vacuumed in our home helped too, the two guys were super nice and helpful in answering questions, very down to earth.
Chris was great very personable ....the results from running the clean air purifier even while the demo was going were unbelievable. As someone who has suffered from allergies and breathing problems all my life this is great!!!!
Although we ended up choosing to return the unit we were very intrigued by the product. It works as stated. However as senior citizens with bad backs we chose to return it. The company backed its guarentee and was pleasant to work with. Alexia was very responsive and cordial in helping us return the unit. We recommend the product. It does perform and they stand behind it.
The sales associates who came to visit me were polite and straight to the point! They gave a thorough explanation of what the Hyla is, and does. And were willing to walk me through the sales process and answered all of my questions. I was hesitant to make my purchase but after getting my Hyla I was extremely satisfied with the product. The air quality in my home has improved exponentially and i can see a clear difference in my home. I don’t have to dust my furniture as much either :) Thank you Hyla ❤️
Nick is really good at talking and explaining the Hyla! He was very respectful and pretty funny to talk to. I love the experience we had here today. Would definitely recommend if you are thinking about getting a Hyla!!!

Great seller. Came at the perfect time. Just naught a new condo with white carpet. The vac is what really sold us. Its like a Marine like me. It cleans air, land, and sea. Outstanding Product. Feels like some sort of alien tech.
Not even sure how someone can keep a clean house without a Hyla System. Water system is one of the most genius system off all. I can actually see the dirt I pick up and not store it inside my home. Also from experience not every water system same either. Hyla design certainly the best in its field. Don’t smell like old dirty socks!! Steamer attachment makes everything sparkly shiny. 20 year old house can be cleaned like brand new. No more chipped nails trying to get the dirt. It’s absolutely amazing. And sales stuff great. I get it now why you have to watch this inside your home. So much to do with it. So neat and amazing!!!
Although pricey, I have been very satisfied with the purchase of my HYLA. Product representative, Taylar, was very thorough and took the time to not only explain and demonstrate all of the HYLAs perks and versatility but also patiently answered all of my questions. Works great to capture pet odors and pesky pet hair, I use it on my couches, carpet and hard wood without issue.
The hyla is perfect for the home if you have pets thats shed hair it definitely helps a lot especially for someone like me who has allergies all year round. i am very happy with this product & honestly get excited to use it, so worth it a 10/10. I appreciate & respect these awesome workers taylar & Dan who were very kind & respectful.
I decided to buy the product but after being lied to by the sales man. I decided to cancel. The sales man said I couldnt so i called the financial company and they told me i could. I had until the 1st to get the paper signed and mailed. That a long story short. I have worked in customer services for a long time and I felt that the salesmen was only worried about losing the sale. Its not the way to do things sorry not sorry. You dont get the sale by giving free stuff away ethier. I was not very impressed with this at all..

Love my Hyla! My home is finally allergy and dust free. Literally changed my life. I suffered from terrible airborne allergies and cleaning made them worse because of the disgusting bags and filters clogging and storing the dust. It was so bad that I would inevitably have to take allergy medicine every time I vacuumed. My Hyla changed all of that because it uses water as a filter and I can clean the hose after each use. Thank you Hyla!

I was completely blown away by the Hyla. Both of the people I talked to were great. Kaetlin was the first person I talked to she was friendly and patient explaining how the little Hyla worked making me interested in the bigger Hyla. Thats when I met Garrett and he answered any and every question I had and any my husband had. We even tested against my brand new expensive pet vacuum I vacuumed a spot on the floor 50 times and then we ran the Hyla over the same spot and got twice as much dog hair as my vacuum. I cant believe all the dirt I have left behind all this time. Garrett did great demonstrating all the cleaning it can do such as vacuum,wash carpet,wash linoleum floors,and furniture,mattress and pillows,curtains,there is an attachment for your dog to vacuum all the loose hair off them and it purifys the air the whole time with pretty smells.i am really excited about the Hyla and I hope you get both Kaetlin and Garrett who explain the product to you they were awesome. I almost forgot 10 year warranty and if any part breaks the replace it and the 10 year warranty starts over.

