Very greasy pizza, aka cheap cheese. Someone forgot to pop the bubbles on our pizza so half of it was ruined by the time we got it. Boneless wings were only half breaded and someone forgot to put sauce on them. Overall a bad experience and will not return.
Seriously the best pizza in upstate. Extremely NYC style pizza. I will have a hard time passing by at lunch without stopping .
Ive been eating here for years, and even mere months ago, I would have given this place a glowing review. Unfortunately, the place has now fallen from grace. Ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza for the family tonight - not a specialty, just a regular, two-topping pizza. I walked in with $16 ready to pay for it, but the person at the register told me Its $19.44. This is a HUGE price hike - mere months ago, back in January, the prices were pretty much four bucks lower across the board; I still have the menu from then, so I can confirm that. When I reacted in surprise - $19.44 for a two-topping pizza? - the cashier responded with a snotty Yeah, like it was completely normal... I had to run out to my car to get the extra money.Thats not all though. When I got the pizza home, my usual 12-cut pizza was noticeably smaller - it was still cut into 12 slices, but it certainly didnt feel like I was having two slices when both barely took up my small paper plate when laid side to side. Then, I take a bite... The thing was undercooked! The dough was all chewy, the pepperoni clearly wasnt cooked through, and the mushrooms tasted sour, like theyd just been dumped from out of a can without being washed... I spent the night on the toilet.Suffice it to say, I will NEVER be ordering a pizza from here again. This guy has no problem jacking up his prices and cutting back on quality, along with his workers having a smug attitude about it? Then I have no problem taking my business elsewhere.

Best NY style pizza around. I drive from Saratoga for their pizza.
Called in an order for pizza at 11:00AM . Order was to be delivered to where me and my friends worked at noon. Gave the address and asked if it was in the delivery area. I was told it was. Driver went the wrong way. It took over an hour before we got the pizza. It was cold. Never ordered delivery from them since. I worked at the time we only had a 1/2 hour for lunch. The microwaves ovens were busy at afternoon break. Nuked pizza is never as good as delivered fresh. Havent bought from that pizza shop since then either.
I have three favorite pizzerias in the area this is definitely one of them !! I recommend the Sicilian pizza be patio takes longer to make then there traditional New York style but definitely worth the wait.
Finally found good pizza in this area. They really are the best around the B Spa area. Crust is cooked perfectly and the bottom of the pizza has a little bit of crunch instead of floppy undercooked crust which you get everywhere else. Glad to have found them.
Dang good pizza! If you cant fold your slices in half, its not real NY pizza. The crust is superb, and their ready to eat slices are large and devine. Its all good.
My BF ordered tonight 1/2 veggie and half meat lovers. I dont what the fascination is with canned mushrooms, or pickled mushrooms, but its so bad I ate one slice and will be throwing the rest away. Disgusting!For the rising costs of pizza, I expect fresh ingredients not canned or at least if that is what you want to use . For the love of God list it. Waste of money.
Our favorite pizza place in the capital region! There is plenty of indoor seating, the prices are really good, and when the staff see my autistic brother come in they always give him garlic knots because they know he LOVES them. Great atmosphere!
I originally rated this a 5 star, cause I never had a bad experience with their food and Ive been eating I Love NY Pizza for the last 18 years! Until last night after ordering a Large Cheese Pizza. The pizza was very greasy and salty, plus while in the restaurant (where I experienced this at) had really bad looking garlic nots that were literally globbed with garlic butter sauce all over the top.. Now, whenever Ive ordered from a different I Love NY Pizza location. The pizza was never salty nor greasy, it was ALWAYS delicious, and whenever I had seen/ordered garlic nots they were exactly what youd expect to see/recieve.. Ill still love and go to I Love NY Pizza for years to come. Just not at that location I went to last night!
I am absolutely not a pizza person I went in for wings and decided because I was starving to get a slice. Although I don’t like pizza I have lived all over the capital region Latham Troy Albany Rotterdam scotia. THIS IS HANDS DOWN NO DEBATE the BEST PIZZA in the capital region. The Troy location is also absolutely delicious. I cannot speak for all their food because I have not had it. They have good subs good wings BUT their pizza is THE BEST. Do yourself a favor and go get a slice like right now.

Is it the worlds best pizza? Nope. But its consistently good every single time. Good sauce. Crust isnt too thick, but thin enough that everyone is happy. Salads are fresh (the antipasta is loaded with good stuff) and sandwiches are solid.
My family had the best Hawaiian pizza along with a sausage and mushrooms Pizza. Thank you to Frankie and his I Love NY Pizza (Ballston Spa) Family...Take out is the only thing available of course, but thats perfect for my Family!Many Thanks,Scott, Jen,McKenna and Ashlyn
Had a great experience and great meal tonight. We had pizza and garlic knots. Pizza was amazing and so were the knots which came with a side of sauce. Was also a great value. Highly recommend!!
I love the pizza and order from their a lot but after hearing about the owner refusing to serve a man with his service dog. He broke the law by doing that. I hope everyone boycotts this place after this. The police and the news should have been called. The owner is just plain rude. You lost my business.

Owner is rude as hell, yelled at me in front of his workers and a father and his son. All I wanted was my wings X crispy, they were slimy. I pointed it out. Also pointed out my pizza had pepperoni on it. Hate that topping, alwaysHe proceeded to say the F Word repeatedly. Have never been back! Found a much better place
My all time favorite pizza place. They have the best pizza, wings, subs, desserts and more. The service is amazing and the atmosphere is like the coolest New York sports restaurant you can visit mixed with a small family restaurant. I definitely do love I Love New York Pizza

The service here is unbelievably bad! The guy with the accent that is referenced in several other reviews is just plain rude for no reason at all. Dont give this guy your business, there is nothing exceptional about the food and there are many other pizza places in the area with good food and good customer service. This guy has a serious attitude problem.
Great Pizza ! I order a pie whenever I am driving through B. Spa. Being born & raised in NYC is what I believe makes me VERY picky when it comes to pizza. I like my pizza PLAIN- so can not speak for the speciality pies. The owner is from the Bronx, and KNOWS how to make pizza! Try a slice- its the real deal.

