I ordered my Mom a pizza by phone from Florida! OMG, SHE WENT WILD OVER THE PIZZA, THE DELIVERY GUY WAS SO NICE and then she said this is one of the BEST pizzas Ive ever had!!! I am so proud to know that you guys are there to bring my Mom pizza and she will always LOVE it!! She said it had more goodies on it than shes ever seen and the sause flavor is amazing!!! Great job guys I will always order from YOU!!!! Nothing like having Mom happy when she feels like she cant go out to eat!!! God bless, many orders to come!!!
Wow and Yum! For an Upstate pizza joint they nailed NY pizza, service was outstanding and the broccoli, ricotta white pizza was spot on, just like their pepperoni of course!looking for Pizza? Get - It- Here
Dynamite pizza- when the owners make it themselves. Not so much when its made by the questionable employees.But, as long as your pizza is made by the owners its probably the best pizza in town. I love it so much its become the only place I ever order from anymore. I hear their steak and cheese, and meatball subs are awesome too.
I’ve known the owners for so long since their last pizza shop here in Clifton Park! The pizza is wonderful and the wings are AMAZING!! I’ve never had better wings, pizza, and pasta at a pizza place! I also love supporting small businesses owned by such nice cultural filled people!!The whole place gives off a really nice vibe and makes me feel such at home as if my own family were the cooks! The workers are defiantly the opposite of the lifeless owners of big businesses, these workes actually talk to you and have genuinely nice conversations!10/10 for hospitality and 10000/10 for food!DEFINITELY 100% my first choice when my kids ask for pizza! I get as happy as they do when I open that box!!
Absolutely disgusting and I would never recommend this place. The owner uses the bathroom and returns without washing his hands, hardly wears his mask, and we found HAIR in our last order. I wish I could give them 0 stars honestly.

We have been ordering here for a while and it was always good. It seems like they have recently changed staff. The past couple of times seemed like they Pre-heated a cheese pizza and added the toppings.The last time we ordered will unfortunately be the last time. I ordered a medium pizza and order of boneless wings, I did not specify the amount of wings but he did not ask either. He ended up making a order of 20 wings and told me I had to pay for the full twenty since they were already cooked. I did not argue and tipped anyway but we will not be returning.
I Love NY Pizza on congress street not very good. Prices were about normal. But the sub I got was soggy despite being in the oven for a bit. Food unevenly cooked. Place didnt seem very clean. The 2 people working there were polite. Beyond that in general not all that great. Despite being right next to my job I wont be going back for lunch
Great! We were looking for a nice pizza place to have lunch with our girls. We were visiting the area for a little winter holiday. The staff was polite and personable. The simple cheese pizza was DELICIOUS! We got some more for dinner at the hotel. The Buffalo Chicken calzone was amazing! Great gem of a place. Check them out!
I would give this place -5 stars to this place if it would allow me to. Im not the kind of person to complain about these things, but the customer service here is appalling. I ordered a turkey sub with bacon mozzarella cheese and cheddar. NOTHING ELSE. i also ordered bacon cheese fries. Now this wasnt for me but someone else, if it were for me I would of just dealt with it. But when someone else has to eat this, I would be embarrassed to give something like what I got to them. Thats how bad the order was. When I received my order there was no bacon on the fries, and the sandwich had only 2 pieces of turkey, melted shredded cheese and then they decided to add lettuce tomato and onion. I called them to politely tell them im sorry but im unhappy and would like at least half of my money back because more than half of my order was wrong. The guy told me he was busy and would call back to let me know what he could do. Time is ticking and they close at 8 so I called back at 7:30pm to ask for an update on the situation. The guy who picked up the phone is having a back to back conversation with the owner as I can hear them over the phone. He told me he could give me $4 back out of $29. I told him that was more than i tipped you guys. He replied with Okay and so? Whats your point? I said half of my order was wrong and I want my money back. They would only settle on $4. Heres my thing... If you are going to discuss an issue regarding a guest, professionally do not refer to them as The lady with the sub as I am on the phone listening to your conversation with the arrogant owner. The pizza my friend ordered was sub par, vegetables were not cooked all the way and the meat on the pizza didnt seem cooked either. I ended up giving my sandwich to someone else, he came out to me and told me it was terrible. I will not be recommending this place to ANYONE, not just because I was wronged but because there are so many other places you can choose from that are worth your money. Do not waste your time or money. If you do decide to try it, forget the tip.
Ordered a large pizza and a NYC panini. Took over 45 minutes to make and was told after I had ordered, paid and came back to pick up my order that they didnt have tomatoes (which my panini did not have on it). Then they couldnt find the chicken so my pizza sat getting cold while they struggled to make my panini. When I finally got home my panini was so soggy and cold it was inedible so it ended up in the trash. Waste of time and money!
Incredible food! Great and Friendly staff! Their Buffalo Wings are amazing. Not to mention the best pizza in town I Love there crust I wish they were closer to us, it’s worth the drive for good fresh made food👍.
On 4/28/20 I had ordered a 12 cut chicken Alfredo, battered mushrooms, chicken quesadia and boneless BBQ chicken wings .everything looked great until I took a bite of the noodles from my pasta dish and it was mostly oil or butter and hardly any alfredo. Then as I get further down ( at this point I had already eaten some of the chicken ,I cut the last one open and its RAW! The mushrooms were yup MUSH on the inside and a handful were burnt. Weve only had one other issue before but that was taken care of but this time around im very disappointed.I really hope employees will make sure everything is fully cooked before sending it out,especially chicken.I tried to call the restaurant but it continues to ring.LAST TIME IM ORDERING CHICKEN OR MUSHROOMS FROM THEM.
The best pizza in the capital district ,period !!!! No if ands or buts about it, i consider myself a.pizza expert if your looking for new york style pizza this is it, always fresh slices unlike most places that have slices sitting for hours and heat them up.when u walk in
Broccoli pizza had maggots... Dont reccomend this place at all. This can cause bacterial infections and make people really sick.