I was dead set against the Hyla because I didnt want another water tank to deal with the smell and moisture getting into the motor. Then I was shown that the tank was sealed better than the other brand. That made me change my mind. Also my vacuum is getting old.
The salesman was friendly and understanding. Im hoping to get a shampooer sooner or later.Now I can deep clean my house again. And it will be clean. Even though the salesman said my house is clean. To me its not
Best cleaner i have ever owned! You can vacuum on thursday and when u vacuum again the next day u will not believe what this machine does! The water system of this machine allows u to see what dirt and pethair is picked up and after dumping it u dont have a smelly vacuum like filter systems. After vacuuming i refill the water tank and add a little scented oils and run it as an air purifier and the scent is amazing!

The Hyla is really good it’s really better than any other vacuum doesn’t need a filter just water it’s it’s more just a vacuum it’s also purify the air works on me pretty well with my allergy it also cleaned out the air sucked up all the dirt from the air to the hyla I can felt the different breathing inside my home
Carlos was very patient and sweet. He was very knowledgeable about the Hyla products. If he didnt know the answer, he made a phone call to find the answer. In the end, he sold us on the large Hyla air purifier, vacuum, wet/dry vacuum, and blower!
Ok first off I like they HYLA, BUT….. one - I am paying Way too much! Second - I haven’t been able to get ahold of Toby since I was persuaded to purchase this! I was promised things I have never seen! Promised free refills, only gotten one because I called the main office and she had no idea of the promise or anything else! Yeas - she said Toby does work there! He just doesn’t answer or return calls! I am NOT a happy camper about the service!
I use vacuum 1 time and it don’t cut on no more after the distributor Donell Smalls gave me a presentation one I want a refund for my time and money then I’m he lied about the prices had me working from him stole $900 and never paid me worse experience ever

I really love my Hyla as a Hispanic family we burn alot of tortillas. Thanks to my Hyla it doesnt smelt like burnt tortillas for days. I turn her on and the smell and smoke are out before the 30 mins are even up.

I’ve used the unit two times now one for vacuuming the entire house and the other for air refreshment so far it’s working great.
We had Taylar I couldn’t have asked for anybody else to show me about the products she made you feel very comfortable and didn’t make that process boring i clean every day and I was shocked of what has came up using the hyla
I want to cancel my subscription to pay and have the equipment picked up. No one is answering or returning my call. I’ve left voicemails and still no response. I can only cancel the latest by October 2 midnight, so I am posting this as proof that I am canceling before the date. If my account is charged I will take legal action.Other than this message I haven’t been contacted or guaranteed a refundThese people are scammers and liars they avoid picking up the phone when you need to reach them and are rude over the phone. In the message you can see they said they would refund me and they didn’t. The guy I spoke to was rude and hung up the phone on me when I was being respectful towards him.DO NOT BUY FRON THESE PEOPLE

Incredible customer service. Knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking, and kind.
Sales men came to my Grandparents house and harassed them for 2 HOURS after they repeatedly said they werent interested. Even after my grandmother shared that she had recently been out of the hospital and was still feeling sick, THEY WOULD NOT LEAVE. Over the two hour span, 3 different sales men came into their home and were all told that they WERE NOT INTERESTED. Extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and inappropriate. I would NEVER promote anything from this company.

I have been trying to reach the rep that sold me this vacuum, i have called the number and all it does is ring unit it disconnects, I have emailed several times and no response. Their promise of customer service for 3k vacuum are not kept. So HYLA if your reading this please respond!!!!

I was researching Hyla and companies in New York and came across this one. I was reading through their FIFTEEN complaints with the BBB and came across the following response they made to a perfectly legit complaint:Thank you for the feedback. We have fired everybody, closed our doors, and all moved all the jobs to china. We will never bother anyone ever again. But since the unemployment rate has risen and crime has gone up as well. Oh well at least no one will ever ring my door bell and I can relax... now and write complaints to the BBB......That response made my blood boil. What kind of company that values integrity, professionalism and high standards of customer service makes an official response like to a customer (I am not the customer in question and now am not even a potential customer). I would NEVER do business with a company that handles itself in such a childish manner! The 15 BBB complaints as well as the complaints on various consumer feedback sites pretty much seals the deal for me!
Great product that has really helped our allergies in the house over the last 15 years. For everything it does you can’t beat the Hyla system.