Pizza is great, owner basically has a trash can for a mouth, but you can get two great slices and a drink for $5 so I just ignore him and dont engage. Id give 5 stars if the guy wasnt so douchy.
Always THE BEST pizza. Come Thursday and Friday from 11-1p to get a shot at their steak and pepper and chicken marsala (my favorite) pizzas. A definite Ballston spa treasure for nyc-style pizza. Frank doesnt fool around
Best pizza in Ballston Spa HANDS DOWN! if you havent already, try their specialty pizzas. Tomato Bacon Ranch is my favorite. Ive tried most of the pizza places in the area and nothing comes close. not sure what the other reviewers are talking about, the staff is always nice, including the owner. 2 slices and a soda for 5.35 + tax.

Worked for this man, Frank. He called my coworkers n***ers to their face, degraded me as a human, degrades everyone that crosses his path. So what if the food may be good to you, Ask yourself before ordering, is ordering from a man who consistently shows poor customer service and made I as an employee leave due to his treatment to me, as well as others. And if you do order, please remember your eating off the plate of a racist, ignorant bigot and all around scumbag. I feel terrible for his wife and children.

February 13, 2016First call made at 2:08 pm by my husband.Second call made at 2:13 pm by myself!**** IT WAS THE OWNER HIMSELF****I have been ordering from these people for two years, and have never had one issue until today! My husband just got called a m***** f***** by the guy who answered the phone. I could tell instantly it was the guy with the accent who is always at the front counter!My husband called to get a delivery for us, and was told to provide the 3 digit code on the back of our card. This struck us as odd because we have never been asked in the last two years for it. My husband then asked why they needed it now but never before. The guy then told my husband that he wouldnt deliver to us. My husband then said, What the f*** do you mean? I asked you a simple question! I then stated, We have been ordering from you for two years, so we were wondering when you changed your policy! The owner then said......I am not delivering to you. Dont cuss at me you m***** f*****!! Then yelled some other incorrigible sentences and hung up.Yes. My husband said the f word once out of shock due to the audacity of this mans previous comment. But really??So I just called back, and tried to speak with the owner about the incident that had just occurred, and he says This IS the OWNER! If you have a problem with it, then you can order from somewhere else! I then said Weve been ordering from you for two years, and we asked a simple question about policy change! You getting instanting rude and defensive only SCREAMS something isnt quite right! He then hung up on me after proceeding to tell me to go f*** myself!Cute huh??
Absolutely horrible service. The owner is not professional. Made a mistake on our online order and accedently ordered two pizzas called to cancel one and asked refund the card the owner said that will hapoen next year horrible way to treat your customers.

Well the pizza didnt taste good and and i got a lifetime ban from their store for going to the bathroom and accidently clogging their toilets the man with the accent proceeded to confront me and my friend outside asking us why we clogged his toilet i apologized then he told me to never set foot into the store again and then procceded to call us f***king lowlifes on his way back inside like wow dude you just told off two fourteen year old kids how do you feel about yourself when you sleep at night please do the world a favor and do not order from here the customer service is bad and the employees are flat out rude

2022-06-29I get slices here all the time. Very friendly and best pizza in town. Several choices for slices. A competitor started a rumour about a service dog but it turns out it wasnt even true. If that other place made better pizza they wouldnt have to make up stories. So sad. Great pizza here!

2021-09-30Old chicken thats dried out and tastes like refrigerator. Hardly any bbq sauce. My bbq chicken slice was less than satisfying.They just seem like they dont care. Ingredients are old and they skimp on them, sauce included.My moms sub roll was stale and old.We took a menu home to check it out. Noticed they have a special -- buy two slices and get a soda for free. They made no mention of that to us, nor is it listed anywhere in the place.. except for this tiny spot, hidden away inside the menu. They should have offered it to us in an attempt to keep a new customer. Nope.Bunch of kids working there who just dont care. 😎You can go spend your money there. Im in no hurry to return.

2022-04-29Im sorry, but theres no excuse for the poor quality specialty pizza I recieved today. I could only take a few bites before throwing away the entire pie. I even tried to take the toppings off! It was supposed to be a BBQ chicken.. but the chicken was hard and questionable, and the sauce just squirted all over the top of it... I dont understand why this was made so carelessly. It was not busy. And the prices are way too high, for the poor quality, and lack of care. Shouldnt one who makes food care more?! Also, Ive seen over time that this isnt a friendly environment to be in. Im leaving you with 2 stars because, I feel bad for you... I wont be returning.

2021-11-18THEY STARTED CHARGING $1 if you use your credit card!There should be a sign on the cash register stating this change. Otherwise, they just quietly add yet more money to the bill. If you are just buying a slice and a soda it is better to bring cash. This is the first upstate takeout that has done this to my order. It is common now in NYC.Its still a 5 star pizza place. Food is consistently delicious with fresh ingredients. I had the pizza and chicken parmigiana today. Tastes like I made it in my own kitchen.

2021-10-30Simple, quick, and pickup pizza shop. Perfect for that mid-day impulse of (wow I really want pizza today)Staff is always a pleasure and the slice and soda hits the spots on the days it needs to. Great for speciality pizzas. I always go to the Buffalo Chicken and BBQ chicken but, even the white pizza and veggie are fantastic as well.