Had a delivery to the hotel I’m staying at. Asked for a turkey and cheese hero and received a large hero bread with two slices of turkey and melted cheese. Was not how I Ordered it. Was not happy. Will not order from them when I’m in the area again. Very dissatisfied.
I ordered a meat lovers pizza from here. Lots of meat good size pizza just not alot of sauce on it the pizza. Probably wouldnt order from here again.
Pizza was delivered over an hour after they said 45 minutes...it wasn’t warm when it came and the delivery lady shorted me in change...horrible service. They had 5 critical violations and 6 non-critical in their last health inspection...be cautious of this place

They have a Hispanic woman who couldnt understand a single word that I said. We settled on a pepperoni pizza being 15 mins. Went 20 mins later and they pretended to not know a single thing about it.Used to be good, but will not be going back.
The wings are always good and the owner is nice. However, the hours need to be updated, I’ve learned to just start calling in advance (Highly recommended)
What is it with owners in this town? Never had a bad experience until dealing with the owner who didnt want to give an itemized receipt, and actually got nasty after explaining that I couldnt get reimbursed otherwise. This is a crazy town.

I am fuming angry!!! I will be there tomorrow before I go to work and I want to speak with the owner!!!

2022-05-13I wish I could give zero stars. The guy who was working around 9pm tonight (05/12/22) was terrible & very miserable working here. I was trying to pick up a doordash & he didn’t help me whatsoever, was swearing at another dasher over the phone when I walked in and was giving me attitude the whole time I was in there. Definitely do NOT recommend if you’re trying to have a good night. Definitely put the icing on the cake for me. But I hope he has a better night and learns not to take his anger out on his next customers. :)

2022-07-05DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE!!!YES TASTY BUT DIRTY!!Im a doordash driver I was waiting for a pick up order, there is only one person who works there 07/04 around 4:08pm, he was working on an order frying something Then he dropped the food on the floor I was watching him taking the food from the floor and putting it back in the Bowl it was disgusting!!! The floor was dirty it dosnt look that they clean the place often!!! Poor Food Safety and HygieneSomeone need to check that kitchen what is going on!!!

2022-03-22Was recommended by the hotel, poor recommendation. Ordered & paid online, 25 minute pick-up. Arrive 25 mins, told it will be 10 mins, no problem. Left and went to the store and come back, he’s just making the pizza. No customers in the place, no other pizzas in the oven. Ask for my money back, calls owner/manager and says they need to process remotely but I won’t see it??? If he told the truth, all good but instead wants to put me off and then argue with me because I want my money back. Horrible customer service, honesty goes a long way, shady manager or owner, don’t expect to see that $21 back. Always try to help local business when traveling, never again with this place.

2020-12-26Ordered a large pizza on 12/26/20. They told me to pick it up in 20 minutes and I was there in 12. Pizza was cold when I got home 5 min later. Called to see if they gave us the wrong pizza and got nothing but attitude both employees working. They did nothing to fix the problem. There are plenty of other food/pizza places in Saratoga that would appreciate your business. Don’t waste your money here, I know I won’t.