My rep was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, professional, personable everything you would want in a representative. Sad part is ii is extremely heavy and difficult to vacuum with. I cant carry it up my stairs. And since the packaging is gone I cant return it. Its fine if you just want to use it for a purifier, but using it to clean with is very inconvenient

2022-05-29Our demonstration, by Hunter was amazing! My wife and I purchased the HYLA machine without hesitation when we saw it’s performance at clearing what we thought was a somewhat a clean home. After Hunter left us with our new purchase my wife set out to proving our purchase. The oriental carpets changed with a new color vibrancy as the HYLA water container was emptied of deep embedded dirt and pet hair. We are very satisfied with our new purchase and looking forward to its health benefits for us living in a cleaner home!

2022-07-10Sierra and her partner came into our home and sold us on the Hyla. The air purification feature on the vacuum was a seller for us along with the great suction and different attachments and cleaning procedures it can do. These two representatives did a fantastic job on knowing all the details about the machines they are selling. Great job!

2022-07-07In my lifetime I have spent thousands on unsatisfactory vacuums! The Hyla air filter process is what sold me. I was so impressed I bought one for each of my adult children. We will never need another vacuum in our lifetimes. I use the air filter almost everyday and notice less dust and no household odors. We all have dogs so the upholstery attachment gets a good workout. Best part is not dealing with emptying the dusty debris container. Worth the price for such a quality product that vacuums and filters the air.

2022-03-08The HYLA air/room cleaning system has already cleaned the air in my home better than anything we have tried. I am now cleaning the rugs in our home and they look like they are new. The presentation that we were given by Joleen was very thorough and covered everything we needed to know to take care of our home. Joleen was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. It looks like we have made a good investment. Joleen and Aaron were a pleasure to deal with.

2022-07-23I had honestly never even heard of this company or product until Sariah and Garrett came to my door. Before I even get to the product I have to say Sariah was so wonderful to be around. She was absolutely fun and upbeat and brightened up our day with her positive attitude. Garrett was also great and fun during the demonstration and very polite without being pushy and trying to make a sale.That being said I absolutely did not think I was going to purchase anything when I agreed. I was just trying to be polite. But by the end of it, I was 100% sold. It immediately made my place smell cleaner. I have 3 dogs and 3 children and an avid golfer and hard worker in my household, the smells are something else around here. But this thing practically made them disappear immediately. Then the vacuum came out and the amount of dirt and hair that came off my carpet in the small section he did was shameful 🤣 there was no going back at that point. It was a pleasure doing business with you and I look forward to getting the most out of my new HYLA product ❤️ thanks for knocking on my door.

2022-06-29I was excited but nervous about the day Ms. Taylor came because I am a clean person and what she got up I was like just wow. So, yes we purchased it and its my new best friend and she is now. I am impressed everyday I use it. I am ready for the weekend so I can really get some work done 😊 And also the health benefits it has is a plus.

2022-04-03Was set against purchase when the salesman arrived. After demonstration and looking to purchase and replace some of the items this product performs... The Hyla system exceeded my previous expectations on the systems I was looking at purchasing. With it being multi-systems and a quality product with a great warranty.... It didnt take long to realize this was a great purchase for me. Not to mention I dont need to keep purchasing high priced filters. My home has never felt so fresh I am pleased with my purchase.

2022-08-21This company was manipulative and disrespectful to our family. They said they were coming for a 30-minute demonstration, but it ended up being over 2 hours. We were never going to spend $3500 on their air purifier unit and we were very clear about that before they came for the demonstration. Toward the end of the visit, the sales lady called her boss, who had the audacity to say Do they even care about their home? When we heard that, my wife and I agreed it was important to leave this review to warn others that inviting this company into your home may just leave you feeling rotten & disrespected.

2022-05-04Excellent demonstration of the product and its versatility. I couldnt believe the dirt, dead skin and dust that came out of my rug and furniture. I had literally just vacuumed 1/2 hour before. The air purifier is an extra bonus!

2022-07-01Just bought it! I had Breanna as my sales person and she was very knowledgeable and great!!! Fun person too!! Worked with my finances seeing that I just bought a new home!! From what I saw this machine is amazing!! Will come back and add more as I use it!!
